What a credit is, and what it buys
A credit is the one unit Coachful uses for anything that costs money to run for you: AI models, text messages, WhatsApp, email delivery. Every plan includes a monthly allowance. An email takes a fraction of a credit, and generating a full page takes a few.
One pool, spent your way
AI, WhatsApp, SMS, email and push all draw from the same balance. There are no per-feature limits to juggle.
Refills every 30 days
Plan credits refill on your billing cycle. Top-ups are only touched once plan credits run out, and they never expire.
Failed sends are refunded
If a message bounces or a generation errors out, the credits go straight back to your balance.
