GoHighLevel Pricing in 2026: Plans, Fees and What Coaches Pay

GoHighLevel pricing in October 2026 starts at $97 a month for the Starter plan, then $297 for Unlimited and $497 for Agency Pro, or $970, $2,970 and $4,970 a year if you pay annually. Every plan includes unlimited users and contacts, and HighLevel lists no platform fee on your sales. What the plan price leaves out is usage: texts, emails, phone numbers, calls and AI are billed from a prepaid wallet, and add-ons such as HIPAA compliance at $297 a month or a branded client portal app at $49 a month sit on top. For a single coaching business, the realistic bill is the Starter plan plus anywhere from about $7 to a few hundred dollars a month in usage and add-ons.
Below: every plan, the per-unit usage rates from HighLevel's own pricing guide, the add-ons, three worked examples of what a coach pays, the gotchas, and a comparison with Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Kartra, Systeme.io and Coachful. We make Coachful, so we say plainly where GoHighLevel is the better buy.

How much does GoHighLevel cost in 2026?
GoHighLevel costs $97, $297 or $497 a month on its three self-serve plans, as listed in October 2026, with an Enterprise tier priced through sales. Annual billing is $970, $2,970 or $4,970 a year, which is exactly ten months' price for twelve months of service.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Annual, per month | Sub-accounts | Users and contacts | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 a year | $80.83 | 3 | Unlimited | One coaching business, or up to three brands |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 a year | $247.50 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Agencies running many client accounts |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 a year | $414.17 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Agencies reselling HighLevel under their own brand |
| Enterprise | Contact sales | Contact sales | Not published | Custom | Custom | Large agencies that need custom work, a white-label app and HIPAA |
The pricing page shows yearly totals only; the per-month annual figures are those totals divided by 12. Prices are in US dollars and unchanged from our previous check in September 2026, but the add-on list has grown, and for most coaches add-ons and usage move the bill more than the plan does.
Two things stand out. First, no plan caps your contacts: Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Kartra and Systeme.io all tie their lower tiers to contact counts. Second, the jump from Starter to Unlimited buys agency tools (more sub-accounts, usage rebilling, API access), not coaching features.
GoHighLevel, which calls itself HighLevel in its documentation, is built around sub-accounts: separate business workspaces with their own contacts, calendars, sites and phone numbers. Agencies create one per client. A coach usually needs one, so Starter's limit of three rarely bites.
What does each GoHighLevel plan add?
Starter includes the whole core product; Unlimited and Agency Pro add tools for agencies that manage and bill many client accounts. Here's what each tier adds, in plain terms.
Starter: $97 a month
Starter includes all of HighLevel's core features: the CRM, funnels and websites, calendars and booking, email and SMS marketing, invoicing and contracts, courses and communities, plus 24/7 support. You get three sub-accounts and unlimited users, so a coach with two separate brands and an assistant fits inside Starter.
Unlimited: $297 a month
Unlimited removes the sub-account cap and adds two things: basic API access, and the ability to rebill phone and email usage to your sub-accounts at cost, with no markup. Rebilling means HighLevel charges your agency wallet first, then charges each client sub-account for the usage it generated. Dedicated email IPs are also only available from this plan up. None of this changes a solo coach's daily work.
Agency Pro: $497 a month
Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode, which lets you resell HighLevel as your own branded software product, plus automated sub-account creation, rebilling with your own markup, user and agent reporting, and advanced API access. It's also the only plan that can rebill AI Employee usage to sub-accounts. It suits a coach who also runs a marketing agency, and adds nothing to the coaching itself.
Enterprise: priced through sales
Enterprise has no public price. HighLevel lists a dedicated customer success manager, custom development, and the white-label mobile app and HIPAA compliance included in the package. On the other plans those two cost $497 and $297 a month as add-ons, so Enterprise is mainly worth a sales call if you would otherwise buy both.
Does GoHighLevel charge transaction fees or per-seat fees?
No. HighLevel shows no platform fee on the sales you take through it, and every plan includes unlimited users, so seats cost nothing. You still pay your payment processor on every charge.
HighLevel connects to Stripe, PayPal and the other processors listed on its pricing page; its documentation as we reviewed it in September 2026 also named Authorize.net and NMI. The processor's fee is your real transaction cost. Stripe's standard US card rate is 2.9% plus 30 cents per charge, so in an example month with $5,000 of client payments across 20 charges you would pay about $151 to Stripe, whichever platform sits on top. Check your processor's current rate for your country and card mix.
No platform fee is a genuine advantage over some alternatives. Kajabi adds a 2% fee on its Basic plan if you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, and Kartra takes 5% of sales on its Essentials plan. ClickFunnels and Systeme.io, like HighLevel, take nothing. Coachful has also charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, with only Stripe or Razorpay processing on top. For more on how checkout choices affect take-home pay, see our guide to coaching package pricing and checkout software.
What are GoHighLevel's usage fees for texts, emails, calls and AI?
Usage is billed separately from the plan, from an agency wallet that HighLevel refills from your card whenever the balance drops below a minimum you set. Email costs $0.675 per 1,000 sends on every plan, and phone and SMS pricing is set to match Twilio's, with a 10% discount on the US and Canada list rates for texts and calls.
These are the US and Canada rates from HighLevel's pricing guide and its phone pricing article as listed in October 2026. Other countries have separate rate sheets.
| Usage item | Rate (US and Canada) | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Email sends | $0.675 per 1,000 emails | Same rate on every plan; forwarded emails count too |
| Email validation | $2.50 per 1,000 checks | Optional; checks addresses before you send |
| Local phone number | $1.15 a month | Toll-free numbers are $2.15 a month |
| SMS | $0.00747 per segment, sent or received | Plus carrier fees of $0.0035 to $0.0050 per outbound text and $0.0025 to $0.0100 per inbound text |
| MMS (picture messages) | $0.022 per outbound segment | Inbound is $0.0165 on local numbers |
| Outbound calls | $0.0166 per minute | Billed in full minutes; partial minutes round up |
| Inbound calls | $0.01165 per minute | $0.02 per minute when forwarded to your own phone |
| Call recording and transcription | $0.0025 and $0.024 per minute | Stored recordings add $0.0005 per minute per month |
| A2P 10DLC texting registration | $22.50 one-time, then up to $2.10 a month (sole proprietor) or $1.50 to $10.50 a month (low volume) | Carrier registration for texting US numbers from a local number; charged on submission |
| AI, pay-per-use | Token cost by model and action | The default for every sub-account without an AI Employee plan |
| Premium workflow actions | $0.01 per execution | Workflow Pro tiers of $10, $25 or $50 a month include 10,000, 30,000 or 65,000 executions |
Two details change the maths. SMS is charged per segment, not per message: carriers split long texts into segments (a plain-text segment holds up to 160 characters, and a single emoji can cut that to 70), so a chatty reminder can cost two or three times a short one. And carrier fees are passed through on top of the per-segment rate, adding roughly 45% to 70% to the cost of each outbound text.
For AI, every sub-account defaults to pay-per-use, billed at token cost for the models and actions used. If you rely on HighLevel's AI Employee tools (conversation AI, voice AI, review replies and content AI), the flat options are $50 a month for Growth, which comes with monthly limits, or $97 a month for Unlimited, subject to fair use. Both are per sub-account. Phone charges still apply to calls handled by Voice AI, even on the Unlimited AI plan.
Which GoHighLevel add-ons cost extra?
The add-ons most relevant to coaches are AI Employee ($50 or $97 a month), the Branded Client Portal App ($49 a month) and HIPAA compliance ($297 a month). Most add-ons are billed per sub-account, so they multiply if you run more than one brand.
| Add-on | Price as listed in October 2026 | Scope | Does a coach need it? |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Employee Growth | $50 a month | Per sub-account | Only if you use HighLevel's AI chat, voice and content tools every week |
| AI Employee Unlimited | $97 a month | Per sub-account | Heavy AI users; subject to fair use |
| Branded Client Portal App | $49 a month | Per sub-account | If you want community members on a branded mobile app |
| White-label mobile app | $497 a month or $1,491 a quarter | Agency | Agencies only |
| HIPAA compliance | $297 a month | Account-wide; cannot be switched off once enabled | Only if HIPAA applies to your business |
| Premium support | $500 a month or $5,000 a year | Agency | Rarely |
| Advanced Account Setup | $1,000 one-time | Agency | If you want done-with-you configuration |
| HighLevel Certification Program | $97 a month or $970 a year | Training subscription | Optional |
| SEO (powered by Search Atlas) | $79 a month | Per sub-account | If you run SEO in-house |
| $10 a month plus usage | Per sub-account | If clients message you on WhatsApp | |
| Online listings | $30 a month, $150 per 6 months or $300 a year | Per sub-account | Mostly for local, walk-in businesses |
| Premium prospecting tool | $29 a month | Per sub-account | Agency prospecting |
| Dedicated email IP | $59 a month | Per IP; Unlimited and Agency Pro only | High-volume senders |
| WordPress hosting | From $10 a month per site | Per site | If your site stays on WordPress |
| Whitelabel Zap | $50 a month | Agency | Agencies only |
The Branded Client Portal App is the nearest thing HighLevel has to a client app. HighLevel describes it as a branded mobile app that gives your community members mobile access to the community. It is not a program-delivery app: HighLevel has no habit tracking, client check-ins or structured coaching-program engine, so daily accountability has to be simulated with workflows and forms.
What does a coach actually pay for GoHighLevel?
In our three worked examples, a new solo coach pays about $104 a month, an established coach with a group program about $196, and a three-coach team about $378, before payment processing. Annual billing takes about $16 a month off each.
These are illustrative examples, not quotes. Each assumes a single sub-account on Starter, US texting, and the volumes listed. We rounded carrier fees to about half a cent per outbound text and 0.7 cents per inbound reply.
| Example coach | Usage assumed each month | Plan and add-ons | Usage and add-ons | Total, monthly billing | Total, annual billing | Tools still needed beside it |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| New solo coach, 15 one-to-one clients | 500 contacts; 2,500 emails; 120 reminder texts and 30 replies; 1 local number; sole-proprietor A2P campaign | Starter | About $7 (emails $1.69, texts with carrier fees $1.87, number $1.15, A2P $2.10) | About $104 | About $88 | A Zoom or Google Meet account for calls; a habit or check-in tool if you coach between sessions; $22.50 one-time A2P registration in month one |
| Established coach, 40 clients plus a group program | 3,000 contacts; 30,000 emails; 1,220 texts and 200 replies; low-volume A2P campaign at the top rate | Starter plus AI Employee Growth | About $99 (usage $49.40, AI Employee $50) | About $196 | About $180 | Video calls; habits and check-ins; a way to deliver weekly program steps beyond a course |
| Three-coach team, 150 clients | 15,000 contacts; 110,000 emails; 3,200 texts and 600 replies; 3 local numbers; low-volume A2P campaign | Starter plus AI Employee Unlimited and Branded Client Portal App | About $281 (usage $135, add-ons $146) | About $378 | About $362 | Same as above; add $297 a month if the team needs HIPAA |
The plan price is fixed, email is cheap at these volumes, and texting is modest unless you run SMS campaigns to a large list. The bill climbs through add-ons, mainly AI, and through the tools you still need beside HighLevel. It has no built-in video rooms (it creates Zoom and Google Meet links), no habit tracking and no client check-ins, so if you sell accountability between sessions, budget for a second tool or for rebuilding check-ins with forms and workflows. Payment processing sits on top of every row whichever platform you choose.
For the same three coaches, Coachful's flat plans include booking with built-in video, habits, check-ins and program delivery in the membership. The client counts map to these plans:
- A new solo coach with 15 clients: See Coachful pricing
- An established coach with 40 clients: See Coachful pricing
- A practice with 150 clients needs an unlimited plan (See Coachful pricing); a team of three coaches would add seats on the Studio or Agency team plans (See Coachful pricing)

What hidden costs and gotchas should coaches watch for?
The biggest surprises are the self-refilling wallet, texting registration fees that start the day you submit, a HIPAA add-on you can't switch off, and data you lose access to when you cancel. None of these is secret; they're simply not on the main pricing page.
- The wallet refills itself. When the usage wallet falls below your minimum balance, HighLevel charges your card on file to top it up. A misconfigured workflow that texts your whole list will keep drawing on your card. Set a low recharge amount and check Agency View, Settings, Billing, Wallet and Transactions weekly for the first month.
- The trial bills automatically. The 14-day trial converts to a paid plan at the end unless you cancel, and usage-based phone and third-party fees can be charged during the trial.
- A2P fees start on submission. Submitting a texting campaign triggers the $22.50 one-time fee and the monthly campaign fee whatever the review outcome. The $3 Fast Track part of that fee is non-refundable, and the monthly fee continues until you delete the campaign.
- HIPAA is account-wide and permanent. HighLevel accounts are not HIPAA compliant by default. The $297 a month add-on covers the whole account, and once purchased and enabled it cannot be deactivated.
- Per-sub-account add-ons multiply. AI Employee, the client portal app, SEO, WhatsApp and listings are priced per enabled sub-account. Three brands on Starter with AI Employee Unlimited is $291 a month in AI alone.
- Cancelling cuts off your data. In HighLevel's documentation as we reviewed it in September 2026, contacts with custom fields, opportunities and conversations export to CSV, while funnels, sites and workflows are only portable as snapshots inside HighLevel. Data becomes inaccessible after cancellation, so export first.
- Setup has a price too. HighLevel sells an Advanced Account Setup service for $1,000 and a certification program for $97 a month. You don't need either, but they hint at how much configuration the platform involves.
Is GoHighLevel worth it for coaches?
GoHighLevel is worth it for coaches whose growth runs on marketing automation: paid-ad funnels, text follow-up, sales pipelines and more than one brand. It's a weaker deal for coaches whose value is delivered between sessions, because no plan includes habits, check-ins, built-in video calls or a structured program engine.
HighLevel holds a 4.9 score on Trustpilot from 15,250 reviews, as seen on October 25, 2026. Fit matters more than the score, so here's how it lands by coach type.
Coaches running paid ads and sales calls
This is HighLevel's home ground. Starter gives you funnels, booking calendars, SMS and email follow-up, a CRM with opportunity pipelines and unlimited contacts for $97 a month plus usage. If you run ads to a lead magnet, book discovery calls and close by phone, it can replace a funnel builder, an email platform and a scheduler. Business and sales coaches building this kind of machine should also read our guide on starting a business coaching business and see the sales coach and business coach pages.
Coaches who also run a marketing agency
If you build funnels and automations for other coaches as a paid service, Unlimited or Agency Pro is where HighLevel pays for itself. Rebilling and SaaS Mode let you pass usage to clients or sell the platform under your brand. This is the audience the pricing is designed around.
Solo life, mindset and relationship coaches
For a coach with 10 to 30 one-to-one clients, HighLevel is usually more marketing machinery than you need and less delivery than you want: goals, reflections and progress tracking would live in forms and custom fields. A platform built around the client relationship tends to fit better; see the life coach and mindset coach pages for what that looks like in Coachful.

Health, wellness and fitness coaches
Health and fitness coaches hit two gaps. HighLevel has no workout builder, meal plans, habit tracking or progress check-ins, and its HIPAA option is a $297 a month add-on that can't be switched off. Whether HIPAA applies to you depends on whether you are a covered entity or a business associate of one, which the US Department of Health and Human Services explains. The test turns largely on whether you bill health plans electronically or handle health information on behalf of an organization that does, so check with an attorney if you're unsure.
A note on scope: health coaching supports behavior change and is not medical treatment. Refer clients to a physician, registered dietitian or licensed mental health professional when they describe symptoms, a diagnosis, medication questions or signs of disordered eating. For coaching-specific delivery tools, see the health coach page and the Fitness and Nutrition pack.
Coaches selling courses and communities
HighLevel includes courses and communities on Starter with no contact cap, which compares well with Kajabi's $179 Basic plan and its 2,500-contact limit. It's reasonable value if you want a course plus texting and pipelines; if the course is the whole business, a course-first platform may suit you better.
How does GoHighLevel pricing compare with alternatives?
On entry price GoHighLevel sits in the middle: cheaper than Kajabi, level with ClickFunnels, and dearer than the entry plans at Kartra and Systeme.io. Among the marketing suites here, it's the only one with unlimited contacts on every plan. Prices below are as listed in October 2026; Coachful's cells link to its live prices.
| Platform | Entry price | Unlimited contacts or clients | Platform fee on sales | Main limits on the entry plan | Built for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| GoHighLevel | $97 a month ($970 a year) | Every plan, from $97 a month | None listed; processor fees only | 3 sub-accounts; texts, email, calls and AI billed from a wallet | Agencies and marketing-led businesses |
| Coachful | See Coachful pricing | See Coachful pricing | 0%; Stripe or Razorpay processing only | Client cap on lower plans; AI credits for confirmed AI builds | Coaches who deliver programs, solo to small team |
| Kajabi | $179 a month ($143 a month annually) | No unlimited tier; Pro at $499 a month covers 100,000 contacts | None with Kajabi Payments (2.9% + 30 cents processing on Basic); 2% extra on Basic with other processors except PayPal | 2,500 contacts, 5 products, 1 community, 0 AI credits | Course and community sellers |
| ClickFunnels | $97 a month ($81 a month annually) | No unlimited tier; Dominate covers 400,000 contacts at $499.75 a month billed annually | 0% | 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month, 2 team members, 3 courses | Funnel-first sellers |
| Kartra | $59 a month ($52 a month annually) | No unlimited tier; Professional at $549 a month covers 25,000 contacts | 5% on Essentials; 0% on Starter and Growth | 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 10,000 emails a month | All-in-one marketing on a smaller list |
| Systeme.io | Free plan; Startup at $17 a month | Unlimited plan at $97 a month | 0% on every plan | Free plan: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 automation rule | Budget funnels, email and courses |
If what you actually need is one-to-one packages, booking and payments rather than a marketing suite, our Paperbell pricing and Practice Better pricing guides cover two coaching-specific tools, and the comparison hub lists more.
Kajabi

Kajabi's Basic plan is $179 a month ($143 on annual billing) and caps you at 2,500 contacts, 5 products, 1 community and 2 admin users, with no AI credits. Growth is $249 ($199 annual) for 25,000 contacts and Pro is $499 ($399 annual) for 100,000. Kajabi Payments processing is 2.9% plus 30 cents on Basic, and other processors except PayPal add a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. Like HighLevel, it has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins. Our Kajabi pricing breakdown covers it in detail.
Pick it over GoHighLevel if courses and a paid community are your main product and you'd rather pay a fixed contact tier than meter texts and emails.
ClickFunnels

ClickFunnels Launch is $97 a month ($81 on annual billing), the same monthly price as HighLevel Starter, but with caps: 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month, 2 team members, 3 courses and 3 communities. Scale is $197 ($164 annual) for 75,000 contacts and Optimize is $297 ($248 annual) for 150,000. ClickFunnels takes 0% commission on sales. It covers email, courses, community, a store and appointments, but no client habits, check-ins or structured one-to-one programs.
Pick it over GoHighLevel if your list is under 10,000, funnels matter more to you than texting, and you'd rather have an email allowance in the plan than a per-thousand charge.
Kartra

Kartra's Essentials plan is $59 a month ($52 annual) but allows only 500 contacts, 5 pages and 1 product, and takes a 5% transaction fee. Starter at $119 ($99 annual) is the realistic entry point: 2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, 5 team members and 0% transaction fees. Growth is $229 ($189 annual) for 12,500 contacts. Kartra lists a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Pick it over GoHighLevel if your list is small and you want email and SMS bundled into one fixed price rather than metered.
Systeme.io

Systeme.io is the budget option: a free plan that never expires (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 automation rule), Startup at $17 a month, Webinar at $47 and Unlimited at $97 with unlimited contacts, funnels and courses. It charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including the free one. When we last profiled it in September 2026, it had no native one-to-one scheduling with client records and no branded mobile app.
Pick it over GoHighLevel if you're early, price-sensitive and mainly need funnels, email and a course rather than SMS or a sales pipeline.
What is Coachful, and when is it the better buy?
Coachful is a coaching platform that puts booking, payments, contracts, program delivery, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant under one subscription, with one login for you and your branding on the client app. It's the better buy when your coaching happens between sessions as much as in them. HighLevel is the better buy when your business runs on marketing automation, texting and sales pipelines.
Who it's for. Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team; and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. Coachful is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a 4.5 Trustpilot score from 21 reviews.
What it does. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, and calls run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS and WhatsApp once messaging is enabled.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins work in Coachful:

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, covering one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with an invoice per transaction. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk.

On the marketing side, where HighLevel is strongest, Coachful includes a website builder with a blog, custom domain and 30 homepage templates; booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking; and email broadcasts and sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. Courses, a community with group chat and video events, and automatic cohort groups are included in your Coachful membership too.
This walkthrough shows how funnels are built in Coachful:

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it builds programs, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions and briefs you before each call. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Coachful also tracks ICF credential hours against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log.
What it doesn't do. Be clear about the gaps before you compare. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it isn't for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There's no PayPal. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There's no multi-stage sales deal board for large sales teams, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, no routing forms that pick a host from form answers and no third-party plugins, and it isn't a general website builder for non-coaching sites. The affiliate tool tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually. If you need HIPAA, PayPal or a pipeline for a team of closers, HighLevel covers those and Coachful doesn't.
How pricing works. Coachful uses flat monthly plans: lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and the Studio and Agency team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions (See Coachful pricing). Monthly plans cancel in one click. The platform fee on sales is 0%, so your only transaction cost is Stripe or Razorpay processing. For multi-coach practices, see the teams page.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you want built: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline and written material, coaching flow, form or worksheet, email sequence, link in bio, lead quiz, webinar or automation. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, photos, brand guides and copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. The service doesn't cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the white-glove build service.

Some recent builds, anonymized. A menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. A business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. A leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. On HighLevel, the closest equivalent is the paid Advanced Account Setup.
How to start. Take a free trial, then request your first build from Create. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and a full ZIP export of your client data is there whenever you want it. For a feature-by-feature view, see Coachful vs GoHighLevel or the GoHighLevel alternative page.
How can you save money on GoHighLevel?
The biggest savings come from paying annually, staying on Starter and keeping usage in check. Annual billing alone saves $194 a year on Starter, $594 on Unlimited and $994 on Agency Pro.
- Pay yearly once you're sure. Use the 14-day trial and a month or two of monthly billing to confirm fit, then switch to annual for the equivalent of two free months.
- Stay on Starter if you run one business. Unlimited's extras are more sub-accounts, at-cost rebilling and basic API access. They matter to agencies, not to a single practice.
- Write short texts. Keep reminders inside one segment and skip emoji. "Reminder: our call is tomorrow at 10am. Reply C to confirm." costs a third of a three-segment message.
- Stay on pay-per-use AI until the bill says otherwise. Compare a full month of token charges with the $50 AI Employee Growth plan before upgrading.
- Set a small wallet recharge. A low recharge amount and minimum balance limit how much a broken workflow can spend before you notice.
- Delete what you don't use. Each spare local number costs $1.15 a month, and A2P campaign fees continue until the campaign is deleted.
- Validate only old lists. At $2.50 per 1,000 checks, validation is worth it for a stale imported list, not for opt-ins you collected yourself.
- Don't buy HIPAA just in case. It can't be deactivated once enabled, so confirm first that HIPAA applies to you.
- Count what you can cancel. HighLevel's value rises with every tool it replaces: email platform, funnel builder, scheduler, course host. If you'll still pay for a video tool and a habit app beside it, add those to the total before you compare.
How does the GoHighLevel free trial work?
GoHighLevel offers a 14-day free trial on any plan, and there is no free plan. Billing starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel, and usage-based phone and third-party fees can be charged during the trial itself.
The pricing page doesn't say whether a card is required; HighLevel's sign-up flow as documented in September 2026 asked for one. Fourteen days goes quickly on a platform this broad, so build only what you would launch: one booking calendar, one funnel, one email sequence, and one test client run through payment, contract and follow-up. Hold off on A2P registration until you've decided to stay, since its fees start on submission, and review Wallet and Transactions on day 12 so you can cancel before day 14 if it isn't the right fit.
Frequently asked questions
