The 10 Best Coaching Platforms With Built-In Email Marketing

The best coaching platforms with built-in email marketing let you capture a lead, nurture them with a sequence, sell them a program and keep emailing them as a client, all from the same contact record. The deciding question is not "which tool sends the prettiest newsletter" but "does my email know who has booked, paid, enrolled or gone quiet?" When email sits in a separate tool like Kit or Mailchimp, you spend your week syncing tags. When it is built in, your list and your client roster are the same thing.
Our pick is Coachful, because broadcasts, multi-step sequences, funnels, booking, payments and program delivery share one login and one client record. We make Coachful, so we have stated our ranking criteria plainly below and kept every other vendor's facts to what they publish. The other nine range from course-first suites (Simplero, Kajabi) to cheap funnel builders (Systeme.io) and the "admin tool plus Kit" setup many coaches are trying to leave.
This guide works as a decision tool first. Answer five questions about your practice, match your answers to a pick, then read the ranked sections and the cost table at 5, 15 and 40 clients. If you want the broader category view first, our guide to email marketing for coaches covers the basics.
What does a coach actually need from built-in email?
A coach needs email that reacts to coaching events: a discovery call booked, a contract signed, a program started, a check-in missed, a package about to run out. Generic email tools react to form fills and link clicks; they do not know a client exists.
In practice, a coaching business runs four kinds of email, and each one needs different plumbing:
- Lead nurture. Someone downloads your free workbook or registers for a webinar. They need a welcome email, three to five value emails, and an invitation to book a call. This needs a lead-magnet funnel, a sequence with delays, and a way to stop the sequence when they book.
- Sales follow-up. After a discovery call, the prospect needs a recap, the offer and a deadline. This needs the email tool to know the call happened.
- Client onboarding and delivery. A new client needs the agreement, intake questions, a welcome to the program and reminders for the first session. This is where separate email tools fall apart, because the program lives somewhere else.
- Broadcasts. The weekly or monthly newsletter to everyone: past clients, current clients and leads, ideally segmented so current clients do not get pitched the program they already bought.
Coaches also have scale problems most email buyers do not. A typical practice has a small number of paying clients and a much larger list of leads. Pricing that charges per contact punishes the list; pricing that charges per client punishes growth in delivery. Knowing which way a platform counts tells you most of what it will cost you.
The deliverability basics every platform should handle
Whatever you choose, your emails should be sent from your own domain with authentication in place. Three DNS records matter: SPF, which lists the servers allowed to send for your domain; DKIM, which signs each message; and DMARC, which tells mailbox providers what to do when the other two fail. Large mailbox providers now expect bulk senders to have all three plus a one-click unsubscribe. Ask any vendor how they set these up before you import a list.
The legal basics matter too. In the US, the FTC's CAN-SPAM compliance guide requires an honest sender, a physical postal address and a working opt-out. In the UK, the ICO's guidance on electronic mail marketing sets stricter consent rules for individuals. Rules vary by country, so check with an attorney if you market across borders.
Five questions to answer about your practice
Answer these before you look at any feature list. Each answer points toward a different kind of platform.
- Do you deliver programs between sessions, or only sessions? If clients get weekly goals, habits, check-ins or course lessons, your email needs to know where they are in the program. If you only run calls, a simpler admin tool is enough.
- How big is your list compared with your client count? A coach with 15 clients and 3,000 subscribers is in a very different pricing position from one with 15 clients and 200 subscribers. Contact-based pricing gets expensive fast for the first coach.
- Do you sell mostly 1:1 coaching, or mostly courses and digital products? Course-first platforms have strong email but weak booking and client records. Coaching-first platforms are the reverse, unless email is genuinely built in.
- How much automation do you need? A welcome email and a newsletter are simple. Branching sequences that split on whether someone booked, or A/B test subject lines, need a real automation builder. Several platforms cap automations by plan.
- How much setup time do you have? Moving a list, rebuilding sequences and reconnecting forms takes hours. A platform that builds it for you changes that maths.
Which platform fits your answers?
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, email that reacts to coaching events, between-session delivery, total stack cost at realistic client counts, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.
| If your answers look like this | Best pick | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful: programs between sessions, mixed 1:1 and group, want one login | Coachful | Broadcasts and branching sequences sit next to booking, payments, programs and check-ins, with a free white-glove build to set it up |
| Course-led business, large list, some coaching | Simplero or Kajabi | Mature email and course tools; booking and client delivery are lighter |
| Want texting and email together on a mid-size list | AttractWell | Email, texting and automations on every plan, with clear contact caps |
| Tight budget, mostly selling a lead magnet and a course | Systeme.io | Free plan with 2,000 contacts; no 1:1 client records |
| Already happy with a simple admin tool, list is small | Paperbell plus Kit | Clean admin; email lives in a second subscription |
| Want a long-running, all-included coach system and accept a higher price | Coaches Console | CRM, website and email in one, no trial |
| Sell from a social bio link, mostly digital products | Stan Store | Email only on Creator Pro; no client records |
| Newsletter is the business; coaching is secondary | Kit | Email specialist, free up to 10,000 subscribers for newsletters |
| Brand new, no paid sales yet | Merkora | Free until your first paid sale; lead magnets with email capture |
How did we choose and rank these ten?
We started from platforms coaches actually shortlist, then kept the ones that either include email marketing or are commonly paired with an email tool. For each one we used the vendor's own pricing page and documentation: prices for nine vendors are as listed in October 2026, and Simplero's as listed on its pricing page in November 2026. We did not run hands-on tests; where we mention reputation, it is what public reviewers report on sites like Trustpilot.
Coachful ranks first on our stated criteria. Coaching-practice tools that compete directly with it, such as Paperbell, sit in the lower half because email is not part of what they document. Course and funnel suites rank high on email strength but lose points for weaker 1:1 delivery.
1. Coachful: email that knows who your clients are

Coachful is a coaching platform where email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences are part of the same account that runs your booking, payments, contracts, programs, courses, community and website. One subscription, one login for you, one branded app for your clients. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools.
What the email side does
Coachful's email covers lists, one-off broadcasts and multi-step sequences. Sequences support triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, so a lead-magnet sequence can wait two days, split on whether the person booked a call, and test two subject lines on the next email. Because the sequence runs inside the same system as booking and payments, "has this person booked?" is a fact the platform already holds, not a tag you have to sync from Calendly.

The front door is the funnel builder. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels come with pixel and UTM tracking, and about 25 funnel templates to start from. Leads land in the Prospects table with the form or resource they came from, which is the list you email.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, drafts emails and content from your live practice data. Asking questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. The Analytics view has an Email tab alongside Business, Funnels, Products and Retention, so you can see email next to revenue rather than in a separate dashboard.

Why the rest of the platform matters for email
Email marketing for a coach is half sales and half client experience. The client half is where Coachful separates from email-only tools. Booking pages send email reminders, with SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call. Programs carry weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins, and each client record shows a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is exactly what you want when deciding who gets a "checking in" email and who gets an upsell.
Automations also reach beyond email. Instagram automations can reply to a comment containing a keyword with a DM holding your booking link or lead magnet, and that person lands in the same lead and client records your email uses.

Here is a short walkthrough of the email screens:
How a coach sets up email in Coachful, step by step
- Connect payments and calendar. Link your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account and sync Google, Apple or Outlook calendars, so bookings and purchases can act as email triggers.
- Build the lead magnet funnel. Start from a lead-magnet funnel template, attach your free guide, and add your Meta Pixel or GA4 tracking.
- Write the nurture sequence. Five emails is a sensible starting point (an example, not a rule): deliver the guide, tell one client-style story without names, answer the most common objection, invite a call, follow up. Ask Michelle to draft them from your offer, then edit in your voice.
- Branch on booking. Add a branch so anyone who books a discovery call leaves the nurture path and gets call preparation emails instead.
- Test one thing. Use an A/B split on the invitation email's subject line.
- Set up the client side. Attach the coaching agreement, intake questions and program, so the first email a new client gets after paying is their welcome, not another pitch.
- Schedule the broadcast rhythm. Send a regular newsletter to the full list, excluding current program clients from sales emails.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" option lets you describe what you want built, including an email sequence or newsletter, a funnel, a website or a program, and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build for a business mentor for beauty professionals included a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Limits to know
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not support PayPal; every plan is paid once the trial ends. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams. Lower plans cap the number of clients; Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can export all client data as a ZIP. Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.
Who should pick it: coaches who want their email list, their booking calendar and their client programs in one place, and who would rather have the setup built for them than spend a weekend migrating. More detail on the funnel builder and AI assistant.
2. Simplero: unlimited sends, priced by active contacts
Simplero is a course, membership and email platform with a coaching audience, and its pricing page states that email delivery is built in, with unlimited email sends on every plan. It is a strong pick if courses and memberships drive your revenue and your list is moderate.
As listed on its pricing page in November 2026, Starter is $70/mo monthly or $59/mo billed annually, with 10 products, 10 courses, a website with unlimited pages, one scheduling user and 500 active contacts. Scale is $179/mo ($149 annual) with 1,000 active contacts, unlimited products, text messages, affiliates, upsells and API access. Skyrocket is $299/mo ($249 annual) with 5,000 active contacts, deals and sales pipelines, and split-testing for landing pages.
The contact definition is worth reading closely. Simplero counts "active contacts": anyone with an active purchase, a list subscription, a tag, a running automation or recent activity. Everyone on your newsletter counts. Extra contacts can be added without upgrading, but the add-on price is not shown on that page. There is a 14-day trial with every feature unlocked, except a temporary cap on email sending while Simplero verifies you as a sender, and a full refund in the first 30 days. There are no Simplero transaction fees.
Simplero offers a branded mobile app published under your own App Store and Google Play accounts, which requires your own developer accounts and an extra monthly fee. Its pricing page does not list habit tracking or daily client check-ins.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a course or membership business with a few hundred to a few thousand subscribers, want unlimited sends, and need your app listed under your own developer account.
3. Kajabi: big contact allowances at a big starting price

Kajabi bundles courses, community, website, funnels and email for knowledge businesses. Its email is mature and its contact allowances are generous once you are past the entry plan, which suits coaches who already have a large audience.
As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community, one website and no AI credits. Growth is $249/mo ($199 annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts. Pro is $499/mo ($399 annual) with 100,000 contacts. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro; if you use another processor (other than PayPal), Kajabi adds its own 0.5% to 2% fee on top.
The coaching gap is per-client delivery. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins; coaching is sold as products and communities, not individual plans with goals and status. Its standard trial is 14 days, and some features, including bulk contact import, test emails and some automations, stay locked until you activate a paid plan. That matters for an email migration: you cannot fully test your sequences on the trial. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026).
Pick it over Coachful if you already have well over 2,500 subscribers, your revenue is mostly courses rather than 1:1 programs, and you are comfortable paying for contact headroom.
4. AttractWell: email plus texting with clear caps on every tier

AttractWell targets coaches, course creators, consultants, authors and speakers with a website, funnels, blog, CRM, email and texting, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store. It is one of the few platforms here that publishes its limits for contacts, texts and automations side by side, which makes cost planning easy.
As listed in October 2026: Starter $69/mo for 500 contacts, 100 texts and 5 automations; Basic $99/mo for 1,000 contacts, 1,000 texts and 100 automations; Premium $129/mo for 4,000 contacts, 2,000 texts and 500 automations; Pro $179/mo for 12,000 contacts; Diamond $239/mo for 27,000 contacts. The first month is $1 on every plan, and AttractWell charges 0% transaction fees.
The automation cap on Starter is the trap. Five automations is enough for one lead magnet and one onboarding flow, not a full practice. Session packages are not on Starter either; Basic includes 5 and Premium unlimited. Courses are called "vaults", with one on Starter and three on Basic. Trustpilot shows 4.6 from 21 reviews (seen October 2026).
Pick it over Coachful if SMS marketing to your list is central to how you sell and you want texting and email credits counted on the same plan.
5. Systeme.io: the cheapest way to start a list

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite covering funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program. For a coach whose immediate goal is "get a free guide out and start emailing people", it costs nothing to begin.
As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign, with no credit card. Startup is $17/mo for 5,000 contacts and 10 funnels, Webinar is $47/mo for 10,000 contacts, and Unlimited is $97/mo with unlimited contacts and automation rules. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, including Free. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews (seen October 2026).
Where it stops is coaching delivery. Systeme.io has no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, and no habits or check-ins, so most coaches add a booking tool and keep client notes elsewhere. One automation rule on Free also means your nurture sequence cannot branch on much.
Pick it over Coachful if you have no budget at all, sell mainly a lead magnet and a self-paced course, and are fine running calls and client notes in other tools.
6. Paperbell: tidy admin, but bring your own email tool

Paperbell is an all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website. It is included here because it is one of the platforms coaches most often compare with Coachful, and because email marketing is not among the features it documents. In practice, Paperbell coaches pair it with Kit or a similar tool.
As listed in October 2026, Paperbell has a single plan at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, sessions, packages and traffic, and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its help center (July 2026) describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS off during the trial. Paperbell adds no transaction fees beyond your processor's.
The real cost is the second subscription and the gap between them. Add Kit Creator at $39/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers and you are near $136/mo, and you still need a connector to tell Kit when someone books or buys. Paperbell also has no courses, community, or goal and habit tracking, and no native mobile app. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews (seen October 2026).
Pick it over Coachful if you run 1:1 sessions only, want a single flat admin price, and already have an email tool you love and do not want to move.
7. Coaches Console: the long-standing, all-included system

Coaches Console is one of the older coach business systems, combining a CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email and invoicing, with courses on the higher plan. It suits coaches who want everything under one vendor and prefer an established product to a newer one.
As listed in October 2026, the Core Console System is $197/mo ($166.42/mo annual) for a single coach account, with client limits not specified. The Total Console System is $297/mo ($249.75/mo annual) and adds unlimited products and courses. There is no free trial: billing details are required at signup, with a 100% money-back guarantee in the first 30 days. Transaction fees are not stated.
That makes it the highest entry price among the coaching-admin tools in this list, and you cannot try the email builder before paying. Reviewers describe the interface as dated. The vendor's public pricing page does not spell out contact or automation limits, so ask before committing a large list.
Pick it over Coachful if you specifically want a long-established vendor and are comfortable paying a premium without a trial.
8. Stan Store: email lives on the higher plan

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for selling digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls from a single link in your social bio. Email marketing exists, but only on the Creator Pro plan.
As listed in October 2026, Creator is $29/mo ($25/mo annual) with unlimited products and customers in one store. Creator Pro is $99/mo ($79/mo annual) and adds email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates. Stan takes 0% of sales; Stripe or PayPal fees apply. Both plans have a 14-day trial. Trustpilot shows 4.7 from 2,205 reviews (seen October 2026).
For coaching, the limits are structural: no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. Your email list is a list of buyers, not a roster of clients you are coaching.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly short digital products sold from a social bio, and 1:1 or group programs are a small side line.
9. Kit: the specialist you would add, not replace
Kit (formerly ConvertKit) is the email tool most coaches add when their platform lacks email. It belongs in this list as the benchmark: if a coaching platform's built-in email is weaker than Kit's, you will feel it.
As listed in October 2026, the free Newsletter plan covers up to 10,000 subscribers, but automations and sequences need a paid plan. Creator starts at $39/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers with two team members, and Pro starts at $79/mo with unlimited team members; both prices scale with subscriber count. Both paid plans have a 14-day trial with no credit card. Kit Commerce charges 3.5% + $0.30 per USD transaction for simple digital products. Trustpilot shows 3.9 from 162 reviews (seen October 2026).
What Kit does not do is coach. There is no scheduling, client records, session management, course portal, community, habits or check-ins. Every coaching event has to reach Kit through a form, tag or integration you maintain.
Pick it over Coachful if your newsletter is the product, coaching is secondary, and you want the email specialist with the deepest creator focus.
10. Merkora: free until you make your first sale

Merkora is a newer platform for coaches, therapists and consultants, built around one branded public page with booking, intake forms, session packages, hosted video courses, downloads and free lead magnets with email capture. It earns its place for brand-new coaches who want to start collecting emails without paying anything.
As listed in October 2026, the Free plan stays free "until your first paid sale"; after that you have 14 days to move to Professional before new bookings and sales pause. Professional is $79/mo, with a limited founding-member rate of $29/mo for 12 months, then $39/mo. Merkora takes 0% of sales, with standard Stripe fees.
The caution: Merkora documents lead magnets with email capture, but from its public listing we could not confirm broadcast or multi-step sequence tools, so check before treating it as your email platform. The product also appears new, with little public review history yet.
Pick it over Coachful if you have not made a paid sale yet, want to collect your first emails at zero cost, and plan to reassess once money starts coming in.
What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
The table shows the cheapest listed plan that fits each client count and a small list of up to 500 subscribers, monthly billing. Where a platform cannot run your sessions or client records, the last column names what you would still need to add.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What you still add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for email, booking, payments or programs |
| Simplero | $70 | $70 | $70 | Daily client check-ins; contacts above 500 cost extra |
| Kajabi | $179 | $179 | $179 | Per-client plans, habits and check-ins |
| AttractWell | $69 (no session packages) | $99 | $99 | Habits and check-ins |
| Systeme.io | $0 (1 automation) | $17 | $17 | Booking tool and client records |
| Paperbell + Kit Creator | $136 | $136 | $136 | A connector between the two |
| Coaches Console | $197 | $197 | $197 | Courses need the $297 plan |
| Stan Store Creator Pro | $99 | $99 | $99 | Booking records, contracts, programs |
| Kit Creator alone | $39 | $39 | $39 | Every coaching tool |
| Merkora Professional | $79 | $79 | $79 | Confirm broadcast and sequence tools |
Two things move these numbers. First, list size: at 3,000 subscribers, Simplero, Kajabi, AttractWell and Kit all step up, while Systeme.io's Startup plan still covers 5,000 contacts. Second, the "what you still add" column. A $17 email plan plus a scheduling tool plus a client portal is rarely $17. Our comparison hub lays out full-stack costs for more tools.
Which email features does each platform include?
This matrix uses only what each vendor documents. "Not documented" means we could not find it in the vendor's public pricing or feature listing, not that it definitely does not exist.
| Platform | Broadcasts | Sequences and automations | Contact limit on entry plan | Knows bookings and programs |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes | Triggers, delays, branching, A/B splits | Plans cap clients; see plans page | Yes, same client record |
| Simplero | Yes, unlimited sends | Yes | 500 active contacts | Scheduling yes; no check-ins documented |
| Kajabi | Yes | Yes; some locked during trial | 2,500 contacts | Products and communities, not per-client plans |
| AttractWell | Yes, plus texting | 5 automations on Starter | 500 contacts | Booking and call packages (Basic and up) |
| Systeme.io | Yes (1 campaign on Free) | 1 rule on Free | 2,000 contacts | No 1:1 scheduling |
| Paperbell | Not documented | Not documented | Not applicable | Yes, but email is in another tool |
| Coaches Console | Email included | Not specified publicly | Not specified | CRM and calendar included |
| Stan Store | Creator Pro only | Creator Pro only | Unlimited customers | No client records |
| Kit | Yes | Paid plans only | 10,000 on free newsletter plan | No |
| Merkora | Not confirmed | Not confirmed | Not specified | Booking and packages yes |

What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?
The biggest red flag is an email tool that cannot see your coaching events. If every booking, payment and enrollment has to travel through Zapier to reach your email, you will eventually send a "book a call" email to someone who booked yesterday.
Other warning signs, in the order coaches usually hit them:
- Automation caps on the entry plan. AttractWell Starter allows 5, Systeme.io Free allows 1. A real practice needs a nurture flow, a post-call flow, an onboarding flow and a re-engagement flow at minimum.
- Locked features during the trial. Kajabi locks test emails and bulk import until you pay, and Simplero caps sending until you are verified. Plan your migration test around that.
- Contact counting that includes everyone. Simplero counts anyone with a list subscription or tag. Kajabi counts contacts. A big free audience moves you up tiers even if few people buy.
- Extra fees on payments. Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% if you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal. Kit Commerce is 3.5% + $0.30 all-in.
- No trial at all. Coaches Console requires billing details upfront, with a money-back guarantee instead.
- Sender reputation you do not control. If a platform will not let you authenticate your own domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, deliverability is in someone else's hands.
What switching actually costs
Moving email platforms means exporting subscribers with their consent status and tags, rebuilding every sequence, re-pointing every form and funnel, and warming a new sending domain if it changes. Expect to lose segment history unless you export tags carefully. Keep proof of consent for every subscriber you import, since both CAN-SPAM and UK rules care how people joined. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove service can rebuild your email sequence or newsletter inside your account.
Verdict: which coaching platform with built-in email should you choose?
Choose Coachful if you coach people through programs and want your email, booking, payments and client progress in one place. Of the ten, it is the one where sequences can branch on coaching events held in the same record that tracks a client's habits and check-ins, and the free white-glove build removes most of the setup work. Start with the entry plan (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients) and move up as your client count grows.
Choose Simplero or Kajabi if courses and a large list drive the business. Choose AttractWell if texting matters as much as email. Choose Systeme.io if the budget is zero and the offer is a course. Keep Paperbell plus Kit only if your admin tool already works and you accept running two systems. For niche-specific advice, see our guides for life coaches, health coaches and business coaches, or our roundup of coaching platforms with a built-in community.
Frequently asked questions
Do I still need Kit or Mailchimp if my coaching platform has built-in email?
Usually not. If the built-in tool covers broadcasts, sequences with delays and branching, and sends from your own authenticated domain, a second email tool mostly adds cost and sync work. Keep a specialist only if your newsletter is a product in its own right.
What is the cheapest coaching platform with built-in email marketing?
On list price, Systeme.io's free plan, with 2,000 contacts but only one automation rule and one email campaign. It has no 1:1 scheduling or client records, so most coaches add other tools, which raises the real cost.
Does Coachful have email automation?
Yes. Coachful includes email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, included in your Coachful membership. Michelle, the AI assistant, can draft the emails.
Can I move my existing email list and sequences into Coachful?
Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. You can also ask the white-glove service to build an email sequence or newsletter in your account. Bring proof of consent for your subscribers so you stay within email marketing rules.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a free build service on every plan. You describe what you want, such as an email sequence, funnel, website or program, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.
How do contact limits differ from client limits?
Contact limits count everyone on your list, including free subscribers who never buy; Kajabi, Simplero, AttractWell and Kit price this way. Client limits count people you actively coach. A coach with a large free audience and few clients usually pays less on client-based pricing.
What do SPF, DKIM and DMARC have to do with coaching emails?
They are DNS records that prove your emails really come from your domain. Without them, mailbox providers are more likely to filter your newsletters and sequences to spam. Ask your platform how to set them up before your first broadcast.
Is it legal to email people who downloaded my free guide?
Generally yes, if they opted in and every email includes your identity, a postal address and an unsubscribe link, as the FTC's CAN-SPAM guide describes. UK and EU rules are stricter about consent, so check with an attorney if you market internationally.
Which platform is best if I sell courses more than coaching?
Simplero and Kajabi are built around courses and memberships with mature email. They are lighter on per-client delivery such as daily check-ins, so they suit course-first businesses better than program-first coaching.
How do I start with Coachful?
