Best App for Fertility Coaches: Top 10 Picks for 2026

The best app for fertility coaches is the one your clients will actually open on a hard Tuesday: during a two-week wait, after a cancelled cycle, or the night before a clinic appointment. So the deciding question is not which tool has the longest feature list. It is which phone app gives a fertility client a short daily check-in, the next lesson of your program, a private line to you and a supportive group, all under your name, while connecting to the back office where you book and bill.
Our pick is Coachful's client app. Clients install it on iPhone or Android and see your branding, your programs, their habits and check-ins, your community and their sessions in one place, and you run bookings, payments, agreements and content from the same account. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the nine alternatives below with their real prices and limits. One precision before we start: the app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding inside it, not as a separate app under your own App Store account.
A note on scope that applies to every tool here. Fertility coaching supports mindset, stress, habits, communication and decision-making around treatment. It is not medical care. Coaches should not interpret test results, adjust medication or recommend protocols, and should refer clients to their reproductive endocrinologist or clinic for medical questions and to a licensed mental health professional when grief, anxiety or depression goes beyond coaching. The overview of infertility on Wikipedia is a reasonable starting point for the medical terms clients bring up, and the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching sets out what health coaching does and does not cover.

What do fertility coaching clients actually do in an app each week?
They do small, frequent things rather than long sessions. A typical week for a client in a fertility coaching program looks something like this, whether they are trying naturally, preparing for IUI or IVF, or recovering from a loss:
- A morning or evening check-in. A one-minute note on mood, sleep and stress, so the coach can see a rough patch before the next call.
- Two or three habits. A wind-down routine, a walk, a breathing practice, journaling, eating regular meals. Coaches set these; the clinic sets anything medical.
- One short lesson. Preparing questions for a clinic consult, talking with a partner about next steps, managing the two-week wait, boundaries with family at gatherings.
- A message to the coach. Often after news, good or bad, and often outside working hours.
- Time in a group. Many fertility clients feel isolated. A private cohort of people going through the same stage can matter as much as the 1:1 call.
- Booking or rescheduling a session. Treatment calendars move. Clients need to shift a call without an email chain.
An app that only handles one of those pushes clients into three other places. That is why we rank on the whole client week, not on any single feature. For the wider view of coaching portals with mobile apps, see our guide to coaching portals with a mobile app.
Which five questions should you answer before choosing?
Answer these five about your own practice first. Your answers point to a shortlist faster than any feature grid.
- Do you deliver a structured program or mostly 1:1 sessions? A 12-week fertility preparation program needs weekly content, habits and check-ins. A sessions-only practice needs booking, payment and notes.
- Do your clients need a group? Cohorts, a community feed or live Q&A calls change which tools fit.
- Must the experience carry your brand? Some tools show their own brand to clients; some brand the portal or app; true own-listing apps are usually on custom enterprise plans.
- Do you work under a clinic or a licence that requires HIPAA compliance? If you operate as a covered entity or business associate in the US, you need a vendor that signs a Business Associate Agreement. The HHS HIPAA pages explain who is covered; check with an attorney if you are unsure.
- How many active clients will you have in a year: 5, 15 or 40? Per-client pricing that looks cheap at 5 can cost more than a flat plan at 40.
Which app fits your answers?
Ranking criteria, in one line: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery (habits, check-ins, lessons, messages), total stack cost, and setup effort including the free white-glove build.
| Pick | If your answers are | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Programs plus 1:1, a group, your brand, coaching scope (no HIPAA requirement), any client count | Habits, check-ins, lessons, community, messaging and booking in one client app on iPhone and Android, with the back office in the same account |
| Mighty Networks or Circle | Group-first, little 1:1 work | Community, courses and events with member apps; no per-client habits or check-ins |
| Kajabi | Selling courses and memberships at scale | Course, community, website and email in one product line; coaching is products, not per-client plans |
| Practice Better | You need practitioner charting or work under a clinical licence | Practice management built for wellness and nutrition practitioners, with a client app on iOS and Android |
| Paperbell | Sessions-only, simple admin, browser is fine | Booking, packages, payments and contracts at one flat price; no native app |
| CoachAccountable | Detailed action plans and metrics, browser is fine | Deep accountability tools, priced per active client; no native app reported |
| Everfit or ABC Trainerize | Movement-led programs with workout logging | Fitness apps with habits and messaging; payments and automation often add-ons |
| Skool | A very cheap community only | Community and classroom in one group; no client records, habits or check-ins |
How did we choose and rank these apps?
We started from the client's phone and worked back. For each tool we looked at what the vendor documents and what public reviewers report about: daily habits and check-ins, program and lesson access, messaging, community, reminders, progress tracking, branding, iPhone and Android availability, and whether the coach's booking and billing connect to the same client record. We did not run hands-on tests for this article. Prices are as listed by each vendor in October 2026, and Trustpilot scores are as seen on 25 October 2026.
Fertility clients add two weightings. Privacy matters more than usual, because clients share sensitive health and relationship details, so we note where a tool is or is not built for clinical records. And emotional pacing matters: tools that let you drip content and check in daily score higher than tools that dump a course library on a client in the middle of treatment.
| App | Rank | Native client app | Best for | Starting price (Oct 2026) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | 1 | iPhone and Android, your branding inside the Coachful app | Fertility programs with daily support plus 1:1 and group | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Mighty Networks | 2 | Yes, Mighty-branded; own-brand on Mighty Pro | Fertility support communities and cohorts | $95/mo ($79/mo annual) |
| Circle | 3 | Yes; branded apps on Circle Plus | Community with courses and events | $89/mo billed annually |
| Kajabi | 4 | Not confirmed for this article | Course and membership businesses | $179/mo ($143/mo annual) |
| Practice Better | 5 | Yes, iOS and Android | Practitioners who need charting | $0 (3 clients); paid from $35/mo |
| Paperbell | 6 | No, mobile browser only | Sessions-only coaches | $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) |
| CoachAccountable | 7 | No (per older profile) | Action plans and metrics | $20/mo (2 active clients) |
| Everfit | 8 | Yes (fitness app) | Movement-based programs | $0 (5 clients); Pro from $19/mo |
| ABC Trainerize | 9 | Yes (fitness app) | Personal-training style plans | $0 (1 client); Pro 5 clients $25/mo |
| Skool | 10 | Not confirmed for this article | Low-cost community and classroom | $9/mo plus 10% + 30¢ per sale |
1. Why is Coachful the best app for fertility coaches?
Because it is the only tool on this list where a fertility client's whole week lives in one branded app that is wired into the coach's back office. The client opens one app on iPhone or Android for their check-in, their habits, this week's lesson, their next session, the cohort group and a message to you. You open one account to see all of it next to their payments, agreement and notes.

What the client sees on their phone
Programs in Coachful run over multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For a fertility program, that might be a 12-week "Preparing for treatment" journey: week one sets up a sleep wind-down and a daily walk as habits, week three adds a lesson on preparing questions for a clinic consult, week five covers the two-week wait. Because content arrives week by week, a client in the middle of a stimulation cycle is not handed ten modules at once.

Courses, downloads, videos, books and events are delivered into the same branded home, with drip and completion tracking. A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events sit alongside. When a client enrols in a program, a cohort group is created automatically, which is useful for fertility cohorts where peers at the same stage matter. Group calls and webinars run from the same account, and our page on group coaching software covers that side in detail.

What you run behind the app
Booking pages have availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Clients can book around shifting clinic dates without an email chain. Sessions use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, with email reminders plus SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. Intake questions can be asked on booking.
Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is where your scope line belongs: what coaching covers, what it does not, and when you will refer. Our coaching contracts page shows how that works. Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing.
The client record pulls goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions together, and marks each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. For fertility work, a client sliding from active to quiet after a difficult result is exactly the signal you want before the next call. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before sessions from that live data, drafts emails and builds programs. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
Here is how the check-in setup looks from the coach side:

Where Coachful is not the right fit
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. It is not built for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing, so if you are a licensed clinician working inside a clinic's compliance framework, keep clinical records in the clinic's system. For coaching-scope fertility work, the practical rule is to collect what you need to coach (goals, habits, how the week went) and leave lab values and medication details with the clinic. It has no PayPal, no permanent free plan, and no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not available publicly, so clients cannot pipe wearable sleep or temperature data in. The client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app rather than a listing under your own App Store account. For more on what branded apps can and cannot be, read what to check before buying a custom branded coaching app.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, you pick "We'll build it for you" and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline, a check-in flow, an email sequence. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. A menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, for example, got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. A fertility coach could ask for the same shape, plus a 12-week program skeleton. Recording videos, logo design and ad management are not included. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, from solo coaches to small teams replacing 4 to 6 tools. It does not do clinical records, HIPAA or wearable sync. To start, take a free trial and request the free white-glove build. Plans are flat monthly, lower plans cap clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews. See also our page for health coaches.
2. Is Mighty Networks good for fertility support communities?
Yes, if the group is the product. Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, and members use Mighty-branded apps. For a fertility coach running a paid support circle or a cohort that meets live each week, that is a strong client experience.

Launch is $95/mo ($79/mo annual) with 3 hosts, 10 moderators, 200 GB of storage and 20 hours a month of livestreaming for up to 100 attendees. Scale is $215/mo ($179/mo annual). Growth is listed at $354/mo on annual billing, and Mighty Pro, the plan with your own branded apps, is custom-priced. A 14-day trial runs without a card. On every plan Mighty takes a platform fee on sales: 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, on top of Stripe processing.
The gap for coaching is the individual layer. Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. A client who wants to tell you privately that a cycle was cancelled has to do it in a DM or another tool, and you have no record linking that to their sessions and payments. Most fertility coaches using it pair it with a separate booking and payments tool. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if your offer is mainly a large community or membership with live events, 1:1 coaching is rare, and you are willing to run booking and billing elsewhere.
3. Does Circle work as a client app for fertility programs?
It works well for the community and course parts, less well for individual coaching. Circle offers community spaces, courses, events, live streams and paid memberships, and its branded mobile apps are only on the custom-priced Circle Plus plan.

Circle's Professional plan is $89/mo on annual billing with 3 admins, 10 moderators and 2,500 AI credits a month. Business is $199/mo annual and Scale $419/mo annual; our data does not include monthly-billing prices for these plans. There is a 14-day trial without a card. Circle charges a fee on payments: 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing.
For fertility work, Circle's strength is structure: separate spaces for "trying to conceive", "in treatment" and "after loss" let members find people at the same stage. Its weakness is the same as Mighty's. There is no 1:1 scheduling, no client management back office and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Public reviewers on Trustpilot give it 4.1 from 129 reviews. If you go this route, read our page on community platforms for coaches to see how a community fits a coaching back office.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a highly configurable community with many separate spaces, plan to budget for Circle Plus to get your own branded app, and handle 1:1 work elsewhere.
4. When does Kajabi make sense for a fertility coach?
When your business is mainly selling courses and memberships rather than coaching individuals week by week. Kajabi bundles courses, a community, a website, funnels and email.

Pricing starts high. Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annual) and Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). The standard trial is 14 days. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro; using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2%, 1% or 0.5% depending on plan.
On the client side, Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins; coaching is delivered as products and communities, not per-client plans. A fertility course on preparing emotionally for IVF fits Kajabi well. A 1:1 program where you watch a client's stress check-ins during the two-week wait does not. We did not confirm the current details of Kajabi's member mobile app for this article, so check the app store listing before you promise clients an app. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from self-paced courses sold to a large email list, and your 1:1 coaching is a small add-on.
5. Is Practice Better the right app if you are also a licensed practitioner?
It can be. Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal, and its mobile app page lists iOS and Android. Fertility coaches who are also dietitians or nutritionists often look here first. Our Practice Better app guide covers the client side in more depth.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Sprout is $0/mo for 3 clients; Starter $35/mo ($25/mo annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69/mo ($59/mo annual) for 300 clients; Plus $99/mo ($89/mo annual) for unlimited clients; Team $155/mo ($145/mo annual) for two practitioners. The client-experience details that matter for branding sit higher up than you might expect: evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus. Trials are 14 days on most plans and 30 on Team.
What you give up: there is no website builder or funnel pages (per an older profile), and there is one practitioner per account below Team. Practice Better is shaped around charting and appointments, which is right for a clinical nutrition practice and heavier than a coaching-only practice needs. If you work under a licence and need clinical features, confirm its current compliance terms directly with the vendor. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you chart as a licensed nutrition or wellness practitioner and need practice-management features first, with coaching programs second.
6. What do Paperbell clients get on their phone?
A mobile browser, not an app. Paperbell is all-in-one admin for solo coaches (booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website), and according to an older profile it has no native mobile app.

Paperbell has one plan: $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages, and it states no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. Its help center (July 2026) describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS off, plus a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews.
For a fertility client, the experience is clean but thin between sessions. An older profile notes no courses or LMS, no community and no goal or habit tracking, so the daily check-in and the weekly lesson have to happen somewhere else. For a coach selling single sessions or short packages, that may be enough. For a 12-week program, it is not. Our Paperbell alternatives page compares the options.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell 1:1 session packages only, want a single flat price with PayPal available, and your clients are happy using a browser link.
7. Can CoachAccountable replace a client app?
Only partly. CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements, and an older profile reports no native mobile app. Clients reach it through the browser.

It is priced per active client: Starter $20/mo for 2, Level 1 $40/mo for 5, Level 2 $70/mo for 10, Level 3 $120/mo for 20, Level 4 $250/mo for 50 and Level 5 $400/mo for 100. A 30-day trial needs no card. Processor fees apply through Stripe, Square or PayPal. Trustpilot rates it 4.8 from 47 reviews, the highest score on this list.
The metrics and action plans suit a methodical fertility coach who tracks things like weekly stress scores. The trade-offs: there are no landing pages, website or marketing automation (older profile), per-client pricing climbs quickly for group programs, and by its own statement it is not HIPAA compliant. See CoachAccountable alternatives for the comparison.
Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of 1:1 clients, value granular metrics and action plans above a phone app, and do not need a website or community.
8. Is Everfit too fitness-focused for fertility coaching?
For most fertility coaches, yes, though it suits a coach whose method is built around movement. Everfit is a fitness coaching app with workouts, habits, nutrition and messaging, priced by client count.

Starter is free for up to 5 clients. Pro starts at $19/mo ($16/mo annual) for 5 clients and scales: $29 for 10, $49 for 20 and $95 for 50 (monthly). Studio starts at $105/mo for 50 clients. A 30-day trial needs no card. Automation (Autoflow), payments and meal plans are paid add-ons, which changes the real cost once you use them.
The client app is strong on the daily loop: a habit, a workout, a message. It has no course builder, no website or funnels and no email marketing, so lessons on clinic conversations or partner communication do not have a natural home. Trustpilot shows 2.7 from 16 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if your fertility coaching is mainly movement and nutrition programming, you want a free tier for your first 5 clients, and you do not need lessons, a website or email.
9. Where does ABC Trainerize fit?
At the personal-training end. ABC Trainerize is a fitness app with workouts, habits, nutrition tracking and messaging, priced by client seats.

Basic is free for 1 client, Grow $10/mo for 2 and Pro $25/mo ($23/mo annual) for 5. Pro tiers continue at 15, 30, 50, 75, 100 and 200 clients; our data did not include those tier prices, so check the vendor's pricing page for them. There is a 30-day trial with unlimited clients and no card. Scheduling, selling products, payments and video are separate paid add-ons below Studio, and an older profile notes in-app payments need the Stripe Integrated Payments add-on.
For fertility clients, the app experience is familiar and habit-friendly, but there is no course builder, website or email marketing, and an older profile reports the client data export is incomplete (no messages, photos or attachments). That matters if you ever switch tools. Trustpilot shows 3.1 from 100 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you also run a personal-training business on Trainerize and want fertility clients in the same workout-centred app.
10. Is Skool enough for a low-budget fertility group?
For a free or cheap community, possibly. Skool combines a community, classroom and calendar in one group with gamified leaderboards.

Hobby is $9/mo ($7.5/mo annual) and Pro $99/mo ($82.5/mo annual), both with unlimited members, courses and live calls. Transaction fees are significant: 10% + 30¢ on Hobby; on Pro, 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Payments go only through Skool Payments. Trial length and card terms were not stated on the pricing page.
Skool has no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins, and no custom-domain website, funnels or email automation. Leaderboards and points also deserve thought in a fertility context, where comparison with others can hurt. We did not confirm current mobile app details for this article. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews.
Pick it over Coachful if you want a very low monthly cost for a no-charge or low-priced community, and accept the per-sale fees and the lack of individual coaching tools.

What does a fertility client's day look like inside Coachful's app?
Here is an illustrative example, not a real client. Imagine a client we will call Sam, in week six of a 12-week program, a few days into a two-week wait after an embryo transfer.
- 7:10 am. Sam opens the app and sees the morning check-in. They log poor sleep and high anxiety in under a minute. The habit list shows today's two items: a 10-minute walk and a phone-off wind-down tonight.
- 12:30 pm. This week's lesson unlocks: "Getting through the wait", a short video you recorded and a one-page worksheet on planning distractions. Sam saves the worksheet to fill in later.
- 5:45 pm. Sam posts in the cohort group, created automatically when they enrolled. Two people from the same program, at a similar stage, reply.
- 6:00 pm. On your side, the client record now shows the morning check-in and the post. Sam's status has moved toward quiet over the week. You send a short direct message and suggest moving Thursday's call to tomorrow; Sam books the earlier slot from your booking page, and two-way calendar sync puts it in your Google Calendar.
- 9:30 pm. Evening check-in. Sam ticks off the walk, logs the wind-down and notes a slightly calmer mood. Before tomorrow's call, Michelle gives you a briefing that pulls together the week's check-ins and habits.

Nothing in that day involves medical advice. If Sam had asked about symptoms or medication, the right move is to point them to their clinic. Your agreement, stored on Sam's client record, already says so.
What will each app cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
These are list prices as of October 2026 for the cheapest plan covering each client count, before payment processing. Platform fees on sales are noted where they apply. Plans are billed monthly unless marked.
| App | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Extra fees on sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | 0% platform fee; processing only |
| Mighty Networks | $95 | $95 | $95 | 2% on Launch |
| Circle | $89 (annual) | $89 (annual) | $89 (annual) | 2% on Professional |
| Kajabi | $179 | $179 | $179 | Payments 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic |
| Practice Better | $35 (Starter) | $69 (Professional) | $69 (Professional) | None stated |
| Paperbell | $97 | $97 | $97 | None stated |
| CoachAccountable | $40 (Level 1) | $120 (Level 3) | $250 (Level 4) | Not stated |
| Everfit | $0 (Starter) | $49 (20-client tier) | $95 (50-client tier) | Payments are an add-on |
| ABC Trainerize | $25 (Pro 5) | Pro 15 price not verified | Pro 50 price not verified | Payments add-on required |
| Skool | $9 (Hobby) | $9 (Hobby) | $9 (Hobby) | 10% + 30¢ on Hobby |
Two things the table hides. First, community tools (Mighty Networks, Circle, Skool) and Kajabi do not include 1:1 booking with per-client check-ins, so most coaches add a scheduling tool on top. Second, per-sale fees add up: as an example, on $4,000 a month of program sales, a 2% platform fee is $80 a month before processing, and Skool Hobby's 10% would be $400. For the full stack picture, see our roundup of coaching apps with payments.
What red flags and switching costs should fertility coaches watch for?
The biggest risks are privacy assumptions, apps clients will not open, and data you cannot take with you.
- Assuming HIPAA when you need it. Coachful, CoachAccountable and most coaching tools are not HIPAA platforms. If your role requires a BAA, confirm one in writing before onboarding a client. If it does not, still keep clinical details with the clinic.
- A browser link sold as an app. Paperbell and CoachAccountable reach clients through the browser. That works for booking; it rarely sustains a daily check-in habit.
- "Branded app" that means a logo. Ask exactly what clients see in the app store and on their home screen. Own-listing apps on Mighty Networks and Circle sit on custom-priced plans.
- Gamification in the wrong place. Public leaderboards and streak shaming can backfire with clients facing loss or repeated failed cycles. Use streaks gently and keep progress private by default.
- Add-on creep. Everfit and Trainerize price payments, automation and other features as add-ons. Total them before you commit.
- Per-sale fees. A 0.5% to 10% platform fee scales with your success. Model it at your expected revenue.
- Incomplete exports. An older profile reports Trainerize's export omits messages, photos and attachments. Coachful exports a full ZIP of roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses, and imports clients, programs and content for you during onboarding.
Switching costs are mostly time: rebuilding programs, moving clients mid-treatment, and reconnecting payments. Move new clients first and let current ones finish their cycle where they are. For a broader look at what clients experience across tools, see how to choose a client communication platform, and the related roundup for chronic illness coaches, whose clients have similar privacy and pacing needs.
Which app should you choose?
Choose Coachful if you run fertility programs with daily support, 1:1 calls and a group, and want clients in one branded app on iPhone and Android connected to your booking, payments and agreements. Choose Mighty Networks or Circle if the community is the product. Choose Practice Better if you are a licensed practitioner who needs charting. Choose Paperbell or CoachAccountable if you are sessions-only and your clients are fine in a browser. The fitness apps and Skool fit narrower cases. Whichever you pick, put your scope and referral line in your agreement before the first session.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best app for fertility coaches in 2026?
For most fertility coaches who deliver programs, Coachful's client app is our pick because habits, check-ins, lessons, community, messaging and booking sit in one app on iPhone and Android, connected to the coach's back office. Community-first coaches may prefer Mighty Networks or Circle. Licensed practitioners who chart may prefer Practice Better.
Do fertility clients need a native app or is a web portal enough?
For booking a session, a web portal is enough. For daily check-ins and habits during treatment, a native app on the client's home screen makes the habit easier to keep. Paperbell and CoachAccountable are browser-based, per their older profiles.
Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, and it is not built for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It suits coaching-scope work; keep lab results and medication details with the client's clinic.
Will my clients see my brand or Coachful's?
Clients install the Coachful app on iPhone or Android and see your branding, programs and community inside it. It is not a separate listing under your own App Store account.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
From Create, you request a build (website, funnel, program, course outline, check-in flow, email sequence and more), attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented, and it does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. It is free on every plan.
Can clients sync fertility trackers or wearables to Coachful?
No. Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not available publicly. Clients log check-ins and habits directly in the app.
What should a fertility coach not do in a coaching app?
Do not give medical advice, interpret test results or suggest changes to medication or protocols. Use the app for habits, mindset, communication and preparation, and refer medical questions to the clinic and mental health concerns beyond coaching scope to a licensed professional.
Which app is cheapest for a fertility coach with 5 clients?
Everfit's Starter and Practice Better's Sprout (3 clients) are free, and Skool Hobby is $9/mo with a 10% + 30¢ fee on sales. Free tiers are limited in features and client count, so compare what clients actually get in the app.
Can I run a fertility support group and 1:1 coaching in the same app?
In Coachful, yes: a community feed, group chat and cohort groups created on enrolment sit next to 1:1 sessions, messages and check-ins. Community tools such as Mighty Networks and Circle need a separate tool for 1:1 booking and billing.
How long does it take to set up a fertility coaching app?
It depends on how much content you already have. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported during onboarding, and the white-glove team usually builds a requested program or site within about 24 hours, leaving gaps for you to fill. Our guide on creating a coaching app without developers covers the steps.
