I've spent nearly 30 years in the trenches as leader — building teams, guiding organizations, and helping leaders grow into their full selves. I hold an MA in Executive Coaching & Consulting, provide leadership and organizational health consulting, and am passionate about helping leaders create the kind of life and leadership they don't want to escape from.
