What is included in a Coachful plan?
The whole platform. Every plan includes your website and funnels, programs and journeys, scheduling with video calls, payments and invoices, client chat and community, email campaigns, the AI assistant, goals, habits and check-ins, and your content library. Plans differ by how many clients you coach and whether you need team seats or Coachful Intelligence.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and you can cancel in one click before it ends.
Does Coachful take a percentage of what I earn?
No. The platform fee is 0%. Payments run through your own Stripe or Razorpay account, so you keep everything after their processing fee.
What counts as a client?
An active client on your roster. Community members are counted separately: Lite includes an allowance for them, and from Solo upward they are unlimited.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down the ladder at any time from your plan settings, and your client limit and features follow immediately.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Only the coach subscribes. Clients get your branded client home and mobile app at no cost to them.
Do I still need other tools alongside Coachful?
No. Scheduling, payments, coaching agreements with e-signature, programs, courses, community, your website, email sequences and the AI assistant are all in the one subscription, under one login.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your plan starts on the card you added, at the price you were shown when you signed up. That price stays yours; a later change to our public pricing does not move you.
