Milestone done
Name the people you can lean on
Every session starts with the latest crisis.
A handover that went wrong, a message they regret sending, a decision they keep going back and forth on. The plan you made together gets pushed to next week, again.
The old way
- The plan for the coming months lives in your notes, not in their week
- Decisions get made at midnight and remade the next morning
- Handovers go wrong the same way every time
- Hard moments get retold weeks later, from memory
- Booking, payments and the program live in three more tools
The new way
- A plan with dated milestones, ready the day you switch them on
- Each decision written down with the reasons, so it stays made
- Agreements for calm handovers, ticked every week
- A private log for hard moments, in their own words, the day they happen
- Sessions, payments, programs and your website run in the same account
The plan, the pulse, the agreements and the log, one steady place to come back to.
A plan with dated milestones, from day one
Switch a client on and their plan arrives with eight dated milestones, from mapping the change ahead to reviewing what holds. Decisions go in with the reasons behind them, next to the people they can lean on and a few lines about the life they are building.
A weekly pulse that shows how they are really doing
Once a week your client rates their wellbeing, how calm things are with the other party, how well they held their boundaries and how supported they felt, each from 1 to 5. It is a step in your weekly check-in, and you see the lines move week by week.
Agreements that keep handovers calm
Your client starts with agreements written for this stage, like keeping handovers calm and short, and adds their own. They tick each one as the week goes, and a Sunday check arrives if a week went by without a tick. Every renegotiation is kept.
A private log for the moments of friction
When a handover or a message goes badly, your client writes down what happened and what they needed, the day it happens. It stays between the two of you. If they ever mark that they did not feel safe, you are told at once.
Know who is struggling before the session starts.
Every client on one screen, with the last pulse and what needs a look. A safety mark always comes first.
Marked a moment as unsafe
Lena Fischer · You were told at once. It stays at the top.
An incident with no repair attempt
Marcus Okafor · Logged 3 days ago
Pulse reminders paused
Dana Whitfield · No pulse on the last 3 pulse days
Two weeks without a pulse
Rosa Alvarez · Last pulse 15 days ago
A daily digest reaches you between 17:00 and 22:00 your time, as a count with no names. A safety mark reaches you at once.
Your client can be honest about the hard weeks.
What a Separation client writes is between them and you.
Your client
One private space
Pulse ratings, log entries and the plan are between your client and you. The other party has no way in.
You
Everything, with consent
You read their entries while their consent stands. If they withdraw it, their private entries close to you from then on.
Safety
Help that is always on the page
A fixed safety note, and your own local support resources under it, show on every pulse and log page.
Coaching support, not legal or financial advice. A mediator or lawyer handles any agreement with legal effect.
A steady rhythm for an unsteady time.
Each reminder goes to your client alone, in their language and time zone. Nothing arrives between 22:00 and 07:00.
Weekly pulse
On the pulse day at the time you set, and once more a day later while it is missing. After three unanswered pulse days they pause until you resume them.
Plan milestones
On the day a milestone is due, and once more a day later if it slips.
Agreement check
Sunday at 19:00, when nothing was ticked that week.
“I did not feel safe” reaches you at once by push, in the app and by email. It cannot be switched off.
Set up for the relationships you coach.
An edition sets the pulse, the starter agreements, the worksheets and a starter program outline. It can be set per client.

When a couple you coach separates
If you coach a couple in the Couples edition and they decide to separate, the organization owner can turn the pair into two Separation clients. What they shared stays readable and frozen for both, each keeps their private records, and each gets a plan of their own.
- Two Separation clients from one pair, in one step
- What they shared kept, read-only, for both
- Private records stay with their author
- A seeded plan for each person
- Nothing copied from one to the other
- Done by the organization owner, and it cannot be undone
An eight-week separation program outline
The edition includes the outline of “Eight weeks through a separation”. Turn it into a draft program in one click and make every week your own.
- Week 1: map the change ahead
- Week 2: name the people you can lean on
- Week 3: write down the first decisions and why
- Week 4: agree how you will co-parent day to day
- Weeks 5 and 6: prepare the hard conversations
- Weeks 7 and 8: set the next milestones, and review what holds
Know which client needs you this week
Your overview shows each pair and single on one card, with the last pulse and what needs a look. A safety mark always comes first, then gaps in the pulse, incidents with no repair attempt and consent that has waited a week.

- Incidents with no repair attempt after 72 hours

Know the edges before you move clients over.
Three things the Separation edition does not do, so nothing surprises you in week one.
Coaching, not legal work
Nothing in it drafts or checks an agreement with legal effect. A mediator or lawyer handles that, and every separation page says so.
The other party is not in it
Your client’s space is theirs alone. If you coach both people, each is a separate client with a separate record.
Nothing is sent to anyone else
Plans, agreements and reminders reach your client and you. No message or calendar event goes to the other party.
Coaches who brought their whole practice into one place.
