Import leads from a reviewed CSV mapping in batches of up to 250, with duplicate checks and job receipts.

Use the contact import flow to bring leads into your Coachful pipeline. Keep a copy of the original CSV, then map names, email addresses, referral source, and notes to the available fields. Review the mapped rows before submission.

Batch size and duplicates

One import job accepts up to 250 reviewed rows. Existing email addresses are skipped rather than duplicated. Check the job receipts to see which records were created or skipped. Older help copy that promised separate 5,000- or 25,000-row limits by Growth or Scale plan does not describe this flow.

After import

Imported leads enter the pipeline for your team to review. A CSV import does not send marketing email automatically and does not move historical conversations, opt-in proof, or third-party subscriptions. Confirm consent and billing separately before outreach or charging.
