I believe you don’t need to become a different person to create a life that works—you need strategies that work with the way you are designed. My coaching combines ADHD-informed support, practical strategy, compassionate accountability, and my professional background in Human Resources, leadership, and development. I create a judgment-free space where clients can better understand themselves, stop relying on one-size-fits-all solutions, and build realistic systems they can actually sustain. Clients choose Designed Differently Coaching when they want both empathy and action: someone who will understand the struggle, help uncover what is getting in the way, and partner with them to create a path forward that feels achievable.
I’m Geraldine Longchamp, a certified Life and ADHD Coach with a background in Human Resources, leadership, and professional development. For years, I’ve been passionate about helping people grow, build confidence, and move forward with greater clarity. My own ADHD diagnosis in my late thirties changed the way I understood myself. I realized that I didn’t need to work harder to fit strategies that weren’t designed for me—I needed strategies that worked with the way my brain was designed. That experience inspired Designed Differently Coaching. Today, I help clients better understand how their brains work, navigate overwhelm, create realistic systems, build confidence, and turn good intentions into meaningful action. My coaching approach blends compassion, clarity, accountability, and practical strategies that are personalized to the individual—not a one-size-fits-all formula. I believe that when you understand your brain, you can stop fighting against yourself and start building a life that works with you.
Clarity, Confidence, Sustainable Systems, Less Overwhelm, Consistent Follow-Through, Self-Trust
Certified Life Coach | ADHD Coach Certification | ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Training | HR & Leadership Professional
My coaching approach is compassionate, practical, and strengths-based. I help clients understand how their ADHD brain works, identify the patterns and barriers keeping them stuck, and build personalized strategies that fit their real life. Together, we focus on clarity, executive functioning, prioritization, time management, accountability, confidence, and sustainable follow-through. Rather than forcing traditional systems that may not work, we experiment, adjust, and create tools designed for the individual. My goal is to help clients move from overwhelm and self-doubt to greater self-awareness, confidence, and intentional action.
Choose a time that works for you and take the next step.
