Best Platform for Executive Function Coaches: 7 Compared

Best Platform for Executive Function Coaches: 7 Compared

The best platform for executive function coaches is the one that carries a client from checkout to the daily follow-through that makes the coaching work. Executive function clients, whether a 15-year-old who loses track of assignments or a 40-year-old manager who drowns in open loops, rarely struggle in the session itself. They struggle on Tuesday at 4 p.m., when the plan from Monday has to turn into action. So the deciding question is simple: where does your client go between sessions, and do you have to stitch three tools together to get them there?

Our pick is Coachful. It puts booking, checkout, coaching agreements, multi-week programs with daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins, courses, a community and your website under one login, with one branded app for the client. The six other platforms below each win a narrower situation, such as a large course-and-community business, a simple storefront, a clinical-adjacent practice or a social-first creator shop, and we say exactly when to pick each one over Coachful.

This guide is about selling and delivering executive function coaching online: programs, parent courses, student cohorts, memberships, checkout and the website that brings people in. If you are still shaping the practice itself, start with our guide to executive function coaching for teens and adults and how to start an executive function coaching business.

What do executive function coaches actually sell online?

Most executive function coaches sell some mix of one-to-one coaching, structured programs and lower-priced education for parents or adults who are not ready for coaching. The platform has to handle all three, because the education usually feeds the coaching.

Executive functions are the mental skills behind planning, focus, working memory and self-control; Harvard's Center on the Developing Child describes them as an "air traffic control system" for the brain (Center on the Developing Child, Harvard University). Coaching builds the routines and systems that support those skills. Typical offers we see in this niche look like this (illustrative examples, not prices):

  • A 10 or 12-week one-to-one program for high school or college students: weekly calls, a daily planning check-in, a homework or study habit, and a short Friday review.
  • An adult focus and follow-through program for professionals, often clients with an ADHD diagnosis, built around weekly priorities, a morning plan and an evening shutdown routine.
  • A self-paced parent course on supporting a teen's planning and organization, sold on its own or as a bundle with coaching.
  • Small group cohorts, for example a summer "launch to college" cohort or a semester study-skills group, with group calls and a shared space for wins and questions.
  • A monthly membership for alumni: body-doubling sessions, a community feed and a library of templates.
  • Session packs for families who want lighter support after a program ends.

A scope line belongs in every executive function offer. Coaching is not diagnosis or treatment of ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety or depression. The U.S. National Institute of Mental Health notes that ADHD is diagnosed by a licensed clinician and that treatment can include medication, psychotherapy and education or training (NIMH). Refer a client to their physician, psychologist or school team when you suspect an undiagnosed condition, when symptoms affect safety or mental health, or when school accommodations need formal evaluation. The CDC's overview of ADHD treatment is a good page to share with parents (CDC).

How did we choose and rank these platforms?

We make Coachful, so read this ranking with that in mind. We have tried to be fair by stating our criteria, using only what vendors publish and what public reviewers report, and saying plainly when a competitor is the better choice. We did not run hands-on tests of competitors for this article.

Four criteria shaped the order:

  1. How much of selling and delivery runs in one place. Executive function coaching breaks down at the handoffs: a booking tool, a payment link, a course platform and a habit app each need their own login, and a client who struggles with task initiation will not juggle four.
  2. The client's experience between sessions. Daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and visible progress matter more for this niche than almost any other, because the work is building follow-through.
  3. Total cost of the stack at 5, 15 and 40 clients, including transaction fees and the second tool you would need.
  4. Setup effort. How long before a real client can buy and start.

Vendor prices and limits are as listed in October 2026. Notes marked "older profile" come from our September 2026 vendor profiles. Trustpilot ratings were checked on October 25, 2026.

1. Coachful: why is it the best overall platform for executive function coaches?

A laptop showing a habit tracker and a tablet showing a client's coaching hub on a kitchen table
Coachful's habit tracker and client coaching hub, with demo data, on a laptop and tablet beside a weekly planner.

Wins when: you sell programs, not just sessions, and you want the client's daily plan, check-ins and habits to live in the same place they paid, signed and booked. That describes most executive function practices.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login. The client gets one app with the coach's branding, so a student opens the same place for Monday's call, Tuesday's planning check-in and Thursday's study habit.

For executive function work, the program engine is the main reason it ranks first. Multi-week programs hold weekly goals and daily tasks, habits with streaks, goals with progress bars, and morning and evening check-ins. A morning check-in can ask "What are your top three for today?" and an evening one "What got done, and what moves to tomorrow?", which is the plan, do, review loop most executive function coaches teach. You see the answers on the client record next to notes, intake answers, sessions and payments, and every client carries a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so the student who went silent after a tough week shows up before your next call.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered:

Selling runs in the same account. Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time prices, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. A coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first call and is stored on the client record, which helps when a parent is paying for a teen's program. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync, built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, and email reminders, plus SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. For a client who forgets appointments, that last reminder does real work.

The coaching flows library with demo Welcome, Morning Check-in and Evening Check-in flows.

The education side is covered too. Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, so a parent course or a "study systems" mini course sits next to your coaching. A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events handle cohorts; when someone enrolls in a group program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, and booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels carry pixel and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits round it out. There are more than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes if you would rather edit than start blank.

Two AI features fit this niche. Michelle, the built-in assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft a 12-week program outline, write emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before each call. It can also give you optional private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8 (ICF Core Competencies). Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. The AI Coach is an AI version of you, configured by you, that selected clients can chat with between sessions, useful for an adult client who wants a nudge to break a stuck task into steps at 9 p.m. If you are working toward an ICF credential, Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you need (a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a form or worksheet, and more), and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recent builds include a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away who got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button, and a real-estate and money coach who got a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a nine-day bootcamp funnel. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. More detail is in our white-glove service guide.

Coachful Create page with the We will build it for you card
The Create page, where the build-it-for-you card starts a white-glove request.

What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace, there are no third-party plugins, and there is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.

Pricing. Plans are flat monthly fees; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click. Coachful holds a 4.5 rating on Trustpilot from 21 reviews. To start, open a free trial and request a white-glove build of your site or first program. 2. Kajabi: is it the right pick for a big parent-education business?

The scenario it wins: your business is mainly courses and a community for parents, with a large email list, and one-to-one coaching is a small share of revenue.

Kajabi homepage as captured in October 2026, shown on a desktop browser
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. If your plan is a flagship parent course, a paid community and a launch every quarter, Kajabi has the marketing depth and a large user base: its Trustpilot rating was 3.4 from 2,347 reviews on October 25, 2026.

The fit for executive function delivery is weaker. Kajabi's model is products and communities rather than per-client plans: there is no habit tracking and no daily client check-ins, so the plan, do, review loop has to live somewhere else. Many coaches end up adding a separate scheduling tool and a habit or accountability app, which reintroduces the extra logins your clients struggle with.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) for 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual) for 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. The trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and if you enter one Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges when the trial ends. Some features, such as bulk contact import and test emails, stay locked until you activate a paid plan.

The 5-product cap on Basic matters more than it looks. A parent course, a teen course, a membership, a cohort and a session pack already make five.

Pick it over Coachful if courses and launches to a list of thousands are the core of your business and you are comfortable running one-to-one delivery in other tools.

3. Podia: does a simple storefront cover an executive function practice?

Podia's winning case: a coach starting out with a parent workshop, a few downloadable planners and a handful of paid sessions, who wants something simple to set up.

Podia homepage as captured in October 2026, shown on a desktop browser
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia is a straightforward storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community. It has a reputation for simplicity, and its Trustpilot rating was 4.1 from 153 reviews on October 25, 2026. The 14-day trial gives full access with no credit card and no plan selection required.

Where it falls short for this niche is between sessions. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so Podia sells the coaching but does not deliver the daily structure. Our older profile (September 2026) also notes no mobile app and no native video calls, which means a separate video tool. Email allowances are small: 100 subscribers on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker, which a parent lead magnet can outgrow quickly.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Mover $49/mo ($42/mo annual) with a 5% Podia transaction fee; Shaker $99/mo ($84/mo annual) and Earthquaker $179/mo ($150/mo annual) with 0% Podia fee. Stripe or PayPal processing (2.9% + 30¢ standard) applies on top. On Mover, a family paying for a 12-week program pays you, and Podia keeps 5% of that sale, so the step up to Shaker often pays for itself once sales are steady.

Podia is a reasonable first storefront. It becomes a limit when you want the student's daily plan and the coach's notes in the same place as the purchase.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell downloads and a workshop, see few one-to-one clients, and want the simplest storefront possible with a no-card trial.

4. Practice Better: when does a practice-management tool make sense?

Built for a different setting: Practice Better suits executive function coaches who also work as, or alongside, licensed clinicians such as occupational therapists or nutrition practitioners, and who want charting and telehealth in the same system.

Practice Better homepage as captured in October 2026, shown on a desktop browser
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. That clinical-style structure is useful if you document sessions formally or run a mixed practice. Its Trustpilot rating was 3.8 from 87 reviews on October 25, 2026.

For selling online, the gap is marketing. Our older profile (September 2026) notes no website builder or funnel pages, so you need a separate site and a way to send leads into the portal. Several delivery features that matter here sit on the higher tier: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus at $99/mo. Accounts have one practitioner below the Team plan, which matters once you hire a second coach.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Sprout $0/mo for 3 clients and 100 MB; Starter $35/mo ($25/mo annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69/mo ($59/mo annual) for 300 clients; Plus $99/mo ($89/mo annual) for unlimited clients and 3 admins; Team $155/mo ($145/mo annual) for 2 practitioners, with up to 200 at +$50 each. Trials are 30 days on Team and 14 days on other paid plans. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe; the rates are not listed on the pricing page, and no platform fee is stated.

The free Sprout tier is a genuine way to test the workflow with three clients, though most practices outgrow it in a month.

Pick it over Coachful if you need clinical-style charting and telehealth for a mixed or clinician-led practice, and you are happy to run your website and funnels elsewhere.

5. Mighty Networks: is a community-first platform better for student cohorts?

Cohorts are where it shines: if your main product is a semester study-skills group or a parent community with live events, Mighty Networks gives you a full community space with courses and livestreams.

Mighty Networks homepage as captured in October 2026, shown on a desktop browser
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, with Mighty-branded member apps. Livestreaming is included: 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch and 30 hours for 200 attendees on Scale. For a body-doubling membership or a weekly cohort call, that is useful built-in capacity. Its Trustpilot rating was 3.3 from 219 reviews on October 25, 2026.

The trade-offs show up on the one-to-one side. Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Members use Mighty-branded apps; your own branded apps are available only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan. For a coach whose revenue comes from individual programs, that means a second platform for the core offer.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Launch $95/mo ($79/mo annual) with 3 hosts and 200 GB storage; Scale $215/mo ($179/mo annual); Growth $354/mo billed annually; Mighty Pro on request. Mighty takes a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Pro, plus Stripe processing. The 14-day trial needs no card and includes Growth plan features, so check which features drop away on the plan you actually buy.

For more on running groups well, see our buyer guide to cohort coaching platforms.

Pick it over Coachful if a large, event-heavy community is your main product and one-to-one coaching is a minor add-on you will run elsewhere.

6. Teachable: should you sell a parent course on a course platform?

Choose Teachable when one well-made self-paced course, for example "Helping your teen plan the week", is the product, and you expect many buyers with little live contact.

Teachable homepage as captured in October 2026, shown on a desktop browser
Teachable's homepage in October 2026.

Teachable is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps, which is handy for parents who watch lessons on a phone. Its Trustpilot rating was 3.3 from 1,110 reviews on October 25, 2026.

For coaching delivery it is thin. Our older profile (September 2026) notes no native scheduling or calendar sync, so coaching calls rely on separate booking and video tools, and there are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. If a parent buys the course and then wants coaching for their teen, that client moves to a different system.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter $39/mo ($29/mo annual) for 5 products and 1 admin, with a 7.5% platform fee; Builder $89/mo ($69/mo annual) for 10 products, 0% platform fee; Growth $189/mo ($139/mo annual) for 50 products and 5 admins. Teachable Payments processing is 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards and 3.9% + 30¢ for international cards, with a $15 chargeback fee. Plan cards list a 7-day trial plus a 30-day guarantee.

The 7.5% fee on Starter is the detail to watch. On a course selling steadily, Builder's higher subscription usually costs less than the fee.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell only self-paced courses to a broad audience and do not deliver one-to-one programs at all.

7. Stan Store: can a link-in-bio store run an executive function business?

Social-first coaches start here: if you post study and productivity tips on Instagram or TikTok and sell planners, a mini course and paid calls from your bio link, Stan Store is quick to launch.

Stan Store homepage as captured in October 2026, shown on a desktop browser
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. Stan takes 0% of each sale, with standard Stripe or PayPal processing. Its Trustpilot rating was 4.7 from 2,205 reviews on October 25, 2026.

It stops at the sale. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, it is not a CRM, and there are no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. No team seats are advertised. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on the Creator Pro plan.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Creator $29/mo ($25/mo annual) with unlimited products and customers in one store; Creator Pro $99/mo ($79/mo annual). The 14-day trial charges the first month when it ends.

For a content creator testing demand with a planner template, Stan Store is a sensible first step. Once buyers become coaching clients, you need somewhere to deliver the program.

Pick it over Coachful if your audience lives on social media, you sell mainly low-priced digital products, and one-to-one coaching is not yet part of the business.

How do the seven platforms compare feature by feature?

The table below covers what each platform documents for selling and delivering coaching. "Not listed" means we found no mention in the vendor's published material or our profile, not that the feature is definitely missing.

What does an executive function offer look like built end to end in Coachful?

Here is one example offer, set up from checkout to cohort. The program name and structure are illustrative; your own will differ.

A monitor showing an offers page and a laptop showing a community feed in a home office
Coachful's Offers page and a client community feed, both with demo data, on a monitor and laptop in a coach's office.

The offer: "Launch Ready", a 10-week program for first-year college students, with a weekly 1:1 call, daily planning check-ins, two habits and a cohort space shared with other students in the program. Parents get a short companion course.

  1. Price it from your hours. Add up your live time (10 calls), review time (say 15 minutes a week per student reading check-ins) and onboarding. Multiply by the hourly rate you want, then compare with what families in your area pay for tutoring or coaching. Offer a payment plan as well as a single payment, because families often budget month to month.
  2. Build the checkout. Create the offer with one-time and payment-plan prices through your Stripe account, and add the parent course as an order bump. A coupon handles early enrollment.
  3. Send the agreement. The coaching agreement, including your scope line and referral policy, goes out for e-signature before the first call. For students under 18, follow your own policy on who signs; for adults, the student signs.
  4. Collect intake answers at booking. Ask about course load, current planner habits, diagnosis (optional, for context only) and what the student wants to be different by week 10.
  5. Set up the program. Weekly goals such as "set up a semester calendar" or "first full week of the shutdown routine", daily tasks, a morning check-in ("top three for today?") and an evening check-in ("what got done, what moves?"). Add habits like "planner review, 10 minutes" so streaks build visibly.
  6. Let the cohort form itself. When a student enrolls, Coachful creates the cohort group. Schedule a monthly group call as a video event and use the feed for "win of the week" posts.
  7. Add the parent course. Four short modules with drip release: how executive function develops, how to ask without nagging, setting up a family calendar, and when to seek an evaluation.
  8. Bring people in. A lead-magnet funnel offers a "first week of college" planner download, followed by a five-email sequence that ends with an invitation to an application or booking funnel.

If you would rather not build this yourself, describe it in a white-glove request and attach your existing materials. The team builds the funnel, program structure and course outline in your account, and leaves gaps where details like your credentials or prices belong.

What do three example stacks cost per month?

Monthly cost depends on how many clients you serve and how many tools you combine. The three stacks below use list prices from October 2026 on monthly billing. They exclude card processing, which applies on every platform, and they do not price tools we could not verify today (for example, a separate scheduling app or website host).

  • Stack 1, solo start: 5 one-to-one clients, a booking page and daily check-ins.
  • Stack 2, growing practice: 15 clients plus a parent course.
  • Stack 3, established practice: 40 clients, two student cohorts and an alumni membership.
Platform stackStack 1: 5 clientsStack 2: 15 clients + courseStack 3: 40 clients + cohorts

Kajabi$179 (Basic) + a scheduling tool$179 (Basic) + a scheduling tool$249 (Growth) + a scheduling tool
Podia$99 (Shaker, avoids the 5% fee)$99 (Shaker)$179 (Earthquaker)

Stan Store$29 (Creator); no client delivery$99 (Creator Pro); no client deliveryNot suitable alone

Two things stand out. First, the cheapest-looking options (Stan Store, Podia) do not deliver daily structure at all, so you would add a habit or accountability tool on top. Second, the combined stacks cross $150 quickly and still leave the client with two logins. For more on keeping clients in one place, read our guide to client communication platforms.

What mistakes do executive function coaches make when choosing a platform?

The most common mistake is choosing for the sale and forgetting the Tuesday afternoon. A few others follow close behind:

  • Adding a separate habit app. Every extra login is a task-initiation hurdle for exactly the clients you serve. Keep check-ins where they already go for sessions.
  • Ignoring transaction fees. Podia Mover (5%), Teachable Starter (7.5%) and Mighty Networks (up to 2%) all take a share of each sale; on a full-price program that adds up fast.
  • Treating coaching as therapy in your paperwork. Put your scope line and referral policy in the agreement, and do not store clinical records on a platform that is not built for them.
  • Building the parent course first. Courses sell better once you have coached enough families to know which questions repeat. Start with one program and record the explanations you give most often.
  • Underestimating time-zone and reminder setup. College students and traveling professionals move between time zones; booking pages that detect time zones and send reminders reduce no-shows.
  • Waiting for a perfect website. One page with a clear offer and a booking button is enough to start, and a white-glove build can produce it quickly.

Which platform should executive function coaches choose?

Choose Coachful if your coaching depends on what happens between sessions, which for executive function work it almost always does. It is the only platform here that keeps daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, checkout, agreements, courses, cohorts and your website under one login, and the white-glove build removes most of the setup work.

Choose Kajabi for a course-and-launch business with a big list, Podia for a simple starter storefront, Practice Better for a clinical-style mixed practice, Mighty Networks for an event-heavy community, Teachable for a single high-volume course, and Stan Store for a social-first product shop. If you are still building skills and credentials, our guide on how to become an executive function coach covers training paths, and coaches serving students more broadly may also want our roundup of platforms for academic coaches.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best platform for executive function coaches?

For most executive function coaches, Coachful is the best fit because it combines programs with daily check-ins and habits, booking, checkout, contracts, courses, community and a website under one login. Kajabi or Teachable can be better if you mainly sell courses, and Practice Better suits clinical-style practices.

Can I coach teens and bill their parents on the same platform?

Yes, on most platforms the buyer and the participant can be different people, but check how each tool handles it. In Coachful, payments, the coaching agreement and the client record all sit in one account, so you can set your own policy for who signs and who pays. Keep the student's daily work in the client's app.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for ADHD clients?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Coaching is not diagnosis or treatment; if you also practice as a licensed clinician, keep clinical records in a system built for that.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you can request a build from the Create page, describe what you want, and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds your website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or other item inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ongoing marketing.

Do I need a separate habit-tracking app for executive function clients?

Not if your platform includes habits and check-ins. Coachful programs include habits with streaks, goals with progress bars, and morning and evening check-ins. Course and community platforms such as Kajabi, Podia, Teachable and Mighty Networks do not offer per-client habits, so you would add another tool.

Which platform is cheapest for a new executive function coach?

The lowest list prices belong to Practice Better's free Sprout tier (3 clients) and Stan Store's Creator plan, but neither covers both a website and daily delivery. Compare total stack cost, including the second tool you would need and any transaction fee, rather than the headline price.

Can I run student cohorts and one-to-one coaching together?

Yes. In Coachful, enrolling a client in a group program creates the cohort group automatically, with a feed, group chat and video events, while one-to-one sessions and check-ins continue on the same client record. Mighty Networks runs cohorts well but has no 1:1 scheduling.

Does Coachful take a cut of my sales?

No. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026; you pay only the processing fees of your own Stripe or Razorpay account. There is no PayPal option.

Can I move my existing courses and clients over?

Yes. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can also request a white-glove build for your site or funnels. Coachful also exports your full client data as a ZIP if you ever leave.
