If you reach a limit
Read the notice shown in the assistant. It should identify whether an allowance is exhausted, credits are needed, or a temporary request limit applies. Wait for the displayed reset, review available credits, or use the account's plan and support options. Do not assume that changing plans is the only solution.

Give the goal, audience, and constraints in one clear request. Review drafts before publishing or sending anything. For an account-specific limit that does not match Plan & Billing, request a human review.
