Kajabi Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

Kajabi pricing in October 2026 starts at $179 a month for Basic, $249 for Growth and $499 for Pro, or $143, $199 and $399 a month when you pay for a year up front. There is no free plan. Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, Kajabi takes no revenue share, and card processing through Kajabi Payments costs 2.9% + 30 cents on Basic, falling to 2.7% + 30 cents on Pro for US accounts. Use another payment provider (other than PayPal) and Kajabi adds its own 0.5% to 2% on top.
Those are the sticker prices. What a coach actually pays depends on three things the pricing page mentions quietly: how many contacts you collect, how many products you sell, and which coaching jobs Kajabi leaves to other tools. This guide walks through every plan, every fee, three worked budgets, and the cases where Kajabi is worth it and where it is not. We make Coachful, a coaching platform that competes with Kajabi, so we say plainly where Kajabi is the better buy.
How much does Kajabi cost per month?
Kajabi costs $179, $249 or $499 a month on monthly billing, as listed on its pricing page in October 2026. Annual billing saves 20%: you pay $1,716, $2,388 or $4,788 for the year, which Kajabi presents as $432, $600 and $1,200 saved.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing (per month) | Annual total | Products | Contacts | Websites | Communities | Admin users | AI credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $179 | $143 | $1,716 | 5 | 2,500 | 1 | 1 | 2 | 0 |
| Growth | $249 | $199 | $2,388 | 50 | 25,000 | 1 | 1 | 11 | 500 |
| Pro | $499 | $399 | $4,788 | Unlimited | 100,000 | 3 | 3 | 26 | 1,000 |
Prices are in US dollars, as listed on Kajabi's pricing page in October 2026. Processing fees are extra and vary by country. All three plans include unlimited funnels, landing pages, marketing emails and access groups.
Two things are missing from that table. Kajabi removed its cheaper Kickstarter plan ($89 a month, $71 billed annually) from the public pricing page in January 2026, according to our September 2026 records, so you cannot pick it from the page. And Kajabi does not offer a free plan at any level.

What each Kajabi plan adds
Basic is a complete website, email and course tool with tight caps. Growth lifts the product and contact caps tenfold and adds the automation and affiliate features most growing businesses expect. Pro is for multiple brands, a branded app in the app stores, and custom code.
Kajabi's comparison table, read in October 2026, splits the features like this:
| Feature | Basic | Growth | Pro |
|---|---|---|---|
| Custom domain, checkout pages, third-party integrations | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Kajabi customer app (Kajabi-branded) | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Video transcriptions and translations | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| AI features | Yes, but 0 AI credits | Yes, 500 credits | Yes, 1,000 credits |
| Universal inbox | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Cohort courses | No | Yes | Yes |
| Affiliate programs | No | Yes | Yes |
| Advanced automations and webhooks | No | Yes | Yes |
| Comment-to-DM | No | Yes | Yes |
| Remove Kajabi branding | No | Yes | Yes |
| Branded mobile app (Kajabi calls it a "$199/mo value") | No | No | Yes |
| API (a "$25/mo value") | No | No | Yes |
| Custom code editor | No | No | Yes |
Basic: $179 a month
Basic suits a coach who has one website, one community and a small offer list. The cap that bites first is usually products. Kajabi counts courses, coaching offers, memberships, downloads, podcasts and newsletters as products, so a coach with a 1:1 package, a group program, a starter course, a paid workbook and a membership is already at the limit of five. The second cap is 2,500 contacts, which includes every free lead who downloads your guide. Basic also keeps Kajabi's branding on your pages and has no AI credits, no affiliate program and no cohort courses.
Growth: $249 a month
Growth is the plan Kajabi itself recommends once "revenue is coming in and your list is past a few thousand people," in the words of its FAQ. You get 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 11 admin users and 500 AI credits, plus affiliates, cohort courses, advanced automations, webhooks, comment-to-DM and the option to remove Kajabi branding. Kajabi Payments also costs slightly less here (2.8% + 30 cents) and the surcharge for other providers drops to 1%.
Pro: $499 a month
Pro removes the product cap, raises contacts to 100,000 and allows three websites and three communities, which is why Kajabi positions it for people "running more than one brand, or who wants their own app in the App Store." It is the only plan with the branded mobile app, the API and the custom code editor. For a single-brand coach, those are the only reasons to pay double the Growth price.
Kajabi also lists two newer items. Backstage, described as premium personalized coaching, appears on every plan with the note that "details on limits and pricing are to be determined," and Expert Agents is marked "coming soon." Neither had a published price when we checked.
What fees does Kajabi charge on top of the plan?
Kajabi takes no percentage of your sales as a platform, but you pay card processing on every payment, a surcharge if you bring a different processor, and add-on charges once you pass a plan limit. Here is the full list as published in October 2026.
| Fee | Basic | Growth | Pro | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Platform revenue share | 0% | 0% | 0% | Stated in Kajabi's FAQ |
| Kajabi Payments, US card processing | 2.9% + $0.30 | 2.8% + $0.30 | 2.7% + $0.30 | Rates for other countries are on a separate Kajabi page |
| Extra fee for a third-party processor | 2% | 1% | 0.5% | Charged on top of that provider's own fees; PayPal is excluded |
| Extra contacts | $125 a month per 25,000 | $125 a month per 25,000 | $125 a month per 25,000 | Kajabi notifies you at the limit |
| AI credit top-up | $15 for 500 | $15 for 500 | $15 for 500 | Marked "coming end of cycle" on the page |
| Branded mobile app | Not available | Not available | Included | Pro only |
To see what processing costs in practice, take an example coach who collects $6,000 a month as 15 payments of $400. On Basic with Kajabi Payments, each payment costs $11.60 plus 30 cents, so the month's processing is $178.50. On Growth it is $172.50, and on Pro $166.50. Processing is a bigger line than most coaches expect: on Basic it is roughly another plan fee every month at this volume.
The third-party surcharge is where coaches who already have a Stripe account get caught. If that same coach keeps their own Stripe account on Basic, Kajabi's extra 2% is $120 a month before Stripe's own fees, or $1,440 a year. On Growth the extra 1% is $60 a month; on Pro, $30. PayPal is excluded from the surcharge, and Kajabi says that in regions where Kajabi Payments is not offered there is no extra fee.
If you are comparing all the fees across your stack, our breakdown of how much coaching software costs covers processing, add-ons and setup time for the common platforms.
Does Kajabi have a free plan or a free trial?
Kajabi has no free plan. It offers a free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan.
- Trial length. The pricing page shows "Start Free Trial" buttons without a length. Kajabi's help center, checked in October 2026, describes a standard 14-day trial.
- Card. The help center says a card is optional. If you enter one, Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges on the day the trial ends.
- Locked during the trial. Some features, including bulk contact import, test emails and some automations, stay locked until you activate a paid plan. That matters if your plan is to import your list and test your welcome sequence during the trial.
- Promotions. Kajabi runs time-limited offers. Its Business Launch Kit, available from October 5 to October 13, 2026, paired a 14-day trial with migration help and converted to Growth at $249 a month unless cancelled. Read the conversion plan on any promotion before you start it.
- Guarantee. Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee, which Kajabi repeats in its FAQ. Our September 2026 records note that annual plans are not refunded mid-term after that window, so treat annual billing as a 12-month commitment.
What does a coach actually pay for Kajabi at three sizes?
A starting 1:1 coach pays roughly $320 a month all-in on Basic, a growing coach with a group program roughly $550 on Growth, and a course-and-community business with 30,000 contacts close to $1,000. The table shows the arithmetic. Revenue figures are examples chosen to make the fees concrete, not typical earnings.
| Example coach | Plan that fits | Plan cost (monthly / annual billing) | Kajabi Payments processing (example) | Monthly total (monthly / annual billing) | Still needed beside Kajabi |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starting 1:1 coach: 12 clients, 1,200 contacts, 4 offers, $4,800 a month as 12 payments of $400 | Basic | $179 / $143 | $142.80 | $321.80 / $285.80 | Agreements with e-signature, between-session check-ins or habit tracking, SMS reminders |
| Growing coach: 35 clients plus one group program, 6,000 contacts, $10,500 a month as 35 payments of $300 | Growth (Basic's 2,500 contacts are exceeded) | $249 / $199 | $304.50 | $553.50 / $503.50 | Same as above, plus invoicing if you bill companies |
| Course and community business: 30,000 contacts, one brand, $20,000 a month as 200 payments of $100 | Growth plus one 25,000-contact block, or Pro | Growth + block: $374 / $324. Pro: $499 / $399 | Growth: $620. Pro: $600 | Growth + block: $994 / $944. Pro: $1,099 / $999 | Usually nothing for courses; coaching tools if you also sell 1:1 |
Two lessons fall out of these numbers. First, processing is a real share of the bill at every size, so compare processing rates, not only plan prices. Second, at 30,000 contacts and one brand, Growth plus an extra contact block works out cheaper than Pro by about $55 to $105 a month. Pro only earns its price if you need the branded app, the API, custom code, a second website or more than one community.
The "still needed" column is the part most Kajabi budgets leave out. Kajabi's coaching product includes a scheduler and live video, but our September 2026 records show no e-signature agreements, no habit tracking or daily check-ins, no native SMS and no standalone invoice builder. A coach who needs those adds tools, and those tools add their own fees and logins.
Which coaching jobs does Kajabi cover, and which does it leave to other tools?
Kajabi covers marketing and selling very well and covers live delivery reasonably. The gap is the work between sessions: the agreement, the weekly check-in, the habits, the per-client plan. This is the table to read before you decide Kajabi is your whole stack.
| Coaching job | Kajabi, as documented | What coaches typically add |
|---|---|---|
| Website, landing pages, funnels | Yes, on every plan | Nothing |
| Email marketing and sequences | Yes, unlimited sends within contact caps | Nothing |
| Courses and memberships | Yes; cohort courses from Growth | Nothing |
| Community | Yes; 1 community on Basic and Growth, 3 on Pro | Nothing, unless you need more communities |
| Booking 1:1 sessions | Kajabi Scheduler inside the Coaching product | Some coaches keep a separate scheduler |
| Live sessions | Built-in live video (up to 200 participants, 20 breakout rooms, per our September 2026 records) | Zoom or Google Meet is optional |
| Coaching agreements with e-signature | Not offered | A contracts or e-signature tool |
| Habits, daily check-ins, per-client goals | Not offered; coaching milestones and course completion only | A habit or accountability app |
| SMS reminders | No native SMS | An integration or a texting tool |
| Invoices for companies | Checkout receipts and subscriptions; no standalone invoice builder | Accounting or invoicing software |
| Branded app in the app stores | Pro only | Nothing on Pro |
If those gaps do not touch your business, Kajabi's price is easier to justify. If they do, count the extra tools before you compare plans. Our Coachful vs Kajabi comparison goes through the delivery side line by line, and Coachful vs Kajabi for funnels and email covers the marketing side.
What hidden costs and gotchas should you know before buying Kajabi?
Most surprises on a Kajabi bill come from limits rather than fees. These are the ones coaches run into most.
- Free leads count as contacts. A lead magnet that works fills Basic's 2,500 contacts quickly. If Kajabi lets you add a 25,000-contact block to Basic, that would take the plan to $304 a month, which is more than upgrading to Growth at $249. Upgrade rather than buy capacity on Basic.
- Five products goes fast. Every course, coaching offer, membership, download and podcast counts. Coaches who like small paid entry offers hit the cap before they hit the contact cap.
- The surcharge on your own Stripe account. Covered above: 2%, 1% or 0.5% depending on plan, on top of your provider's fees. Moving to Kajabi Payments or PayPal avoids it, but moving processors has its own work, such as updating saved cards for subscriptions.
- Basic shows Kajabi's branding. Removing it needs Growth.
- Zero AI credits on Basic. The AI features are listed on every plan, but Basic includes no credits to run them. The $15 top-up for 500 credits was marked "coming" in October 2026.
- The branded app is Pro only. On Basic and Growth your clients use the Kajabi customer app under Kajabi's name.
- Annual means annual. The 30-day guarantee covers the first payment; after that, our September 2026 records say annual plans are not refunded mid-term.
- Prices do change. In Kajabi's January 2026 restructure, according to our September 2026 records, Basic rose from $149 to $179 a month and its contact allowance fell from 10,000 to 2,500, while annual Growth went from $159 to $199 a month and annual Pro from $319 to $399.
- Leaving takes planning. Contacts, subscriptions, sales and members export as CSV files that Kajabi emails to you, while course videos are downloaded asset by asset. Our September 2026 records say data is removed 90 days after cancellation, and some Trustpilot reviewers describe difficulty cancelling. Export everything before you cancel. Our guide to protecting your coaching data has a checklist.
Is Kajabi worth it for coaches?
Kajabi is worth it for coaches whose income comes mostly from courses, memberships and a community sold to an audience of several thousand people. It is usually poor value for a 1:1 or small-group coach with under 20 clients, because that coach pays $179 or more a month for marketing capacity they will not use and still buys tools for the coaching itself.
| Coach type | Is Kajabi worth it? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Course creator with an audience of 5,000 or more | Often yes | Website, email, funnels, courses and community share one contact record, with no revenue share |
| Membership or paid community owner | Often yes, on Growth | Cohort courses, affiliates and automations start on Growth |
| 1:1 coach with under 20 clients | Usually no | Entry price is high for the caps, and agreements, habits and check-ins need other tools |
| Group program coach with weekly accountability | Depends | Live calls and community are strong; daily check-ins and per-client tracking are missing |
| Fitness or health coach | Usually no | No workout logging, nutrition tracking or progress records; health coaches who need HIPAA will not find it here either |
| Coach running two brands with an app | Yes, on Pro | Three websites, three communities and the branded app are only on Pro |
Kajabi's genuine strength is breadth for selling knowledge products. Its Trustpilot score was 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we checked on October 25, 2026, and our September 2026 records show 4.1 on G2 from 93 reviews and 4.4 on Capterra from 226. Positive reviewers praise having marketing and delivery in one login; negative reviewers mention support, unexpected charges and cancellation. Read a sample of recent reviews yourself before committing to a year.
For a fuller verdict, our Kajabi review goes feature by feature, and Kajabi vs Skool covers the community-first choice.
How does Kajabi pricing compare with the alternatives?
Kajabi has the highest entry price of the course and community platforms below, and the most complete marketing toolkit. The alternatives trade breadth for price, or, in Coachful's case, trade some of Kajabi's marketing scale for coaching delivery. Prices below are as listed in September or October 2026; check each vendor before you buy.
| Platform | Entry price (monthly billing) | Platform fee on sales | Main cap | Coaching delivery (agreements, habits, check-ins) | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | See the plan shown to you | 0% | Clients on lower plans; Pro is unlimited | Yes, all three | Coaches who sell and deliver coaching in one login. |
| Kajabi | $179 (October 2026) | 0% with Kajabi Payments; 0.5% to 2% with other processors | Products and contacts | No | Courses, memberships and community at audience scale |
| Thinkific | $49 (September 2026) | 0% on paid plans | Communities, admins, bandwidth | No | Course depth on a smaller budget |
| Teachable | $39 (September 2026) | 7.5% on Starter; 0% from Builder at $89 | Products and active students | No | Simple course sales |
| Podia | $49 (September 2026) | 5% on Mover; 0% from Shaker at $99 | Email subscribers (100 included on Mover) | No | Creators selling courses and downloads |
| Systeme.io | Free plan; Startup $17 (September 2026) | 0% | Contacts (2,000 on the free plan) | No | Funnels and email on a budget |
| Skool | $9 Hobby; $99 Pro (October 2026) | 10% + 30 cents on Hobby; 2.9% + 30 cents on Pro | One community per subscription | No | A paid community with a classroom |
What the table cannot hold, platform by platform:
Thinkific
Thinkific lists Basic at $49 a month ($36 billed annually), Start at $99 and Grow at $199 in our September 2026 records, with no platform fee on paid plans. A branded mobile app is a $199 a month add-on, so Basic plus an app costs about what Kajabi Growth does, while Kajabi only includes its branded app on Pro. Its Trustpilot score in those records was 1.9 from 865 reviews, the lowest in this group. Pick it over Kajabi if courses are the product and you do not need Kajabi's email and funnel depth. Our Thinkific pricing guide has the full plan table.

Teachable
Teachable's Starter plan is $39 a month but charges a 7.5% transaction fee, which outweighs the low plan price once you sell more than a few hundred dollars a month. Builder at $89 removes the fee and allows 1,000 active students; Growth at $189 adds certificates and removes Teachable branding, as listed in September 2026. Pick it if you want straightforward course sales without building a whole marketing system.

Podia
Podia's Mover plan is $49 a month with a 5% transaction fee; Shaker at $99 and Earthquaker at $179 take no fee, as listed in September 2026. Email is included for 100, 500 or 1,000 subscribers depending on plan and billed beyond that, so a growing list raises the bill. Pick it for courses and downloads with a gentler learning curve than Kajabi. We compare the two directly in Kajabi vs Podia.

Systeme.io
Systeme.io has a permanent free plan with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course, and paid plans at $17, $47 and $97 a month with a 0% platform fee on all of them, as listed in September 2026. It is the cheapest way to test whether you can sell anything online at all. Capterra reviewers call its editor clunky, and it has no coaching delivery tools.

Skool
Skool is a community with a classroom and calendar. Hobby is $9 a month with a 10% + 30 cents fee on every sale; Pro is $99 with 2.9% + 30 cents up to $899, as listed in October 2026. It has no website builder, funnels or email automation, and payments run only through Skool. Pick it if a paid community is the whole business.

Where does Coachful fit if you are pricing Kajabi?
Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. Every feature is included in your Coachful membership, and payments go to your own Stripe or Razorpay account with a 0% platform fee.
Where Kajabi is built around products and contacts, Coachful is built around clients. That changes what you pay for. Kajabi's plans step up with products, contacts and admins. Coachful's lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited; plans are not priced by how many products you sell. You can see the plan shown to you on the pricing page.

Here is what that means for a coach comparing the two:
- Courses and digital products. Video courses with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, books, events and bundles, delivered inside the same client home as the coaching. There are 48 course templates with quizzes to start from.
- Selling. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking, offers with one-time, subscription or payment-plan pricing, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and an invoice for every payment.
- Coaching delivery. Multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, and morning and evening check-ins. This is the part Kajabi does not do.
- Agreements. Coaching agreements sent for e-signature before the first call and stored on the client record.
- Sessions. Booking pages with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, built-in video or automatic Zoom, Meet and Teams links, and email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled.
- Community and groups. A community feed, group chat and cohort groups created automatically when clients enroll in a program.

This short walkthrough shows how programs are built and delivered in Coachful:

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified, it does not support PayPal, and it has no permanent free plan, though you can start with a free trial. The client app carries your branding inside the Coachful app rather than a separate App Store listing under your name. Affiliate links are tracked, but affiliate payouts are recorded manually rather than paid by Coachful. And it is not a course marketplace: if you sell one course to tens of thousands of strangers with no coaching attached, Kajabi or a course platform is the better fit.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. Moving off Kajabi is mostly rebuilding pages, and the Coachful team does that for you at no extra cost on every plan. From Create > We'll build it for you, describe the website, funnel, offer, program or course you want, attach your logo, photos and existing copy, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. One recent request came from a somatic coach leaving Kajabi: the homepage and About page were rebuilt from the old Kajabi theme, testimonials and numbers that had been images became real text, and the contact form now feeds Coachful. The team never invents testimonials or prices, and you can edit everything afterwards. Details are in the white-glove service guide.

If you want to see the trade-offs side by side, read Coachful as a Kajabi alternative or browse the course platform for coaches page.
How can you save money on Kajabi?
The biggest savings come from billing annually, picking the plan by your caps rather than your ambitions, and avoiding the third-party processing surcharge.
- Pay annually once you are sure. Annual billing cuts 20%, which is $432 a year on Basic and $600 on Growth. Use the monthly plan and the 30-day guarantee to test first, then switch; Kajabi's FAQ says you can move from monthly to annual at any time.
- Clean your contact list before it forces an upgrade. Remove contacts who never opened an email in the last six months or so. A list of 2,400 engaged contacts costs less than 3,000 half-dead ones.
- Use Kajabi Payments or PayPal. The 0.5% to 2% surcharge only applies to other processors. On Basic, at $6,000 a month in sales, that is $120 a month.
- Bundle offers to stay under five products. If Basic otherwise fits, combine a workbook with the course it belongs to rather than selling it separately.
- Buy contacts on Growth, not Pro. If you only need more contacts, Growth plus a $125 block is cheaper than Pro until you need Pro's other features.
- Watch for promotions, but read the conversion. Kajabi's October 2026 launch offer converted to Growth at $249 a month. A discount that lands you on a bigger plan than you need is not a saving.
- Count the side tools. If you pay separately for agreements, a scheduler, a check-in app and SMS, add them to Kajabi's price before deciding whether Kajabi is cheap or expensive for you.
What should you do before switching away from Kajabi?
Export first, cancel last. Kajabi emails CSV exports of contacts, subscriptions, sales and members, and you download course videos one asset at a time, so start a week before your renewal date.
- Download every export: contacts with tags, members and their access, subscriptions, sales history.
- Download course media, including lesson videos, PDFs and audio, and keep the lesson order in a simple spreadsheet.
- List active subscriptions. Card subscriptions do not move between platforms on their own. Plan how each paying client re-subscribes on the new platform, and cancel the old subscription only after the new one is live, so nobody is billed twice or lapses.
- Rebuild pages and funnels on the new platform, or ask a build service to do it.
- Point your domain at the new site and test checkout and booking end to end.
- Email your clients with the new login and the date the old one stops working.
- Cancel Kajabi after you have confirmed every export opens correctly.
Coachful's onboarding includes a white-glove import of clients, programs and content, and our guide to running coaching memberships without Kajabi covers moving recurring members carefully.
Frequently asked questions
How much is Kajabi per month in 2026?
As listed in October 2026, Kajabi costs $179 a month for Basic, $249 for Growth and $499 for Pro on monthly billing. Annual billing lowers that to $143, $199 and $399 a month, paid as one yearly charge. Processing fees are extra on every plan.
Is there a free version of Kajabi?
No. Kajabi has no free plan. It offers a free trial, which its help center describes as 14 days, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan. If you only need a free tool to test an idea, Systeme.io has a permanent free plan with 2,000 contacts.
Does Kajabi take a percentage of sales?
Kajabi takes no revenue share as a platform. You pay card processing through Kajabi Payments (2.9% + 30 cents on Basic for US accounts, lower on higher plans). If you use a third-party processor other than PayPal, Kajabi adds 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro.
Why is Kajabi so expensive?
Kajabi bundles a website, email marketing, funnels, courses, a community and checkout, and argues in its own FAQ that it is cheaper than buying those pieces separately once you have a few thousand contacts. That holds for course and membership businesses. For a 1:1 coach with a small list, most of that capacity goes unused while coaching tools still have to be bought elsewhere.
What happens when I go over my Kajabi contact limit?
Kajabi notifies you and offers two options: buy extra contacts in blocks of 25,000 for $125 a month, or move to the next plan. On Basic, upgrading to Growth costs less than a contact block. On Growth, a block is cheaper than Pro unless you need Pro's other features.
Which Kajabi plan includes the branded mobile app?
Only Pro, as listed in October 2026. Basic and Growth include the Kajabi customer app, which carries Kajabi's name. Pro also adds the API, the custom code editor, three websites and three communities.
Is Kajabi good for 1:1 coaching?
Kajabi has a coaching product with a scheduler and live video, so it can run sessions. It does not offer e-signature agreements, habit tracking or daily check-ins, so coaches who work closely with clients between sessions usually add other tools. Coachful includes those in one login.
Can I still get the Kajabi Kickstarter plan?
Not from the pricing page. Kickstarter ($89 a month, $71 billed annually) was removed from public pricing in January 2026, according to our September 2026 records. Third-party reports say it has surfaced for some trial accounts, but you cannot select it yourself.
Is Coachful a cheaper alternative to Kajabi for coaches?
Compare the whole stack, not the plan price. Coachful has no platform fee and does not price plans by product count; its lower plans cap clients and Pro is unlimited. It also includes the agreements, habits and check-ins that Kajabi users usually buy separately, so add those tools to Kajabi's total before comparing it with the plan shown to you on the pricing page.
Will Coachful rebuild my Kajabi site for me?
Yes. The white-glove build service is included at no extra cost on every Coachful plan. Request it from Create > We'll build it for you, send your current pages, logo and copy, and the Coachful team rebuilds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours, for you to edit afterwards.
