Top 12 Platforms to Get Clients for Burnout Coaches in 2026

Top 12 Platforms to Get Clients for Burnout Coaches in 2026

The best platforms to get clients for burnout coaches do two separate jobs, and most tools only do one. The first job is demand: getting an exhausted professional, an HR lead or a therapist with a referral to notice you at all. The second is conversion: turning that one tired click into a booked discovery call, a signed agreement and a paid program without asking the person to do much. So the deciding question is simple. Which platform helps people find you, and which one makes saying yes easy when they do?

Our pick is Coachful, because it covers both jobs in one account. A Coachful profile can appear in Find a Coach, Coachful's own public marketplace (coachful.co/find-a-coach), where people browse by category, take a short quiz, get matched and book a discovery call directly with a listed coach. The same account runs your website, funnels, lead quiz, email, Instagram automations, booking and payments. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the other 11 entries with the same care: several of them are the better choice for specific practices. One honest note before anything else: software cannot manufacture demand, and no platform, ours included, guarantees clients. What good software does is make sure the interest you earn does not leak away.

This guide is built for decisions. Answer five questions about your practice, use the table that maps your answers to a pick, then read the ranked sections, the cost table at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and the red flags. If you want the general version for every niche, read our roundup of coaching platforms to get clients.

Where do burnout coaching clients actually look for help?

Mostly in places that are not coaching marketplaces. People searching for burnout support usually start with a symptom or a situation, not the word "coach": "how to recover from burnout", "burnout after leaving my job", "am I burned out or depressed". That shapes where demand comes from for this niche.

  • Search and articles. Long, honest posts that answer those questions bring in people at the exact moment they are ready to act. This is slow to build and durable once it works, which is why a blog on your own domain matters more here than in many niches.
  • LinkedIn and professional networks. Many burnout clients are mid-career professionals, managers and founders. They read LinkedIn on their commute, and they often hire a coach someone in their network mentioned.
  • Referrals from therapists, doctors and HR. Burnout overlaps with clinical conditions, so clinicians who refer out for work-and-life rebuilding are a strong source, as are HR teams and people-leaders who need help for a team member.
  • Employer budgets. Some clients are paid for by their company through a learning budget. These buyers want an invoice, a clear scope and a short proposal.
  • Directories and marketplaces. Coach directories and lead marketplaces can fill gaps in a quiet month. They work best as a supplement, not the whole plan.
  • Instagram and podcasts. Short, calm content about rest, boundaries and recovery reaches people before they are in crisis, and a comment-to-DM automation can hand them a booking link without you being online.

The practical guide to coaching clients through career burnout covers the coaching side; this article covers the getting-clients side.

What should a burnout coach keep in scope?

Coaching is not treatment, and your marketing and intake should say so. The World Health Organization classifies burn-out in ICD-11 as an occupational phenomenon resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed, not as a medical condition (WHO, 2019). Its symptoms can look like depression, anxiety disorders or physical illness, which is exactly why your process needs a referral step.

A workable scope line for your site and intake form: "Burnout coaching helps you rebuild energy, boundaries and direction at work. It is not therapy or medical care. If you are experiencing persistent low mood, panic, thoughts of self-harm or physical symptoms, please see a doctor or licensed mental health professional." Refer out when a client reports suicidal thoughts, cannot function day to day, has symptoms that have not been checked by a doctor, or is using alcohol or drugs to cope. In the US, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline is available by calling or texting 988. The ICF Code of Ethics also asks coaches to be clear about the nature of coaching and to refer when another professional is better placed.

Software matters here in two ways. First, put screening questions on your booking or application form so you see red flags before the first call. Second, keep clinical records out of coaching tools that are not built for them. Coachful, for example, is not HIPAA-certified, so if you are also a licensed clinician keeping treatment notes, those belong in a clinical system.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Which five questions decide the right platform for your practice?

Answer these honestly before you look at a single feature list. Each one rules tools in or out.

  1. Where will your next 20 clients come from? Your network and referrals, search and content, social media, a directory, or employers? If you have no audience yet, you need a demand channel as well as software.
  2. Who pays: individuals, employers or both? Individuals want a fast booking page and card payments. Employers want invoices, agreements and sometimes HIPAA paperwork if the program sits inside a health benefit.
  3. Do you sell 1:1 only, or also group programs? A six-week burnout recovery cohort needs enrollment, a group space and group calls. 1:1 only needs much less.
  4. Do you already have a website and an email list? If yes, you may only need booking and payments. If no, you need somewhere to send people and a way to stay in touch with those not ready to book.
  5. How much admin energy do you have? Burnout coaches are not immune to burnout. Count the logins you will maintain. Every extra tool is another password, another bill and another place a lead can fall through.

Which platform fits your answers?

Find the row closest to your situation. The pick is the tool that covers the most of it with the fewest moving parts.

How do the 12 platforms compare at a glance?

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, help with both demand and conversion, between-session delivery for recovery programs, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

To test the ranking we used one scenario: a burnout coach with 15 active 1:1 clients, one six-week group recovery program twice a year, a handful of employer-paid clients who need invoices, and a goal of getting two or three new discovery calls a week from content and referrals. Every tool below is judged on how much of that week it covers.

1. Coachful: why is it our pick for burnout coaches?

Coachful website builder on a laptop and the client coaching hub on a phone, on a linen table by a window
Coachful's website builder with Home, About and Work With Me pages on the laptop, and the client coaching hub with the next session on the phone.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. The coach has one login; the client gets one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for solo coaches replacing four to six tools. Coachful is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

On the demand side, a Coachful profile can appear in Find a Coach, the public marketplace at coachful.co/find-a-coach. Visitors browse by category, take a short quiz, get matched and book a discovery call directly with a listed coach. That is a supplement to your own channels, not a promise of volume. It is also not an enterprise procurement network like BetterUp or CoachHub; if you want to be placed inside large corporate coaching contracts, that is a different market.

The conversion side is where Coachful does most of its work for this niche. A burnout prospect has little energy, so the path from interest to booked call has to be short:

  • Website with a blog on your own domain, with SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, so your "how to recover from burnout" articles live next to your booking button. See the coach website builder.
  • Funnels for booking, applications, lead magnets and checkout, with pixels and UTM tracking, plus a lead quiz and a link-in-bio page.
  • Booking pages with availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, intake questions on booking, two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, and email reminders (SMS and WhatsApp once messaging is enabled).
  • Instagram automations: someone comments a keyword such as "REST" on a post and receives your booking link or free guide by DM, and lands in the same lead records.
  • Email lists, broadcasts and sequences with triggers, delays and branching for the people who are not ready to book yet. More on email marketing for coaches.

Every lead from a form, quiz, funnel or DM lands in Prospects with the source that brought them in, so you can see whether your podcast interview or your LinkedIn posts actually produce calls. That view is covered on the lead management page.

After the yes, the rest of the client journey stays in the same account. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account (one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay), with 0% Coachful platform fee and an invoice per transaction plus manual invoices for employer-paid clients. Recovery work happens between sessions, so multi-week programs with daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins and streaks are useful here: a client rebuilding sleep and boundaries can log a short evening check-in instead of saving everything for the next call. Group cohorts get a group space automatically when people enroll, with group calls and a community feed. The client record shows goals, check-ins, notes and a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which helps you notice a client going quiet before they drop out.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft a nurture email, outline a six-week program, summarize a recorded session or brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Here is a short walkthrough of how funnels are built inside Coachful:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you" option lets you describe what you want built, such as a website, a discovery-call funnel, a sales page for a burnout recovery program, a lead quiz or an email sequence, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logos, photos, copy). The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, on every plan. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation, a pattern that suits burnout coaching well. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Details are in our post on the free white-glove service.

Coachful Create page with the We will build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful with the "We'll build it for you" card that starts a white-glove build request.

What Coachful does not do: it is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not your own App Store account. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no routing form that picks a host from answers. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial.

2. Noomii: is a coach directory worth it for burnout coaching?

Noomii homepage as it appeared in October 2026, with its main headline and sign-up call to action
Noomii's homepage in October 2026.

Noomii is a coach directory where people looking for a coach can browse profiles or ask to be matched. For a burnout coach it is one of the few platforms on this list that brings strangers to you rather than waiting for you to bring them. Its homepage, when we looked in October 2026, promoted free introductory coaching sessions and a client-leads feature for coaches, which tells you the model: visitors arrive expecting to sample a few coaches before choosing one.

Expect intro calls with people comparing several coaches, so your discovery call needs a clear next step. Directories also reward a specific profile. "Burnout recovery coach for nurses and teachers" gives a matching system and a reader more to work with than "life coach".

Price: we tried to read Noomii's coach pricing page today and the plan amounts were not shown publicly, so we cannot quote a number. Ask Noomii directly before you commit, and check whether you pay for the listing, per lead or both.

Limits are what you would expect from a directory: it does not run your website, payments, programs or follow-up, so it pairs with a conversion tool such as Coachful rather than replacing one.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have a booking and payment setup you like and the only thing missing is a steady place where strangers can find you. Most burnout coaches will use it alongside, not instead.

3. AttractWell: the marketing-heavy all-in-one

AttractWell homepage as it appeared in October 2026, with its main headline and sign-up call to action
AttractWell's homepage in October 2026.

AttractWell is an all-in-one for coaches, course creators, authors and speakers: website, funnels, blog, CRM, email and texting, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store, plus a Facebook-style community and memberships. For a burnout coach who already publishes a lot, the built-in texting is a real difference from most coaching tools.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Starter $69/mo (500 contacts, 100 texts, 2 booking links, no call packages), Basic $99/mo (1,000 contacts, 1,000 texts, 10 booking links, 5 call packages), Premium $129/mo (4,000 contacts, unlimited booking links and call packages), with Pro, Diamond and Team above. There is no free trial as such; the first month is $1 on every plan. AttractWell states a 0% transaction fee, with processor fees applying. It holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.6 from 21 reviews (October 2026).

The catch for this niche is the tiering. Session packages, which most burnout coaches sell, are not on Starter, so a realistic entry point is Basic. Courses ("vaults") are capped on low plans. It is priced by contacts, so a popular lead magnet can push you up a tier.

Pick it over Coachful if SMS marketing to a large list is central to your plan, or you run several domains and want texting and email from the same place.

4. Systeme.io: what can you get for nearly nothing?

Systeme.io homepage as it appeared in October 2026, with its main headline and sign-up call to action
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

A free funnel and email stack, mostly. Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. Its Free plan, as listed in October 2026, includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 1 blog, and never expires with no card required. Startup is $17/mo, Webinar $47/mo and Unlimited $97/mo. It charges 0% transaction fees on all plans. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews (October 2026).

For a burnout coach on a tight budget, that is a credible way to publish a free "burnout reset" guide, collect emails and send a five-day sequence. The gap is the coaching itself. Our September 2026 profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, and no habits or check-ins, so you will add a booking tool and handle agreements and programs elsewhere. That means two or three logins and leads that live in one system while clients live in another.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, you are comfortable stitching tools together, and you mainly need a free lead magnet and email list while you validate the niche.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

Build your platform

5. Kit: when your newsletter is the business

Kit (formerly ConvertKit) is an email marketing and newsletter platform with landing pages and simple digital-product sales. For burnout coaches who write well, a weekly letter about rest, work and recovery is one of the most trusted channels there is, and Kit is built for exactly that.

As listed in October 2026, the Free Newsletter plan covers up to 10,000 subscribers. Creator starts at $39/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers and Pro at $79/mo, both scaling with list size, with a 14-day trial and no card required. Kit Commerce charges 3.5% plus $0.30 per USD transaction. Trustpilot shows 3.9 from 162 reviews (October 2026). Automations and sequences need a paid plan.

Kit does none of the coaching: no scheduling, client records, sessions, programs or community. You would pair it with a booking and payments tool, which puts you back at several logins.

Pick it over Coachful if the newsletter is your main product and audience asset, and coaching is a smaller add-on you are happy to run in a separate tool.

6. Paperbell: simple packages for 1:1 burnout work

Paperbell homepage as it appeared in October 2026, with its main headline and sign-up call to action
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell keeps the admin side small. It is an all-in-one for solo coaches covering booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. Its single plan is $97/mo ($80.83/mo billed annually) as listed in October 2026, with unlimited clients, sessions and packages, "no additional transaction fees" beyond processor fees, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews (October 2026).

For a coach selling a three-month 1:1 burnout package, that covers the core: a page to sell it, a contract, a payment and a booking link. Our September 2026 profile notes the limits that matter for recovery programs: no courses, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app. Group cohorts and between-session check-ins need another tool, and there is no email marketing for nurturing people who are not ready yet.

Pick it over Coachful if you only ever sell 1:1 packages, want the shortest possible setup and do not need a community, group programs or email sequences.

7. CoachVantage: unlimited clients on a per-coach plan

CoachVantage homepage as it appeared in October 2026, with its main headline and sign-up call to action
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

CoachVantage is coaching practice management: CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses. As listed in October 2026, Clarity is $39/mo ($35/mo annual) with unlimited contacts but caps of 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages and 4 e-signatures a month; Aha! is $59/mo ($53/mo annual) and lifts most of those caps. There is a 14-day trial with no card, and it takes no commission on revenue.

The invoices and proposals-style CRM suit burnout coaches with a mix of private and employer-paid clients. Two caveats from our September 2026 profile: there are no team or multi-coach features, and the built-in video tool is reported by users as weak, so many keep Zoom. On Clarity, four e-signatures a month can run out quickly if you sign every new client.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a coaching CRM with unlimited contacts at a low per-coach price, and you already have a separate website and email marketing tool you are happy with.

8. Practice Better: a clinician's tool that also coaches

Practice Better homepage as it appeared in October 2026, with its main headline and sign-up call to action
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It earns a place here for one group: licensed professionals (counselors, nurses, dietitians) who also offer burnout coaching and need charting in the same system.

Plans as listed in October 2026: Sprout $0 (3 clients), Starter $35/mo (10 clients), Professional $69/mo (300 clients), Plus $99/mo (unlimited) and Team $155/mo for two practitioners. Trials run 14 days, or 30 on Team. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews (October 2026). Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus.

On the getting-clients side it is thin: our September 2026 profile notes no website builder or funnel pages. You would market elsewhere and send people into Practice Better once they book.

Pick it over Coachful if you chart as a licensed practitioner and need a clinical-style system first, with coaching as one service inside it.

9. Satori: billing only for active clients

Satori homepage as it appeared in October 2026, with its main headline and sign-up call to action
Satori's homepage in October 2026.

Satori is a coaching practice tool with scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts. Its billing counts only active clients, which suits burnout coaches whose clients often take breaks and come back. As listed in October 2026: Essentials $33/mo for up to 10 active paying clients, Pro $49/mo, Leader $124/mo, and a free Scholar plan for coaches studying for a certification. Our September 2026 profile lists Pro at 50 active clients and Leader at 150. There is a 15-day trial with no card, and Satori takes nothing from client payments (PayPal and Stripe fees apply).

The gaps are on the marketing side. That same profile notes no landing pages, courses or community, no native mobile app and no native Zoom integration. You will need a website and email tool to bring people in.

Pick it over Coachful if you have a small roster, already get clients through referrals, and only want a tidy portal, contracts and invoices for them.

10. Vibly: for burnout programs sold to organizations

Vibly homepage as it appeared in October 2026, with its main headline and sign-up call to action
Vibly's homepage in October 2026.

Vibly is coaching management software built mainly for organizations: coaching firms, employers, wellness programs, clinics and coach networks. It includes an operations portal for coach rosters, client assignment and sponsor reports, two-way HubSpot sync and an API, plus built-in video, Stripe payments, programs, group cohorts and events. Importantly for this niche, it offers HIPAA compliance with a BAA.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Basic $25/mo ($20 annual) and Pro $59/mo ($50 annual) for solo coaches, Teams $149/mo for 2 seats plus $50 per extra seat, and custom Enterprise. There is a 14-day trial and no Vibly fee on client payments. Capterra shows 4.9 from 22 reviews (October 2026). The client portal runs in the browser; no native mobile app is mentioned.

It is not a marketing tool. There is no website builder or funnel in what Vibly documents, so it suits coaches whose clients come through contracts rather than public demand.

Pick it over Coachful if you deliver burnout programs for employers, clinics or health plans that require a BAA or HubSpot reporting.

11. Bark: paying for leads when the calendar is quiet

Bark homepage as it appeared in October 2026, with its main headline and sign-up call to action
Bark's homepage in October 2026.

Bark is a general services marketplace: people post a request (a coach, a plumber, a tutor), and professionals choose which requests to respond to. That makes it the closest thing to paying for leads on this list. We tried to read Bark's pricing page today and could not verify what professionals pay to respond, so check the current cost inside your account before you spend anything.

For burnout coaching, expect requests that are price-sensitive and sent to several providers at once. Speed matters: the coach who answers first with a clear, kind message and a booking link has the best chance. That is a poor fit for a coach who is protecting their own energy, and a reasonable fit for a short push while your content channels grow.

Bark does nothing after the first contact. You will need your own booking page, agreement and payment flow, which is where a tool like Coachful takes over.

Pick it over Coachful if you need conversations this month, can reply within minutes, and already have the rest of your setup in place. Treat it as a short-term top-up, not a home base.

12. Stan Store: link-in-bio selling for Instagram-first coaches

Stan Store homepage as it appeared in October 2026, with its main headline and sign-up call to action
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for selling digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. As listed in October 2026, Creator is $29/mo ($25 annual) and Creator Pro $99/mo ($79 annual), with a 14-day trial and 0% Stan fee. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews (October 2026).

For a burnout coach growing on Instagram, a storefront with a paid discovery call and a low-cost "burnout recovery workbook" is a quick start. The limits show up once someone becomes a client: no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with tasks or check-ins, and email marketing, upsells and discount codes only on the $99 plan.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell low-priced digital products from Instagram and coaching is a small part of your income for now.

Single-job tools look cheap until you add the two or three other subscriptions a burnout practice needs, and every extra tool is another place for data to drift apart.

Which red flags and switching costs should you watch for?

Most painful platform decisions are not about features. They are about what happens six months later.

  • Promises of clients. Any platform that guarantees a number of clients or leads is selling hope. Directories and marketplaces send traffic; whether it books depends on your profile, price and speed.
  • Pay-per-lead traps. Paying per lead can feel cheap per conversation and turn out expensive per client. Track cost per paying client, not cost per conversation.
  • Contact-based pricing. A free burnout checklist that goes well can double your contact count and your bill. Check what happens at 2x your list.
  • Caps that bite in a launch. E-signature limits, booking-page limits and client caps tend to hit right when you open a group cohort.
  • Clinical data in the wrong place. If you take notes that count as health records, use a system built for them. Coaching tools without a BAA are not that place.
  • Locked-in content. Before you build courses and sequences, check export. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) and exports courses.
  • Switching mid-program. Move between cohorts, not during one. Clients in recovery do not need a new login in week three.

Switching itself is mostly time: rebuilding booking pages, re-sending agreements, moving email lists and recreating automations. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove build can recreate your site and funnels. If you manage many clients already, our guide to managing multiple coaching clients without burnout is worth reading before you move.

What does a burnout coach's setup look like in Coachful?

Here is one example setup, step by step, with what the client experiences at each stage. Swap in your own offer names and prices.

  1. Request the build. From Create, ask the team for a three-page site (Home, About, Work With Me), a discovery-call booking funnel and a free "Burnout Check-in" lead quiz. Attach your photo, bio and scope wording. Client sees: nothing yet.
  2. Write two pillar articles on your blog, for example "Burnout or just tired? Questions to ask yourself" and "Going back to work after burnout leave". Client sees: a calm article from a search, with one booking button at the end.
  3. Set up booking with a 20-minute free call, generous buffers and minimum notice, plus intake questions that include your scope screening. Client sees: times in their own time zone and three short questions.
  4. Add a nurture sequence for quiz takers who do not book: five short emails over two weeks with one gentle invitation. Client sees: helpful emails, not pressure.
  5. Connect Instagram and create an automation so a comment of "REST" sends the quiz link by DM. Client sees: the link in their inbox within moments.
  6. Build the paid offer: a 12-week 1:1 program with weekly goals, an evening check-in and two habits (a wind-down routine and a hard stop time), sold with a payment plan and an agreement sent before the first call. Client sees: one checkout, one e-signature, then their branded app.
  7. Run a cohort twice a year. A six-week group program creates its group space on enrollment. Client sees: a small community and group call links in the same app.
  8. List your profile in Find a Coach so people browsing that category can take the quiz and book your discovery call.

For pricing your program, work back from your target annual income, the number of clients you can hold without depleting yourself, and the length of the engagement, then compare against what coaches in your network charge. Group programs, covered on the group coaching software page, let you serve people who cannot afford 1:1.

So which platform should a burnout coach choose?

For most burnout coaches, Coachful is the right home base: one account for the site, the funnel, the booking, the agreement, the payment and the recovery program, plus a listing in Find a Coach and a free white-glove build to get started. Add Noomii if you want another directory presence, and use Bark only as a short-term top-up. Choose Vibly or Practice Better instead if your work sits inside a clinical or employer program that needs a BAA or charting. Choose Systeme.io or Kit if you are testing the niche on almost no budget and accept the extra stitching.

In one sentence: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, it does not handle clinical records or guarantee clients, and you can start with a free trial and a free white-glove build. Other niches have their own versions of this guide, such as wellness coaches, health coaches and executive coaches, and you can see plan details on the plans page.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best platform to get clients as a burnout coach?

There is no single platform that creates demand on its own. The strongest setup pairs a demand channel (content, referrals, LinkedIn, a directory) with a conversion tool that makes booking easy. Coachful covers conversion fully and adds a Find a Coach marketplace listing, which is why it ranks first here.

Are coach directories worth it for burnout coaches?

They can be, as a supplement. Directories bring people who are actively looking, but they are often comparing several coaches. A specific profile and a fast path to book and pay matter more than the listing itself.

Should a burnout coach pay for leads on marketplaces like Bark?

Only for a short push, and only if you can respond quickly. Track cost per paying client rather than cost per lead, and stop if it does not beat your other channels within a month or two.

Can a burnout coach use coaching software for clients with depression?

Coaching is not treatment. If a client shows signs of depression, an anxiety disorder or suicidal thoughts, refer them to a doctor or licensed mental health professional. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records belong in a clinical system.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. If an employer or clinic requires a BAA, look at a tool such as Vibly that documents one.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

On every plan, you can ask the Coachful team to build things like your website, a discovery-call funnel, a lead quiz or an email sequence inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. You attach reference links and files; the team does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

How do burnout coaches get employer-paid clients?

Usually through HR teams, people-leaders and past clients who recommend you internally. Have a one-page program description, a coaching agreement and invoicing ready. Coachful supports manual invoices and agreements with e-signature for these clients.

How much should a burnout coach spend on software?

Add up the full stack, not just the first tool. A website, email, booking, payments and a client portal bought separately often cost as much as one all-in-one plan. Compare totals at the client count you expect in a year.

Do I need a website if I list on directories?

Yes, in most cases. People check your site before booking, articles on your own domain build search traffic over time, and a site keeps your leads in your own system rather than the directory's.

Can I run group burnout recovery programs in Coachful?

Yes. Multi-week programs with habits and check-ins, cohort groups created automatically on enrollment, group calls and a community feed are included in your Coachful membership.
