Best Software for Energy Healers in 2026 (10 Compared)

Best Software for Energy Healers in 2026 (10 Compared)

The best software for energy healers is the one that matches how your sessions actually happen. If you do distance Reiki across time zones, sell packages of three or five sessions, teach attunement levels and run a monthly group circle, you need booking, payments, a consent agreement, courses and a place for clients to practise between sessions. If you see six local clients a week on a massage table, a booking link and a card reader may be all you need. So the deciding question is simple: how much of your client's journey happens outside the session itself?

For most energy healers who want to grow past one-off sessions, our pick is Coachful. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the reasoning is concrete: it puts booking with time-zone detection, session packages, e-signed agreements, courses, a community with video events and between-session practice in one login, with one branded app for your clients. The other nine tools below each win in a specific situation, and we say which.

This guide works in a different order from most roundups. First you answer five questions about your practice. Then a table maps your answers to a pick. The ranked tool sections, real costs at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and the red flags to watch for come after that.

What does an energy healing practice need from software?

An energy healing practice needs software that handles four jobs: getting booked (often by people in other countries), getting paid for single sessions and packages, keeping a clear record of consent and intake, and staying in touch between sessions. Courses and group work become a fifth job once you start teaching.

Here is how those jobs usually look in a Reiki, pranic healing or general energy work practice:

  • Distance sessions. Many healers work remotely, on video or at an agreed time without a call. Booking has to show the client their own time zone, send reminders, and create a video link when you need one.
  • Packages. A common offer is a series, such as three sessions over six weeks. The software should track how many sessions a client has left, so nobody argues about it later.
  • Intake and consent. Before a first session you want to know why the person is coming, whether they are under medical care, and that they understand what energy work is and is not. That means intake questions and a signed agreement on file.
  • Between-session practice. Self-Reiki, breathwork, journaling or grounding practice often matter as much as the session. A simple daily check-in or habit tracker keeps that going.
  • Teaching. Level 1 and Level 2 classes, recorded meditations, and recurring group distance healing sessions need course and community tools.

One scope point belongs in every healer's setup. The US National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, part of the NIH, publishes a plain-language overview of Reiki research and advises that it should not be used to replace conventional care or to postpone seeing a health care provider about a medical problem. Energy work is not medical treatment. Your agreement, intake form and website copy should say so, and you should refer clients to a doctor or licensed mental health professional when they describe symptoms, a diagnosis, medication changes, or thoughts of self-harm. In the US, the Federal Trade Commission's health products compliance guidance explains why health benefit claims need solid evidence, which is a good reason to describe your sessions in terms of experience (relaxation, a quiet hour, a practice) rather than cures. Rules vary by country and state, so check with an attorney if you are unsure. None of the tools below is a clinical record system, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so keep any medical records in a clinical system.

If you are still at the start, our 90-day plan for starting a Reiki business covers offers, pricing and first clients before you choose any software.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

Which five questions decide your software?

Answer these five questions about your practice, honestly and as it will look in a year, not only today. Your answers point to a short list in the next section.

  1. Do you sell single sessions, packages, or ongoing support? Single sessions need only booking and payment. Packages need credits that count down. Ongoing support (a monthly membership, a 12-week healing journey) needs recurring billing and a client space.
  2. Are most of your sessions remote? If yes, time-zone detection, video links and reminders by email or text are not optional.
  3. Do you teach, or plan to? Attunement classes, recorded courses and group circles need course delivery, drip release and a community or group video events.
  4. Do you want clients practising between sessions? If self-practice is part of your method, you want habits, daily check-ins or a simple program the client follows week by week.
  5. How do new clients find you today? If it is word of mouth and Instagram, you need at least a booking page and a link-in-bio. If you want search traffic and email, you need a website, lead magnets and email sequences.

Which tool matches your answers?

Use this table as a shortcut. Find the row whose description sounds most like your answers, then read that tool's section below.

PickChoose it when your answers look like this
CoachfulPackages or ongoing support, mostly remote, teaching now or soon, between-session practice matters, and you want your website and email in the same place
AttractWellMarketing comes first: you want texting, many funnels and a store, and you do not need daily client check-ins
MerkoraYou are just starting, sell sessions and a few recorded meditations, and want a free start until your first sale
Coach RecapSolo, mostly 1:1 sessions and packs, with notes and goals per client, and no courses or community
Practice BetterYou also hold a wellness credential, want charting and telehealth, and are comfortable without a website builder
PaperbellPackages and contracts only, PayPal is a must, and you never plan to teach courses
SatoriSmall 1:1 roster, PayPal is a must, and you want a low entry price for a few active clients
KajabiCourses and community are the main business and 1:1 sessions are a side offer
Stan StoreYou sell from Instagram or TikTok bio links: paid calls, a meditation download, a mini course
CalendlyYou only need a booking link and you handle everything else by hand

How did we rank these 10 tools?

We ranked each tool on how well it serves a realistic distance healing practice, using what vendors document and what public reviewers report, not hands-on testing. Our example practice (illustrative, not a real customer) has 15 active clients: about ten on a three-session package, five on a monthly membership, plus one Reiki Level 1 class of eight students twice a year and a free monthly group distance healing circle.

Ranked on one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build):

1. Coachful: why is it the best fit for most energy healers?

Coachful is the best fit for most energy healers because it covers the whole client journey, from first booking to the practice a client does on a Tuesday morning between sessions, in one subscription. Coachful is a coaching platform that includes booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your clients get one app with your branding inside the Coachful app.

A tablet showing a client coaching hub with the next session and pre-session tasks beside a candle and lavender
Coachful's client coaching hub, with the next session and pre-session tasks, on a tablet beside a candle and dried lavender.

It is built for practitioners who deliver programs, not only sessions, and for solo healers who are tired of paying for four to six separate tools. It suits spiritual and wellbeing practices well; see Coachful for spiritual coaches for the niche view.

Booking that respects distance work. Booking pages detect the client's time zone, and you set availability rules, buffers and minimum notice. Calendars sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook. Each session can use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, which matters if some clients want to be on camera for a distance session and others simply lie down at the agreed time. Email reminders are included, and SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) reminders are available once messaging is enabled. You can add intake questions to the booking itself, so you learn why someone is coming before you meet. More detail is on the scheduling software page.

Packages and payments. Paid sessions and session credits cover the three-session or five-session series. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions for a monthly membership, payment plans for a longer healing journey, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and an invoice per transaction. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee; you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. PayPal is not supported, which is worth knowing if your clients expect it. See coaching payment software.

Consent before the first session. Coaching agreements with e-signature are sent before the first call and stored on the client record. For energy work, that is where your scope statement lives: what a session involves, that it is not medical treatment, and when you will suggest a doctor. The coaching contracts page shows how it works.

Courses for attunement levels. The course builder handles modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos and audio. A Reiki Level 1 class can release one module a week, with recorded hand-position demonstrations you film yourself and a printable manual as a download. Everything is delivered into the client's branded home and app. There are 48 course templates with quizzes if you want a structure to start from.

Group circles and community. A community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events cover a monthly group distance healing circle. When someone enrolls in a program, a cohort group is created automatically, so each attunement class gets its own space. Group calls and webinars run in the same place. See group coaching software.

Practice between sessions. This is where Coachful differs most from booking-first tools. Programs can run for several weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. A client on a six-week package might log a ten-minute self-Reiki habit each evening and answer a short morning check-in about sleep and mood. You see it on their client record, along with notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and each client gets a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you notice who has gone silent.

Finding clients. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels. A free recorded meditation can become a lead magnet that feeds an email sequence with triggers, delays and branching. A link-in-bio page sells directly from Instagram, and Instagram automations can reply to a comment keyword with your booking link in a DM. See the coach website builder.

Michelle, the AI assistant. Michelle works from your live practice data. It can draft a welcome email, outline a course, summarize a recorded session or brief you before a session. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

This short walkthrough shows how a client journey is put together in Coachful:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. Most healers do not want to spend a month configuring software. From Create > We'll build it for you · FREE, you describe what you want built (a website, a booking funnel, a package sales page, a course outline, an email sequence, an intake form) and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build, described anonymously: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. Read more about the free white-glove service. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Coachful Create page with the We will build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful, with the card that requests the free white-glove build.

What it does not do. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical records or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace, so it will not bring you students on its own.

Price and how to start. Plans are flat monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Start with a free trial and request the white-glove build on day one. Coachful holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

2. AttractWell: is it better for marketing-led healers?

AttractWell is a strong choice if your practice grows mainly through marketing, because it bundles a website, funnels, a blog, a CRM, email and texting, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store. It is built for coaches, course creators, consultants, authors and speakers, and it holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.6 from 21 reviews (seen October 2026).

Screenshot of the AttractWell homepage as it appeared in October 2026
AttractWell's homepage in October 2026.

For a healer, the useful parts are call packages with usage tracking (so a five-session series counts down), courses that AttractWell calls "vaults", and a Facebook-style community with scheduled posts and memberships with recurring payments. Texting is built in, which suits clients who ignore email.

The catch is the plan ladder. As listed in October 2026, Starter is $69/month with 500 contacts, one vault and no call packages at all. Basic at $99/month adds 5 call packages and 3 vaults; unlimited call packages start on Premium at $129/month. Unlimited vaults and classes cost an extra $17/month. There is no free trial as such: the first month on any plan is $1, and there is a 0% transaction fee.

What AttractWell does not focus on is the client's daily practice. Public descriptions do not show per-client habit tracking or morning and evening check-ins, so between-session self-practice would live in a course or a community post.

Pick it over Coachful if texting and a large contact list are central to how you sell, or you want many separate domains for different offers.

3. Merkora: a good free starting point?

Merkora is a reasonable place to start if you have no paid clients yet, because its Free plan costs nothing until your first paid sale. After that you have 14 days to move to Professional ($79/month as listed in October 2026) before new bookings and sales pause. A founding-member rate of $29/month, locked for 12 months and then $39/month, was offered to 50 founders.

Screenshot of the Merkora homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Merkora's homepage in October 2026.

The feature set lines up well with energy work. Merkora documents booking with automatic confirmations and reminders, intake forms, a waitlist, and session packages where the client sees their remaining balance. Its cancellation and no-show policy issues wallet credits instead of cash refunds, which some healers will like and others will find too strict. It hosts video courses and digital downloads, supports free lead magnets with email capture, and includes live streaming for events: up to 10 participants on Free and 200 on Professional, with 10 hours of recordings a month on Professional.

Each practitioner gets one branded public page at yourname.merkora.app. Merkora takes a 0% platform fee, with standard Stripe processing.

The honest caveat: the product appears new, and we found no public reviews to report. A young platform can change its plans quickly, so export your client list regularly. There is also no documented habit or check-in tracking for between-session practice, and no full website builder.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, want to test whether people will book a distance session at all, and are fine with a single public page for now.

4. Coach Recap: the lean option for 1:1 healers

Coach Recap suits a solo healer whose work is almost entirely 1:1 sessions and packs. It is built for solo coaches and says on its site that it is not aimed at agencies or enterprises.

Screenshot of the Coach Recap homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Coach Recap's homepage in October 2026.

Each client profile holds session history, notes, goals and action items, with full-text search, which helps when a returning client mentions something from four months ago. The booking page supports buffers and notice rules, syncs both ways with Google Calendar and Outlook, and sends reminders at 24 hours, 1 hour and 15 minutes. Programs are session packs or monthly subscriptions through Stripe, with sessions used versus remaining tracked. Intake forms, check-ins, contracts, private chat and resource sharing are included.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter is free for up to 3 active clients (active means a session or booking in the last 90 days), Professional is $29/month for up to 20, and Business is $79/month for unlimited clients. Coach Recap takes no cut of client payments beyond Stripe's fees. Our October 2026 capture of its pricing page showed euro prices, and App Store prices differ, so confirm the figure you will be charged.

Missing for healers who teach: there are no courses, community or group video events in its documentation, and no website builder beyond the booking page.

Pick it over Coachful if you will never teach a class or run a circle, have fewer than 20 active clients, and want the smallest possible tool.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

5. Practice Better: worth it if you chart like a practitioner?

Practice Better makes sense if you combine energy work with a credentialed wellness practice, such as nutrition or massage, and want charting and telehealth in the same tool. It is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Its Trustpilot rating is 3.8 from 87 reviews (seen October 2026).

Screenshot of the Practice Better homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

The free Sprout plan covers 3 clients and 100 MB. Starter is $35/month ($25 annually) for 10 clients, Professional $69/month ($59 annually) for 300 clients, and Plus $99/month ($89 annually) for unlimited clients. Trials run 14 days on paid plans and 30 days on Team. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe.

Several features healers care about sit on the higher tiers. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus. There is no website builder or funnel pages, according to an older profile, so you would still need a separate website and email tool.

Charting is the real reason to choose it. If your intake looks more like a health history than a conversation, a practitioner-style chart is useful. Remember that energy work itself is not clinical care, so keep the scope line clear even in a clinical-looking tool.

Pick it over Coachful if you hold a wellness credential, need charting for that work, and are willing to run your website and marketing elsewhere.

6. Paperbell: simple packages, no teaching

Paperbell is a tidy all-in-one admin tool for solo practitioners who sell packages and never plan to teach: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. One price covers everything, per coach.

Screenshot of the Paperbell homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, the single plan costs $97/month ($80.83 annually) with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages. There are no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing, which makes it one of the few tools here that accepts PayPal. A "Try For Free" button is on the pricing page; Paperbell's help center (July 2026) describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS turned off, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews (seen October 2026).

The gaps matter for energy healers who grow. An older profile lists no courses or LMS, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app (clients use the mobile browser). An attunement class or a group circle would need another tool. For a wider look at options, see our Paperbell alternatives page.

Pick it over Coachful if PayPal is non-negotiable for your clients and your offer will stay at 1:1 packages with a contract.

7. Satori: low entry price for a handful of clients

Satori fits a healer with a small, steady 1:1 roster who wants a low starting price and PayPal. It covers scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts, and only active clients count toward billing.

Screenshot of the Satori homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Satori's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Essentials is $33/month ($27.50 annually) for up to 10 active paying clients. Pro is $49/month and Leader $124/month; their limits (50 and 150 active clients) come from an older profile. Satori charges nothing on client payments beyond standard PayPal and Stripe fees. The trial runs 15 days without a card, and Satori offers a refund if requested within 30 days of signing up.

For distance work, note that an older profile lists no native Zoom integration and no native mobile app, so you may be pasting video links by hand. The same profile shows no landing pages, courses or community. That makes Satori a tool for sessions, not for teaching or circles.

Pick it over Coachful if you have fewer than ten paying clients, need PayPal, and are happy to host classes and a website somewhere else.

8. Kajabi: when courses are the main business

Kajabi suits healers whose income comes mainly from courses and community, with 1:1 sessions as a side offer. It is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products.

Screenshot of the Kajabi homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

The plans as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/month ($143 annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/month ($199 annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/month. The standard trial is 14 days. Fees depend on the processor: Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal adds an extra Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026).

For a healer teaching Reiki levels, five products on Basic fills up quickly once you count Level 1, Level 2, a meditation library and a membership. Coaching in Kajabi is organized around products and communities, not per-client plans, and there is no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, so personal follow-up for package clients would live elsewhere.

Pick it over Coachful if you are building a large course audience in the thousands and 1:1 healing is a small part of your income.

9. Stan Store: selling from your bio link

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for selling digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. If clients find you on Instagram or TikTok and buy on their phone in two taps, it is quick to set up.

Screenshot of the Stan Store homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

Creator costs $29/month ($25 annually) and Creator Pro $99/month ($79 annually), with unlimited products and customers, as listed in October 2026. Stan takes a 0% fee on sales; standard Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Its help center describes a 14-day trial on either plan, with the first month charged when it ends. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews (seen October 2026).

The limits are clear. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, so there is nowhere to store a signed consent form or session notes, and no programs with client tasks, habits or check-ins. For a healer, Stan works as a shop window that sends people into a deeper system.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly selling recorded meditations and short paid calls to a social following, with no ongoing client relationship to manage.

10. Calendly: just the booking link

Calendly is a scheduling tool and nothing more: booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings. It is ranked last here because energy healing involves far more than finding a time, but it is still the simplest way to get a booking link live today.

Screenshot of the Calendly homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

The Free plan allows one event type and one calendar connection. Standard is listed at $10/month per seat on annual billing (the monthly price was not shown in October 2026), with unlimited event types and up to six calendar connections. You connect your own Stripe or PayPal for paid bookings. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 714 reviews (seen October 2026).

Calendly holds no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, no intake questionnaire beyond booking questions, and no contracts or invoicing. Session packages would have to be tracked in a spreadsheet. For a full look at booking options see scheduling software for coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need people to pick a time, you already have a website and payment setup you like, and you have no plans for packages or classes.

What will each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Costs below are the lowest monthly plan, billed monthly, that covers each roster size and the features an energy healer would need, as listed in October 2026. They exclude Stripe or PayPal processing fees and any add-on tools you would still need.

Tool5 clients15 clients40 clientsWhat you may still pay for

The cheap rows are cheap because they do less. A typical patched stack for our example practice, such as a booking tool plus a course platform plus an email tool plus a separate website, adds up quickly, and each tool needs its own login for your clients. When you compare, add up the full stack, not one line.

What does a distance healing practice look like set up in Coachful?

Here is a worked setup for the example practice above: a healer offering a three-session distance package, a monthly membership, a Reiki Level 1 class and a free monthly circle. The steps follow the order a client meets them.

  1. Website and lead magnet. Pick a calm wellness template, or ask the white-glove team to build the site from your notes. Add a free recorded grounding meditation as a lead-magnet funnel; signups enter an email sequence that explains how distance sessions work and invites them to book a free 15-minute call.
  2. Booking. Create a "Distance session" type with buffers either side and 24 hours' minimum notice. Add intake questions: why they are coming, whether they are under medical care, and whether they want to be on video or offline during the session.
  3. Agreement. Write a short agreement covering what a session involves, that energy work is not medical or psychological treatment, your cancellation policy and when you will suggest a doctor. It goes out for e-signature before the first session and is stored on the client record.
  4. Package. Sell the three-session package as session credits with a one-time payment or a payment plan through Stripe. The client books each session from their credits.
  5. Between sessions. Attach a six-week program: a nightly ten-minute self-practice habit, a short morning check-in on sleep and stress, and a weekly reflection. You see streaks and check-ins on the client record before each session.
  6. Class and circle. Build the Level 1 class as a course with weekly drip and a downloadable manual; enrollment creates a cohort group automatically. Schedule the monthly circle as a community video event open to all clients.
A phone showing a habit tracker with daily practice cards on a journal beside herbal tea and an amethyst
Coachful's habit tracker with daily practice cards on a phone, resting on a journal beside herbal tea.

What the client experiences: they download the meditation, get three helpful emails, book a session in their own time zone, sign the agreement on their phone, and receive a reminder with the video link. After the session, the next day's practice is waiting in their app under your branding, and the circle date sits in the same calendar. One login, one place to come back to.

What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?

The biggest red flags for energy healers are tools that cannot hold a signed agreement, cannot track package credits, or lock key features behind a plan you will outgrow in months. Switching later costs more than choosing well now.

  • Per-client pricing that punishes circles. If a tool counts every active client, a free monthly circle with 30 attendees can push you up a tier. Check how "active client" is defined.
  • Transaction fees on top of processing. Some platforms add their own percentage when you use a non-preferred processor. Over a year that matters more than the monthly fee.
  • No place for consent. A booking link without intake questions or an agreement leaves you without a record of what the client agreed to.
  • Health claims in templates. Sales page templates written for other niches can include outcome promises. Rewrite them in your own words, describing the experience rather than results.
  • Clinical-looking records. If a client shares diagnoses or medication details, keep that information in a clinical system and note only what you need. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, and neither are most coaching tools.
  • Export before you need it. Ask how you get your client list, notes and signed agreements out. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses), and clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding when you join.
  • Re-teaching clients. Every switch means clients learn a new login and app. Moving once to a tool that covers your next two years is cheaper than moving twice.

Which software should an energy healer choose?

Choose Coachful if your practice includes packages, distance sessions, teaching or between-session practice, which covers most energy healers who want to grow beyond single bookings. It holds the whole client journey in one login, takes no platform fee on payments, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup work.

Choose a narrower tool when your practice is narrow. Merkora or Coach Recap suit a healer starting out with a few 1:1 clients. Paperbell or Satori make sense if PayPal is essential and you will not teach. Practice Better fits a credentialed wellness practitioner who needs charting. Kajabi fits a course-first business, Stan Store a social-first shop, and Calendly a healer who only needs a booking link.

Whatever you choose, put the scope line in writing, collect consent before the first session, and keep clinical details out of coaching software.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best software for energy healers?

For most energy healers, Coachful is the best fit because it combines booking with time-zone detection, session packages, e-signed agreements, courses, a community and between-session practice in one login. If you only need a booking link, Calendly is enough; if you only sell 1:1 packages and need PayPal, Paperbell or Satori are worth a look.

Can I run distance Reiki sessions through these tools?

Yes. Most tools here handle booking for remote sessions; the differences are time-zone handling, video links and reminders. Coachful detects the client's time zone and can use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, so a client who wants to be on camera and one who prefers to lie down offline can both book the same session type.

Do I need a signed agreement for energy healing sessions?

It is good practice. A short agreement that explains what a session involves, states that energy work is not medical treatment, and sets your cancellation policy protects both you and the client. Laws vary by country and state, so have a local attorney review your wording.

Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for energy healers?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not meant for clinical records or insurance billing. Energy healing sessions are not clinical care, but if a client shares medical details, keep those in a proper clinical system.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan. From Create > We'll build it for you, you describe what you need, such as a website, a package sales page, a course outline or an email sequence, and attach links and files. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing credentials, testimonials or prices.

How should I price energy healing packages?

Start from your single-session price, decide how many sessions a meaningful series needs (often three to five), and offer the package at a modest saving per session so commitment is rewarded. Check what comparable local and online practitioners charge, and include any between-session support in the value rather than discounting it away. Our Reiki business setup plan walks through it.

Can I teach Reiki attunement classes online with this software?

The software can deliver the teaching material: Coachful, Kajabi, Merkora and Stan Store all host courses. Coachful adds drip release by week, completion tracking and an automatic cohort group per class. Whether attunements themselves can be given at a distance is a question for your own lineage and training, not your software.

Does Coachful accept PayPal?

No. Coachful takes payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, with a 0% platform fee. If your clients insist on PayPal, Paperbell, Satori and Stan Store support it.

What should I say on my website about energy healing results?

Describe the experience and your process, not cures. US guidance from the FTC expects health benefit claims to be backed by solid evidence, and NCCIH advises that Reiki should not replace conventional care. A clear line such as "sessions complement, and do not replace, medical care" is a sensible default.

How long does it take to set up an energy healing practice in Coachful?

With the free white-glove build, a website, booking funnel or package page is usually built within about 24 hours of your request. Your own work is mostly writing the agreement, recording any course videos and choosing your availability. A free trial lets you try the setup before you commit.
