Choosing the right Coachful plan for your business

By Coachful10 min readUpdated Sep 21, 2026

Compare your account-assigned Coachful plans using client capacity, team needs, features, and the actual renewal terms shown to you.

Coachful has had several pricing generations. Plan names and prices in old articles or videos may belong to an earlier offer. Your trial length, payment requirements, plan features, and renewal price are shown for your account during signup and in Plan & Billing. Existing customers keep their assigned pricing unless they choose a plan change.

Choose by your real workflow

Start with the number of active clients you expect, how many coaches need access, and which tools you will use now. Compare the included client capacity, team seats, website and domain options, AI features, and any add-ons in the plan selection shown for your account. A plan with more capacity is useful only when those limits or capabilities matter to your practice.

Check the full payment terms

Compare monthly and annual renewal amounts in your own checkout or Plan & Billing screen. Confirm the currency, billing interval, trial end date, and any change in price before you accept. If you already subscribe, your saved assignment is the starting point for comparison; do not assume a public new-signup price replaces it.

Explore before deciding

The sample coach workspace shows the coach view, and the Coachful-owned example website shows a fictional coach site. Neither is a customer case study or starts your account's trial. If you need a feature that is not clear in your plan comparison, ask Michelle for the workflow and request a human follow-up for an account-specific entitlement answer.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the Coachful trial, and is a card required?
Coachful offers a trial. Its length and whether a card is requested depend on the offer assigned to your account and the signup path. Review the terms shown during signup before confirming; your account dashboard shows your own terms afterward.
Will an older price or plan name in a video apply to me?
Not necessarily. Your existing pricing assignment or the offer shown during your own signup determines the price and entitlements that apply to you.
How do I compare a current plan with my existing plan?
Sign in and check Plan & Billing for your saved terms. Review the new plan, actual renewal amount, and effective date before choosing a change.
