Best Platform for Sleep Coaches: 10 Options Ranked

The best platform for sleep coaches is the one that carries a client from a free sleep quiz all the way to week six of a program, while asking them every morning how they slept. Sleep coaching is won or lost between sessions: bedtimes drift, caffeine creeps back, and the screen habit returns. So the deciding question is simple. Which platform can sell your offer, collect the agreement, run the nightly and morning check-ins, host the course and the group, and still cost less than the pile of tools it replaces?
Our pick is Coachful. It puts the website, checkout, booking, multi-week programs with habits and morning and evening check-ins, courses and a community behind one login, and the client gets one branded app. We make Coachful, so weigh our ranking with that in mind; below we say plainly where each of the other nine platforms does a better job, and when you should pick it instead.
This guide is about selling and delivering sleep coaching online. If you want the admin side (notes, invoices, scheduling rules), read our companion piece on the best software for sleep coaches.

What does a sleep coach actually sell online?
Most sleep coaches sell a structured behavior-change program, not hourly calls. The offer usually rests on a short assessment, a handful of routine changes, and weeks of daily follow-through. A few typical shapes:
- A six-week sleep reset program with a weekly call, a nightly wind-down habit, a morning sleep rating and a short lesson each week.
- A self-paced sleep hygiene course with drip-released modules, worksheets and a checklist, sold as an entry product.
- A group cohort for a specific audience: shift workers, new parents, frequent flyers or founders who answer email at midnight.
- An executive sleep package: a 1:1 engagement with an intake, a signed agreement and work-boundary coaching. Our guides on sleep coaching for executives and executive sleep habits and work boundaries show how such a package is built.
- A membership with a monthly live Q&A, a community feed and a library of wind-down audio and downloads.
- A lead magnet such as a sleep habits self-check. Our sleep hygiene coaching assessment covers seven areas you can turn into a quiz or worksheet.
On price, we do not publish typical sleep coaching rates because we have no reliable source for them. A practical way to set one: list the hours you will spend per client over the program (calls, check-in reviews, messages), multiply by the hourly income you need, add your platform cost divided by your expected client count, and then test that number on your first five clients.
Where does sleep coaching stop and treatment begin?
Coaching is not treatment. A sleep coach helps with routines, environment, light, caffeine timing and the habits around bedtime; a coach does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders. Chronic insomnia and obstructive sleep apnea are medical conditions, and the US National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute describes how they are evaluated and treated by health professionals (insomnia, sleep apnea). Refer a client to their doctor when they report loud snoring with pauses in breathing, gasping or choking at night, strong daytime sleepiness that affects driving or work, insomnia that has lasted for months despite good habits, or low mood and anxiety that dominate the picture. Put this scope line in your agreement and on your sales page. It matters for platform choice too: none of the course and coaching platforms in this list is a substitute for a clinical record system.
What does each stage of a sleep client's journey need?
Every sleep coaching business runs the same four stages, and each one needs different tools. Mapping them first stops you from buying a course platform when your real gap is daily follow-through.
Attract
Someone searches for help at 2 a.m. or hears you on a podcast. You need a website that ranks, a blog, a free sleep quiz or checklist, and an email sequence that turns the download into a discovery call. Weak links here are slow pages and lead magnets that dump people into a separate mailing tool with no connection to your client list.
Enroll
The prospect books a call, answers intake questions (bedtime, wake time, caffeine, naps, shift pattern), signs an agreement that includes your scope line, and pays. Payment plans matter, because a program is often a larger single purchase than a course.
Deliver
This is the stage that separates sleep coaching from most course businesses. The client needs a short lesson each week, a wind-down habit every night, a quick morning rating of how they slept, and a coach who sees the pattern before the next call. Courses alone do not do this; a platform needs habits, check-ins and a per-client view.
Retain
After the program, good clients want a lighter way to stay on track: a membership, a community, a quarterly tune-up call or an alumni group. Here you need recurring billing and a community space that sits next to the program rather than in a separate app.
Which platforms cover which stages?
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions (habits and daily check-ins), total stack cost, and setup effort, including whether someone will build the setup for you.
| Platform | Attract | Enroll | Deliver | Retain | Entry price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Website, blog, funnels, email sequences | Booking, intake questions, e-signed agreements, Stripe or Razorpay checkout | Programs with habits, morning and evening check-ins, courses | Community, cohort groups, subscriptions | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| Kajabi | Website, funnels, email | Checkout, payment options | Courses and communities; no habits or daily check-ins | Community, memberships | $179/mo ($143 annual) |
| Podia | Storefront, email (small subscriber allowance) | Checkout, coaching session products | Courses, downloads, webinars | Community spaces | $49/mo + 5% fee |
| Mighty Networks | Not stated | Checkout for memberships and courses | Courses, events, livestreams | Strong community | $95/mo ($79 annual) |
| Practice Better | No website builder or funnels | Scheduling, billing | Programs, client portal, telehealth | Client portal | Free for 3 clients |
| Teachable | Sales pages | Checkout | Courses; no scheduling | Not stated | $39/mo + 7.5% fee |
| Thinkific | Sales pages | Checkout | Courses, live events | Communities | $109/mo ($82 annual) |
| Systeme.io | Funnels, email, blog | Checkout | Basic courses | Basic community | Free plan |
| Stan Store | Link-in-bio storefront | Checkout, paid calls | Courses and digital products | Memberships | $29/mo ($25 annual) |
| Skool | Discovery inside Skool only | Skool Payments | Classroom, calendar | Community with leaderboards | $9/mo + 10% + 30¢ |
Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026 and may change. Fees shown are each platform's own fee; card processing is charged on top everywhere.
1. Coachful: why is it our top pick for sleep coaches?

Coachful is ranked first because it covers all four stages, and it handles the deliver stage the way sleep coaching needs: habits, morning and evening check-ins and a per-client view, inside a branded app the client opens every day. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant.
The nightly and morning loop
A sleep program in Coachful is a multi-week program with weekly goals, daily tasks and habits. A client might carry a "screens off by 10:30" habit and a "same wake time" habit, with streaks building as they go. Morning check-ins can ask how long it took to fall asleep and how rested they feel; evening check-ins can prompt the wind-down routine. Goals show progress bars, so "seven nights in a row at the same wake time" becomes something the client can watch fill up.

On the coach side, each client record pulls together goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. For a sleep coach that status line is the early warning: a client who stops logging mornings in week three is usually a client who has drifted back to late nights. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live practice data and can brief you before each session, so you walk into a Thursday call already knowing that wake times slipped on the weekend.
Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up:
Selling the program
Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection (useful when your clients include travelers and shift workers), with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions can be asked at booking, so you know a prospect's bedtime and shift pattern before the call. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record, which is the natural place for your scope line and referral clause (see coaching contracts).
Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. The website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, and email sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits for the quiz-to-call follow-up.

Courses, groups and the alumni stage
Courses support modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, and sit in the client's branded home next to downloads, videos and bundles. When a client enrolls in a program, a cohort group is created automatically, alongside a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. That covers a shift-worker cohort and an alumni membership without a second login. For coaches who want clients supported between calls, the AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with, configured by you.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you need: a website, a sleep quiz funnel, a sales page, a six-week program, a course outline, an email sequence or an event. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording your videos, logo design or running ads. One recent build gave a menopause and midlife health coach, starting from nothing, a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Limits to know before you choose it
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available, so clients enter sleep ratings through check-ins rather than from a wearable. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app rather than appearing as your own App Store listing. It is not a course marketplace, so it will not send you buyers the way a marketplace does.
Who it is for: sleep coaches who deliver programs rather than single calls, solo coaches growing into a small team, and anyone replacing four to six tools. Price: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping client numbers and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). How to start: take a free trial, then request the white-glove build. More detail sits on our page for health coaches.
Pick it over Coachful if... this is Coachful's own entry, so the honest version is the reverse: pick another platform below if you need wearable sleep data imported automatically, a HIPAA-covered clinical record, or a course marketplace.
2. Kajabi: is it worth it for a course-led sleep business?

Kajabi suits a sleep coach whose main product is a polished course or membership and who sells it through funnels and email. It combines courses, community, a website, funnels and email in one account, which covers attract, enroll and retain well.
Strengths for this niche
The marketing side is mature: you can build a sleep quiz funnel, sell a course and run the email follow-up without other tools. Growth and Pro add AI credits and more admin users.
Gaps a sleep coach will notice
Kajabi does not have habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organized around products and communities rather than per-client plans. A coach running a six-week reset would need another tool, or manual messaging, to see who is keeping their wake time. The Basic plan includes 0 AI credits and caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts.
Price as listed in October 2026
Basic is $179/month ($143/month billed annually), Growth $249 ($199 annual), Pro $499 ($399 annual). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro; other processors besides PayPal add a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. The trial lasts 14 days. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we checked in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is mainly a large self-paced course and email list, you do little 1:1 work, and you want the marketing depth of a dedicated course platform.
3. Podia: does a simple storefront cover enough?

Podia works for a sleep coach starting small: a course, a downloadable sleep diary, a webinar and a few coaching sessions on one storefront. It is simple to set up and the 14-day trial needs no card or plan choice.
The trade-offs show up at the deliver and attract stages. Email allowances are small (100, 500 or 1,000 subscribers included depending on plan), which a growing quiz funnel will outgrow quickly. Podia has no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, and older profile data lists no mobile app and no native video calls. The Mover plan charges a 5% transaction fee.
As listed in October 2026: Mover $49/month ($42 annual, 5% fee), Shaker $99 ($84 annual, 0% fee), Earthquaker $179 ($150 annual). Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell low-cost digital sleep products and a few calls, and you do not need daily check-ins or a client app.
4. Mighty Networks: best when the group is the product?

Mighty Networks fits a sleep coach whose core offer is a community: an alumni group, a membership for new parents, or a cohort that meets for livestreams. Community, courses and events sit together, with Mighty-branded member apps.
Retention is the strong stage here, and livestream hours are included (20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch). What it lacks is the 1:1 side: no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Apps under your own brand come only with custom-priced Mighty Pro.
As listed in October 2026: Launch $95/month ($79 annual), Scale $215 ($179 annual), Growth $354/month billed annually, Mighty Pro on request. Mighty adds a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Pro, plus Stripe processing. The trial runs 14 days without a card. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 219 reviews in October 2026. Our guide to group coaching community platforms compares community tools in more depth.
Pick it over Coachful if the community itself is what you sell and you do almost no individual coaching.
5. Practice Better: the clinical-style option?

Practice Better is practice management software built for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. A sleep coach who works next to dietitians or within a wellness clinic may find its charting style familiar.
What you get: a real per-client record and programs, which puts it closer to Coachful than any course platform. What you give up: there is no website builder and no funnel pages, according to older profile data, so attract runs elsewhere. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS begin on the Plus plan, and you get one practitioner per account below Team.
As listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients, Starter $35/month ($25 annual) for 10 clients, Professional $69 ($59 annual) for 300 clients, Plus $99 ($89 annual) for unlimited clients, Team $155 ($145 annual) for 2 practitioners. Trials last 14 days (30 on Team). Payments run through Practice Better Payments powered by Stripe; rates are not listed. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you need charting-style notes and telehealth in a practitioner tool, and you already have a website and email system you are happy with.
6. Teachable: who should host a sleep course here?

Teachable is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps. It suits a sleep coach who wants a clean place to sell a self-paced sleep hygiene course and little else.
For the full journey it falls short. Older profile data lists no native scheduling or calendar sync, so calls rely on outside booking and video tools, and there are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. The entry plan also takes a 7.5% platform fee on sales, which is significant on a program priced in the hundreds.
As listed in October 2026: Starter $39/month ($29 annual, 7.5% fee), Builder $89 ($69 annual, 0% fee), Growth $189 ($139 annual). Teachable Payments processing on US cards is 2.9% + 30¢. The plan cards show a 7-day trial plus a 30-day guarantee. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 1,110 reviews in October 2026. Our online course platform comparison covers course tools side by side.
Pick it over Coachful if a single course is your whole product and you want student apps without paying for coaching features you will not use.
7. Thinkific: when does course depth outweigh coaching?

Thinkific makes sense for a sleep educator who sells courses at volume, perhaps to employers or through partners, with communities and live events attached. Plans come with high student limits (10,000 current students on Start) and a 30-day trial.
The coaching side is thin. Older profile data notes no built-in 1:1 scheduling, so coaching relies on external booking links, and there are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. A branded mobile app is a $199/month add-on. Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026.
As listed in October 2026: Start $109/month ($82 annual), Grow $219 ($164 annual), Expand $499 ($374 annual), Plus on request. Thinkific charges 0% transaction fee with Thinkific Payments; third-party gateways carry an extra per-plan fee. Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 868 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell courses to large groups, such as corporate sleep education, and your 1:1 work is minor.
8. Systeme.io: can a free plan carry a sleep business?

Systeme.io is the low-cost route into funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. The free plan never expires and includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course, and there are no transaction fees on any plan.
It is strongest at the attract stage: a sleep quiz funnel and an email sequence cost nothing to start. Delivery is where it thins out. Older profile data lists no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, basic community and course features, and no branded mobile app.
As listed in October 2026: Free $0, Startup $17/month, Webinar $47, Unlimited $97. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero and you mainly need a funnel and email list while you test a sleep offer.
9. Stan Store: enough for selling from social media?

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront. A sleep coach who grows on short-form video can sell a sleep checklist, a mini course, a membership and paid calls from one link, with no Stan fee on sales.
Behind the storefront, there is little coaching infrastructure: no contracts, invoices or client records, and no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates come only on Creator Pro, and no team seats are advertised.
As listed in October 2026: Creator $29/month ($25 annual), Creator Pro $99 ($79 annual), with a 14-day trial. Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell mostly low-priced products to a social audience and coach very few people directly.
10. Skool: where does a gamified group fit?

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with leaderboards that reward participation. A "30 nights of better sleep" challenge could work well in that format.
It ranks last because it covers the least of the journey. There is no custom-domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API, so attract runs entirely elsewhere. There are no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Payments go only through Skool Payments, with fees on both plans.
As listed in October 2026: Hobby $9/month ($7.50 annual) with 10% + 30¢ per transaction; Pro $99 ($82.50 annual) with 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above. Trial length was not stated on the pricing page. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a large, low-priced community challenge and value Skool's gamification over individual follow-up.
How do the selling and delivery features compare?
This matrix narrows the list to the features that decide a sleep program: can you book, track nightly habits, teach, gather a group, market and keep your margin?

"Not stated" means the vendor material we reviewed did not describe the feature. Check a trial before you rely on it.
What does a sleep program look like built end to end in Coachful?
Here is an example offer, the "Six-Week Sleep Reset", traced through each stage. The structure is illustrative; the features are the ones Coachful documents.

- Attract. A lead-magnet funnel offers a seven-area sleep habits self-check, based on the areas in our sleep hygiene assessment. The download triggers a three-email sequence that ends with an invitation to a free discovery call.
- Enroll. The booking page asks intake questions: usual bedtime, wake time, caffeine after noon, shift work, and whether a doctor has ever mentioned sleep apnea. After the call, the client receives the agreement with your scope line for e-signature, then pays in full or through a three-part payment plan via your own Stripe account.
- Onboard. A welcome flow greets the client in your branded app, sets their goal ("wake at 6:45 five days a week") and adds two habits: a fixed wake time and a 30-minute screen-free wind-down.
- Deliver. Each week unlocks a short lesson and one new task. Morning check-ins record a sleep rating and time to fall asleep; evening check-ins prompt the wind-down. Weekly calls use the built-in video link, and Michelle briefs you on the week's check-ins before each one.
- Retain. At week six, the client moves into a monthly membership with a community feed and a live Q&A, billed as a subscription.

If you would rather not build this yourself, describe it in a white-glove request and attach your existing worksheet and logo.
What do the stack recipes cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
An all-in-one platform has one bill. An assembled stack has several, and each one has its own fees and logins. The figures below are monthly list prices as of October 2026; card processing (around 2.9% + 30¢ on most platforms) is extra everywhere.
| Stack | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What is still missing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (all-in-one) | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Wearable sync, clinical records |
| Kajabi Basic alone | $179 | $179 | $179 | Booking, habits, check-ins, agreements |
| Practice Better + Systeme.io Startup | $52 ($35 + $17) | $86 ($69 + $17) | $86 ($69 + $17) | Branded portal and evergreen programs need Plus ($99); two logins |
| Stan Store Creator + Skool Pro + Practice Better | $163 ($29 + $99 + $35) | $197 ($29 + $99 + $69) | $197 ($29 + $99 + $69) | Email automation on Stan needs Creator Pro; three logins |
| Podia Shaker + Practice Better | $134 ($99 + $35) | $168 ($99 + $69) | $168 ($99 + $69) | Email capped at 500 subscribers; two logins |
These recipes are examples, not quotes. Prices are monthly billing; annual billing lowers most of them. The real cost of an assembled stack also includes the hours spent copying a client's details between tools and the clients who never find the second login.
How do you move a sleep practice to a new platform?
Migrate in a quiet week, not during a cohort's final fortnight. A few steps keep clients from noticing much beyond a new app icon:
- Export first. Pull your client list, notes, course files and email list from every current tool before you cancel anything. Our guide to protecting coaching data from platform shutdowns lists what to keep.
- Move active clients at a week boundary. Start them in the new program at the week they are on, with their habits and goals re-entered.
- Keep payments separate from the move. Recurring subscriptions often need to be re-created in the new checkout; tell clients when the next charge will come from the new system.
- Redirect your lead magnet last. Once the new funnel is tested, point your website and social links to it.
In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export the full client record as a ZIP later if you ever leave.
What mistakes do sleep coaches make when choosing a platform?
- Buying a course platform for a coaching business. A sleep course is easy to sell; changing someone's wake time takes daily follow-through that course tools do not track.
- Ignoring transaction fees. A 5% to 10% platform fee on a program priced in the hundreds outweighs a cheaper monthly plan within a few sales.
- Leaving the scope line out of the agreement. Write down that you do not diagnose or treat sleep disorders, and when you will refer.
- Collecting health details in random forms. Ask only what you need for coaching, and do not use any coaching platform as a medical record.
- Splitting the client across apps. Each extra login is one more place a tired client stops checking in. Our asynchronous coaching platform guide explains why between-session delivery matters.
Which platform should a sleep coach choose?
For most sleep coaches, Coachful is the best choice because the work happens between sessions, and Coachful runs those nights and mornings in the same place as the website, checkout, agreements, courses and community. Kajabi is the strong alternative for a course-and-funnel business, Mighty Networks for a community-first offer, and Practice Better for a clinical-style practice that already has its marketing sorted. Systeme.io and Stan Store suit testing an idea on a tiny budget. If you run cohorts, also read our guide to the best platform for cohort coaching programs.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best platform for sleep coaches?
For coaches who sell multi-week programs, Coachful is our pick, because it combines habits, morning and evening check-ins, booking, agreements, payments, courses, community and a website under one login. If you only sell a self-paced course, a course platform such as Kajabi or Teachable can be enough. Choose based on how much of your client's progress happens between calls.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a done-for-you build included on every plan. You describe what you need (a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence and more), attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.
Can a sleep coach use Coachful for clients with insomnia or sleep apnea?
Coachful is a coaching platform, not a clinical system, and it is not HIPAA-certified. A sleep coach can support habits and routines for clients who are also under medical care, but diagnosis and treatment of insomnia or sleep apnea belong with a doctor. Put your referral criteria in your agreement.
Does Coachful sync sleep data from wearables?
No. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients report sleep through morning check-ins, which many coaches prefer because it makes the client reflect on the night.
How should I price a sleep coaching program?
Estimate the hours you will spend per client across the program, multiply by your target hourly income, and add a share of your software costs. Test that price with your first few clients and adjust. We do not quote typical sleep coaching rates because we lack a reliable source.
Do I need a separate course platform if I use Coachful?
Usually not. Coachful courses support modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, and they sit in the same client app as programs and community. A separate platform makes sense only if you want a course marketplace, which Coachful is not.
Which platform has the lowest fees for a sleep coach?
Coachful, Systeme.io and Stan Store charge no platform fee on sales; you pay only card processing. Podia's Mover plan takes 5%, Teachable's Starter 7.5%, and Skool's Hobby 10% + 30¢, as listed in October 2026.
Can I run a group sleep cohort and 1:1 clients on one platform?
Yes, in Coachful. Enrolling clients in a program creates a cohort group automatically, while 1:1 clients keep their own sessions, habits and check-ins. Our group coaching platform guide covers how to plan a cohort.
Is there a free trial?
Coachful offers a free trial, and the white-glove build can set up your site or first program during it. Most other platforms here offer trials too, from 7 days on Teachable to 30 days on Thinkific, and Systeme.io and Practice Better have free plans.
Can I take payments in installments?
Coachful supports payment plans, subscriptions, coupons and order bumps through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with Apple Pay and Google Pay. It does not support PayPal, so if your audience relies on PayPal, factor that in.
