Coaching Pricing Page Examples: 5 Formats to Adapt

Your coaching price is ready, but the page still feels strangely difficult to write. Do you show one package, three columns, a monthly rate, or a button that asks people to book a call?

The best coaching pricing page makes the buying commitment understandable before it asks for a decision. Put the service, total price, payment timing, delivery period and next step together. Then choose a layout that matches how the offer is actually sold, rather than squeezing every practice into a software-style pricing table.

Below are five pricing-page examples to adapt: a fixed package, a monthly retainer, a dated group program, a standalone intensive and a custom corporate engagement. These are hypothetical copy examples, not real client results, market-rate recommendations or screenshots of finished Coachful templates.

What belongs on a coaching pricing page?

A pricing page answers a narrower question than a services page: “What am I committing to, and what happens if I choose this?” Your services page can explain your approach in depth. Here, a visitor should be able to compare the commitment without digging through an essay.

  • Who it is for: a recognisable situation, not a list of everyone you could coach.
  • What is included: session number and length, delivery period, resources and specific support boundaries.
  • What it costs: currency, total or recurring charge, payment dates and any additional charges.
  • What happens next: purchase, fit conversation, application or scope discussion.
  • Where the terms are: understandable access to the agreement, cancellation information and relevant privacy notice.

Do not label an offer “most popular” unless you can substantiate it. Do not use a crossed-out price unless the comparison is genuine and lawful. And do not make a payment plan look like a subscription simply because both contain a monthly number.

The real Coachful offers catalogue connects each offer to its own price. Demo names and amounts illustrate the product, not recommended coaching rates.

If your unresolved question is whether to disclose a price at all, read should coaches show prices before the discovery call? This guide assumes you have chosen an honest disclosure approach and now need the actual page structure and wording.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

1. Fixed coaching package: one commitment, one primary action

Use this format when clients buy a defined engagement with the same essential scope. It suits a practice with one main offer better than an artificial bronze, silver and gold menu. A single well-explained package is not a less professional pricing page.

Hypothetical pricing-page copy

Career Decision Coaching

For professionals choosing between staying, changing roles or exploring a different direction.

Six 60-minute online sessions over 12 weeks, a preparation worksheet and a written action summary after each session. Email support covers one brief progress question between sessions, with replies within two working days.

USD 1,200 total. Pay USD 1,200 at enrollment or three monthly payments of USD 400. The first payment is due at enrollment; the next two are due one and two months later.

Start with a free 20-minute fit conversation. There is no obligation to enroll, and this conversation is not a coaching session.

Button: Book a fit conversation.

The useful detail is not the particular amount. It is the relationship between the 12-week delivery period, the six appointments and the three payments. If someone stops reading after the price block, they should still understand the total commitment.

Place the fit-call explanation immediately beside the button. If your offer instead supports direct purchase, replace that section with a truthful account of the checkout and onboarding steps. Do not leave “Book now” to mean either a free conversation or a paid package depending on where someone clicks.

Annotated fictional price block distinguishing the USD 1,200 package total, three USD 400 payments and a free fit conversation
A pricing block has three different jobs: explain the commitment, explain the payment schedule and explain the next action. This fictional example separates them.

Trade-off: one offer is easy to understand, but it cannot cover every possible need. Add a short suitability note and a contact route for genuine exceptions instead of inventing multiple tiers to fill the page.

2. Monthly coaching retainer: show the renewal and the boundaries

Use this format for a genuinely recurring relationship. The important distinction is that the charge continues until the arrangement ends under its terms. A retainer is not merely a fixed package split into instalments.

Monthly Leadership Coaching

For managers who want ongoing space to work through delegation, feedback and leadership decisions.

Two 50-minute online sessions each month, a monthly priorities review and private messaging for brief between-session updates. Replies arrive within two working days; this is not urgent or on-call support.

USD 450 per month, billed monthly in advance. The subscription renews each month until canceled. No minimum term.

Cancel before your next billing date to prevent the next renewal. Your current paid period continues to its end; session-use and cancellation details appear in the agreement.

Button: Discuss monthly coaching.

The cancellation wording must match your actual agreement, billing setup and applicable law. The sample is not a policy recommendation. If there is a minimum term, notice period or another material condition, put it beside the recurring price instead of hiding it in an FAQ.

The real bundles library illustrates how separate engagements can carry separate prices. It does not establish your renewal or cancellation terms.

Define what happens to unused appointments. Does an unused call expire, roll over for a limited period or require a different arrangement? The answer affects capacity and the buyer's decision. Keep the concise public explanation consistent with the fuller agreement.

Trade-off: a retainer supports continuity, but vague access promises can create an unlimited-support expectation. Describe response windows, channels and appointment allowances rather than selling “access to me” without limits.

3. Group coaching cohort: price the place in a specific program

Use this format when buyers join a program with shared dates. The price alone is not enough: a person also needs to know whether they can attend and what happens when they miss a meeting.

First-Time Manager Coaching Group

An eight-week small-group program for new managers practicing delegation, feedback and difficult conversations.

Eight weekly 75-minute online group sessions, a participant workbook and a moderated discussion space during the program. Maximum eight participants.

USD 640 per participant. Pay in full or two monthly payments of USD 320. Both options purchase the same eight-week program.

The next cohort dates, meeting time and named time zone appear below. Check every date before applying. Group coaching conversations are not recorded; missed-session support is described in the participation terms.

Button: Apply for the next cohort.

Replace the date placeholders with a real schedule before publishing. If dates are not set, label the action as joining an interest list rather than accepting applications for a supposedly confirmed start. Do not use an invented closing deadline to make the page look more active.

Coachful client Discover page presenting priced coaching programs and bundles from the buyer perspective
The real client-facing Discover screen shows why the buyer's view matters. Your own program listing should agree with the offer and terms behind it.

When applications are required, explain the process: what you assess, when applicants hear back and when payment becomes due. “Apply” should not conceal an immediate charge. If a group requires a minimum enrollment to run, disclose what happens if that minimum is not reached.

Trade-off: a cohort price can be simple, but the calendar and group conditions make the commitment less flexible. Give them the same visual weight as the fee. Never let a buyer discover the meeting time only after paying.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

4. Coaching intensive: make preparation and follow-through visible

Use this format for a standalone working session or intensive with clearly bounded preparation and follow-up. The reader should understand both what happens during the appointment and what is delivered around it.

Hypothetical pricing-page copy

Career Decision Intensive

A focused appointment for professionals who already have a specific career decision to explore.

One 90-minute online coaching session, a short preparation form and a written summary of the options and actions you identify together. The summary is sent within two working days.

USD 300, paid once. No recurring charge. Coaching does not include recruitment, job placement, CV rewriting or a guarantee of employment.

Complete the short suitability inquiry before purchasing. If this format fits, you receive the offer and available appointment route.

Button: Check intensive suitability.

Do not sell an intensive as a guaranteed transformation in one call. State the work you will facilitate and the outputs you will provide. The client still makes their decisions, and external outcomes remain outside your control.

A real mobile link page illustrates a compact next step. This screen is not the fictional intensive above; test your own label and destination before sharing it.

If the intensive includes document review, specify the document types, maximum amount and submission deadline. Otherwise an apparently short service can become several hours of unpriced preparation. Do not invite confidential employer documents or sensitive records unless you have a legitimate need and appropriate arrangements.

Trade-off: a single-payment intensive has a clear boundary, but it can be the wrong fit for a client needing ongoing work. Include an honest “not suitable for” sentence, not a hidden upsell required to receive the promised service.

5. Corporate coaching: explain the quote instead of faking a fixed price

Use this format when participant numbers, sponsor requirements or delivery scope materially change the fee. A corporate pricing page can be useful without pretending every employer buys the same package.

Hypothetical pricing-page copy

Leadership Coaching for Organizations

Individual coaching engagements for managers, with scope agreed between the organization, coach and participants.

Your proposal specifies participant numbers, session format and frequency, delivery period, sponsor contact, reporting boundaries and any travel or assessment costs.

Quoted after a scope conversation. If we are a fit, you receive a written proposal with the total fee, payment milestones and any separately priced options before committing.

Please share the intended participant group, development purpose, approximate timing and purchasing process. Do not send confidential employee histories with the initial inquiry.

Button: Discuss an organizational engagement.

A genuine starting price can help buyers establish fit, but only if there is a real engagement available at that amount. If you publish one, say what the minimum includes. A tiny “from” number that excludes the essential service is not useful transparency.

Coachful website page-management screen with page links and publication controls
The real website workspace illustrates the publication layer. Check that your pricing, services and contact destinations describe the same engagement.

Distinguish coaching confidentiality from sponsor reporting. The pricing page need not carry the full agreement, but it should not imply the employer purchases unrestricted access to participants' session content. Scope sponsor updates carefully before quoting.

Trade-off: a quote-first page protects against inaccurate scope, but creates uncertainty for the buyer. Reduce that uncertainty with concrete quote inputs, an honest response timeframe you can meet and an explanation of the next step.

How to show payment plans without hiding the total

Show the amount due now, the number and timing of later payments and the full amount payable. If the plan costs more than paying upfront, state both totals. Do not describe a higher plan total as “the same price spread out.”

For the fictional fixed package above, three payments of USD 400 total USD 1,200. A deposit changes the schedule, not the need to show the total. For example, USD 300 at enrollment plus three later payments of USD 300 also totals USD 1,200. The two schedules are different, so the copy must be different.

Fictional payment timeline comparing three USD 400 payments with a USD 300 deposit and three later USD 300 payments, both totaling USD 1,200
Two schedules can have the same total and different first charges. Keep the dates, number of charges and total in live page text as well.

Taxes, currency conversion, processing arrangements and consumer-credit rules can depend on jurisdiction and payment method. Have the actual presentation and terms checked where needed. A coaching copy template cannot determine your legal obligations or which disclosures apply.

A practical audit before you publish the pricing page

Read the page as a prospective buyer, then follow the exact public route without your staff login. A correct amount in the administration screen does not prove the website, checkout and payment schedule agree.

  1. Match the scope: compare the page with the offer and agreement, including sessions, support and delivery period.
  2. Check the money: verify currency, total, first charge, later charges and recurring status. Calculate rather than estimating.
  3. Check the action: a fit-call button should open that call, not a paid intensive or a general menu.
  4. Check the phone view: price, renewal wording and the button should remain readable without zooming or hunting across columns.
  5. Check the handoff: confirm the buyer sees the right confirmation and instructions. Use a supported test route; do not create a real charge just to inspect the page.

Coaching pricing page FAQs

Do I need three coaching packages on my pricing page?

No. Show three only when there are three genuinely different, useful buying choices. A fixed engagement, an ongoing retainer and a corporate inquiry route are different formats; three nearly identical tiers with arbitrary extras may make the decision harder.

Should my pricing page and services page be separate?

Not necessarily. A solo coach with one offer can combine them. Separate them when the services explanation becomes long or buyers need a compact comparison destination. Keep one authoritative version of the terms and price, and avoid conflicting duplicate sections.

Can I say “investment” instead of “price”?

You can, but it does not remove the need for a clear amount and terms. “Your investment starts here” is not a substitute for currency, billing frequency and total commitment. Plain “Price” or “Fee” is often easier to scan.

What if I have not settled my rates yet?

Resolve the offer economics before designing the page. These examples help you present a decision you have made; they do not establish the right fee for your practice. Publish only amounts, dates and support promises you are prepared to honor.

Start with one offer. Write its audience, scope, total commitment and next action in five plain lines. If those lines are clear, the pricing page already has a sound structure. Design should make them easier to understand, not make the price harder to find.
