Dating coaching software that shows you how every date really went.
After each date your client gives four quick ratings and one line while it is fresh. They keep the standards they set with you, reflect on what stood out and write down what they are looking for. You see the pattern across every date before the next session.

Date logged
Four ratings and one line
Your client tells you about the date a week after it happened.
By then the nerves are gone and so are the details. They remember how it ended, not how they felt in the first ten minutes, and the same pattern walks into the next date.
The old way
- You hear about each date days later, from memory
- Standards agreed in the session are forgotten in the moment
- The same pattern repeats and nobody can point to it
- What they are looking for changes with every match
- Booking, payments and the program live in three more tools
The new way
- A one-minute log after each date: four ratings and one line
- Standards they set with you, ticked week by week
- Reflections in their own words, private to the two of you
- What they are looking for, written down and kept in view
- Sessions, payments, programs and your website run in the same account
The date log, the standards and the reflections, in one private place.
A one-minute log after every date
While it is still fresh, your client records the day, who it was with and four ratings from 1 to 5: attraction, ease, alignment and respect. One line says what stood out. There is no weekly pulse to chase: they log a date when there has been one.
Standards your client holds, in their own words
Your client starts with standards written for dating, like going at a pace that suits them, and adds their own. They tick each one as the weeks go, and every change is kept. You can propose a standard, and they decide whether to accept it.
Reflections that stay between the two of you
After a date that stirred something up, your client writes the date in a line, what they needed and how it felt. Nobody else sees it. If they ever mark that they did not feel safe, you are told at once.
Know how the dating is really going before the session starts.
Every client on one screen, with their last log and what needs a look. A safety mark always comes first.
Marked a moment as unsafe

Your client can be honest about how it really went.
Everything in the Dating edition is between your client and you.
Your client
A private space
Date logs, reflections and standards are theirs. The people they date are never in it: a first name or initials is all a log needs.
You
Everything, with consent
You read their entries while their consent stands. If they withdraw it, their private entries close to you from then on.
Safety
Help that is always on the page
A fixed safety note, and your own local support resources under it, show on every log and reflection page.
Coaching support for couples, people who are dating and people going through a separation. It is a workspace for your coaching, not a replacement for professional or emergency help.
Nobody gets nagged to go on a date.
The Dating edition has no pulse day, so nothing is ever due or missed. Reminders exist only for what your client planned with you, and never arrive between 22:00 and 07:00.

Everything dating coaches get, line by line.
The date log, the standards, the reflections, the plan, your overview and the platform around them.
A one-minute log after every date
- The day, who with, four ratings and one line
- Attraction, ease, alignment and respect, each from 1 to 5
- Logged from their Home card or their own page
- A date logged by mistake can be edited or deleted
- A trend for each rating across every date
- No pulse day, no missed week and no pulse reminders
Standards your client holds, in their own words
- Starter standards for dating, in the client’s language
- “I will…” standards in their own words
- Ticked as the weeks go, with a Sunday check when nothing was ticked
- Renegotiated or retired with the history kept
- You propose, the client accepts
Reflections that stay between the two of you
- The date in a line, what they needed and how it felt
- Private to your client and you
- “I did not feel safe” alerts you at once by push, in the app and by email
- Your own local support resources on every log and reflection page
- Read in their own words at the next session
What they are looking for, written down
The plan keeps a few lines on what your client is looking for, the decisions they made and why, and the people they lean on. A milestone becomes a step on one of their goals, with a reminder on the day.
- “What I am looking for”, a line at a time
- Decisions with their reasons
- The people to lean on
- Milestones that become steps on a goal
- A reminder on the day a milestone is due
Exercises, and a six-week program outline
Assign a worksheet from your library and the answers stay private to your client and you. The edition also includes the outline of “Six weeks of dating on purpose”, which turns into a draft program in one click.
- Worksheets from the catalogue, copied into your library
- Answers private to the client and you
- A due date with a reminder
- Your debrief on the exercise
- Six weeks: what matters, standards and limits, three reflections, a review
Know which client needs you this week
Your overview shows each pair and single on one card, with the last pulse and what needs a look. A safety mark always comes first, then gaps in the pulse, incidents with no repair attempt and consent that has waited a week.
- A card per pair or single, six to a page
- Pulse gaps of 2 or more, for your eyes only
- Incidents with no repair attempt after 72 hours
- One partner ticking agreements while the other stops
- Snooze a note for a week, or resolve it
- A daily digest between 17:00 and 22:00, a count with no names

- An iOS and Android client app with your branding, inside the Coachful app
Know the edges before you move clients over.
Three things the Dating edition does not do, so nothing surprises you in week one.
It is not a dating app
Nobody is matched, and the people your client dates never join. It holds your client’s side of the story, for your coaching.
A coaching workspace
It is not a replacement for professional or emergency help, and every log page says where to find it.
Ratings, never verdicts
The four ratings are how your client felt. Nothing in it scores a date or a person.
Coaches who brought their whole practice into one place.
“Fantastic piece of software for coaches who want everything to be in one place. The Coachful team have been amazing at being on hand to help get everything set up. Would highly recommend!”

Luis Bulnes
Founder, Inner Game
“Coachful brings scheduling, payments, client communication, programs, habit tracking and accountability together. Instead of managing several different apps, everything feels more organized and professional — for the coach and the client.”

Margie Wilson
Wounded to Warrior Recovery Coaching
“The platform we've all been waiting for. I have tried just about every coaching, booking and learning platform out there. Coachful does it all. The support is unmatched and the updates are consistent.”
