What Coachful does
In plain terms
Coachful scheduling is a booking system built into a coaching platform. Clients book from your availability, pay for the session in the same flow, and the booked session lands on their client record next to the programme, the agreement and the notes.
It does
- Publishes booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and automatic time-zone detection.
- Syncs two-way with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and iCloud, and Outlook and Microsoft 365.
- Calculates open times live on every booking request from working hours, existing sessions and connected-calendar busy times, and re-checks the time at submission so a conflicting booking is declined.
- Assigns multi-coach session types to a coach free at the chosen time, by round-robin or least busy, or lets the client choose.
- Runs sessions on built-in video, or creates Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links automatically.
- Sends email reminders, plus SMS at 24 hours and WhatsApp at 1 hour once messaging is enabled.
- Sells paid sessions and session credits at booking, through Stripe or Razorpay.
- Attaches intake questions to the booking so the answers sit on the client record.
- Lets a coach log a past session by hand for hours tracked toward an ICF credential.
It does not
- It does not have routing forms that pick a host from a prospect's form answers, and it does not route leads from a CRM. Multi-coach session types assign by round-robin, least busy, or client choice.
- It is not a standalone scheduler you can buy without the rest of the platform.
