Free White-Glove Setup for Coaches: What We Build

Coachful's white-glove setup for coaches works like this: you tell our team what you want built, and people on the Coachful team build it inside your own Coachful account, at no extra cost. It can be a five-page website, a free-guide funnel, a 12-week program, a welcome email sequence or a worksheet you have been meaning to type up since spring. You answer a short form, attach whatever you already have, and we reply by email with next steps, usually within about 24 hours.
We built the service because most new coaches do not stall on the coaching. They stall on the setup: choosing a template, writing an About page at midnight, working out why the booking button goes nowhere. That work is real, and it is also the part we can take off your plate.
This page is the full explanation. It covers the 14 things the team can build, where the request lives in your account, what to send, what happens next, what the service does not include, a few recent builds, and how it compares with hiring an agency, doing it yourself or asking Michelle, our AI assistant. At the end there is a list of every step-by-step guide in this series, so you can learn to build any piece yourself if you prefer.
What the free white-glove build actually is
It is a build service run by real people on the Coachful team. You describe what you need, we build it, and it lands in your account, where you can change any word or picture with the normal editors afterwards.
There is nothing extra to pay. In the app the request is labelled FREE and Complimentary gift, and it is included on every Coachful plan. Coachful itself is a paid subscription, and you can start with a free trial if you want to try the platform before you commit.
Three details matter more than they first appear:
- The work lives in your account. Website pages, funnels, programs, forms and emails are built with the same tools you would use, so nothing is locked inside a designer's software or a file you cannot open.
- Nothing gets invented. The team does not write fake credentials, testimonials or prices. If something is missing, such as a testimonial you have not collected yet, the spot is left for you to fill in.
- Opening the form sends nothing. The team only hears from you when you press Send request, so you can open it, look around and close it again.
Everything the team can build for you
The general request form asks one question first: What should we build? These are the 14 answers it offers, in the order the form lists them.
| What to build | What it usually covers | Useful things to send |
|---|---|---|
| Website | New pages or a rebuild: homepage, About, services, booking, contact | Your current site, sites you like, copy, photos, your offers |
| Funnel | A landing page and the steps behind it: signup, free resource delivery, booking or checkout | The free thing, the offer it leads to, where your traffic comes from |
| Offer or sales page | A page that explains one offer and lets people buy it | What is included, who it is for, the price you have chosen |
| Program | Weeks, tasks, worksheets and resources, ready for your first client | An outline, session notes or a voice memo |
| Course (outline only) | The outline, lessons, quizzes and worksheets; you film the videos | Your topic and any notes or slides |
| Journey or coaching flow | The screens, questions and timing of a check-in or a multi-step client path | A description of what clients should go through |
| Form or worksheet | A form or worksheet your clients fill in inside your portal | Your questions, a PDF or a rough idea |
| Article or blog post | A post for your website's blog | The topic, your notes, something you have written before |
| Email sequence or newsletter | A welcome series, a follow-up sequence or a newsletter | The offer, the lead magnet, any emails you already send |
| Link in bio | Your link page and its look | The links, a photo, your colors |
| Lead quiz | A quiz that sorts visitors and points each result somewhere useful | Who it is for and what each result should lead to |
| Event or webinar | The event and the page people sign up on | Date, topic, what attendees get |
| Automation | A rule that handles a repeated job for you | The trigger and what should happen after it |
| Something else | Anything that is not on the list | A plain description of what you want |
The website and funnel requests also have their own, more detailed forms, which we cover below. If you open the request from a specific place, for example the Courses list, the form starts with that thing already selected.
Where to find the request in your account
You do not need to email anyone or book a call. The request is built into the screens where you would otherwise be stuck:
- Create > We'll build it for you · FREE, the first chip under "Unleash your creativity".
- The Want us to build it for you? card with a Fill in a form button, at the top of Website and Funnels.
- The same card at the bottom of the Programs list, the Create library, the Courses and Forms & worksheets lists, and the program, course and coaching flow template galleries.
- Need more? We'll build it (FREE), the last chip on Home's "Your platform is live" card once setup is done.
- The last tile in the funnel template row, and the last tile of the Link in bio looks, which opens the form with Link in bio selected.

On the Website page the card sits above the template row, so you can compare the two routes side by side: pick one of the 30 designed homepage templates and fill it in yourself, import the site you already have, or ask us.

What to send so the first version lands close
Every form says "Answer what you can", and it means it. Only one field is required: a sentence or two about what you want. Still, the more specific you are, the less back and forth there is later.
The website form
"Tell us about your website" asks which pages to create or improve; what those pages should do (book calls, collect leads, sell an offer, deliver a resource, or something else); what visitors should do after they land; websites or pages you like; branding, copy, images or offers to include; and what feels confusing, broken or unfinished.

The funnel form
"Tell us about your funnel" asks what the funnel should do (book discovery calls, grow your email list, sell a program or offer, deliver a free resource, fill an event or webinar), who it is for and what they get, the journey people should follow, and where they will come from: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, paid ads, your email list, your website, YouTube or a podcast, or referrals.

Links and files
Every form takes up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files: logos, photos, screenshots, brand guides, copy documents or audio. Video files are not accepted, so share a link to a video instead. A voice memo is fine, and for programs it is often the fastest brief you can give.
A good request reads like instructions to a friend who is helping you move. Compare these two:
- "I need a website."
- "Homepage, About and one page for my 3-month package. Every button should book a free 20-minute call. I like how the site below uses big photos. My headshots and bio are attached."
The second one can be built today. The first one starts a conversation.

What happens after you press Send request
Your request reaches the Coachful team, and we reply by email with next steps. The usual turnaround is around 24 hours. That is a typical figure, not a deadline we guarantee, so if you have a launch date, put it in the form's last box so the team knows from the start.
The build happens inside your account. For websites, a designed homepage template is applied as a private draft, and the template row says it in so many words: "Your current site stays live until you switch." You look at the result and change whatever you like.
From then on it is yours. You edit text on the page itself, swap photos, add sections, change prices and rewrite emails with the same editors you would have used from scratch.

What the white-glove setup does not include
Clear limits save everyone a disappointing week, so here they are:
- Recording. We do not record your videos or audio. A course is built as its structure, lessons and written material, and you film the videos. That is why the form says "Course (outline only)".
- Guaranteed deadlines. Around 24 hours is usual for a reply with next steps; it is not a promised delivery date.
- Logo design. We design pages in your brand colors and fonts, and we use the logo you have. Creating a logo is a separate job.
- Running your marketing. We build the funnel and the emails. Managing paid ads or ongoing marketing is not part of the service.
- Coaching calls. The service is a build, and it does not come with a private strategy or coaching session.
What we have built for coaches recently
A few recent requests, described without names, show the range:
- A menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing. No site, no logo, no prices yet. She got a five-page site (home, about, coaching, free consultation and contact) in sage and cream, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation booking.
- A life-purpose coach moving from another coaching tool. A dark forest-green site with home, about and coaching pages. The coach's three programs are shown as one pine drawn at three heights, taken from the coach's own emblem, and the program descriptions and FAQ were adapted from the old pages.
- A business mentor for beauty professionals who sells on Instagram. A sales page and checkout for a 12-week mentorship, a free start-up-guide funnel that now leads into that sales page, and rewritten follow-up emails. The design came from the coach's own free guide PDF.
- A somatic coach leaving Kajabi. The homepage and About page were rebuilt from the old Kajabi theme. Testimonials and numbers that had been images became real text, and the contact form now feeds Coachful.
- An author and speaker. Five pages built from the coach's copy document and photos, a new welcome homepage, a free community signup page, and a book page that waits for the book to launch.
- A psychologist-turned-coach working on emotional eating. A new homepage with three clear paths (book a call, join the free community, enroll in the program) and a free-community funnel that delivers a guide.
- A real-estate and money coach. A year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page website on the coach's own domain, a free nine-day bootcamp course with its own signup funnel and emails, and legal pages.
- A leadership coach whose Squarespace renewal was days away. One clean, mobile-friendly homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button, connected visually to the coach's sister company.
None of these coaches needed to know which editor does what. They knew what they wanted their visitors to do, and that turned out to be the important part.

Free build, agency, DIY or Michelle: which route fits
There are four ways to get a coaching website or funnel made. Each one is right for somebody.
| Route | Who does the work | Cost | Where the result lives | Best when |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful free build | People on the Coachful team | Nothing beyond your Coachful subscription | Your Coachful account, editable by you | You want it done well and soon, and you would rather coach than configure |
| Agency or freelance designer | A person or studio you hire | A project fee, plus more for later changes | Often a separate site builder you pay for and maintain | You need custom brand work, a logo or ongoing marketing management |
| Do it yourself | You | Your evenings | Your Coachful account | You enjoy building, have a clear picture and have time |
| Michelle, the AI assistant | Coachful's built-in AI, guided by you | Questions and planning are free; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits | Your Coachful account | You want a first draft in minutes and like iterating on it yourself |
An agency is the right call if you need things we do not do, like a logo or someone to run your ads every month. The catch is that agency sites often live in another tool, so your booking page, your checkout and your client portal end up in three places, and every small change goes back on an invoice.
Doing it yourself is completely workable on Coachful. The 30 homepage templates fill in your name, offers and links, and every guide linked below walks you through one piece. The cost is time, and for a new coach, time spent fiddling with spacing is time not spent talking to potential clients.
Michelle is the self-serve option. You describe a page or a program in plain words, Michelle drafts it, and you confirm before anything changes. It is fast and good for iterating. The free build is different: it is people, it reads your files and links, and it suits the coach who wants to hand the whole thing over.
Why it makes starting a coaching business easier
Starting a practice involves two kinds of work. There are decisions only you can make: who you help, what you offer, how you want clients to feel in the first week. Then there is assembly: pages, buttons, forms, emails, the confirmation screen after someone books.
Most of the friction lives in assembly, and it compounds. You cannot share your link until the page is done, you cannot finish the page until you pick a template, and you cannot pick a template until you know what the page is for. A lot of coaches lose a season this way.
The free build lets you hand over the assembly as soon as the decisions exist, even as a rough voice memo. You get something real to react to, and reacting is much easier than starting from a blank page. If you want the long version of what to decide first, start with our guide on how to start a coaching business and our note on what it costs to start one.
Everything we build sits on the same platform as the rest of your practice: your coaching website, funnels, programs, email, booking and payments into your own Stripe account with a 0% Coachful platform fee. Clients get one place to log in, on the web or in the iPhone and Android app.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Coachful white-glove build really free?
Yes. The build service costs nothing extra on any Coachful plan, and the app labels it FREE and Complimentary gift. Coachful itself is a paid subscription, and you can start with a free trial. The request form lives inside your account, under Create, Website, Funnels and several other screens.
How long does a done-for-you build take?
The team usually replies with next steps within around 24 hours. That is the typical turnaround, not a guaranteed deadline. A larger request, such as an eight-page site plus a program, can take longer, so add any launch date to the form's last box.
Will Coachful record my course videos?
No. We build a course as its outline, lessons, quizzes and written material, and you film the videos yourself. The form says "Course (outline only)" so this is clear before you choose it. Video files cannot be uploaded to the request, but links to videos are fine.
Can Coachful design my logo?
Logo design is not part of the free build. We design pages and funnels in your brand colors and fonts and use the logo you send. If you do not have a logo yet, say so in the form, and anything missing is left for you to add later.
Can I edit what the team builds?
Yes, all of it. Everything is built inside your own Coachful account with the normal editors, so you can change words on the page, swap photos, add sections, adjust prices and rewrite emails whenever you like.
What is the difference between the free build and Michelle?
The free build is people on the Coachful team building from your form, files and links. Michelle is Coachful's AI assistant, which drafts pages, programs and funnels from a description while you watch. Questions and planning with Michelle are free, and confirmed AI builds and changes use AI credits.
Do I need a Coachful account to request a build?
Yes. The request form is inside the app so the team can build directly in your account. Once you have signed up, open Create and choose We'll build it for you, or use the Fill in a form button on Website or Funnels.
