Sherry's methodology is anchored in the Career Authority Method™, a proprietary framework built on the principle that Black women need more than goal-setting they need career intelligence. It's designed to help women adapt to their career reality, navigate workplace dynamics, protect themselves, and position strategically for advancement. Bcwnetwork The framework operates through four Career Power Anchors — Self-Advocacy (Your Voice), Workplace Power Skills (Your Influence), Career Security & Protection (Your Safety Net), and Strategic Advancement (Your Trajectory) — which serve as the diagnostic and delivery foundation across all programming. Entry begins with the Career Power Audit, which generates a personalized Career Authority Plan and routes clients into one of three pathways: Clarity & Career Security — for women who need to get grounded and protected Positioning & Advancement — for women ready to move up and stand out Advocacy & Career Protection — for women navigating harm, bias, or systemic barriers Your delivery model is multi-modal: self-directed membership, strategic advisory sessions, a Power Advisory Group for advanced clients, live Career Anchor Labs, and Power Moves 360 — a 90-day hybrid cohort combining 1:1 coaching, group learning, and community.
