Coaching packages that start working the minute they pay.
Build coaching packages as single sessions, fixed-length programs or monthly retainers. One Coachful offer carries the price or payment plan, the calls, private chat and the program, then starts the client’s onboarding the moment they pay.

ready to book from your calendar
A package on a sales page is a promise you then deliver by hand.
Most coaches price the package and stop there. Then every new client means an invoice, a contract, a calendar link, a welcome email and a spreadsheet row to count the sessions.
The old way
- A price on the website, then a separate invoice, contract and booking link
- Counting sessions left in a spreadsheet, and debating the number in week ten
- Writing the same welcome email and intake form by hand for each new client
- The renewal conversation starts after the last call, when the client has gone quiet
The new way
- One offer holds the price, the payment plan, the calls and everything included
- Calls become session credits on the client the moment the payment goes through
- A journey starts on purchase: welcome, agreement, intake, first call, program
- A monthly retainer renews on its own and adds that month’s calls each time
Three coaching package shapes, and when each one fits.
Most coaching packages are one of these three. Pick the shape that matches how your clients get results, then build it once.
Career coaching example
Single session: Career clarity session
- When it fits
- The client has one decision to make, or wants to see how you work before buying anything bigger.
- How to price it
- Price the decision they walk out with, not your hourly rate. Keep it simple enough to buy straight from your link in bio.
- What to watch
- One call rarely changes much on its own. Have your next package ready to offer before the session ends.
Set up in Coachful as
- Way to work: Book time
- Billing: one-time
- Calls: 1 per offer, on your 90-minute session type
- Journey: welcome, pre-call worksheet, book the call
Career clarity session
For professionals deciding whether to change roles
What you get
- One 90-minute call
- A worksheet to fill in before we meet
- Notes from the call, shared after
Executive coaching example
Fixed-length program: Leadership in 90 days
- When it fits
- You have a method that works in a set order, such as twelve weeks from first conversation to a leadership plan.
- How to price it
- Price the result at the end of the twelve weeks. A payment plan spreads the same total over three months without discounting it.
- What to watch
- The weeks need to exist before the first client starts. A program template gets you most of the way there.
Set up in Coachful as
- Way to work: Follow my method
- Billing: one-time, plus a 3-payment monthly plan
- Includes: your 12-week program and 6 calls
- Journey: agreement, intake, first call, program start
- Community: the program’s cohort group
Leadership in 90 days
For new managers leading their first team
What you get
- A 12-week program with weekly goals and tasks
- Six 1:1 calls
- Private chat, replies within 2 days
- The cohort group for this program
Life coaching example
Monthly retainer: In my corner
- When it fits
- The client wants someone in their corner every month, and the work has no natural finish line.
- How to price it
- Price a month of access to you. The In your corner preset starts at two calls a month and chat replies within a day.
- What to watch
- A retainer with no rhythm drifts. Habits, check-ins or a monthly review give each month a shape the client can feel.
Set up in Coachful as
- Way to work: In your corner
- Billing: monthly subscription
- Calls: 2 a month, added again on every renewal
- Private chat: replies within 24 hours
- Community: optional

Coachful has six ways to work. The other three are:
Every package you sell, on one shelf.
Each offer card shows its way of working, its price and cadence, where it sells, and whether it is live or still a draft.

A package that says exactly what the client gets
In Coachful a coaching package is an offer. You pick the way you work with people, write the promise in your own words, then choose what is included: calls, private chat with a reply time, community access, and any programs, resources or bundles you already sell. The last step previews the offer exactly as a client will see it before you publish.

Prices your clients can say yes to
A package can be paid once, paid in instalments or billed as a subscription. Payment plans split a one-time price weekly, every two weeks or monthly, with an optional deposit today, and each selling currency carries its own price that you set instead of one converted at an exchange rate. Money goes to your own Stripe account with a 0% platform fee.

Onboarding that starts the minute they pay
Attach a client journey to the offer and it starts when the purchase goes through. Coachful can draft that journey from the offer itself: a welcome step, the private chat, booking the first call, opening each included item, joining the community and a review at the end. Add an agreement to sign, an intake worksheet or a program start, and each step completes when the client actually does it.

Each step completes when Lena actually does it.
Sessions that count themselves, and renewals that refill
Calls in a package become session credits on the client’s account. The client books them from your availability, the balance goes down as they use them, and unused credits can expire after the term you set. On a monthly retainer, every renewal adds that month’s calls again, so nobody keeps count in a spreadsheet.

Booking rules
Six things every coaching package needs behind the price.
Leave one out and you end up doing it by hand for every new client. Here is where each one lives in Coachful.
An agreement
Signed before the first call. A journey step completes when they sign, and a program can wait for the signature.
Coaching agreementsA way to pay
Pay in full, a payment plan with a deposit, or a subscription that renews on its own.
PaymentsBooking rules
Availability, buffers, minimum notice and reschedule rules, applied every time they book.
SchedulingSomewhere to land

ProgramsA renewal path
Monthly calls come back on each renewal. A program ends with a review and an obvious next step.

Everything behind a coaching package, line by line.
No asterisks and no add-on pricing. This is what you get.
A package that says exactly what the client gets
- Six ways to work: Book time, In your corner, Done with you, Follow my method, Learn from me and Done for you
- A promise, an audience and an outcome, written in your words on the offer page
- Calls per offer, per week or per month, booked against one of your session types
- Private chat with the reply time you promise, opened when the client pays
- Community access included, optional or left out
- Programs, courses, worksheets, downloads and existing bundles added as ingredients
- A five-step builder that ends with a preview of what the client will see
Prices your clients can say yes to
- One-time prices, or subscriptions billed weekly, monthly or yearly
- Payment plans with a set number of instalments, weekly, every two weeks or monthly
- An optional down payment, setup fee or first instalment on a chosen date
- Pay in full offered beside the plan, or switched off
- A separate price for each selling currency, such as USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD
- Discount codes, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout
- 0% platform fee, paid out to your own Stripe account
Onboarding that starts the minute they pay
- A client journey attached to the offer, started on purchase
- A starter journey drafted from what the offer includes
- Agreement steps that complete the moment the client signs
- Intake worksheets and onboarding flows as journey steps
- Program access with the start date you choose
- Programs that wait for a signed agreement before they open
- A coach review step that closes the loop at the end
Sessions that count themselves, and renewals that refill
- Calls turned into bookable session credits when the client pays
- Credits booked from your availability, buffers and minimum notice
- Credit expiry set per session type, or one term for every credit in a bundle
- Weekly or monthly call allowances added again on each renewal
- Cancellation and reschedule rules applied at booking
- Scheduled calls, or instant calls when you are available
- Access that ends a set number of days after purchase, for one-time packages
Bundles that sell more of what you already made
A bundle sells several things at one price: programs, resources, session credits, event admissions and physical items. Coachful adds up what the items cost on their own, shows that beside your bundle price with the percentage saved, and lists the bundle in your clients’ Discover tab, marked as featured if you choose.
- Programs, courses, worksheets, downloads and session credits in one bundle
- The original value and the saving shown beside the bundle price
- Bundles listed in Discover, hidden, or marked as featured
- Subscription bundles with a setup fee and a recurring price
- Payment plans and order bumps at bundle checkout
- One expiry term for every session credit in the bundle
- Refunds that can also take back what the bundle granted
Packages that sell wherever you show up
Every offer gets its own page, and you choose where else it appears: your link-in-bio page, your website and your funnels. The Send button shares it with clients by chat or email, or as a link, a WhatsApp message or a QR code, and application funnels let you sell a high-ticket package only after a conversation.
- A public page for every offer, live as soon as you publish
- The same offer on your link-in-bio page, website and funnels
- Send to clients by chat, or by email to up to 25 people at a time
- Share as a link, on WhatsApp, Telegram or X, or as a QR code
- Application funnels for packages you sell after a call
- Draft, live and archived states for every offer
- Earlier buyers keep the terms they paid for when you edit a live offer
Coaches who sell their packages from one place.
“Like every business owner, I was paying for 5+ platforms and it still wasn't what I really wanted. Coachful has everything in one place. I already saved $1,300 cancelling everything I had duct-taped together. And I only have one login.”

Emily Fulcher
Founder, AilikiFIT
“Coachful has everything a coach needs to manage their practice. It literally has everything I need to attract leads, convert those leads to clients, and deliver content with an incredible interface that has my branding on it.”

John Winders
Founder, SMPL
“Coachful brings scheduling, payments, client communication, programs, habit tracking and accountability together. Instead of managing several different apps, everything feels more organized and professional — for the coach and the client.”

What it does
- Builds packages as offers in six ways to work, including Book time, Follow my method and In your corner.
- Charges one-time prices, weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions, and payment plans with optional deposits.
- Sets a separate price for each selling currency instead of converting at an exchange rate.
- Turns included calls into bookable session credits, and adds weekly or monthly allowances again on each renewal.
Good to know
- It does not suggest what to charge; the coach sets every price.
- Weekly or monthly call allowances need a subscription billed on the same period; a one-time package carries a fixed number of calls.
- It does not process payments itself; funds settle in the coach’s own Stripe account.

“Seriously. I have tried just about every coaching, booking, learning platform out there. I've tried developing my own.”
