Best Email Marketing Platforms for Dating Coaches: 7 Compared

Best Email Marketing Platforms for Dating Coaches: 7 Compared

The best email marketing platforms for dating coaches do three jobs well: they turn a free texting guide or dating-profile checklist into a growing list, they run the follow-up that gets subscribers onto a discovery call, and they stop sending "book your free call" emails to people who are already paying clients. Most tools handle the first job. Far fewer handle the third, and that is the one that makes a coaching business feel personal instead of automated.

Our pick is Coachful, because its email lists, sequences and funnels sit in the same account as booking, payments, programs and client records, so every email knows who is a lead and who is a client. We make Coachful, so we have tried to be fair below: dedicated email tools such as ActiveCampaign and MailerLite go further on deliverability tooling and advanced segmentation, and we say exactly where each one wins.

This guide is built as a decision tool. Answer five questions about your practice, use the table to see which platform those answers point to, then read the ranked sections, the cost table at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and the red flags to check before you move a list.

What do dating coaches actually need from an email platform?

A dating coach needs email that captures curious, often private leads, warms them toward a call, and then switches to supporting paying clients through a program. The workflow is specific enough that a generic newsletter tool leaves gaps.

Here is what that looks like in a typical dating practice:

  • Lead magnets with a clear promise. "Five first-message openers that get replies," a dating-profile audit checklist, a "why do I keep attracting the wrong person?" quiz. Each one needs a form, a delivery email and a tag that remembers which problem the person signed up about.
  • A short, honest nurture into a discovery call. People rarely buy dating coaching from a cold email. A three to six email sequence that shares one useful idea per message, then invites them to a free call, is the core money workflow.
  • Launch sequences for programs and cohorts. Many dating coaches sell a 6 or 12 week program, a group cohort before Valentine's Day or after New Year, or a self-paced course. That means an open-cart sequence, a deadline and a "doors closed" email.
  • Emails that know who is a client. Someone who booked yesterday should not get tomorrow's "still single? book a call" message. Someone in week four of your program should get a check-in, not a sales pitch.
  • Discretion. Some subscribers read email on a shared family computer or a work laptop. Subject lines like "Your dating rescue plan" can feel exposing. You want control over sender name, subject lines and how much detail goes into automated messages.
  • Careful handling of sensitive data. Intake answers can reveal sexual orientation, relationship history or a recent divorce. Under the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, data about a person's sex life or sexual orientation is a special category that needs extra care, so collect only what you will use and avoid segmenting on it unless you have a clear reason and consent.

One more scope note. Dating coaching is not therapy. If a subscriber's replies point to abuse, trauma or a mental health crisis, refer them to a licensed professional rather than adding them to a sales sequence. Our guide on what dating coaches can and can't fix covers where that line sits.

Which five questions should you answer before choosing?

Your answers to these five questions decide the right tool more than any feature list does. Write them down before you start free trials.

  1. Do you already have booking, payments and client delivery in another tool? If yes, you may only need an email add-on. If you are stitching together a scheduler, a checkout, a course host and a newsletter, an all-in-one platform cuts both cost and the number of places a lead can fall through.
  2. How many subscribers do you expect in the next 12 months? Under 1,000 is common for a coach who runs on referrals and Instagram. Several thousand is likely if you run ads to a quiz or publish on YouTube. Most email tools price by subscriber count; check how the bill grows.
  3. Is your main goal discovery calls, program launches or selling a low-priced guide? Call-led coaches need booking tied to email. Launch-led coaches need deadlines and segments. Guide sellers need a checkout and fast delivery.
  4. Do you need emails to change once someone becomes a client? If your clients get onboarding, weekly check-ins and session reminders, a tool that sees the client record saves a lot of manual tagging.
  5. How much time will you spend on setup and design? Some tools reward hours of tinkering with very pretty or very complex results. Others get a working funnel live in an afternoon, or build it for you.

How did we choose and rank these tools?

We started from the dating coach workflow above, not from a generic list of email tools, and ranked each platform on how much of that workflow it covers without extra software.

Specifically, we looked at four things. First, list growth: can you publish a lead-magnet page or quiz and deliver the freebie automatically? Second, sequences: can you run a multi-step nurture into a discovery call, and a deadline-driven launch? Third, client awareness: does the tool know when a subscriber books, pays or joins a program, without you tagging them by hand? Fourth, total cost: what does the email tool cost once you add the scheduler, checkout and course host it lacks?

Prices and limits come from each vendor's published pricing, as listed in October 2026. We have not run hands-on tests of every tool; where we mention reputation, we cite public review counts on Trustpilot and what the vendors document. Tools that are mainly schedulers or practice managers with light email were left out, and so was Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which is a strong creator newsletter but adds nothing for client delivery that MailerLite and Flodesk do not already cover at a lower or similar price. If you want the wider picture across every kind of coach, read our parent guide to the best email marketing tools for coaches.

1. Coachful: why does it rank first for dating coaches?

Coachful ranks first because it is the only tool here where the email list, the discovery-call booking, the payment, the program and the client's check-ins all live in one account. For a dating coach, that means the person who downloads your texting guide, books a call, pays for your 12-week program and logs a weekly reflection is one record, and your emails can follow them through each stage.

A laptop showing Coachful's funnels list and a tablet showing the leads table on a wine-bar counter

Coachful is a coaching platform. One subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for coaches replacing four to six separate tools.

Email, built into the client journey. Coachful includes email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. A dating coach can send a monthly "what I'm seeing on the apps this season" broadcast to the whole list, and run a separate five-email nurture for people who downloaded the profile checklist. Branching lets one sequence split, for example sending people who booked a call down a "see you soon" path while everyone else gets the next nurture email.

Coachful Emails screen with an inbox, a conversation list and an open conversation

Funnels that feed the list. The website builder includes booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, with pixels and UTM tracking so you can see whether a subscriber came from an Instagram reel or a podcast guest spot. About 25 funnel templates give you a starting point. A typical dating setup is a lead-magnet funnel for a free guide, an application funnel for a premium one-to-one package, and a checkout funnel for a group cohort.

Leads you can see. Every signup lands in a leads table showing the form or resource the person came through and their stage. That matters when you have three lead magnets aimed at different problems: you can tell at a glance that most new leads this month asked for the "first date nerves" guide, and write next month's content to match. Client records carry tags, so segments stay meaningful after someone buys.

The demo leads table shows which form or resource each person signed up through and their current stage.

Emails that know when someone becomes a client. Booking pages include intake questions, availability rules and time-zone detection, and they sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons and order bumps, and Coachful charges a 0% platform fee. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call. Because all of this is on the client record, a new client can move from your sales emails into onboarding, session reminders by email (plus SMS and WhatsApp once messaging is enabled) and weekly check-ins in the branded client app.

Between sessions, clients work through multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning or evening check-ins. For a dating client, that might be "send two thoughtful openers a day," a weekly reflection after each date, and a habit streak for confidence practice. Coachful's client record shows each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you know who needs a personal email rather than an automated one.

Writing help from Michelle. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data and can draft emails and content, build programs and brief you before sessions. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. You still review every email before it goes out, which matters in a niche where tone can make a reader feel judged.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. For a dating coach that could be a lead-magnet funnel for your texting guide, a five-email discovery-call sequence, a newsletter template, a lead quiz or a full website. Nothing gets invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and any gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. A recent example: a business mentor for beauty professionals got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. Read more about the free white-glove build service.

Where Coachful is not the strongest. Dedicated email platforms such as ActiveCampaign offer deeper deliverability tooling and more advanced segmentation and scoring than Coachful's built-in email. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified, has no PayPal, and becomes a paid plan once the trial ends; the client app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, though Zapier is available.

Pricing. Coachful uses flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial. Coachful holds a 4.5 rating from 21 reviews on Trustpilot. 2. MailerLite: is it the best low-cost option?

MailerLite is the best value pure email tool for a dating coach with a small list, because its entry plans are cheap and it includes simple bookings, which most email tools lack.

MailerLite's public homepage, captured in October 2026 for this comparison of email platforms
MailerLite's homepage in October 2026.

MailerLite is an email marketing tool with a website, landing page and signup-form builder, aimed at creators, solopreneurs and small businesses. For a dating coach, the practical draw is Bookings: you can offer one-to-one or group sessions, free or paid through Stripe, with Google Calendar and Outlook/Microsoft 365 sync, and answers to booking questions save to the subscriber's profile. That makes a "free 20-minute dating clarity call" possible without a separate scheduler. You can also sell digital downloads, such as a $19 profile-writing workbook, with 0% MailerLite commission; only Stripe's processing fee applies.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan covers up to 250 active subscribers, 2,500 emails a month, 2 seats, 3 active automations of 5 steps each, one website and one landing page, and one active digital product or booking (the two share a single slot). Sending locks if you go above 250 active subscribers. Comfort starts at $12/month for 500 subscribers ($10.80 billed yearly) and costs $19/month at 1,000, with 50 active automations of up to 100 steps and 5 active products and bookings. Power starts at $25/month at 500 and $39/month at 1,000, with unlimited automations, sites and bookings. Every new account gets 14 days of premium features. MailerLite holds a 4.1 rating from 3,391 Trustpilot reviews.

The gaps show up after the sale. MailerLite has no client portal, programs, habits or check-ins, so your paying clients' journey happens somewhere else, and keeping emails in sync with who is a client depends on your own tagging. The Free plan's single booking slot also means you cannot run a free discovery call and sell a guide at the same time without upgrading.

Pick it over Coachful if you already deliver coaching in another tool you like, your list is under a few hundred people, and you only need inexpensive email with one bookable call type.

3. ActiveCampaign: when is deeper segmentation worth it?

ActiveCampaign is worth it once your dating list runs into the thousands and you need automations that react to behaviour, such as which emails someone opened, which links they clicked and which ad brought them in.

ActiveCampaign's public homepage, captured in October 2026 for this comparison of email platforms
ActiveCampaign's homepage in October 2026.

ActiveCampaign is an email marketing automation platform with a contact CRM, and it is the strongest tool here for segmented sequences and multi-step automations. A dating coach running paid ads to a "what's your attachment pattern in dating?" quiz could send different nurture tracks to each result and invite people to a call only after they have engaged with the sequence. This is where dedicated email tools genuinely beat all-in-one platforms, Coachful included.

Pricing as listed in October 2026 is per 1,000 contacts. Starter costs $19/month ($15 billed yearly) with 10,000 sends a month, but caps each automation at 5 actions, offers only standard and inline forms, no landing pages, and no Calendly, Acuity or Stripe integrations. Plus costs $59/month ($49 billed yearly) and removes the action cap, adds landing pages, and opens the scheduler and Stripe or PayPal integrations that a call-led coach needs. Pro is $99/month ($79 billed yearly) with 3 seats, and Enterprise $179/month ($145 billed yearly). There is no free plan; the trial lasts 14 days with no card, and paid plans carry a 30-day refund guarantee. Trustpilot shows a 2.7 rating from 1,452 reviews.

For a dating coach, the realistic starting point is Plus, because a discovery-call business needs both landing pages and a booking integration. ActiveCampaign has no built-in booking calendar, invoicing or checkout, so you still pay for a scheduler and a payment tool. Deal pipelines need a paid Enhanced CRM add-on.

Pick it over Coachful if email is your main growth engine, your list is large, you run paid traffic, and you have the time (or a VA) to build and maintain complex automations while keeping booking and delivery in other tools.

4. Flodesk: does design-led email suit a dating brand?

Flodesk suits dating coaches whose brand lives on aesthetics, for example a coach whose Instagram is polished photography and editorial captions, and who wants newsletters that look the same.

Flodesk pricing page with Lite, Pro and Everything plans
Flodesk's pricing page in October 2026.

Flodesk is a design-led email marketing tool with forms, landing pages and simple checkout or sales pages. Its templates make it easy to produce a weekly "date of the week" newsletter or a launch email that matches a glossy brand without fighting a layout editor. Flodesk Checkout can sell a single guide or a workshop seat, with Stripe processing of 3% + $0.30 for Stripe Express users in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand (3% + £0.30 in the UK, 3% + €0.30 in Europe). Checkout payments are supported only in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Euro Area countries.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan has no subscriber limit but cannot send email at all, so it only collects signups. Lite costs $25/month ($19 billed yearly) up to 1,000 subscribers, with 1 seat and a limit of one workflow automation. Pro costs $28/month ($25 billed yearly) from 1,000 subscribers, adds unlimited workflows and 2 seats. Everything costs $54/month ($49 billed yearly) with 3 seats. The trial is 14 days with no card. Flodesk has a 4.8 rating from 321 Trustpilot reviews.

The single-workflow limit on Lite is the catch for a dating coach: you can deliver one lead magnet, but a separate discovery-call nurture and a launch sequence need Pro. Flodesk also has no scheduling, client records, course portal, community or check-ins, and its segmentation is lighter than ActiveCampaign's.

Pick it over Coachful if beautiful newsletters are your main product, you sell one simple offer, and you are happy to run calls and client delivery in separate tools.

5. Systeme.io: can a free plan carry a dating coach?

Systeme.io can carry a dating coach who is just starting and needs funnels, a course and email for close to nothing, as long as one-to-one client delivery happens elsewhere.

Systeme.io's public homepage, captured in October 2026 for this comparison of email platforms
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Systeme.io is a low-cost all-in-one marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. A new dating coach could build a "48-hour profile makeover" mini-course, sell it with a funnel and run an email follow-up in one place. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan; only Stripe or PayPal processing applies.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign, and it never expires. Startup is $17/month for 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels and 5 courses. Webinar is $47/month for 10,000 contacts and 50 funnels, and Unlimited is $97/month. No credit card is required to start. Trustpilot shows a 4.9 rating from 8,696 reviews.

The free plan's single automation rule and single campaign are tight for a coach who wants a lead-magnet delivery, a nurture and a launch. More importantly for this niche, older profiles report no native one-to-one scheduling tied to client records, no habits or check-ins, and no branded mobile app, and community and course features are basic. For a coach whose real product is personal coaching rather than a course, that leaves most of the client journey outside the tool.

Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, your first offer is a low-priced course or guide rather than one-to-one coaching, and you accept running calls and client support elsewhere.

6. Kajabi: is a course platform the right home for your list?

Kajabi is the right home only if your dating business is mainly courses and a paid membership with a sizeable audience, because its entry price is several times higher than the dedicated email tools here.

Kajabi's public homepage, captured in October 2026 for this comparison of email platforms
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi combines courses, community, a website, funnels and email for selling knowledge products. An established dating coach with a large following might sell a flagship "Dating with Intention" course, a monthly membership and a few templates, all from one branded site, and email buyers based on what they purchased. Our guide to course platforms for dating coaches compares it against course-first alternatives.

As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179/month ($143 billed yearly) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth costs $249/month ($199 billed yearly) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts, and Pro costs $499/month ($399 billed yearly). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic down to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro; other providers except PayPal add a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. The trial is 14 days, and some features such as bulk contact import and test emails stay locked until you pay. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.

For one-to-one dating coaching, Kajabi treats clients as product or community members rather than people on individual plans. There are no habits or daily check-ins, and the 2,500-contact cap on Basic can arrive quickly if you run a popular quiz.

Pick it over Coachful if courses and memberships make up most of your revenue, your audience is large, and per-client programs and check-ins are not part of your offer.

7. Mailchimp: does the familiar name still fit?

Mailchimp still fits a dating coach who sends an occasional newsletter to a very small list and wants a tool they already know, but its limits make it a weak base for sequences and launches.

Mailchimp's public homepage, captured in October 2026 for this comparison of email platforms
Mailchimp's homepage in October 2026.

Mailchimp offers newsletters, signup and popup forms, landing pages, automation flows and a basic website builder. As listed in October 2026, the Free plan covers 250 contacts and 500 sends a month (250 a day) with 1 seat, Mailchimp branding on emails and forms, and no automation flows, so it cannot even deliver a lead magnet automatically. Essentials starts at $13/month at 500 contacts but allows only 4 steps per flow. A real discovery-call nurture needs Standard, from $20/month at 500 contacts, and Premium starts at $350/month at 10,000 contacts. Trials on Essentials and Standard last 14 days in select countries and need payment details.

Two pricing quirks hit coaches. A contact in two audiences counts twice, so keeping separate audiences for "leads" and "clients" inflates the bill; use tags in one audience instead. And price rises by contact tier, so a viral quiz can move you up a tier quickly. Mailchimp shows a 2.5 rating from 1,555 Trustpilot reviews. It has no booking, client records or program delivery.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need a monthly newsletter for a tiny list, you are already comfortable in Mailchimp, and every other part of your coaching runs in tools you do not plan to replace.

What will you pay at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Your email bill depends on subscribers, not clients, so we assumed an example list of about 500 subscribers at 5 clients, 1,000 at 15 and 2,500 at 40. These list sizes are illustrations only; yours may be larger or smaller.

Prices are monthly billing as listed in October 2026, using the plan a dating coach would realistically need for a nurture sequence. Where a vendor's price at 2,500 subscribers is set by a slider we could not confirm, we say so rather than guess.

Tool and plan5 clients (about 500 subscribers)15 clients (about 1,000 subscribers)40 clients (about 2,500 subscribers)Still need to add

The right-hand column is where most of the cost hides. A dedicated email tool looks cheap until you add a scheduler, a checkout, a course or program host and an e-signature tool. Our guide to the cheapest email marketing for coaches breaks down that stack cost in more detail.

How does a dating coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

A working list-to-client system takes an afternoon to set up, or less if you hand the build to the white-glove team. Here is an example sequence for a coach who helps people in their thirties date with more confidence.

  1. Pick one lead magnet tied to your best offer. For example, "The First-Message Playbook: 10 openers and why they work." Choose the problem your paid program solves, so the freebie leads naturally to it.
  2. Build the lead-magnet funnel. Start from one of the funnel templates, add the download, and turn on your Meta Pixel and UTM tracking so you know which posts drive signups. Or open Create, choose the white-glove build, upload your guide and brand colours, and ask the team to build the funnel and its delivery email.
  3. Write a five-email nurture. Day 0: deliver the guide. Day 2: one story about a client pattern (anonymised, with permission). Day 4: a mistake most people make on first dates. Day 6: what working together looks like. Day 8: an invitation to a free discovery call. Michelle can draft each one from your notes; edit them so they sound like you.
  4. Add a branch for people who book. When a subscriber books the discovery call, send them down a "here's how to prepare" path with your intake questions, and stop the sales emails.
  5. Set up the booking page. Add availability rules, a buffer between calls, minimum notice and intake questions such as "What would a great dating life look like in six months?" Keep sensitive questions optional.
  6. Connect payments and the agreement. Create the offer for your program, with a payment plan if you use one, and attach your coaching agreement for e-signature before the first session.
  7. Build the program clients join. Use weekly goals, daily tasks such as "send two openers," a confidence habit and an evening check-in after dates. Clients see this in their branded app.
  8. Plan launches with tags. Before a seasonal cohort, tag interested leads, send an open-cart sequence with a real deadline, and exclude current clients so they get a separate "bring a friend" email instead.

For pricing your program, avoid copying another coach's number. Work backwards: decide your monthly income target, estimate how many clients you can serve well at once, and divide. Then check the result against what your discovery calls tell you clients can pay. Our overview of the best software for dating coaches shows how the rest of the stack fits around this setup.

What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?

The biggest risks are a tool that cannot send once you outgrow its free plan, pricing that jumps with list size, and a move that damages your sender reputation. Check these before you commit.

  • Free plans that stop sending. Flodesk's Free plan cannot send at all, MailerLite locks sending above 250 active subscribers, and Mailchimp pauses sending when you exceed its free limits. A quiz that goes viral can stop your welcome emails overnight.
  • Automation caps. Mailchimp Essentials allows 4 steps per flow, ActiveCampaign Starter 5 actions, Flodesk Lite one workflow and Systeme.io Free one automation rule. A nurture plus a launch sequence needs more than that.
  • Duplicate contacts. In Mailchimp, a contact in two audiences counts twice. Use one list with tags in any tool.
  • Unauthenticated sending. Mailbox providers increasingly expect bulk senders to authenticate their domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Set these up before your first big send in any platform.
  • Missing legal basics. In the US, the FTC's CAN-SPAM guidance requires a working unsubscribe, a physical address and honest subject lines. In the EU and UK, you need consent for marketing email. Check with an attorney if you sell across several countries.
  • Over-personal segments. Tagging people by orientation, divorce status or attachment style can feel invasive if it shows up in an email. Segment on the problem they asked about, not on personal traits.

Switching costs. Moving a list means exporting subscribers with their consent records and tags, rebuilding forms on your website, rewriting automations (they rarely transfer between tools), and warming up a new sending domain by mailing your most engaged subscribers first. Moving to Coachful is lighter than most: clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your funnels and email sequences. If you ever leave, Coachful exports your full client data as a ZIP.

What is our verdict?

For most dating coaches who sell coaching programs, Coachful is the best choice, because email, funnels, booking, payments and the client's program sit in one account, so your emails follow each person from freebie to client without manual tagging, and the free white-glove build gets the first funnel and sequence live quickly.

Choose MailerLite if you want the cheapest capable email tool and already deliver coaching elsewhere. Choose ActiveCampaign if your list is large and advanced segmentation is the priority. Flodesk suits a visual brand with a simple offer, Systeme.io a near-zero budget, Kajabi a course-led business with a big audience, and Mailchimp a tiny list that only needs a newsletter.

Coachful in one paragraph: it is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, covering booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. It does not offer PayPal or HIPAA certification, every plan is paid after the trial, and it is not a general website builder for non-coaching sites. To start, take the free trial and request a free white-glove build of your first funnel or email sequence. Frequently asked questions

What is the best email marketing platform for dating coaches?

For dating coaches who sell one-to-one or group programs, Coachful is our pick, because its email sits beside booking, payments and client programs. If you only need a cheap standalone email tool, MailerLite is the strongest value. ActiveCampaign wins for very large lists and advanced segmentation.

Is Coachful's white-glove build really free?

Yes. The white-glove build is free on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a lead-magnet funnel, an email sequence or a website, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

How many emails should a dating coach's nurture sequence have?

Five to seven emails over about two weeks is a sensible starting point: deliver the freebie, share a few useful ideas or client patterns, explain how you work, then invite people to a discovery call. Stop the sequence once someone books.

What lead magnets work for dating coaches?

Specific, quick wins work best: first-message openers, a dating-profile audit checklist, a first-date preparation guide, or a short quiz about dating patterns. Pick one that leads naturally to your paid program, and tag subscribers by which one they chose.

Can I use a free email plan as a dating coach?

You can start on one, but check the limits. MailerLite's Free plan covers 250 active subscribers, Mailchimp's covers 250 contacts with no automation flows, Systeme.io's allows one automation rule, and Flodesk's Free plan cannot send email. Coachful offers a free trial, then a paid plan.

Do email platforms have better deliverability than all-in-one coaching software?

Dedicated email tools such as ActiveCampaign and MailerLite generally offer more deliverability tooling and advanced segmentation than all-in-one platforms. Whatever you choose, authenticate your domain, send to people who opted in, and clean out inactive subscribers regularly.

Should I segment my list by gender or orientation?

Only if you have a clear reason and consent. In the EU, data about sexual orientation is a special category under GDPR. Segmenting on the problem someone asked about, such as profile writing or first-date nerves, is usually more useful and less intrusive.

What about Kit (formerly ConvertKit)?

Kit is a solid creator newsletter tool with a free plan up to 10,000 subscribers and paid plans from $39/month at 1,000 subscribers, as listed in October 2026, but automations need a paid plan and it has no scheduling, client records or programs. For dating coaches, MailerLite covers similar ground with built-in bookings at a lower entry price.

How do I move my list from Mailchimp or Flodesk to another tool?

Export subscribers with their tags and consent dates, import them into one list in the new tool, rebuild your forms and automations, and send first to your most engaged subscribers. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.

Can Coachful send SMS or WhatsApp reminders for discovery calls?

Yes. Booking reminders go out by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp 1 hour before once messaging is enabled. That helps cut no-shows for free discovery calls.
