Two different costs can apply to a coaching business on Coachful: your Coachful subscription and the payment-processing terms on your connected Stripe account. They serve different purposes.
Your Coachful subscription
Your trial length, payment requirements, plan features, and renewal price are shown for your account during signup and in Plan & Billing. Existing customers keep their assigned pricing unless they choose a plan change. Check the displayed billing interval, currency, renewal date, and any add-ons. Plan names and feature limits have changed over time, so an older article cannot establish the price or entitlements on your account.
Client payments through Stripe
Coachful can connect your Stripe account so you can sell offers to your clients. Stripe processing, currency conversion, dispute, and payout terms depend on your connected account and payment type. Review your Stripe dashboard and current Stripe agreement for exact fees and payout timing. Do not estimate a client's net payout from a generic example.
Trial and plan changes
Coachful offers a trial. Its length and whether a card is requested depend on the offer assigned to your account and the signup path. Review the terms shown during signup before confirming; your account dashboard shows your own terms afterward. If you are considering a different plan, compare its effective date and actual renewal amount with your current saved assignment before confirming a change.
