A sequence is a multi-step flow that runs per contact, built from email, delay, condition and split steps. Conditions read real behaviour and real records, so the next email depends on what the person actually did.

- Open and click reporting comes from tracking on a verified sending domain. Broadcasts sent through a connected Gmail account show delivery and replies but not opens.
- There is no drag-and-drop block builder. You choose a look, write in the editor, or supply your own HTML, and emails render in light mode.
- Coachful cannot guarantee inbox placement. It surfaces the DNS records and a DMARC instruction, but your domain reputation decides where mail lands.
