Best Website Builder for Parenting Coaches: Top 10 for 2026

Best Website Builder for Parenting Coaches: Top 10 for 2026

The best website builder for parenting coaches is the one that turns a worried parent reading your page at 10 p.m. into a booked discovery call, a signed agreement and a paid program, without you stitching five tools together. Design matters, but a parenting practice lives or dies on what happens after the homepage loads: can a parent book from their phone during nap time, download your bedtime-routine guide, pay for a six-week program and then find their homework in one place the following Tuesday?

Our pick is Coachful, because its website is part of a full coaching platform: booking, checkout, coaching agreements, lead-magnet funnels, email sequences, programs with check-ins and a branded client app sit behind one login. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the honest notes below on where Squarespace, Wix, Showit and WordPress.com give you more general design freedom and plugins. If you also want to run a non-coaching site, such as a children's book shop or a school newsletter, Coachful is not built for that.

This guide is structured as a decision tool. Answer five questions about your practice first, use the table to find your likely match, then read the ranked reviews of all ten builders. Cost tables at 5, 15 and 40 clients, the red flags we see most often, and an FAQ close it out. If you want the wider picture beyond websites, our guide to the best software for parenting coaches covers the full stack.

What does a parenting coach actually need from a website?

A parenting coach needs a site that books calls, captures leads and collects payment for programs, then hands clients somewhere to do the work between sessions. Brochure pages are the easy part. The hard part is the client journey that follows.

Parenting practices have a few patterns that general builders do not plan for:

  • Parents book at odd hours, on phones. Evenings after bedtime and early mornings are common booking windows. Booking needs to show real availability in the parent's time zone, send reminders, and work in two taps.
  • Two parents, one case. Many families want both caregivers involved. Your intake should ask who else is parenting the child and how to reach them. For couples work, see our parenting alignment exercises.
  • Lead magnets do the selling. A "calm bedtime in 7 nights" checklist, a screen-time agreement template, a teen-conversation script. Parents search for a specific problem, so your site needs blog posts with sensible SEO settings and a download funnel that adds them to an email sequence.
  • Programs beat single sessions. Behaviour change in a family takes weeks. A typical offer is a 6 to 12 week program with weekly calls, small daily practices and a check-in on how the week went. That needs a client login, not a PDF in an email.
  • Group work and workshops. School parent groups, toddler-sleep cohorts and webinar-style workshops are a natural second offer. Our roundup of group coaching platforms for parenting coaches goes deeper.
  • Sensitive information about children. Parents will tell you about a child's behaviour, sleep, diagnoses and school. Ask only what you need on intake forms, and write a clear privacy page.

One scope line belongs on every parenting coach's site: coaching is not therapy, medical care or a child-protection service. If a parent describes self-harm, abuse, a safeguarding concern, or symptoms that need a paediatrician, psychologist or family therapist, refer them on. A short "When coaching is not the right fit" paragraph on your Work With Me page sets that expectation before anyone books. Our explainer on what parenting coaching is covers the boundary in more detail.

Which five questions should you answer before choosing?

Answer these five questions honestly and the shortlist usually picks itself. Write the answers down; they map straight onto the table in the next section.

  1. What do you sell? (a) single sessions only, (b) multi-week 1:1 or couples programs, (c) courses and memberships, (d) mostly digital downloads.
  2. Where do clients do the work between sessions? (a) nowhere, we just talk, (b) email and shared docs, (c) a client login with tasks, habits and check-ins.
  3. How do new parents find you? (a) referrals from schools, nurseries or paediatricians, (b) blog posts and search, (c) Instagram or TikTok bio links, (d) workshops and webinars.
  4. How much design control do you need? (a) a polished, coaching-ready template is fine, (b) pixel-level control and custom layouts matter, (c) I want plugins for things no coaching tool offers.
  5. How many tools are you willing to pay for and maintain? (a) one, (b) two or three, (c) I don't mind a stack if each part is best in class.

Which website builder matches your answers?

Use the pattern of your answers, not a single question. The ranking below follows one criterion line, and the table maps typical answer patterns to the pick that fits them.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, booking and checkout on the site, lead capture and email, between-session delivery, total monthly stack cost, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).

How do the ten builders compare at a glance?

The quick view: Coachful covers the whole client journey, Squarespace and Wix are the strongest general builders, and the rest are specialists. Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026 and shown as the billed-annually monthly rate where one is listed.

How we chose: we read each vendor's pricing and help documentation as listed in October 2026 and public review summaries, then scored how much of a parenting coach's journey (find, book, sign, pay, do the work, rebook) each builder handles natively. We did not run hands-on tests of every tool, and we say so where a detail is not documented.

1. Why is Coachful the best website builder for parenting coaches?

Coachful is the best fit because the website is the front door to the rest of your practice: the "Book a free call" button leads to a real booking page, the "Join the program" button leads to checkout, and the parent lands in a branded client app with their week's tasks. Nothing needs to be glued together with Zapier.

What the website side gives you

Coachful's builder is section-based, with 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, a custom domain and SEO settings for each page. If you already have a site elsewhere, the Import website option brings it in as a starting point. For a parenting coach, that means a Home page, an About page with your training and your own story, a Work With Me page listing a discovery call, a 1:1 program and a workshop, plus a blog for the questions parents actually search, such as toddler sleep regressions or teen phone rules.

A link-in-bio page that sells is included too, which matters if parents find you on Instagram. Funnels cover the four routes most parenting practices need: booking, application, lead magnet and checkout. Each can carry Meta Pixel and UTM tracking, and GA4 is supported, so you can tell whether your sleep-guide download or your school workshop brings in more clients.

What happens after a parent clicks "Book"

Booking pages respect availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and the parent's time zone, and sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars. Sessions run on built-in video or with auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Email reminders are standard, with SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled, which helps with the "I forgot, the baby was up all night" no-show. Intake questions on the booking form let you ask the child's age, the main concern and whether a co-parent will join.

Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, order bumps, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with an invoice for each transaction. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so you only pay Stripe or Razorpay processing. A coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first call and is stored on the client record, which is where you put your scope line and referral policy. More on that on our coaching contracts page.

Where parents do the work between sessions

This is the part a general website builder cannot give you. Inside a Coachful program you can set weekly goals, daily tasks and habits ("10 minutes of special time", "name the feeling before the consequence"), morning and evening check-ins, and goals with progress bars and streaks. Courses, downloads and videos are delivered into the parent's branded home and app. When a cohort enrolls in your group program, a cohort group is created automatically, with a community feed, group chat and video events. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, can brief you before each session from the parent's check-ins and notes, and draft your weekly emails.

Here is a short walkthrough of the website builder:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", or use the "Want us to build it for you?" card on the Website page, and describe the site you want. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, such as your logo, photos and the copy you already have. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. In one recent build, a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream where every button led to a free 20-minute consultation; a parenting coach could ask for the same shape with a "Book a calm-home call" button. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Limits worth knowing

Squarespace, Wix, Showit and WordPress give you more general design freedom and a plugin or app ecosystem; Coachful has no third-party plugins. Coachful is not a general website builder for non-coaching sites, so a separate shop for printed parenting cards or a school PTA site belongs elsewhere. It is not HIPAA-certified and is not a place for clinical records, which suits coaching but not therapy. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan, though a free trial exists. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account.

In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, from solo coaches to small teams replacing four to six tools. It does not do clinical records, PayPal or general-purpose websites. To start, take the free trial and request the free white-glove build for your site. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). See the coach website builder page for the feature list.

2. Is Squarespace good for a parenting coach website?

Squarespace is a strong choice if you want a beautiful brand site and are happy to pay for a separate scheduler. Its templates are among the most polished of the general builders on this list.

Squarespace public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Squarespace's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, plans are Basic at $25/mo ($19/mo billed annually), Core at $39/mo ($29/mo annual), Plus at $65/mo ($49/mo annual) and Advanced at $139/mo ($99/mo annual). Core is the plan Squarespace pitches at service businesses. There is no free plan; every site starts with a 14-day free trial with no card, though trial sites cannot be exported.

For a parenting practice, the catch is booking. Online booking comes from Acuity Scheduling, a separate subscription listed at $16 to $55/mo billed annually, added with the Scheduling block. Acuity brings intake forms, reminders, packages and memberships, so the discovery-call flow works well once both are paid for. Squarespace sells services, courses, memberships and subscriptions natively, but digital content and memberships carry a Squarespace fee of 7% on Basic, 5% on Core, 1% on Plus and 0% on Advanced, on top of card processing. If you sell a self-paced "Toddler Tantrums Toolkit" course on Core, that 5% adds up.

Where it falls short is between sessions. There are no habits, daily check-ins or per-family programs, so homework still travels by email. Public reviews are mixed: Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 6,313 reviews when checked in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if design control is your top priority, you mainly sell single sessions, and you are comfortable running Acuity alongside it.

3. Can Wix handle bookings for parenting coaching?

Yes, from the Core plan up. Wix is the most flexible general builder here for coaches who want native bookings without a second subscription.

Wix public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Wix's homepage in October 2026.

Wix lists Light at $17/mo, Core at $29/mo, Business at $39/mo and Business Elite at $159/mo, all billed annually, as listed in October 2026. There is a free plan with Wix branding and no custom domain, and no free trial of Premium plans, only a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first upgrade. Light cannot accept payments, which rules it out for a paid practice.

Wix Bookings, included from Core, handles appointments and classes with online payment, so a discovery call and a Saturday "Calm Mornings" parent workshop can both be booked from your site. The Pricing Plans app sells memberships, session packages and subscriptions, and the Online Programs app runs step-by-step courses, programs and challenges, which is the closest any general builder gets to a parenting program. A Contacts CRM with segments and Wix Email Marketing handle the newsletter. Wix lists no platform commission on sales; US card processing through Wix Payments is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

The trade-off is that these are separate apps bolted onto a website, so your intake, payments, programs and email live in different corners of the dashboard. There are no coaching agreements with e-signature, no morning and evening check-ins, and no per-client status that tells you which family has gone quiet. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 29,316 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a drag-and-drop builder with an app marketplace, and simple programs plus bookings cover what you deliver.

4. Does Kajabi suit a course-led parenting business?

Kajabi suits parenting coaches whose income comes mostly from courses and a community, not 1:1 programs. It combines a website, funnels, email, courses and community in one product, at a high entry price.

Kajabi public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 0 AI credits; Growth is $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro is $499/mo ($399/mo annual). The standard trial is 14 days. Kajabi Payments in the US is 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2% depending on plan.

For a parenting coach with a flagship course such as "Raising Resilient Teens" and a paid community of parents, Kajabi's funnels and email do the launch work well. Five products on Basic is tight once you add a sleep mini-course, a workshop replay and a community. Kajabi frames coaching as products and communities rather than per-client plans: there is no habit tracking and no daily client check-ins, so the family who needs a nudge on day three of a new routine gets the same course as everyone else. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026.

If you are comparing course tools more broadly, see our list of course platforms for parenting coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if your practice is a course and community business first, with little 1:1 work, and you need Kajabi's specific launch features.

5. Should a parenting coach use WordPress.com?

WordPress.com makes sense if your marketing is blog-first and you enjoy configuring plugins. It is the most extensible option here, and the most maintenance.

WordPress.com public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
WordPress.com's homepage in October 2026.

Plans as listed in October 2026: Free (subdomain, ads, no plugins, 10% fee on payments), Personal $4/mo annual (8% fee), Premium $8/mo annual (4% fee), Business $25/mo annual (2% fee, 0% on standard WooCommerce payments) and Commerce $45/mo annual (0% fee). Plugins can be installed on any paid plan from Personal. Monthly plans refund within 7 days and annual plans within 14.

Parenting is a search-heavy niche. Parents type exact problems ("4 year old hitting siblings", "how to talk to a teen about vaping"), and long, helpful articles can bring steady traffic. WordPress has the best blogging tools on this list and a built-in newsletter with unlimited subscribers on every plan. Booking, courses and memberships come from plugins, each with its own settings, updates and sometimes its own fees. That flexibility is real, and so is the cost: you become the person who fixes a broken booking plugin the evening before a webinar.

WordPress.com also charges its own fee on paid subscriptions and payments on the lower plans, so selling a monthly parenting membership on Personal costs 8% before Stripe. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 4,204 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if a blog is your main growth channel, you want plugins for something no coaching tool does, and you have time to maintain them.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

6. Is Systeme.io enough on a tight budget?

Systeme.io is enough for a parenting coach selling downloads and courses through funnels, and it is the cheapest way to get funnels plus email. It is not built for 1:1 coaching.

Systeme.io public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan never expires and includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 blog and a custom domain. Startup is $17/mo with 5,000 contacts and 10 funnels, Webinar is $47/mo and Unlimited is $97/mo. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews in October 2026, a high score from a large sample.

A "free potty-training checklist" funnel into a five-email sequence into a low-cost course is exactly what Systeme.io does well, and the free plan covers it. The gap is everything after a parent wants to talk to you. There is no native 1:1 scheduling tied to client records, no habits or check-ins, and older profiles note basic community and course features with no branded mobile app. You would add a separate scheduler and keep session notes elsewhere.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue is mostly low-ticket digital products and you want the lowest possible starting cost.

7. What does Podia offer parenting coaches?

Podia offers a simple storefront where a parenting coach can sell courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and a community from one page. Simplicity is the selling point.

Podia public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Mover is $49/mo ($42/mo annual) with a 5% Podia transaction fee, Shaker is $99/mo ($84/mo annual) and Earthquaker is $179/mo ($150/mo annual), both with 0% Podia fee. Each plan includes a modest email allowance: 100, 500 and 1,000 subscribers respectively. There is a 14-day trial with no card.

For a coach with a "Sibling Peace" mini-course, a recorded workshop and a few paid calls, Podia is pleasant to set up. The email allowances are the first pinch: parenting lead magnets can attract hundreds of subscribers quickly, and 100 on Mover will not last. Older profiles also note no mobile app and no native video calls, and there are no habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so ongoing family programs run outside it. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you want the simplest possible storefront for a handful of digital products and occasional calls.

8. When is Showit the right call?

Showit is right when visual design is central to your brand and you already run booking and payments in another tool. It is a design canvas, not a business system.

Showit public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Showit's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Showit is $22/mo billed annually without a blog, $27/mo annual with the Basic Starter Blog (up to 10K blog visits a month, pre-installed plugins only) and $39/mo annual with the Advanced Blog (up to 25K visits, plugins allowed). Blogs run on Showit-hosted WordPress. There is a 14-day trial with no card, though you cannot connect a domain or blog during it.

Showit's footer lists coaching among its target industries, and its drag-and-drop canvas lets you place every photo of your own family, every hand-drawn illustration, exactly where you want. It does not process payments and has no native booking, store, membership area or courses. Those come from embedded tools such as HoneyBook or Dubsado, or from WordPress plugins on the Advanced Blog plan. So the real cost is Showit plus whatever handles the calls and checkout. Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 16 reviews in October 2026, a small sample.

Pick it over Coachful if custom visual design matters more than anything else and you are happy to pay for and connect a separate client-management tool.

9. Can Stan Store replace a full website?

Stan Store can replace a website only for parenting coaches who sell almost entirely from Instagram or TikTok. It is a link-in-bio storefront.

Stan Store public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Stan Store's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Creator is $29/mo ($25/mo annual) and Creator Pro is $99/mo ($79/mo annual). Stan charges 0% on sales; Stripe or PayPal processing applies. There is a 14-day free trial. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro.

For a parenting creator posting short videos about toddler meltdowns, a Stan page selling, for example, a downloadable script pack and a paid 45-minute call is quick to build. It stops there. There are no contracts, invoices or client records, no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins, and no team seats advertised. Once a parent moves from a one-off call into a six-week program, you need something else. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is one store link for social followers and you have no plans for ongoing programs.

10. Is Carrd enough for a new parenting coach?

Carrd is enough for a coach who needs a credible one-page site this weekend and will book calls through another tool. It is the cheapest option with a custom domain.

Carrd public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Carrd's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026, Carrd's free plan allows 3 sites on carrd.co subdomains with Carrd branding. Pro Lite is $0.75/mo annual (no custom domain or forms), Pro Standard is $1.58/mo annual ($19/year) with custom domains, forms and embeds, and Pro Plus is $4.08/mo annual ($49/year), the tier needed to take payment through a form via your own Stripe account. Carrd charges no fee of its own. There is a 7-day Pro trial with no card.

A single page with your photo, a paragraph on who you help ("parents of strong-willed 3 to 7 year olds"), and an embedded booking link is a sensible first step. There is no blog, booking, store, member area or course feature listed, and email signups connect to external tools. Everything past the first click lives somewhere else. Trustpilot showed 3.1 from 61 reviews in October 2026. If you are weighing very low-cost routes, see our guide to the cheapest website builders for coaches.

Pick it over Coachful if you are testing the idea of parenting coaching and only need a page that points to a calendar link for now.

What will it cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

For most website builders, the client count barely changes the bill; what changes it is the extra tools you add for booking, email and client delivery. These are example stacks at listed annual rates, before card processing, so treat them as a starting estimate.

Add them up for your own stack before comparing. For pricing your own programs, our 90-day plan for starting a parenting coaching business walks through setting a rate from your hours and costs.

How would a parenting coach set this up in Coachful?

A parenting coach can go from blank account to a working site and first program in a few focused sessions. Here is an example setup for a coach who helps parents of 3 to 8 year olds with big emotions.

  2. Set your booking rules. Create a free discovery call and a paid 1:1 session. Open evening slots, add a 15-minute buffer, set minimum notice, and connect your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar. Add intake questions: child's age, main concern, and whether a co-parent will join.
  3. Write the agreement. Include your scope line (coaching is not therapy or medical care), your referral policy, cancellation terms and how you handle information about children. It goes out for e-signature before the first call.
  4. Build the program. A six-week "Calmer Evenings" program: one weekly goal, two daily tasks, a habit such as "10 minutes of one-on-one play", and an evening check-in asking how bedtime went. Start from one of the program templates if it saves time.
  5. Connect checkout. Link your Stripe or Razorpay account, then offer the program as a one-time payment or a three-part payment plan.
  6. Add a lead-magnet funnel. Offer a "bedtime routine checklist" download, then a short email sequence that ends with an invitation to book a call.
  7. Publish your first articles. Two or three blog posts answering exact parent questions, with SEO titles and descriptions set per page.

Clients, programs and content you already have elsewhere are imported for you during onboarding, so the migration is not a weekend of copy-paste.

What red flags and switching costs should you watch for?

The biggest risk is not picking the "wrong" builder; it is building a stack you cannot afford to leave. Watch for these:

  • Fees on your own programs. Squarespace's fee on digital content and memberships, WordPress.com's fee on payments on lower plans, Podia's 5% on Mover and Kajabi's extra fee with outside processors all scale with revenue. Check the fee before you launch a membership.
  • A booking tool that knows nothing about the client. If your scheduler, notes and payments live in three places, you will spend Sunday evenings reconciling who paid for what.
  • Collecting more about children than you need. Your site serves parents, not children. In the US, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act governs online collection of personal data from children under 13 (overview), and in the EU and UK the GDPR applies to any personal data you hold. Keep intake questions minimal and check obligations with an attorney where you practise.
  • No export path. Trial sites on Squarespace cannot be exported, and plugin-built WordPress sites can be hard to move. Coachful offers a full client data export as a ZIP, covering roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses, plus course export.
  • Renewal timing. Annual plans lock you in. If a renewal is close, migrate before it, not after.
  • Clinical drift. If your work starts to look like therapy (diagnosis, treatment, insurance billing), you need a clinical system and the right credentials. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for clinical records.

Switching costs are mostly time: rewriting pages, rebuilding the booking flow, re-uploading course videos and moving your email list. The white-glove build and onboarding import reduce most of that when the destination is Coachful.

What is our verdict?

For most parenting coaches who sell multi-week programs, Coachful is the best website builder because the site, booking, checkout, agreements, email and the parent's between-session work sit behind one login, and the free white-glove build gets the site live quickly. Squarespace and Wix are the best general builders if you want more design freedom and are willing to manage separate tools for client work. Kajabi suits course-first practices with budget to match, WordPress.com suits blog-first coaches who like plugins, and Systeme.io, Podia, Showit, Stan Store and Carrd each fill a narrower job. Frequently asked questions

What is the best website builder for parenting coaches?

Coachful, for parenting coaches who run programs and want booking, payments, agreements, email and a client app behind the same site. Squarespace or Wix suit coaches who prioritise design freedom and mainly sell single sessions.

Do parenting coaches need a website at all?

Not on day one, but referrals from schools and paediatricians usually lead to a search for your name, and parents want to see your approach and training before booking. A simple site with a booking button and a clear scope statement builds that trust. Our guide on how to become a parenting coach covers the early steps.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a free build on every plan: you describe the website, funnel, program or email sequence you want, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent credentials or testimonials, and it does not include logo design, video recording or ad management.

Can parents book and pay on the same site?

In Coachful, yes: the booking page and checkout are part of the same account, with paid sessions, session credits and payment plans. Squarespace needs Acuity for booking, and Showit and Carrd rely on embedded tools.

What pages should a parenting coach website include?

Home, About (your training and why you do this work), Work With Me (offers, prices and who it is not for), a blog, Contact, and a privacy page. Add a lead magnet such as a bedtime or screen-time checklist to build your email list.

Should I mention that coaching is not therapy on my site?

Yes. A short statement that coaching is not therapy or medical care, and that you refer families to paediatricians, psychologists or family therapists when needed, sets expectations and protects both sides. Repeat it in your coaching agreement.

Is it safe to collect information about children on intake forms?

Collect only what you need for coaching, such as age range and the main concern, and explain how you store it. Rules differ by country, so check with an attorney about obligations where you and your clients live.

Can I run group workshops for parents from my website?

Yes. Coachful includes group calls, webinars and cohort groups created automatically when parents enroll in a group program. Wix Bookings handles classes, and Kajabi and Podia sell webinars or communities.

Can I move my existing Squarespace or Wix site to Coachful?

Yes. Use the Import website option or request a white-glove rebuild, and clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Plan the move before your current plan renews.

Is Coachful a good choice if I also want a general blog or shop unrelated to coaching?

No. Coachful is not a general website builder for non-coaching sites and has no third-party plugins. Keep a separate builder for that project and use Coachful for the practice.
