10 Best Platform for Diabetes Coaches (2026 Guide)

The best platform for diabetes coaches is the one that lets you sell a program, take payment, and then keep a client walking after dinner, swapping their breakfast and checking in every evening for twelve weeks, all without sending them to five different apps. Diabetes and prediabetes coaching is about small daily behaviours repeated for months, so the deciding question is simple: where does the client's day-to-day work happen, and does the same platform also run your checkout, your course and your group?
Our pick is Coachful, because it puts the sales page, Stripe checkout, coaching agreement, multi-week program, daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, courses and a community behind one login, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but we have tried to be specific about where the other nine tools are the better choice. Kajabi is the strongest pick if you are mainly a course seller, Mighty Networks if community is the product, and Practice Better if you also run a clinical nutrition practice.
This guide is about selling and delivering coaching online. If you are choosing a phone-first tool for clients, read our companion piece on the best app for diabetes coaches. Coaches who also work with other long-term conditions may find our guide to the best platform for chronic illness coaches useful.
What do diabetes coaches actually sell online?
Most diabetes coaches sell structured behaviour change: a defined program with weekly themes, daily actions and regular accountability. The format varies, and your platform needs to handle the formats you plan to run in the next two years, not only the one you run today.
Here are example offers, written as illustrations rather than recommendations:
- A 12-week prediabetes habits program run as a small group cohort, with a weekly live call, a daily walking habit, a fibre target and an evening reflection.
- A 1:1 package for people living with type 2 diabetes, built around a coaching agreement, fortnightly sessions and between-session check-ins on sleep, stress, movement and meals.
- A self-paced course on topics like reading food labels, planning balanced plates or building a movement routine, sold at a lower price as an entry product.
- A monthly membership with recipes, a community feed, a monthly Q&A and seasonal challenges for alumni of the main program.
- A free lead magnet, such as a seven-day meal-planning starter or a short video series, that feeds an email sequence and an application for the paid program.
Each of these needs a different mix of features. A course platform covers the self-paced course and maybe the membership. A community app covers the group. Only a few tools also cover the daily habits, check-ins and per-client records that make the 1:1 and cohort programs work.
A scope line every diabetes coach needs
Coaching is not treatment. A health or diabetes coach supports behaviour change, motivation and routines; diagnosis, medication changes, insulin dosing and clinical targets belong to the client's doctor and care team. Diabetes education is a specialist field in its own right: a certified diabetes educator is typically a nurse, dietitian, pharmacist or similar professional who has further specialised and passed a formal examination, as Wikipedia's entry on certified diabetes educators summarises. Refer clients back to their clinician when they report symptoms of low or high blood sugar, want to change medication, or describe anything that worries you, and put that boundary in your coaching agreement.
That scope matters for platform choice too. If you work inside a clinic, bill insurance or handle protected health information for a covered entity, you need a vendor that will sign a business associate agreement. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign one, so it suits independent coaches doing non-clinical behaviour coaching, not clinical record-keeping.
Which platform fits which diabetes coaching business? (Quick picks)
The quick answer is Coachful for most coaches who sell and deliver programs, with five situational alternatives below. Prices are monthly list prices as listed in October 2026; payment processing is extra everywhere.
Ranking criteria in one line: how much of selling and delivery runs under one login, how well the platform supports daily between-session work, total monthly cost of the stack, and setup effort (including any done-for-you build).
| Platform | Best for | Starting price | Daily habits and check-ins |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Best overall: programs, checkout, courses and community in one place | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Yes, built in |
| Kajabi | Coaches whose main product is a polished course library | $179/mo ($143/mo annual) | No |
| Mighty Networks | Membership communities with live events | $95/mo ($79/mo annual) | No |
| Podia | A simple storefront for a course plus a few calls | $49/mo ($42/mo annual) | No |
| Practice Better | Dietitians and practitioners who need charting and telehealth | $0 (3 clients), paid from $35/mo | Programs and portal; see section |
| Thinkific | Large self-paced course catalogues | $109/mo ($82/mo annual) | No |
| Systeme.io | Tight budgets that need funnels and email first | $0 free plan | No |
| Teachable | A single low-cost course to test demand | $39/mo ($29/mo annual) | No |
| Skool | A gamified group with a classroom tab | $9/mo | No |
| Stan Store | Selling from a social media link in bio | $29/mo ($25/mo annual) | No |
How did we choose and rank these platforms?
We ranked tools by what they document publicly and what public reviewers report, not by hands-on testing. Every vendor price comes from its pricing page as listed in October 2026.
Four criteria shaped the order:
- One login for the whole client journey. Can a prospect find you, buy, sign an agreement, start the program and join the group without leaving the platform?
- Between-session delivery. Diabetes outcomes depend on what happens on the 13 days between fortnightly calls. Habits, check-ins, goals and progress views count for a lot here.
- Total stack cost. A cheap course tool plus a scheduler plus an email tool plus a community app often costs more than one platform, and transaction fees add up quietly.
- Setup effort. Health coaches are rarely web designers. A platform that will build your site or program for you saves weeks.
We left out tools that only handle scheduling or admin. Those belong in a software roundup; this one is about selling and delivering.
1. Coachful: the best overall platform for diabetes coaches
Coachful wins when you sell structured programs and want the client's daily work, your checkout and your group to live in one place. It is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login and the client has one app, carrying the coach's branding inside the Coachful app.

What a diabetes program looks like inside it
Programs are built as multiple weeks, each with weekly goals and daily tasks. You can attach habits (for example, a ten-minute walk after the evening meal or a vegetable at breakfast), schedule morning and evening check-ins, and set goals with progress bars and streaks. A client opens the app and sees today's actions, not a folder of PDFs. For a prediabetes cohort, that daily structure is the product.

Coachful ships more than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes, so you are not starting from a blank page. The optional Fitness & Nutrition pack adds nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and measurements, weekly check-ins, and a workout builder with an illustrated exercise library. You attach your own demo videos; there are no stock exercise videos.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins are set up:
Selling: checkout, funnels and the website
Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account. You can sell one-time, subscriptions or payment plans, add order bumps and coupons, issue refunds, accept Apple Pay and Google Pay, and use Stripe Tax. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. There is no PayPal.
The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus an Import website option. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels support pixels and UTM tracking, and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences handle the follow-up.

Community, cohorts and the client record
When a client enrols in a program, a cohort group is created automatically. You get a community feed, group chat, direct messages, video events, group calls and webinars, which covers the weekly live call and the peer support that keeps a prediabetes cohort engaged. Read more on our group coaching software page.

Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That "quiet" flag is useful in behaviour change work: it tells you who has stopped checking in before they drop out. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live data to brief you before sessions, summarise recorded sessions and draft emails or program content. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is the right place to write your scope line. See coaching contracts for how that works.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" option lets you describe what you need, whether a website, a program, a funnel, a sales page, an email sequence or a course outline, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. In one recent build, a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Details are in our post on the free white-glove service.

Where Coachful is not the right fit
- It is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
- There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. It does not pull data from glucose monitors either.
- No PayPal and no permanent free plan, though there is a free trial.
- The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.
- It is not a course marketplace, so it will not bring you buyers on its own.
Pricing is a set of flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Coachful holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.
2. Kajabi: is it the right pick for a course-first diabetes business?
Kajabi is the pick when your income comes mostly from courses and a membership rather than from coaching individual clients through daily routines. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products, and it is one of the most established names in that category.

Strengths for knowledge products
A diabetes coach with a large audience could sell a flagship course on balanced eating, a membership with monthly recipe drops and a low-ticket workshop, all on one Kajabi site with its own funnels and email. Plans as listed in October 2026: Basic at $179/month ($143/month annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth at $249/month ($199/month annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro at $499/month ($399/month annual). There is a 14-day trial according to Kajabi's help center.
The trade-offs
Kajabi treats coaching as products and communities, not per-client plans. It has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, so the 13 days between calls need another tool or a lot of manual messaging. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic; using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. The Basic plan's cap of 5 products is tight once you add a lead magnet, a course, a membership and a program. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we checked in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell mostly self-paced courses to a large email list and rarely need to see what an individual client did on a Tuesday.
3. Mighty Networks: when community is the product
For coaches whose main offer is a paid membership with live events, Mighty Networks is the strongest community-led option here. It combines community, courses and events, with member apps branded as Mighty.

Why community-led coaches like it
A diabetes support membership with weekly livestreams, discussion spaces by topic (meals, movement, sleep, family life) and a short onboarding course fits Mighty's model well. The Launch plan is $95/month ($79/month annual) with 3 hosts, 200 GB storage and 20 hours a month of livestreaming for up to 100 attendees. Scale is $215/month ($179/month annual) with 30 hours of livestreaming for 200 attendees. A 14-day trial needs no card and includes Growth plan features.
What is missing for 1:1 work
There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, on top of Stripe processing. Your own branded apps are only on custom-priced Mighty Pro. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 219 reviews in October 2026.
If you are comparing community tools in depth, our group coaching community platform guide goes further.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large membership community with frequent livestreams and very little 1:1 coaching.
4. Podia: a simple storefront for courses and calls
Podia suits a coach who wants to put up one course, a downloadable meal planner and a bookable call this weekend without learning a complex system. It is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community.

Plans and allowances
Mover costs $49/month ($42/month annual) and includes 50 products, 25 community spaces and 100 email subscribers, with a 5% Podia transaction fee. Shaker is $99/month ($84/month annual) with 150 products, 500 email subscribers and no Podia fee. Earthquaker is $179/month ($150/month annual) with unlimited products and 1,000 email subscribers. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. The 14-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews in October 2026.
Limits for program delivery
The email allowances are small for a coach building a list from a free lead magnet. An older profile notes no mobile app and no native video calls. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so Podia sells the program but does not deliver the daily part of it.
Pick it over Coachful if you only need to sell a handful of digital products and a few calls, and you are happy delivering the coaching itself somewhere else.
5. Practice Better: for dietitians who also coach
Practice Better wins for credentialed practitioners, such as dietitians or nutritionists, who need charting and telehealth alongside programs. It is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners, covering scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal.

Fit for clinical-adjacent practices
If part of your work is clinical nutrition and part is group coaching, a single practice tool that handles charting is attractive. Plans as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients; Starter is $35/month ($25/month annual) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/month ($59/month annual) for 300 clients; Plus is $99/month ($89/month annual) for unlimited clients and 3 admins; Team is $155/month ($145/month annual) for 2 practitioners. Trials run 30 days on Team and 14 days on other paid plans. If you need a BAA, confirm the vendor's current terms in writing before you sign up.
What holds it back for selling
Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus at $99/month. An older profile notes no website builder or funnel pages, so you will still need a separate site and email marketing tool to sell your program. Only one practitioner per account is allowed below the Team plan. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you chart clinical notes, need telehealth tied to a practitioner record, or work in a setting that requires a signed BAA.
6. Thinkific: a large self-paced course catalogue
Thinkific is a fit for coaches building a deep library of courses, perhaps licensed to employers or sold at scale, where the course itself is the delivery. It covers courses, communities, memberships and coaching or webinar products.

Pricing after the August change
Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. Start is now $109/month ($82/month annual) with 2 admins and 1 community; Grow is $219/month ($164/month annual); Expand is $499/month ($374/month annual). Every self-serve plan has a 30-day free trial. Thinkific Payments carries no Thinkific transaction fee, with processing "in line with other processors at 2.9%"; third-party gateways carry an extra per-plan fee that the page does not list.
Gaps for coaching
An older profile notes no built-in 1:1 scheduling, so coaching relies on external booking links. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. A branded mobile app is a $199/month add-on. Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 868 reviews in October 2026, which is worth reading through before you commit.
Pick it over Coachful if you are building a multi-course academy where thousands of learners study on their own and live coaching is a small add-on.
7. Systeme.io: funnels and email on the tightest budget
Systeme.io is for the coach just starting out who needs a free funnel, an email list and a first course before paying for anything. It is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program.

What the free plan includes
The free plan never expires and needs no card. It includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog and 1 custom domain. Paid plans are Startup at $17/month, Webinar at $47/month and Unlimited at $97/month. There are 0% Systeme.io transaction fees on every plan, with only Stripe or PayPal processing. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews in October 2026.
Where coaches outgrow it
An older profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and no branded mobile app. Community and course features are basic. That is fine for a lead magnet and a starter course, but a 12-week program with daily accountability needs more.
Pick it over Coachful if your budget for software this year is close to zero and your immediate goal is building an email list, not delivering a program.
8. Teachable: testing demand with one course
Teachable makes sense if you want to validate a single course, say a four-week introduction to balanced plates, before building a full coaching offer. It is a course and digital-product platform with student mobile apps.

Plans and the Starter fee
Starter is $39/month ($29/month annual) with 5 products and a 7.5% platform fee. Builder is $89/month ($69/month annual) with 10 products and no platform fee. Growth is $189/month ($139/month annual) with 50 products and 5 admins. Teachable Payments processing for US cards is 2.9% + 30¢. The plan cards show a 7-day free trial and a 30-day guarantee.
Coaching gaps
An older profile notes no native scheduling or calendar sync, so calls rely on separate booking and video tools. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 1,110 reviews in October 2026. For a broader view of course tools, see our online course platform comparison.
Pick it over Coachful if you want to sell one course to see whether anyone buys, and coaching is a later decision.
9. Skool: a gamified group with a classroom
Skool is the low-cost choice for coaches who want a single community with a classroom tab, a calendar and leaderboards that reward participation. A leaderboard can suit challenge-style programs, such as a 30-day step challenge.

Two plans, two fee levels
Hobby costs $9/month ($7.50/month annual) and charges 10% + 30¢ on all transactions. Pro costs $99/month ($82.50/month annual) and charges 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Both include unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls. Payments go only through Skool Payments, paid out weekly. The trial length and card requirement were not stated on the pricing page when we checked.
What you give up
Skool has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you run one low-cost community, want gamified engagement, and do not need a website or email marketing.
10. Stan Store: selling from a link in bio
Stan Store wins for coaches whose audience lives on Instagram or TikTok and who want people to buy a recipe guide or book a call straight from their profile link. It is a link-in-bio storefront for digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls.

The two plans
Creator is $29/month ($25/month annual) and Creator Pro is $99/month ($79/month annual), both with unlimited products and customers. Stan takes 0% of sales; standard Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. There is a 14-day free trial, with the first month charged when it ends. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews in October 2026.
Not built for delivery
Stan has no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. It sells well from social media but hands off delivery to whatever you use next.
Pick it over Coachful if almost all your sales come from a social profile, you sell low-priced digital products, and you deliver coaching through another tool.
How do the 10 platforms compare on selling and delivery?
Only Coachful in this list covers checkout, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community and a website together. The others cover selling well and delivery partly, or the reverse.

What does an example diabetes offer look like built end to end in Coachful?
Here is an illustrative build of a 12-week prediabetes habits cohort, showing which part of Coachful handles each step. The program name and structure are examples, not a template we ship.
- Lead magnet funnel. A free "seven-day plate planner" download on a lead-magnet funnel, with a five-email sequence that explains the program and links to an application.
- Application and discovery call. An application funnel with intake questions, then a booking page with availability rules, time-zone detection and an auto-created Zoom or Meet link. SMS and WhatsApp reminders are available once messaging is enabled.
- Checkout. A checkout funnel offering the program as one payment or a three-month payment plan through your Stripe account, with an order bump for a recipe bundle.
- Agreement. A coaching agreement sent for e-signature before the first call, stating that coaching does not replace medical care and when you will refer the client to their clinician.
- Onboarding. A welcome flow plus morning and evening check-ins, so the client knows what to do on day one.
- Program. Twelve weeks, each with a theme (breakfast, movement after meals, sleep, stress, eating out), weekly goals and daily tasks, and habits with streaks.
- Community. A cohort group created automatically on enrolment, with a weekly group call and a feed for sharing meals and walks.
- Alumni membership. A monthly subscription with a course of short lessons, recipes and a monthly Q&A, so graduates have somewhere to go next.
If you would rather not build this yourself, the free white-glove service can put together the site, funnel and program outline from your notes. You then record your own videos and adjust the wording.

What do three example stacks cost per month?
A single platform is usually cheaper than a stitched stack once you count the tools you need for delivery. The stacks below are examples; payment processing is extra in every case, and prices are monthly list prices as listed in October 2026.
- Stack A, all in one: Coachful alone covers the website, funnels, email, checkout, agreements, programs, check-ins, courses and community.
- Stack B, course plus practice tool: Kajabi Basic for the site, course and email, plus Practice Better for client programs and scheduling.
- Stack C, budget social stack: Stan Store Creator to sell, Systeme.io Startup for email and funnels, and Skool Pro for the group.
| Stack | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Daily habits and check-ins |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful (Stack A) | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Included |
| Kajabi Basic + Practice Better (Stack B) | $214 (Starter, 10 clients) | $248 (Professional) | $248 (Professional) | Through Practice Better programs |
| Stan Store + Systeme.io + Skool Pro (Stack C) | $145 | $145 | $145 | Not included |
Stack B uses monthly prices: Kajabi Basic at $179 plus Practice Better Starter at $35, moving to Professional at $69 once you pass 10 clients. Stack C is $29 + $17 + $99, but it still has no 1:1 booking, client records or agreements, so you would add a scheduler and an e-signature tool on top. Skool Pro also charges 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. On those two stacks, clients juggle three logins.
What mistakes do diabetes coaches make when choosing a platform?
The most common mistake is buying a course tool for what is really a behaviour change program. Others follow from the same root: choosing for the sale and forgetting the twelve weeks after it.
- Picking for checkout, not for Tuesday. Ask where a client logs today's walk or evening reflection. If the answer is "a separate app" or "email me", expect drop-off.
- Collecting clinical data you should not hold. Do not use any coaching tool as a medical record. Ask about habits and routines, not lab results or dosing, unless you work under a clinical framework with the right agreements.
- Ignoring transaction fees. A 5% to 10% platform fee on a high-ticket program can cost more each month than a higher plan without fees.
- Underestimating contact caps. Free lead magnets grow lists quickly, and small email allowances fill up within months.
- Forgetting the exit plan. Check that you can export client data. Coachful exports the full client data set as a ZIP, and our guide on protecting coaching data from platform shutdowns covers what to look for elsewhere.
- Leaving scope out of the agreement. Write your referral rule into the contract and the onboarding flow, not just your head.
Which platform should a diabetes coach choose?
Choose Coachful if you sell programs where daily habits and check-ins matter, and you want selling, delivery and community behind one login. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than only sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. It does not suit clinical practices that need a BAA, coaches who want wearable or glucose-monitor sync, or anyone who needs PayPal. To start, take the free trial and request the free white-glove build so the team sets up your site or first program inside your account.
Choose Kajabi or Thinkific for a course-led business with a large audience, Mighty Networks or Skool when community is the product, Practice Better if you also chart clinical work, and Systeme.io, Teachable, Podia or Stan Store when you are validating a first product on a small budget. For a wider view of the category, see our guide to the best all-in-one coaching platform and our page for health coaches.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best platform for diabetes coaches?
For most coaches who sell structured programs, Coachful is the strongest fit because checkout, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses and community share one login. Kajabi suits course-led businesses, and Practice Better suits practitioners who chart clinical notes.
Can I track clients' blood glucose in Coachful?
Coachful does not sync with glucose monitors, wearables or Apple Health, and it is not a clinical record. It is designed for behaviour coaching: habits, check-ins, goals and notes. Leave glucose readings and medication decisions to the client's care team.
Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a business associate agreement. It is GDPR-ready and suits independent coaches doing non-clinical work; if you work for or with a covered entity, choose a tool that offers a BAA.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a free build service on every plan. You describe what you need, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Do I need a separate course platform if I use Coachful?
Usually not. Coachful includes courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos and bundles, delivered in the client's branded home and app. It is not a course marketplace, so you bring your own audience.
Which platform is cheapest for a new diabetes coach?
Systeme.io has a free plan that never expires, and Skool's Hobby plan is $9 a month with a 10% + 30¢ transaction fee. Both are cheap to start but lack 1:1 client records, habits and check-ins, so many coaches add tools as they grow.
Can I run group cohorts for prediabetes programs?
Yes. In Coachful, a cohort group is created automatically when a client enrols in a program, with a feed, group chat and video events. Mighty Networks and Skool also run strong groups but lack per-client habits and check-ins.
Can I take payment plans for a 12-week program?
Coachful supports one-time payments, subscriptions and payment plans through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with a 0% Coachful platform fee. Whichever tool you choose, check its transaction fee on your plan.
What should a diabetes coach put in their coaching agreement?
State that coaching is not medical treatment, that the client stays under their clinician's care, and when you will refer them back, for example after symptoms or a request to change medication. Laws vary by location, so check with an attorney before you finalise it.
Does Coachful have nutrition features?
The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, progress photos, measurements and weekly check-ins. You attach your own demo videos for any exercises.
