In plain terms
Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, programme delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client.
It does
- Runs multi-week programmes with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins.
- Books sessions from availability rules with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, built-in video or Zoom, Meet and Teams links, and email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders.
- Takes payment through Stripe Connect or Razorpay: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with invoices.
- Sends coaching agreements for e-signature before the first call and stores them on the client record.
- Hosts courses, downloads, digital products, a community feed with group chat, and cohort squads created on enrolment.
- Builds a section-based website with blog, custom domain, funnels, email sequences and pixels.
- Counts completed coaching hours and distinct clients against the ICF ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.
- Adds a Fitness & Nutrition pack for training clients: a workout builder with an exercise library (supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM and intervals), client workout logging with set history, nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup, and private progress photos and measurements.
- Exports all client data as a ZIP: roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses.
