How to sign up for Coachful as a coach

By Coachful9 min readUpdated Sep 21, 2026

Create a Coachful coach account, choose a workspace address, review your assigned trial and price, then set up your first workflow.

To start as a coach, visit Coachful and choose the signup action. Create your account, set up your coach workspace, and follow the onboarding steps shown to you. Your chosen subdomain gives you a Coachful workspace URL.

Review the plan before confirming

Coachful offers a trial. Its length and whether a card is requested depend on the offer assigned to your account and the signup path. Review the terms shown during signup before confirming; your account dashboard shows your own terms afterward. Check the displayed client limit, team access, billing interval, currency, renewal amount, and any card step. Do not use a price or trial promise from an older walkthrough as a substitute for your own confirmation screen.

Set up a first workflow

Add your profile, create one program or offer, configure a session type, and preview the client experience. Connect Stripe when you are ready to accept payments from clients; it is a separate setup from your Coachful plan. You can explore the sample coach workspace before beginning a timed trial.
