Your booking page is built from the availability rules you set: working hours, buffers between calls, and minimum notice. Open times are worked out live on every request, from those rules, your existing sessions and the busy times on your connected calendars, then shown in the visitor's own time zone. The time is checked again when they press book, so a slot someone took a moment earlier is declined instead of double-booked.

One booking link for a whole team of coaches
On plans with team seats, one session type can belong to several coaches. Coachful gives each booking to a coach who is free at that time, by round-robin or to the coach with the fewest sessions coming up, or it lets the client choose the coach first and then see only that coach's openings. Every coach keeps their own availability.
