Hi, I’m Briley! I’m someone who believes that wellness should feel supportive, realistic, and personal—not overwhelming or all-consuming. I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellness, and my work is rooted in helping clients create habits that fit into real life. I’m drawn to a more balanced approach to health; one that values movement, nourishment, and self-care, but also understands stress, busy schedules, and the pressure many individuals feel to “do everything right.” I don’t believe in quick fixes or perfection. I believe in consistency, self-trust, and learning what actually works for you. My approach is warm, holistic, and judgment-free. I meet clients where they are and support them in building routines that feel sustainable and empowering over time.
