Best Client Portal for Dating Coaches: 7 Options Ranked

Best Client Portal for Dating Coaches: 7 Options Ranked

The best client portal for dating coaches is the one a client actually opens between dates. Dating coaching happens in the gaps: the Tuesday night text that needs an answer, the profile photo swap, the debrief after a first date that went sideways. A portal that only holds invoices and a calendar link misses the part of the work that changes outcomes. So the deciding question is simple: can one place carry a client from your first free resource, through enrollment and a 12-week program, into an alumni group, without bolting on four other tools?

On that test, Coachful comes out on top. We make Coachful, so weigh our pick accordingly, but the ranking below is built on what each vendor documents and lists publicly in October 2026, not on hands-on claims. Coachful puts booking, payments, agreements, programs with habits and daily check-ins, courses, a community and a website with funnels behind one login for you and one branded app for your client. The other six tools each do part of that well, and each section ends with the honest case for picking it instead.

This guide is the dating-specific companion to our general roundup of client portal software. If you want the broader stack picture (CRM, AI, community), see the best software for dating coaches.

What does a dating coach's client journey need from a portal?

It needs to cover four stages: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. Most portals handle enroll well and treat the rest as someone else's problem, which is why dating coaches end up paying for a website builder, an email tool, a course host and a community app on top.

Attract: lead magnets that speak to a specific dating problem

Dating coaches tend to attract with a narrow promise: a profile audit checklist, a "first message that gets replies" guide, a quiz on attachment patterns, a short masterclass for people dating again after divorce. The portal stage starts here because the person who downloads your profile checklist should already be a contact you can email, tag and invite to book. You need landing pages, a lead-magnet funnel, an email sequence and tracking pixels if you run ads. If those live in separate tools, the handoff from lead to client is manual.

Enroll: an intro call, an application and a signed agreement

Enrollment usually runs through an intro call or an application form, because many dating coaches screen for fit (someone in active crisis after a breakup may need a therapist first). The portal should let a prospect book with intake questions ("Which apps are you using? How long have you been single? What keeps going wrong?"), take payment or a payment plan, and get a coaching agreement signed before the first session. That agreement is where you state scope: coaching, not therapy.

Deliver: daily momentum between sessions

This is where dating coaching differs from, say, executive coaching. Progress depends on reps: updating photos, rewriting the bio, sending thoughtful openers, saying yes to dates, debriefing honestly afterward. Clients need weekly goals ("two first dates"), small daily habits ("one real question per conversation"), a place to log how a date went and lessons on texting, first dates and exclusivity talks. Group programs add a cohort space where clients can share wins without posting screenshots on public social media.

Retain: alumni, relationship-stage coaching and referrals

A dating client who meets someone is not finished. Many move into relationship-stage questions: moving in, meeting friends, the first real conflict. A portal that keeps them in an alumni community, sells them a lighter follow-on offer and sends them a check-in email at month three keeps them from disappearing, and happy clients are often how dating coaches get their next referral.

One more thing runs through every stage: privacy. Clients share messages from matches, photos and personal history. Ask clients to blur names and faces of other people in anything they share, keep notes factual and store only what you need. Online dating has its own well-documented safety issues (see the overview of online dating), and coaching sessions sometimes surface something bigger. If a client describes abuse or coercion, point them to specialist support such as the National Domestic Violence Hotline in the US, and refer to a licensed therapist when trauma, depression or compulsive patterns are driving the problem. The ICF Code of Ethics is a good reference for writing that scope line.

Which tool covers which stage of the dating client journey?

Here is the short answer in one table. We ranked on one line of criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort, including Coachful's free white-glove build.

How did we choose and rank these seven?

We started from what dating coaches actually sell: profile audits, multi-week "date ready" programs, VIP intensives, group cohorts and the occasional self-paced course. Then we asked which tools could carry those offers from first contact to alumni. Four criteria decided the order.

  • One login for the whole journey. Every tool you add is another password for clients and another place a lead can fall through.
  • Between-session delivery. Habits, check-ins, weekly goals and lessons matter more in dating coaching than in session-only niches, because the change happens on the apps and on dates.
  • Total stack cost. A cheap portal that needs a separate website, email tool and community can cost more than an all-in-one.
  • Setup effort. Solo dating coaches rarely have a week to wire tools together, so we gave weight to templates and done-for-you setup.

We did not run hands-on tests. Every vendor fact below comes from the vendor's own pricing and product pages as listed in October 2026, plus public review counts where they exist. Direct coaching-platform substitutes (Paperbell and Satori) sit in the middle of the list; tools that cover a narrower slice sit around them. We left out generic project tools, because clients should not have to learn a task board to get dating help.

1. Coachful: the whole dating client journey in one branded app

A monitor showing an enrolled group program next to a tablet showing habit tracker cards
Coachful's client Programs view on a monitor and the Growing Habits tracker on a tablet, both with demo data.

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your client gets one app in your branding. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not only sessions, which is the shape most dating coaching takes once you move beyond single calls.

The attract stage runs on the section-based website builder (blog, custom domain, SEO settings, 30 designed homepage templates) and funnels for booking, applications, lead magnets and checkout, with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking. A "profile glow-up checklist" can sit behind a lead-magnet funnel that drops the contact into a multi-step email sequence with delays, branching and A/B splits. The social planner helps with post ideas and captions, then schedules posts to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads and YouTube from one calendar, which suits dating coaches who grow on short-form content.

Enrollment is where most dating coaches lose time. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions on the booking form collect the basics before the intro call. Reminders go out by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled, which helps with no-shows. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so only processing applies. A coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first call and is stored on the client record, which is the right home for your coaching-not-therapy scope line.

Delivery is the reason Coachful ranks first for this niche. Multi-week programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. In practice a dating client might see "Week 3: messaging" with a daily task to send two thoughtful openers, a habit of ending each conversation with a real question, and an evening check-in that doubles as a date debrief. Courses (modules, lessons, drip, completion tracking) hold your teaching on photos, bios, first dates and exclusivity talks, and they sit in the same branded home as the program, so clients do not need a second login.

Between sessions, two AI features help. Michelle, the built-in assistant, works from your live practice data: it briefs you before each session, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts emails and builds programs. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Separately, the AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you. For a dating client stuck on how to reply to a match at 10 p.m., that can be the difference between a thoughtful answer and a panicked one, though you decide who gets it and what it covers. Our roundup of AI tools for dating coaches goes deeper on that category.

Retention comes from the community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, with cohort groups created automatically when a client enrolls in a program. A "Dating Again After 40" cohort gets its own space the moment people join, and alumni can stay in a wider community after the program ends. Bundles let you package a follow-on offer such as a relationship-stage check-in series. The client record keeps goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and flags each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you notice the client who went silent after a rough date. More on that side in our guide to community platforms for dating coaches.

Here is a short walkthrough of how a client journey is built in Coachful:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page for your 12-week program, the program itself, a course outline, an email sequence, a lead quiz or a link-in-bio page. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logo, photos, brand guide, existing copy). The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not include recording videos, logo design or running ads. One recent example: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Read more about the white-glove build service.

The Create page with the card that starts a white-glove build request.

Limits worth knowing. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so it is not a place for clinical records; if you are also a licensed therapist, keep therapy notes in a clinical system. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There are no routing forms that pick a host from form answers, and the affiliate program records payouts manually rather than sending them.

Price. Plans are flat monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited and team plans add coach seats (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click and a free trial is available. Coachful holds a 4.5 rating from 21 reviews on Trustpilot. 2. Kajabi: strongest if your dating business is course-led

Kajabi suits the dating coach whose main product is a self-paced course or membership, with coaching as an upsell. Its pricing page lists courses, communities, memberships, a coaching product, cohorts, email marketing, a website builder, funnels and landing pages, all under one account.

For a dating coach, the appeal is audience scale. If you sell a "Profile to First Date" course to hundreds of buyers from short-form video, Kajabi's marketing side (unlimited marketing emails, landing pages and funnels on every plan, per its pricing page) is built for that volume. A community space can hold course buyers, and the coaching product lets you sell higher-touch work on top.

Prices as listed on Kajabi's pricing page on October 29, 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 website, 1 community and 2 admin users; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annually) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annually) with unlimited products, 100,000 contacts and 3 websites. Kajabi Payments card rates are listed at 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro (US). If you use a third-party payment provider instead, Kajabi lists an extra fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. The page shows a "Start Free Trial" button but does not state the trial length.

The limits for one-to-one dating coaching are real. The pricing page does not list habit tracking, daily check-ins or per-client goal tracking, which is where dating clients build momentum. Basic caps you at 5 products, which a coach with a profile audit, a course, a group program, a VIP day and a membership hits immediately. And it is the most expensive entry point on this list, priced on contacts rather than on clients coached.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mainly a high-volume course or membership with thousands of contacts, and personal coaching is a small add-on rather than the core of what you deliver.

3. HoneyBook: polished paperwork, little coaching

HoneyBook homepage presenting its client management CRM for service businesses
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

HoneyBook is a client-management CRM for service businesses. It handles proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal where clients see their documents and pay. Many dating coaches who started with VIP days or one-off profile makeovers like how professional the proposal-to-payment flow looks.

What it does for a dating coach specifically: send a "Dating Profile Makeover" proposal that bundles the agreement and invoice in one step, collect payment, then schedule the photo-review session. For coaches who sell packages to individual clients and want the admin to look clean, that flow is genuinely good.

As listed in October 2026, Starter is $29/mo billed annually (the monthly price is not shown) with unlimited clients and 2 live lead forms; Essentials is $59/mo ($49/mo annually) with up to 2 team members and 10 lead forms; Premium is $129/mo ($109/mo annually). The scheduler and automations start on Essentials, so a dating coach who needs booking pays at least $49 to $59 a month. HoneyBook is also the payment processor; its pricing page lists card rates as "2.7% + 10¢" in the FAQ but "2.9% + 25¢" in the plan comparison, so check before you commit. ACH is 1.5%. A 30-day trial with no card is offered. HoneyBook shows 4.1 from 748 reviews on Trustpilot as of October 2026.

Where it stops: HoneyBook has no coaching delivery. There are no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community, so the between-session work that moves a dating client forward would need another tool. It also has no website builder or email sequences for the attract stage.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell one-off services like profile makeovers or matchmaking-style consultations, care most about proposals and invoicing, and do not run multi-week programs.

4. Paperbell: simple admin for solo session coaches

Paperbell homepage presenting its all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell is a direct coaching-platform substitute aimed at solo coaches. It covers booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, at one flat price. A new dating coach selling "3 sessions + profile review" packages can be live quickly without learning much.

For this niche, Paperbell's strength is the package flow: a client buys a package from your page, signs the contract, books sessions and finds files in the portal. It also supports PayPal alongside Stripe, which some dating coaches with international clients want. If your offer is mainly calls, that covers enrollment well.

As listed in October 2026, Paperbell has a single plan at $97/mo ($80.83/mo billed annually) with unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic, and says there are no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. Its help center describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS off, and it offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. It holds 3.5 from 14 reviews on Trustpilot as of October 2026.

The gaps show up in delivery and retention. Paperbell has no courses, community, goal tracking or habit tracking, so your texting lessons, date debriefs and cohort chat have to live elsewhere. There is no native mobile app; clients use the mobile browser. For a dating client checking in from their phone after a date, that friction adds up. Our Paperbell alternatives page covers the options in more depth.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell one-to-one session packages, never plan to run programs or groups, and want PayPal at checkout.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

5. Satori: low-cost practice management that scales by active client

Satori homepage presenting its coaching practice management software
Satori's homepage in October 2026.

Satori is another direct substitute: scheduling, a client portal, packages and programs, invoices and contracts. It bills by active clients, which can suit dating coaches whose roster rises and falls between cohorts.

The dating-coach angle: only active clients count toward billing, so a former client who comes back for a relationship-stage tune-up does not cost you anything while they are inactive. Programs let you sequence sessions for a structured offer, and the portal gives clients one place for documents and bookings.

Pricing is partly verified. As listed in October 2026, Scholar is $0 for people studying for a coaching certification with pro-bono clients; Essentials is $33/mo ($27.50/mo annually) for up to 10 active paying clients; Pro is $49/mo ($40.83/mo annually) and Leader $124/mo ($103.33/mo annually). The Pro and Leader client caps (50 and 150 active clients) come from an older profile rather than today's page. There is a 15-day trial without a card, refunds within 30 days, and no Satori charge on client payments beyond PayPal and Stripe fees.

Satori's limits for this niche: an older profile notes no native mobile app and no native Zoom integration, and no landing pages, courses or community. That means your lead magnet, your texting course and your alumni group sit in other tools, and the daily momentum work depends on what you can fit into a program sequence.

Pick it over Coachful if you are early in your coaching certification and want the Scholar plan for pro-bono practice clients, or you only need a lean session-and-invoice portal for a small roster.

6. Quenza: engaging exercises, but no way to get paid

Quenza homepage presenting its client engagement app for coaches and therapists
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza is a client-engagement tool used by coaches and therapists. It focuses on activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app. For dating coaches, it is good at the reflective side: a values exercise before clients write a bio, a structured post-date reflection, a "what I want in a partner" worksheet delivered on a schedule.

That is a real strength. A dating client can complete a guided reflection in the app after each date, and you can review answers before the next session. Chat keeps the conversation going between calls.

As listed in October 2026: Spark $25/mo ($20/mo annually) for 1 professional and 10 clients; Growth $50/mo ($40/mo annually) for 250 clients; Impact $125/mo ($100/mo annually) for 400 clients; Collective $160/mo ($128/mo annually) for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients. A 30-day trial without a card is offered. Quenza shows 4.3 from 8 reviews on Trustpilot as of October 2026.

The catch is that Quenza does not process client payments today; invoicing and digital products are marked as planned. An older profile also notes no scheduling or video calls. So you would still need a booking tool, a payment tool, a website and an email platform, and the client would juggle at least two logins.

Pick it over Coachful if you already have booking and payments sorted elsewhere and want a dedicated tool only for structured exercises and reflections.

7. Dubsado: workflow automation for back-office paperwork

Dubsado homepage presenting its client workflow and paperwork automation CRM
Dubsado's homepage in October 2026.

Dubsado is a client workflow CRM: forms, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and automated workflows that move a client from inquiry to signed agreement to paid invoice. Dating coaches who like building their own processes appreciate how granular those workflows can get.

Used well, it can send an application form after a social-media inquiry, follow up automatically if no one books, then issue a contract and invoice once the client says yes. Optional surcharging can pass card costs to the client.

As listed in October 2026: Starter $35/mo ($27.92/mo annually) with unlimited clients and 1 active lead-capture form; Premier $55/mo ($43.75/mo annually) with unlimited lead forms. The scheduler and automations are not on Starter, so most coaches need Premier. A 21-day trial with full Premier access is offered without a card.

Dubsado itself says it is not a website builder and not an email marketing platform. There are no courses, client community, habits or check-ins, and the mobile app is a companion; full functionality needs the desktop web app. For dating coaching, that means the portal handles paperwork while the actual coaching between sessions happens somewhere else.

Pick it over Coachful if you want deep custom paperwork automation and are happy to deliver coaching content through separate tools.

How do the features compare side by side?

What does each stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

The portal price on its own is misleading, because most tools need others around them. Start with the portal alone, then compare an all-in-one recipe with an assembled one.

Recipe A: the all-in-one

One Coachful plan sized to your roster (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients) covers website, funnels, email sequences, booking, payments, agreements, programs, courses, community and the client app. There is no Coachful platform fee on client payments, only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Add-ons you might still choose: a separate design tool for social graphics and AI credits if you use Michelle for confirmed builds.

Recipe B: the assembled stack

An example assembled stack for a dating coach running a 12-week program for 15 clients, using prices listed in October 2026: Dubsado Premier ($55) for booking, contracts and invoices, plus Quenza Growth ($50) for between-session exercises, comes to $105 a month before you add a website builder, an email marketing tool and a community platform, each with its own bill and login. Swap Dubsado for HoneyBook Essentials ($59) and it is $109 before the same additions. Kajabi Basic ($179) covers the marketing side but still lacks habits and check-ins. The numbers are illustrative; your real total depends on which website and email tools you pick.

The hidden cost in Recipe B is time. Each extra tool means another place to update a client's status, another integration that can break and another login your client forgets. Our client app overview shows what clients see when everything lives in one app.

How would a dating coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

Here is a worked example for a coach launching "Date Ready", a 12-week program for people returning to dating after a long relationship. Names and structure are illustrative.

  1. Request the build. From Create, use the white-glove card to request a five-page site and an application funnel. Attach your headshots, your bio and two coaching sites you like. Ask for every button to lead to the intro-call booking page.
  2. Set up the intro call. Create a 30-minute session type with buffers and minimum notice, and add intake questions: which apps they use, how long they have been single, what they want, and whether they are currently working with a therapist.
  3. Create the offer. Build the 12-week program as an offer with a one-time price and a three-part payment plan through your Stripe Connect account. Set the price based on your session count, group time and what comparable coaches in your market charge.
  4. Write the agreement. Add a coaching agreement with e-signature that goes out before the first call. State that coaching is not therapy, that you will refer out for trauma, abuse or mental health concerns, and how you handle message screenshots (names and faces blurred). See coaching contracts for the feature.
  5. Structure the weeks. Weeks 1 and 2: values and what you want. Weeks 3 and 4: photos and bio. Weeks 5 and 6: messaging. Weeks 7 to 10: dates and debriefs. Weeks 11 and 12: next steps and exclusivity conversations. Give each week a goal, two or three daily tasks and one habit.
  6. Add check-ins. A morning check-in for intention ("one thing I will do on the apps today") and an evening check-in that works as a date debrief.
  7. Attach a course. Drip lessons on photos, bio writing, first messages and first dates so each unlocks with the matching program week.
  8. Open the cohort. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically. Post a welcome and set ground rules for sharing.
  9. Configure the AI Coach for selected clients, limited to messaging and date-planning questions, and use Michelle's pre-session briefings before each call.
  10. Plan retention. Build an email sequence for graduates at weeks 2, 6 and 12 after the program, and a bundle for a relationship-stage follow-on.

Many of these pieces can come from Coachful's 40-plus ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates, then edited for dating.

How do you migrate dating clients without losing momentum?

Move at a natural break, keep the client experience simple, and do the data work before you announce anything.

  • Time it between cohorts. Switching mid-program confuses clients who are already juggling apps and dates. Launch the next cohort on the new portal and let current clients finish where they are.
  • Export first. Pull client lists, notes, signed agreements and invoices from the old tool. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
  • Re-sign agreements only when terms change. If your scope or refund terms are new, send the new agreement through the new portal.
  • Clean the notes. Migration is a good moment to remove old screenshots or personal details you no longer need.
  • Send one clear welcome. One email with the app link, a two-minute video of where things live and the date the old portal closes.
  • Keep an exit path. Whatever you choose, check you can export your data. Coachful exports the full client record as a ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) plus courses.

What mistakes do dating coaches make when choosing a portal?

  • Buying for enrollment only. A beautiful proposal flow does nothing for the client who stalls in week four.
  • Hiding the work in chat. If debriefs live in DMs, you cannot see patterns across weeks. Put them in check-ins tied to goals.
  • Ignoring the scope line. Dating coaching touches grief, rejection and sometimes safety. Write the referral line into your agreement and intake.
  • Paying per contact for a small practice. Contact-based pricing makes sense for course sellers, less so for a coach with 15 clients.
  • Underestimating setup time. Wiring five tools together is weeks of evenings. Use templates or a done-for-you build.

Which client portal should a dating coach choose?

For most dating coaches who run programs, Coachful is the strongest fit: one login, one branded app, and the daily habits, check-ins, courses and community that dating progress depends on, plus a free white-glove build to get set up quickly. Choose Kajabi if you are mainly a course and membership business with a large audience. HoneyBook and Dubsado suit coaches who sell one-off services and care most about paperwork. Paperbell and Satori are sound session-package portals for small practices. Quenza is a good exercise layer if you already have booking and payments elsewhere.

If you also sell courses or memberships, compare our lists of course platforms for dating coaches and membership platforms for dating coaches, and see the best app for dating coaches roundup for the client-side view.

Coachful in one paragraph: a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not only sessions, from solo coaches to small teams replacing four to six tools. It covers booking, payments, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, website, funnels, email and an AI assistant. Frequently asked questions

What is the best client portal for dating coaches?

For program-based dating coaching, Coachful ranks first because it covers attracting, enrolling, delivering and retaining clients in one branded app. Kajabi is the better choice for course-led businesses with large audiences. Paperbell and Satori work for simple session packages.

Do dating coaches need a HIPAA-compliant portal?

Dating coaching is not healthcare, so most dating coaches do not handle protected health information. If you are also a licensed therapist and keep clinical notes, keep them in a clinical system. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, so check any vendor's own statement before storing health details.

Is Coachful's white-glove build service really free?

Yes, it is included on every plan. You describe what you want built, such as a website, funnel, program or email sequence, attach links and files, and the team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Can clients send me screenshots of their dating app conversations?

Many dating coaches review messages, but set rules first. Ask clients to blur the other person's name and photos, keep only what you need for coaching, and state this in your agreement. Delete old screenshots when a program ends.

When should a dating coach refer a client to a therapist?

Refer when trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction or abuse are driving the dating problem, or when a client is in crisis after a breakup. Coaching works on goals and behavior, not on treating mental health conditions. Put the referral line in your intake questions and agreement.

Can I run group dating programs in a client portal?

Yes, if the tool supports groups. In Coachful, enrolling clients in a program creates a cohort group automatically, with a feed, group chat and video events. Paperbell, Satori and Dubsado do not list community features.

Which portal is cheapest for a new dating coach?

Among these seven, by listed price, Satori Essentials ($33/mo) and Quenza Spark ($25/mo) have the lowest paid entry points, and Satori offers a Scholar plan for coaches in certification. But Quenza has no payments and Satori has no website or courses, so the total stack can cost more once you add the missing tools.

Can I take payment plans for a 12-week dating program?

Coachful supports one-time payments, subscriptions and payment plans through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account. Paperbell, Kajabi, HoneyBook and Dubsado also take payments. Quenza does not process client payments yet.

Does Coachful work for relationship coaches too?

Yes. The same programs, check-ins and community suit couples and relationship-stage work. See the relationship coaches page for that setup.

How long does it take to switch portals?

It depends on how much content you have. Plan the switch between cohorts, export your data first and send one clear welcome email. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.
