Top 5 Course Platforms for Sales Coaches: Ranked and Reviewed

The best course platforms for sales coaches do more than host videos on discovery calls and objection handling. A sales course only pays off when reps actually make the dials, run the new talk track on a live call and report back, so the platform has to carry a client from the first lead magnet to enrollment, through the lessons, and into daily activity habits that stick after the last module. The deciding question is simple: will the tool help your buyers change their numbers, or will it only sell them a video library?
Our pick is Coachful, because it puts courses, booking, payments, agreements, cohort calls and daily check-ins behind one login, with one branded app for the rep. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but we have also set out the cases where Kajabi, LearnWorlds, Thinkific or Podia fits better, using vendor prices as listed in October 2026. If you want the broader comparison across every niche, start with our guide to course creation platforms for coaches; if you are choosing a full toolset rather than a course host, read best software for sales coaches.
What does a sales coach's client journey need from a course platform?
It needs four stages handled well: attracting reps or founders, enrolling them (often with a company paying), delivering skills they practise on real calls, and retaining them through accountability. Most course platforms are strong at the third stage and thin at the first two and the last one.
Sales coaching has a few traits that change the buying checklist. Your clients are measured on activity and outcomes every week, so they respond well to scorecards and check-ins. Many of them buy through an employer, so invoices and agreements matter. And people forget new material quickly unless they revisit and use it, a pattern described in research on the forgetting curve, which is why a course alone rarely changes behaviour on the phone.
Attract: lead magnets that sales people actually want
Reps and sales leaders download practical assets: a cold email template pack, a discovery call question bank, an objection-handling cheat sheet, a pipeline review checklist. The platform should host a lead-magnet funnel, capture the email, tag where the lead came from (LinkedIn post, webinar, podcast) and start a short email sequence. A webinar with a live role-play demo lets prospects see the method working before they apply.
Enroll: applications, strategy calls and company billing
Higher-priced sales programs usually sell through an application and a call. You need an application funnel, a booking page with intake questions, and a checkout that supports payment plans for individual reps and manual invoices for a VP of Sales who pays on company terms. A coaching agreement signed before the first call protects both sides on scope: you coach the rep, you do not guarantee quota.
Deliver: frameworks, scripts, role-plays and pipeline reviews
The content is a mix of short video lessons on a framework (discovery, qualification such as BANT or MEDDIC, negotiation), downloadable scripts and talk tracks, worksheets for account planning, and quizzes that check the rep knows the stages before a live drill. Delivery also includes live group role-play calls and 1:1 pipeline reviews, so scheduling and video links sit inside the same journey as the lessons. For structuring a cohort around those calls, see cohort course design for coaches.
Retain: activity habits, wins and renewals
Retention in sales coaching comes from visible progress. A rep who logs 40 dials a day, three booked meetings and a weekly reflection on the hardest objection can see the habit forming and so can you. Daily check-ins, habits with streaks, a community thread for closed deals, and a client status that flags who has gone quiet are what keep a cohort engaged long enough to renew or move into an alumni group.
Which platform covers which stage?
Coachful covers all four stages in one product; the other four are course or creator platforms that handle delivery and some marketing but leave enrollment paperwork and daily accountability to other tools.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole sales client journey, between-session delivery of habits and check-ins, total stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and setup effort including the free white-glove build.
| Platform | Attract | Enroll | Deliver | Retain | Entry price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Website, blog, lead-magnet and webinar funnels, email sequences | Application funnels, booking with intake questions, checkout, payment plans, invoices, e-signed agreements | Courses with drip and completion tracking, programs, group calls, 1:1 sessions | Daily check-ins, habits, streaks, community, client status | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Kajabi | Website, funnels, email | Checkout through Kajabi Payments or another provider | Courses, community | Community; no habit tracking or daily check-ins | $179/mo Basic ($143/mo annual) |
| LearnWorlds | Website builder, page funnels, mass email | Course checkout | Courses, interactive video, SCORM on Pro Trainer | Not built for habits or check-ins | $29/mo Starter ($24/mo annual) plus $5 per paid enrollment |
| Thinkific | Course landing pages | Course checkout via Thinkific Payments | Courses, communities, live community events | Community; no daily check-ins or per-client plans | $109/mo Start ($82/mo annual) |
| Podia | Storefront, email (small subscriber allowance) | Checkout for courses and coaching sessions | Courses, downloads, webinars, community | Community spaces; no habits or check-ins | $49/mo Mover ($42/mo annual), 5% fee |
How did we rank these course platforms?
We started from the sales coach's real week, not from feature counts. For each tool we read its pricing page and documentation as listed in October 2026, checked plan limits that bite at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and noted what public reviewers report. We did not run our own test accounts; everything below is what the vendors document.
Four questions decided the order:
- Can a rep move from lead magnet to enrolled program without leaving one place? Every extra tool is another login for a busy AE who already lives in a CRM.
- Does the platform deliver accountability between calls? Daily activity check-ins and habits matter more for sales skills than another video module.
- What does the whole stack cost? A cheap course host plus a booking tool, an e-signature tool and a check-in app often costs more than one platform.
- How long until it is live? Sales coaches sell time; a build service that sets up the funnel and course outline counts.
We left out Teachable, Kartra, Systeme.io and Stan Store this time. They can sell a course, but each is weaker than the five below on at least two of the four stages for a coach who sells to sales teams.
1. Coachful: is it the best course platform for sales coaches?
Yes, for a sales coach who sells programs rather than standalone videos. Coachful is a coaching platform where the course, the cohort, the calls, the payments and the daily accountability all live together, and the rep sees one branded app instead of five logins.

Courses built around the rep's real calls
The course builder handles modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking. You can deliver videos, downloads, books and AI tools alongside lessons, which suits a sales curriculum where every module ships with a script or a worksheet. There are 48 course templates with quizzes, so a knowledge check on qualification stages before a role-play takes minutes to add. Courses land in the client's branded home and app rather than a separate school site.

The bigger difference is the program layer around the course. Coachful runs multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For a sales cohort that means "Week 2: run the new discovery opener on ten calls" is a task, "20 dials before 10am" is a habit, and the evening check-in asks which objection came up most. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates give you a starting structure.

Enrollment that fits company buyers
Sales coaches often sell to a rep's manager. Coachful takes payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps and coupons, with Apple Pay and Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Each transaction gets an invoice, and you can raise manual invoices for a company that pays by bank transfer terms. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record.
Booking pages carry availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions on booking let you ask for quota, current win rate and deal size before a strategy call. The Intakes page then shows how many of those calls converted.

Delivery and retention after the last lesson
When a rep enrolls in a program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, so the group role-play thread, chat and video events are ready on day one. Group calls and webinars run inside the platform. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is the early warning you need before a rep stops showing up to drills.
Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft the email sequence for a webinar, summarize a recorded pipeline review, and brief you before a session on what the rep has logged that week. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. The separate AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you, which is useful for a rep who wants to rehearse a reply to "send me some information" at 8pm.
Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are put together:
Where Coachful stops
Coachful is not a CRM for your clients' deals. It has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration (Zapier is available) and no multi-stage deal board for large teams, so pipeline data stays in the rep's own CRM and comes into coaching through check-ins and notes. It is not a course marketplace, so buyers will not find you by browsing a catalogue. It does not offer PayPal or a permanent free plan, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than your own App Store account. Team plans (Studio and Agency) add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions if you hire associate coaches.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" option lets you describe what you want built, such as a webinar funnel, an application page for a 12-week sales accelerator, a course outline with written lesson material, an email sequence or a lead quiz. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logo, brand guide, existing scripts, slide notes; no video files), and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake results, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recording videos, logo design, ad management and ongoing marketing are not included. One recent build gave a business mentor a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide lead-magnet funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read more about the white-glove build service.

Coachful holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click. See how it maps to your niche on the Coachful for sales coaches page.
2. Kajabi: when does the creator suite make sense?
Kajabi makes sense for a sales coach whose business is mostly content: a signature course, a paid community and an audience large enough that the email list is the main asset. It combines courses, community, website, funnels and email in one creator platform.

For a sales trainer with a following on LinkedIn or YouTube, Kajabi's strength is selling knowledge products at scale. You can build a webinar funnel that leads into a course on outbound prospecting, sell a community for SDRs, and run broadcasts to the list. The Growth plan's 11 admin users suit a coach who has a small team writing content and handling support.
Prices as listed in October 2026:
- Basic: $179/mo ($143/mo annual), 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users, 0 AI credits.
- Growth: $249/mo ($199/mo annual), 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 500 AI credits.
- Pro: $499/mo ($399/mo annual), unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, 3 communities, 3 websites.

Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Use another processor (other than PayPal) and Kajabi adds its own fee: 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth, 0.5% on Pro, on top of the provider's charge. The standard trial is 14 days; some features such as bulk contact import and some automations stay locked until a paid plan starts.
The limits for a sales coach are practical ones. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is built from products and communities rather than per-client plans. Five products on Basic fills fast once you split a course, a mini course, a community and two coaching offers. Agreements and company invoicing would need other tools. On Trustpilot, Kajabi shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell mainly to a large audience through content, your revenue comes from courses and a community rather than coached cohorts, and you are willing to run accountability elsewhere.
3. LearnWorlds: the pick for corporate sales training content?
LearnWorlds is the strongest of these five as a pure learning system. It is a course and LMS platform with a website builder, funnels, interactive video and SCORM support, which matters when a sales coach sells training into companies with their own L&D teams.

Some enterprise buyers ask for content packaged as SCORM so it can run inside their own learning system. LearnWorlds' Pro Trainer plan lists 20 SCORM packages. Interactive video, where questions appear inside a recorded demo call, is a good fit for teaching a rep to spot buying signals at the right moment. The Learning Center plan adds up to 10 client groups, useful when you train several sales teams separately.
Pricing as listed in October 2026:
- Starter: $29/mo ($24/mo annual), 1 admin, 1,000 active learners a month, 300 AI credits, and a $5 fee per paid enrollment.
- Pro Trainer: $99/mo ($79/mo annual), 5 admins, 2,000 active learners a month, 20 SCORM packages, 15 page funnels, 2,000 mass emails a month, no LearnWorlds transaction fee.
- Learning Center: $299/mo ($249/mo annual), 25 admins, up to 10 client groups, 5,000 mass emails a month.
Stripe or PayPal gateway fees of 2.9% + $0.30 apply on top. The 30-day trial needs no card, according to LearnWorlds, but the school is scheduled for deletion if you do not upgrade, so export anything you build. A branded mobile app is a separately priced add-on. LearnWorlds carries a Trustpilot score of 4.8 from 423 reviews.
What it does not do is the coaching half of the job. LearnWorlds is not built for 1:1 client management, habits or check-ins, so pipeline reviews, agreements and daily activity tracking sit in other tools. For a solo coach who sells a 12-week program to individual AEs, that split adds work every week.
Pick it over Coachful if a client company requires SCORM packages for its own LMS (Coachful's feature list does not include SCORM), or your offer is self-paced training licensed to sales teams with little live coaching.
4. Thinkific: is a dedicated course host enough on its own?
For a sales coach with a mature course and many students, often it is. Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and webinar products, and it handles large student numbers on its entry plan.

The Start plan covers 10,000 current students, two admins, one community with 10 spaces and five live community events, which suits a sales trainer selling a self-paced cold-calling course to a broad market. Thinkific does not take a transaction fee when you use Thinkific Payments, which it describes as in line with other processors at 2.9%.
Prices as listed in October 2026, after a rise of about 10% on August 13, 2026:
- Start: $109/mo ($82/mo annual), 2 admins, 200 GB a month of video bandwidth, maximum group size 50.
- Grow: $219/mo ($164/mo annual), 6 admins, 3 communities, maximum group size 100.
- Expand: $499/mo ($374/mo annual), 15 admins, 10 communities, unlimited group size.
Every self-serve plan has a 30-day trial. Using a third-party Stripe or PayPal gateway instead of Thinkific Payments adds a per-plan gateway fee that the pricing page does not list. The branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on, which more than doubles the Start plan cost if you want reps practising from their phones.
Scheduling is the main gap. An older Thinkific profile notes that coaching relies on external booking links rather than built-in 1:1 scheduling, and there are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Public sentiment is mixed: Thinkific shows 1.8 from 868 reviews on Trustpilot.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is a high-volume, self-paced sales course with thousands of students and only occasional group calls, and you already have booking and agreement tools you like.
5. Podia: the simplest way to sell a first sales course?
Podia is the easiest storefront in this list for a new sales coach testing a first product. It sells courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community access from one simple store.

A coach just leaving a quota-carrying role can put up a mini course on discovery calls, a script pack as a download and a paid strategy session from one store. Podia's 14-day trial gives full access with no credit card or plan selection required. If you are still deciding what to sell first, our article on mini courses versus signature courses walks through the choice.
Pricing as listed in October 2026:
- Mover: $49/mo ($42/mo annual), 50 products, 25 community spaces, 100 email subscribers included, 5% Podia transaction fee.
- Shaker: $99/mo ($84/mo annual), 150 products, 500 email subscribers, 1 assistant, 0% Podia fee.
- Earthquaker: $179/mo ($150/mo annual), unlimited products and assistants, 1,000 email subscribers.
Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + 30¢ standard) applies on top. The email allowance is the limit sales coaches hit first: 100 subscribers is a small list for a coach running lead magnets on LinkedIn, and even Earthquaker includes 1,000. An older profile notes no mobile app and no native video calls, and Podia offers no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Podia rates 4.1 from 153 reviews on Trustpilot.
Pick it over Coachful if you want to validate one small digital product quickly, you have no live program yet, and a tiny email list is fine for now.
Which sales-specific features does each platform list?
Only Coachful lists daily check-ins, habits and per-client plans alongside courses; the others focus on content and leave accountability to you.
| Platform | Courses | Daily habits and check-ins | Built-in 1:1 booking | Platform fee on entry plan | Entry plan limit to watch | Trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Modules, drip, completion tracking, 48 templates with quizzes | Yes, with streaks and morning and evening check-ins | Yes, with two-way calendar sync and video links | 0%, processing only | Client cap on lower plans; Pro unlimited | Free trial |
| Kajabi | Yes | No | Coaching built from products and communities | Kajabi Payments 2.9% + $0.30; extra 2% with other processors | 5 products, 2,500 contacts | 14 days |
| LearnWorlds | Yes, with interactive video and SCORM on Pro Trainer | No | Not built for 1:1 client management | $5 per paid enrollment | 1,000 active learners a month | 30 days, no card |
| Thinkific | Yes | No | No, external booking links (older profile) | 0% with Thinkific Payments | Group size 50; app is a $199/mo add-on | 30 days |
| Podia | Yes | No | Sells coaching sessions; no native video calls (older profile) | 5% | 100 email subscribers | 14 days, no card |
What does each stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
An all-in-one stack costs one subscription; an assembled stack costs the course platform plus a booking tool, an e-signature tool and some way to run check-ins. The table shows platform list prices only, monthly, as listed in October 2026.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Also needed for a sales program |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for booking, agreements, payments or check-ins |
| Kajabi Basic | $179 | $179 | $179 | Check-in tool; agreement tool |
| LearnWorlds | $29 Starter plus $5 per paid enrollment | $99 Pro Trainer (no per-enrollment fee) | $99 Pro Trainer | Booking, agreements, check-ins |
| Thinkific Start | $109 | $109 | $109 | Booking, agreements, check-ins; $199 for a branded app |
| Podia | $49 Mover plus 5% of sales | $99 Shaker | $99 Shaker | Video calls, agreements, check-ins; more email subscribers |
Two worked examples, both illustrative. A LearnWorlds Starter coach who sells 15 enrollments in a month pays $29 plus 15 × $5, or $104, which is why we show Pro Trainer at that size. A Podia Mover coach who takes $3,000 in a month pays 5%, or $150, on top of the $49 plan and processing, so Shaker is cheaper from that point.
Recipe A: the all-in-one sales program
One Coachful subscription runs the lead-magnet funnel, the email sequence, the application, the strategy call booking, checkout with payment plans, the agreement, the course, the cohort community, group role-play calls and daily activity check-ins. There is a single bill and processing goes through your own Stripe or Razorpay account with no platform fee on top. This recipe suits coaches whose offer is a coached program with a course inside it.
Recipe B: the assembled content stack
A course host (Kajabi, LearnWorlds, Thinkific or Podia) plus a separate scheduling tool, an e-signature tool and a check-in or habit app. Each add-on has its own price and login, which we have not listed here because those tools are outside this comparison. This recipe suits coaches whose revenue is mostly self-paced content and who run very little 1:1 work. For a deeper look at the delivery side of an assembled stack, see our guide to client accountability portals for sales enablement coaches.
How would a sales coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?
The setup below is an example for a coach launching a 12-week outbound accelerator for SDRs and founders; swap in your own framework and numbers.

- Request the build. Use the white-glove option to ask for a webinar funnel ("Book 10 more meetings a month"), an application page for the accelerator and a five-email follow-up sequence. Attach your existing slide notes and scripts.
- Build the lead magnet. Upload your cold email template pack as a download and connect it to a lead-magnet funnel with UTM tracking, so you know which LinkedIn posts produce leads.
- Set up the strategy call. Create a session type with intake questions on quota, current meetings booked per week and the CRM the rep uses. Add buffers so calls do not stack against your own pipeline reviews.
- Price the offer. Create the accelerator with a payment plan for individuals and use manual invoices when a sales manager pays for several reps. Attach your coaching agreement so it is signed before the kickoff call.
- Write the course. Start from one of the 48 course templates, then add modules on targeting, openers, discovery, objections and follow-up. Put a short quiz at the end of each module and drip one module a week.
- Wrap it in a program. Add weekly goals, daily tasks and habits such as "40 dials" and "5 personalised emails", plus an evening check-in asking for meetings booked and the hardest objection of the day.
- Schedule the live layer. Set a weekly group role-play call and fortnightly 1:1 pipeline reviews. The cohort group is created when reps enroll.
- Watch status. Each week, check which reps are quiet or at risk and ask Michelle for a briefing before their next call.

Here is how funnels come together, from lead magnet to checkout:
Once enrolled, reps see the program in their branded app with the current week and their cohort:

If you are turning an existing sales method into lessons for the first time, our guide on how to turn your coaching framework into an online course covers the outline.
How do you migrate a sales course without losing students?
Move in stages and keep the old platform running until the current cohort finishes. Students should never lose access to a lesson they paid for in the middle of a program.
- Export first. Download student lists, completion data and any quiz results from your current host before you change anything. LearnWorlds deletes unupgraded schools after a trial, so do this early if you are testing there.
- Freeze new sales on the old host. Send new buyers to the new checkout while existing students finish where they are.
- Move recurring payments carefully. Subscriptions and payment plans tied to one processor account do not always transfer; check with your payment processor before cancelling anything.
- Rebuild the course with fresh assets. Upload scripts and worksheets in their latest versions rather than copying outdated talk tracks.
- Redirect old links. LinkedIn posts and email footers point at old sales pages for years; redirect them to the new funnel.
- Tell students once, clearly. One email with the new login link, the date and what stays the same.
With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export the full client data as a ZIP or export courses later if you leave. Our step-by-step piece on switching coaching platforms without disrupting clients has a full checklist.
Which course platform should a sales coach choose?
Choose Coachful if you sell coached programs with a course inside them; choose a content platform only if the course is the whole product.
Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, including solo coaches growing into a small team and coaches replacing four to six tools. For sales coaches it puts the course, the strategy call, the agreement, payment plans, company invoices, cohort calls and daily activity check-ins behind one login. It does not integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot, offers no PayPal, and is not a course marketplace. To start, take a free trial and request the free white-glove build for your funnel or course outline.
Kajabi suits a content-led trainer with a big audience. LearnWorlds suits training sold into companies that need SCORM. Thinkific suits a high-volume self-paced course. Podia suits a first product test. For more coaching software options in this niche, see our sales coach software buying checks and the online course platform for coaches overview.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best course platform for sales coaches?
Coachful ranks first because it combines courses with booking, payments, agreements, cohort calls and daily check-ins in one login. Kajabi, LearnWorlds, Thinkific and Podia are good course hosts but leave accountability and enrollment paperwork to other tools.
Can a company pay for a rep's sales coaching program?
Yes. In Coachful you can raise manual invoices in addition to the invoice created for each transaction, which suits a sales manager paying for several reps. Check how your own invoicing and tax obligations work with an accountant, since rules vary by country.
Do I need SCORM for a sales course?
Only if a corporate buyer wants to load your content into its own learning system. Of the five platforms here, LearnWorlds lists SCORM packages on its Pro Trainer plan. Reps and founders buying for themselves use your platform directly, so they have no need for it.
Does Coachful integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot?
No. Coachful has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, though Zapier is available. In Coachful, a rep's activity comes in through daily check-ins, habits and session notes rather than CRM data.
How do I keep reps practising after the course ends?
Give them a daily habit tied to activity, such as a dial or email target, and a short check-in that asks what happened on calls. Coachful runs habits, streaks and morning and evening check-ins inside programs, and flags clients who go quiet.
Which platform is cheapest for a new sales coach?
On list price, LearnWorlds Starter ($29/mo) and Podia Mover ($49/mo) are the lowest course hosts here, but both charge per-sale fees on those plans. Add any booking and agreement tools you would need to get the real total. Then compare it with Coachful's plans (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).
What is Coachful's free white-glove build service?
It is a build service on every plan: you describe a funnel, website, sales page, course outline, email sequence or other asset, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management, and nothing is invented for you.
Can I run live role-play calls inside the platform?
In Coachful, yes: group calls and webinars run inside the platform, and 1:1 sessions use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Podia's older profile notes no native video calls, and Thinkific relies on external booking links for 1:1 work.
Is a course enough to change a rep's results?
Rarely on its own. Sales skills improve through repetition on live calls with feedback, so pair the lessons with role-play sessions and daily accountability. Our guide to group coaching platforms covers the live side.
