Your coaching hours, counted as you coach
Every completed session you host is added up and shown against the ICF thresholds for ACC, PCC and MCC. No spreadsheet, and no reconstructing two years of calls the week before you apply.
7-day free trial. 0% platform fee on everything you sell.

Counts completed coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.
Includes one-to-one, cohort, squad and intake sessions in the total.
Counts group session time once rather than once per attendee.
It counts what you already do
Sessions you run in Coachful are counted automatically. One-to-one calls, cohort and squad sessions and intake calls all add up, and the panel shows hours and distinct clients against each credential threshold.
- Hours and distinct clients tracked against ACC, PCC and MCC
- One-to-one, group, squad and intake sessions all counted
- Group time counted once, the way the ICF counts it
- A running total on the Coach development panel
Log the sessions that happened elsewhere
Most coaches arrive with history. You can log a past session by hand from the client page, with its date, time and duration, and it counts in credential progress like any other completed session.
- Log a past session from the client record
- Title, date, time and duration, for sessions before Coachful
- Counts toward credential progress once saved
- Export a client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours

Private feedback on your own coaching
If you turn it on, each session summary can include a private review of your coaching against ICF Core Competencies three to eight. It is a development aid you control, not an assessment.
- Competency feedback per recorded session, switched on by you
- Scored against competencies three to eight
- Private to you, never shown to the client
- A development aid, not a substitute for mentor coaching
What it does not do
The boundaries, so you can decide before you sign up rather than after.
- Coachful does not know which hours were paid, when your coach training started, or your mentor coaching hours. It is a head start on your log rather than the log itself.
- The competency feedback is a self-development aid. It is not an ICF assessment and does not replace mentor coaching.
- You keep and submit your own log. Coachful does not file anything with the ICF on your behalf.
What Coachful does
In plain terms
Coachful tracks progress toward ICF credentials from the sessions a coach already runs. Completed one-to-one, cohort, squad and intake sessions are totalled into hours and distinct clients and shown against the ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, with group time counted once rather than per participant. Coaches can log past sessions by hand for work done before Coachful, and export a client coaching log covering paid and pro bono hours. Optional private feedback scores a coach own sessions against ICF Core Competencies three to eight.
It does
- Counts completed coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds.
- Includes one-to-one, cohort, squad and intake sessions in the total.
- Counts group session time once rather than once per attendee.
- Lets a coach log a past session by hand so earlier work counts.
- Exports a client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.
- Scores a coach own sessions privately against ICF Core Competencies three to eight when switched on.
It does not
- It does not know which hours were paid, when coach training started, or mentor coaching hours.
- Its competency feedback is not an ICF assessment and does not replace mentor coaching.
- It does not submit anything to the ICF; the coach keeps and files the log.
- It is not HIPAA-certified. It is GDPR-ready with full data export.
- The client app carries your branding but ships under the Coachful listing, not your own App Store account.
