ADHD coaching software that makes following through the easy part.
Every client gets one next action on their Home, a focus timer, micro-steps with an “I’m stuck” button, routines built from their habits and a one-thing step in your morning check-in. You see who is moving and who went quiet before it becomes a lost week.

Task done
Added to the wins jar
Your client knows exactly what to do. Then Monday morning happens.
The plan from the session is a list of twelve things, the first one is too big to start, and by Wednesday the guilt of not starting is louder than the task. You hear about it a week later.
The old way
- The plan is a long list, and nothing on it is small enough to start
- Big tasks carry over day after day without a first step
- Routines live in good intentions, so every morning starts from zero
- Reminders feel like nagging, so they get switched off
- You find out about a lost week at the next session
The new way
- One next action pinned on their Home, with Start and Done a thumb away
- Micro-steps for anything bigger than one sitting, with an “I’m stuck” button
- Routines as checklists built from their own habits, with a 28-day heatmap
- Gentle reminders that respect quiet hours, can be snoozed and never mention a miss
- An alert after two quiet mornings, so you can reach out the same week
Steps, routines, check-ins and energy, in one place you both use.
Big tasks broken into steps small enough to start
Any task bigger than one sitting gets a list of micro-steps with minutes on each, and the first one is pinned as the next action. When your client stalls, “I’m stuck” offers three ways out: shrink the step to two minutes, start a five-minute timer, or message you.
Routines that run on habits your client already has
Morning, evening and transition routines are checklists, and each step is one of the client’s own habits. Ticking a step ticks the habit wherever it shows. A full routine adds a win for the day, and you see a 28-day heatmap of how it is going.
One thing every morning, inside the check-in you already send
Your morning check-in gains one question: what is the one thing today? The answer becomes the next action. A short weekly review asks what worked, what got in the way and next week’s one thing. You see seven mornings at a glance for every client.
An energy log your client owns
Energy, focus and sleep take about twenty seconds to log. The log is off until the client switches it on, and only they can share it. When they do, you see the trend, never their notes.
Know who went quiet before it turns into a lost week.
Every client’s last seven mornings, focus minutes and routines on one screen. Attention notes name what happened, never what kind of person someone is.
Morning check-ins gone quiet
Jonas Weber · No check-in for 2 scheduled days
Stuck twice on one task
Leo Martins · “Draft the quarterly report” · this week
A task keeps carrying over
Priya Natarajan · Carried 3 days with no plan
A routine is slipping
Maya Lindqvist · Morning launch: 35% this week after 75% before
A short digest reaches you between 17:00 and 22:00 your time. Put a client on a planned break and quiet days during it raise nothing.
Clients track honestly when the record is theirs.
The energy log and its notes belong to the client. They decide what you see.
Your client
Their log, their switch
Only the client can turn the energy log on or share its trend. You cannot flip it from their setup.
You
The trend, when shared
Energy, focus and sleep lines while the client shares them. Their notes never reach you.
Everyone
Words that do not judge
Client screens never mention a miss or a streak. Attention notes name behaviour, never traits.
A coaching record of what the client chooses to track. Not a health assessment, and it gives no health advice.
Gentle nudges that never mention a miss.
Reminders go to the client by push and in the app, never inside their quiet hours, and they can snooze them. None of them counts what was missed.
One thing
If there is no morning check-in by the hour you set, 10:00 unless you change it.
First step
At 15:00 when a planned task has a plan and no session yet today.
Routine anchors
At each routine’s anchor time, with its first step. Off until you switch it on for a client.
Energy log
At the client’s own hour, only once they switch the log on.
Quiet hours
21:00 to 08:00 by default. The client can change theirs, or snooze reminders for up to a day.
A planned break pauses every nudge until the date you choose, and the mornings it covers never count as quiet.
Set up for the way your clients work.
An edition sets the defaults: timer length, which modules are on and the strategy cards you start with. Nothing is locked.

Who went quiet this week?
Jonas: no morning check-in for two days, and stuck twice on the same task.
Everything ADHD coaches get, line by line.
The six modules, your overview and the platform around them.
Big tasks broken into steps small enough to start
- Steps with minutes, the first step pinned as the next action
- Drafted by AI or typed by hand, and nothing is saved until the client keeps it
- “I’m stuck”: shrink the step, start five minutes, or tell you
- A message to you opens with the task and the step already written
- Steps never crowd the client’s task list
- An attention note when a client gets stuck twice on one task in a week
Routines that run on habits your client already has
- Morning launch, evening shutdown and transition templates
- Each step is a habit, so one tick counts everywhere
- A reminder at the routine’s anchor time, if you switch it on
- A 28-day heatmap and adherence per routine
- The step most often left undone, so you know what to change
- A finished routine adds one win for the day
One thing every morning, inside the check-in you already send
- A step inside your own morning check-in
- The answer is pinned as the next action, inside your daily task limit
- A weekly review: what worked, what got in the way, the next one thing
- Reply where you already reply to weekly reflections
- Seven-morning dots per client on your overview
- An alert after two scheduled mornings with no check-in
An energy log your client owns
- Energy, focus and sleep in about twenty seconds
- Off until the client switches it on
- Private unless the client shares the trend
- Notes never leave the client
- A reminder at the client’s own hour, only once they turn the log on
One next action, a timer and a wins jar
The Today board shows the one thing to do now, today’s priorities from the client’s own task list, a focus timer and a jar of wins. Finishing a task adds a win and plays a small celebration you choose.
- One next action with Start and Done
- Priorities from the client’s own task list, inside your daily limit
- A timer for 5, 15, 25 or 45 minutes, and “that counts” on a partial session
- Body doubling through the focus rooms you already host
- Every finished task adds one win
- Confetti, gold stars or nothing, with or without a sound
A strategy library your clients rate
Twenty-four starter cards, tagged by situation, each linked to a worksheet. Assign a card to a client and they mark it tried, rate it from 1 to 5 and keep or drop it. A low rating shows up on your overview.
- 24 starter cards tagged by situation, in your language
- Write and edit cards of your own
- Each card can link a worksheet
- Clients mark tried, rate 1 to 5, keep or drop
- An attention note when a strategy is rated 2 or lower
See who is moving and who went quiet
Your overview shows every client’s last seven mornings, focus minutes, today’s priorities and routine adherence. Attention notes name what happened: two quiet mornings, stuck twice on a task, a routine slipping.
- Seven-morning dots, minutes and adherence per client
- Nine attention rules, each worded as behaviour
- A planned break, so quiet days during a holiday raise nothing
- Snooze a note for a week, or resolve it
- A digest between 17:00 and 22:00 your time
- Two optional widgets for your coach home
The rest of an ADHD coaching business, in the same account
The power-up sits inside Coachful, so the practice around it is already there: booking pages with calendar sync, built-in video or Zoom, Meet and Teams links, coaching agreements with e-signature, payments through Stripe or Razorpay, programs and group programs, a website with funnels, and the client app with your branding.
- Booking pages with availability rules and two-way Google, Apple and Outlook sync
- Built-in video, or Zoom, Google Meet and Teams links created for you
- Coaching agreements with e-signature, sent before the first call
- One-time payments, subscriptions and payment plans, with a 0% platform fee
- Group programs that create a cohort group with a feed, group chat and group calls
- A section-based website with a blog and booking, application and checkout funnels
- An iOS and Android client app with your branding, inside the Coachful app
Know the edges before you move clients over.
Three things the power-up does not do, so nothing surprises you in week one.
It is coaching support
The power-up is a coaching record of what the client chooses to track. It gives no health advice and it is not a health assessment.
It does not lock the phone
Coachful does not block apps or websites on a client’s device. The timer and the reminders are invitations, never locks.
Body doubling is your room
Nobody is matched with strangers. Body doubling runs in the focus rooms you host, and the next one shows on the client’s Today board.
Coaches who brought their whole practice into one place.
“Coachful has been a game-changer for my coaching. Having goal-setting and focus-driven tools has elevated my courses and programs, and the support team is responsive and quick to resolve questions.”

Lakayann Outerbridge

“Coachful brings scheduling, payments, client communication, programs, habit tracking and accountability together. Instead of managing several different apps, everything feels more organized and professional — for the coach and the client.”

Margie Wilson
