Custom-domain access depends on the plan assigned to your account. Open Plan & Billing or the domain setup screen to check your eligibility; old Growth, Scale, or Pro labels are not a reliable rule for current accounts.
Connect the domain
In your Coachful domain settings, enter the domain you control and follow the DNS records shown there. Add those records at your domain registrar or DNS host. Keep existing email DNS records intact unless the setup instructions explicitly say otherwise.
Wait for verification
DNS changes can take time to propagate. Return to Coachful and use the verification action after the records are visible. SSL provisioning follows successful verification. If the domain still does not verify, check the exact host, record type, value, conflicting records, and whether a proxy is enabled at your DNS provider before contacting support.
