10 Best Platform for Creativity Coaches (2026 Guide)

10 Best Platform for Creativity Coaches (2026 Guide)

The best platform for creativity coaches is the one that lets a client buy your program, sign in once and then find their daily practice, their course lessons, their cohort and your feedback in the same place. Creative work stalls between sessions, not during them, so the deciding question is simple: where will your client show up on a wet Tuesday morning when the blank page wins? If the answer involves three apps and two passwords, most of them will not show up at all.

Our pick is Coachful, because one membership covers checkout, programs with daily habits and check-ins, courses, a community feed with cohort groups, booking and a website, all under one login for you and one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the sections on the nine other platforms too: some of them are the better choice if you mostly sell a single big course or run a large free community. Every vendor price below is as listed in October 2026, and nothing here comes from hands-on testing; we report what vendors document and what public reviewers say.

What do creativity coaches actually sell online?

Most creativity coaches sell structured practice, not just conversation. The offers that tend to work online combine a container (weeks, a group, a membership) with a small daily action the client repeats until it sticks. Here are typical shapes, as examples rather than a template you must copy:

  • A six-week unblocking sprint. Weekly calls, a short lesson each week, and a daily task such as 20 minutes of freewriting, tracked as a habit. Useful for writers and artists who have stalled; writer's block is a well documented experience, and accountability is what most clients are paying for.
  • A finish-the-project cohort. Ten to fifteen people with the same goal (finish a draft, a series of paintings, an album) moving through a 12-week program together, with a group chat and a weekly critique call.
  • A creative studio membership. A monthly subscription with a community feed, a monthly live workshop, a growing library of prompts and recorded masterclasses.
  • A self-paced course. A lower-priced entry product, for example a course on building a daily creative practice, that feeds clients into the higher-touch offers.
  • One-to-one creative mentoring. Paid sessions or session packages, often with a portfolio or manuscript review between calls.
  • A free lead magnet. A seven-day prompt challenge or a downloadable practice guide that grows your email list.

Pricing these is your call. A practical way to set a price: decide the outcome, count your hours per client (calls, feedback, community time), set the hourly value you need, then compare against what peers in your corner of the creative world publicly charge. Research on creativity is broad, but nothing in it tells you a price; your positioning does.

One scope line worth keeping on your sales page: creativity coaching is not therapy. If a client's block looks like depression, anxiety or trauma, refer them to a licensed mental health professional and keep coaching to the practice and the work.

Which platform wins in each situation? (quick picks)

We ranked on four things, stated once: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions (habits, check-ins, community), total monthly cost of the stack, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these platforms?

We started from what a creativity coach sells (above) and asked how much of the selling and delivery of those offers each platform covers without extra tools. A platform scored well if a client could pay, sign an agreement, join a program, tick off a daily practice, post in a cohort group and book a call without leaving it.

  • Selling and delivery in one place. Checkout, website, funnels and email next to programs, courses and community.
  • The client's learning experience. Daily habits, check-ins and progress that make a practice stick, plus a mobile app clients will open.
  • Total cost of the stack. The subscription, transaction fees, and the extra tools you would need to fill gaps.
  • Setup effort. Templates, imports and any done-for-you help.

Vendor facts come from each vendor's pricing page as listed in October 2026; points marked "older profile" come from our September 2026 vendor profiles. Ratings are public Trustpilot figures seen on 25 October 2026. If you want a broader look at course tools first, our online course platform comparison covers them in more depth.

1. Coachful: best overall for creativity coaches

Coachful wins when you sell practice-based programs and want clients to keep creating between calls. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your clients get one app with your branding.

For a creativity coach, the core is the program builder. You can build a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. That maps directly onto creative work: the weekly goal is "finish the second chapter", the daily task is the writing session, the habit is the 20 minutes of sketching, and the evening check-in asks how it went. Streaks give clients a reason to come back on the days they would rather not.

Courses sit next to programs. You can build modules and lessons with drip and completion tracking, and add downloads, videos, books, AI tools, events and bundles, all delivered into the client's branded home and app. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes give you a starting structure if you would rather not begin from a blank page (which, given your clients, is a fair thing to want). Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built:

Group work is where creative coaching often earns the most. When someone enrols in a program, Coachful creates a cohort group automatically, so a finish-the-draft cohort has its own space without any setup. Around that you get a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events, group calls and webinars. A studio membership can live on the same feed as your one-to-one clients.

Selling is covered too. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction. Since August 2026 Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record.

The website builder is section-based, with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings, 30 designed homepage templates and an Import website option. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, and there is a link-in-bio page that sells, which matters if most of your audience finds you through a portfolio on social media. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences (triggers, delays, branching, A/B splits) handle the seven-day prompt challenge that feeds your cohort.

Booking covers the one-to-one side: booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection; two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync; built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet and Teams links; paid sessions and session credits; and intake questions on booking, useful for asking what project a new client is stuck on.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can build programs, draft emails and content, summarise recorded sessions and brief you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You can also set up an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions. If you are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want (a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a link in bio, a lead quiz, an event), attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos of your work and existing copy, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. As one example from recent builds, a somatic coach leaving Kajabi had the homepage and About page rebuilt and the contact form connected. Read more in our guide to the white-glove service.

Coachful Create page with the We'll build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful with the We'll build it for you card that starts a white-glove build request.

What Coachful does not do matters too. It is not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers; you bring your own audience. There is no PayPal, no permanent free plan and no third-party plugins. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. It is not HIPAA-certified, which is fine for creativity coaching but worth knowing if you also do clinical work. The affiliate program is partial: it tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but you record payouts yourself.

Plans are flat and monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). To start, take a free trial, then use the white-glove build to get your site and first program in place. Clients, programs and content can be imported for you during onboarding, and you can export all client data as a ZIP whenever you like.

2. Kajabi: for a flagship course with a large audience

If your business revolves around one polished signature course and you already have a sizeable email list, Kajabi is the strongest alternative here. It combines courses, community, a website, funnels and email marketing, and it is built for selling knowledge products.

Kajabi homepage as captured in October 2026, desktop view
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179 a month ($143 on annual billing) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249 a month ($199 annual) with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits; Pro is $499 a month ($399 annual). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Use a different processor (other than PayPal) and Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro, on top of the processor's fees. There is a 14-day trial; a card is optional, but some features such as bulk contact import stay locked until you pay.

The gap for creativity coaches is delivery between sessions. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organised around products and communities rather than per-client plans. You can sell a course on building a creative practice; you cannot easily see which client stopped practising on day nine. The Basic plan's five-product cap also bites quickly if you sell a course, a cohort, a membership, a challenge and session packages. Public reviewers on Trustpilot give Kajabi 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your income is mostly one large self-paced course sold to a big list, and you do not need daily habits or check-ins.

3. Podia: for a simple storefront of courses and workshops

Podia suits a creativity coach who wants a tidy, uncomplicated shop for a course, a few downloads, a recorded workshop and a small community, without learning a marketing suite.

Podia homepage as captured in October 2026, desktop view
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Mover costs $49 a month ($42 annual) with a 5% Podia transaction fee, 50 products and 100 email subscribers included. Shaker is $99 a month ($84 annual) with no Podia fee, 150 products and 500 email subscribers; Earthquaker is $179 a month ($150 annual) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing comes on top. The 14-day trial needs no credit card.

Those email subscriber allowances are small. A seven-day prompt challenge that brings in a few hundred sign-ups would push you past Mover's 100 included subscribers in a week. Our September 2026 profile also notes no mobile app and no native video calls, and Podia offers no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. For a creative client, that means lessons in a browser tab with no nudge to practise. Podia rates 4.1 from 153 reviews on Trustpilot.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell mainly downloads and short courses, want the simplest possible shop, and do not run programs that rely on daily practice.

4. Mighty Networks: for community-led creative circles

When the community is the product, for example a large circle of writers or illustrators who meet for live sessions and share work every week, Mighty Networks is built for exactly that. It combines community, courses and events, with member apps branded as Mighty.

Mighty Networks homepage as captured in October 2026, desktop view
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Launch costs $95 a month ($79 annual) with 3 hosts, 200 GB of storage and 20 hours of livestreaming a month for up to 100 attendees. Scale is $215 a month ($179 annual) with 30 livestream hours for 200 attendees; Growth is $354 a month on annual billing. Mighty takes a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. The 14-day trial needs no card and includes Growth features.

Where it falls short is the one-to-one side. There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. If your circle feeds clients into private mentoring, you will need a separate booking tool, an e-signature tool and a way to track each person's practice. Your own branded apps are only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro tier. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews. Our group coaching community platform guide compares community tools in more detail.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a large, community-first membership with lots of livestreams and offer little or no one-to-one coaching.

5. Stan Store: for Instagram-first artists

Plenty of creativity coaches find clients through their art on Instagram or TikTok. Stan Store turns a link in bio into a storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls, and it is quick to set up.

Stan Store homepage as captured in October 2026, desktop view
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Creator costs $29 a month ($25 annual) for unlimited products and customers in one store; Creator Pro is $99 a month ($79 annual). Stan takes no fee of its own, so you pay only standard Stripe or PayPal processing. The 14-day trial converts to a paid month when it ends. Note that email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro, so the plan most creators actually need is the $99 one.

Stan Store sells; it does not deliver coaching. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, and no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. No team seats are advertised either. That works for a coach selling a prompt pack and a few calls; it breaks down when you run a cohort and need to see who is keeping up. Public reviewers rate it highly: 4.7 from 2,205 reviews on Trustpilot.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a mobile storefront for small digital products and paid calls, and you are not running programs yet.

6. Thinkific: for a large self-paced course catalogue

Thinkific is the choice for a creativity coach turning into a course business: several self-paced courses, many students, with live coaching a smaller part of the work.

Thinkific homepage as captured in October 2026, desktop view
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Start costs $109 a month ($82 annual) with 10,000 current students, 2 admins, one community and 5 live community events. Grow is $219 a month ($164 annual); Expand is $499 a month ($374 annual). Thinkific raised prices by about 10% on 13 August 2026. Thinkific charges no transaction fee when you use Thinkific Payments, at a rate it describes as in line with other processors at 2.9%; third-party gateways carry an extra fee that the page does not list. The trial is 30 days on every self-serve plan.

For coaching, our September 2026 profile notes there is no built-in 1:1 scheduling, so calls rely on external booking links. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans, and a branded mobile app is a $199-a-month add-on. That add-on alone can double the cost for a coach who wants clients practising from their phones. Thinkific's Trustpilot score is 1.8 from 868 reviews, the lowest in this list.

Pick it over Coachful if you are building a catalogue of self-paced courses for thousands of students and coaching is a small part of the business.

7. Teachable: for a low-cost first course

Teachable is a sensible place to test a first course, say a four-week introduction to a daily creative practice, before you know whether you will build a fuller coaching business around it.

Teachable homepage as captured in October 2026, desktop view
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

Starter costs $39 a month ($29 annual) for 5 products with a 7.5% platform fee on sales. Builder is $89 a month ($69 annual) for 10 products with no platform fee; Growth is $189 a month ($139 annual) for 50 products and 5 admins. Teachable Payments processing is 2.9% + 30¢ on US cards and 3.9% + 30¢ internationally, with a $15 chargeback fee. Trials vary: plan cards show 7 days plus a 30-day guarantee.

The Starter fee is the trap. At 7.5%, a $300 cohort sale costs you $22.50 to Teachable before processing, so moving to Builder makes sense as soon as sales are steady. Our older profile notes no native scheduling or calendar sync, so coaching calls rely on separate tools such as Calendly and Zoom. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Teachable does offer student mobile apps. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 1,110 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you only want to test one inexpensive course and do not yet sell coaching alongside it.

8. Skool: for gamified challenge groups

Skool fits a 30-day creative challenge where a gamified leaderboard keeps people posting their daily sketch or page. It puts a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group.

Skool homepage as captured in October 2026, desktop view
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Hobby costs $9 a month ($7.50 annual) but charges 10% + 30¢ on every transaction. Pro is $99 a month ($82.50 annual) with 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Both plans include unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. Payments go only through Skool Payments, the fees are non-refundable, and payouts arrive weekly on Wednesdays. The pricing page did not state trial length or card terms when we checked.

Outside the group itself there is little. Skool has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. A leaderboard rewards activity in the group, which is not the same as a private habit tracker showing a client's own practice. Skool rates 1.6 from 54 reviews on Trustpilot.

Pick it over Coachful if your whole offer is a gamified group challenge and you are happy to run your website and email elsewhere.

9. Kartra: for marketing-heavy launches

Kartra appeals to creativity coaches who launch in big pushes, with sales pages, email and SMS sequences and checkout all aimed at filling a cohort in a fortnight.

Kartra homepage as captured in October 2026, desktop view
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Essentials costs $59 a month ($52 annual) but caps you at 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product and 1 membership, with a 5% transaction fee. Starter is $119 a month ($99 annual) with 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, and no Kartra fee. Growth is $229 a month ($189 annual) with 12,500 contacts. There is a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Kartra is a marketing suite first. It offers no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and our September 2026 profile notes no mobile app for students or admins, and funnels and memberships that are not portable to other platforms. That last point matters if you ever want to move; see our guide to protecting coaching data from platform shutdowns. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from 129 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you run frequent paid launches with SMS campaigns and a separate team handles delivery somewhere else.

10. Systeme.io: for a zero-budget start

Starting with no budget at all? Systeme.io has a free plan that never expires, and it bundles funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program.

Systeme.io homepage as captured in October 2026, desktop view
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

The Free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog and 1 custom domain, with no credit card. Startup is $17 a month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar $47 and Unlimited $97. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including the free one; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing.

The trade-off is depth. Our September 2026 profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app. A free lead magnet and a starter course run well on it; a 12-week cohort with daily practice tracking does not. Public reviewers rate it very highly, with 4.9 from 8,696 reviews on Trustpilot.

Pick it over Coachful if you need to spend nothing while you validate your first lead magnet and course, and you do not coach clients yet.

How do the platforms compare feature by feature?

The matrix below shows which parts of selling and delivery each platform covers natively, based on vendor documentation and our profiles. "Not listed" means the vendor material we used does not document it, not that it is absent.

The pattern is clear: nearly every platform can sell a course, and several can host a community, but only one in this list handles daily practice, private coaching and the cohort in the same place. For more on combining these, see our guide to the best all-in-one coaching platform.

What does an example creativity offer look like built end to end?

Here is one illustrative offer built in Coachful: a 12-week "Finish the Draft" cohort for writers, sold at a price you set, with a weekly group call and a daily writing habit.

  1. Website and lead magnet. Start from a creative homepage template, add a free seven-day prompt challenge as a lead-magnet funnel, and connect an email sequence that sends one prompt a day and invites readers to apply. Or ask the white-glove team to build the site and funnel from your notes. See our coach website builder page.
  2. Application and checkout. An application funnel screens for fit; accepted writers pay through a checkout funnel using your Stripe account, as a single payment or a payment plan, with an order bump for a one-to-one manuscript review.
  3. Onboarding. The coaching agreement goes out for e-signature before the first call. A welcome flow asks about the project, the word count so far and what usually stops them.
  4. Program. Twelve weeks, each with a weekly goal (for example "draft chapter four") and daily tasks. A writing habit tracks the daily session; morning check-ins set the intention, evening check-ins record what happened. Short course lessons on structure and revision drip weekly.
  5. Community. Enrolment creates the cohort group automatically. Writers share pages in the group chat, and the weekly critique call is a video event in the same space.
  6. Follow-up. Client status shows who is thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can message the writer who went quiet in week five before they drop out. Michelle can brief you before each call.

Our cohort coaching platform guide goes further into running groups, and the group coaching software page shows the cohort tools.

What do three example stacks cost per month?

The stacks below are examples built from list prices in October 2026, before payment processing. They show how costs add up once you fill each platform's gaps.

StackToolsMonthly costGaps left
Coachful onlyCoachful for website, funnels, email, checkout, programs, courses, community and bookingSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsNo PayPal; no marketplace traffic
Course and community stackKajabi Basic$179, plus Kajabi Payments feesNo habits, check-ins or per-client plans; 5-product cap
Budget patchworkSysteme.io Startup ($17) + Stan Store Creator ($29) + Skool Hobby ($9)$55, plus 10% + 30¢ on Skool salesThree logins for clients; no habits, check-ins, contracts or client records

Client count matters too. Coachful's lower plans cap clients and Pro is unlimited, while most course platforms cap products or contacts instead. Here is what each approach costs at three sizes:

Platform5 clients15 clients40 clients
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clients
Kajabi$179 (Basic)$179 (Basic)$179 (Basic, if under 5 products)
Mighty Networks$95 + 2% of sales$95 + 2% of sales$95 + 2% of sales
Podia$49 + 5% of sales$99 (Shaker, to drop the fee)$99 (Shaker)
Thinkific with branded app$308 ($109 + $199 app)$308$308

Remember that the course platforms in this table still need separate booking, contracts and habit tracking for one-to-one work, so their real stack cost is higher than the figure shown. Payment processing applies everywhere.

What mistakes do creativity coaches make when choosing a platform?

  • Buying a course platform for a coaching business. A course delivers lessons; coaching delivers change in practice. If your offer depends on daily creative work, you need habits and check-ins, not just videos.
  • Ignoring transaction fees. A 5%, 7.5% or 10% fee on cheap plans can cost more than upgrading. Do the sum at your expected monthly sales.
  • Splitting the client experience. Course in one app, group in another, booking in a third. Every extra login is a reason for a stuck client to stay stuck.
  • Picking for the launch, not the delivery. Funnels matter for a fortnight; delivery matters for the whole 12 weeks.
  • Not checking exports. Make sure you can take your client data with you. Our 12-point platform checklist covers this.

Which platform should a creativity coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you sell programs, cohorts or memberships built around a daily creative practice and want selling and delivery in one login. It covers checkout, website, funnels, email, courses, community, booking, contracts and habit tracking, and the free white-glove service can set up your site and first program for you. Choose Kajabi or Thinkific if one big course is the whole business, Mighty Networks or Skool if a large community is the product, and Stan Store or Systeme.io if you need to start for very little and are not coaching clients yet. Coaches working across creative and life goals may also like our life coach software guide and the book coach platform guide.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best platform for creativity coaches?

For most creativity coaches who sell programs, cohorts or memberships, Coachful is the best fit, because it combines checkout, programs with daily habits and check-ins, courses, community and booking in one login. If you only sell a single self-paced course to a large list, Kajabi or Thinkific may suit you better.

Can I run a creative cohort and one-to-one clients on the same platform?

Yes, in Coachful. Enrolling in a program creates a cohort group automatically, and one-to-one clients can book sessions, sign agreements and follow private programs in the same app. Community-first tools like Mighty Networks and Skool have no 1:1 booking or contracts.

How do I help clients keep a daily creative practice between sessions?

Use a platform with habits and check-ins. In Coachful you can set a daily habit, such as a writing or sketching session, with morning and evening check-ins and streaks, and see which clients have gone quiet. None of the course or community platforms in this list offers client habits or daily check-ins.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a done-for-you build available on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ongoing marketing.

Is Coachful a course marketplace that will find me students?

No. Coachful is not a course marketplace, so you bring your own audience through your website, funnels, email and link in bio. The same is true of the other platforms here; none of them sends you buyers by default.

Which platform is cheapest for a new creativity coach?

Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts and one course, and Skool's Hobby plan costs $9 a month, although Skool takes 10% + 30¢ per sale. Both leave out one-to-one coaching tools, so check what you would need to add once you take on clients.

Does Coachful take a cut of my sales?

No. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee. You pay only the processing fees of your own Stripe or Razorpay account. PayPal is not supported.

Can I sell from my Instagram link in bio?

Yes. Coachful includes a link-in-bio page that sells, connected to your offers and checkout. Stan Store is built around this too, though it has no programs, client records or community.

Is creativity coaching the same as therapy?

No. Creativity coaching focuses on practice, habits and finishing work. If a client's block looks like depression, anxiety or trauma, refer them to a licensed mental health professional.

Can I move my existing course and clients into Coachful?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the website builder has an Import website option. You can also export all client data as a ZIP at any time.
