10 Best Coaching Software With a Website Builder (2026 Guide)

The best coaching software with a website builder is the one where your website, booking page, checkout and client delivery live behind a single login, so a visitor can go from your homepage to a signed agreement and their first program week without you stitching tools together. The deciding question is simple: do you want one platform that runs the whole client journey, or a coaching tool bolted onto a separate site builder that you keep in sync by hand?
Our pick is Coachful, because its section-based website builder, funnels, booking, payments, contracts and program delivery share one client record and one branded client app. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but the reasons are concrete and listed below. The other nine platforms each win for a specific kind of coach: Kajabi for course-heavy businesses, Systeme.io for tight budgets, Paperbell for simple one-to-one packages, and so on.
This guide compares ten platforms on the website features coaches actually use (templates, custom domain, blog, SEO settings, funnels) and on what happens after someone books. Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026; feature details marked as profile data were checked in September 2026.
What do coaches need from software that includes a website?
Coaches need a site that sells one clear offer and hands the visitor straight into booking, payment and onboarding without a second account. A pretty homepage is the easy part. The hard part is everything the homepage connects to.
Look at how a typical new client arrives. They find you through a podcast, a post or a referral, land on your homepage, read your About page, and then either book a consultation, apply for a program or download a lead magnet. If they buy, they need an agreement, an invoice, a calendar invite with a video link, and somewhere to find their homework. If each of those steps sits in a different tool, every handoff is a place where a client gets lost or a coach copies data by hand.
So the checklist for coaching software with a website builder looks like this:
- Site basics: designed templates, a custom domain, a blog, SEO settings (titles, descriptions, social images), and a way to import or rebuild an existing site.
- Conversion paths: booking pages, application forms, lead-magnet pages and checkout pages, ideally with pixel and UTM tracking so you know which posts bring clients.
- Handoff into delivery: the buyer becomes a client record automatically, receives the agreement to sign, and lands in their program or course.
- Between-session delivery: goals, habits, check-ins and messages, so the website promise ("12 weeks of support") is something you can actually deliver.
- Email: lists, broadcasts and sequences that follow up with people who downloaded a guide but have not booked yet.
Two scope points belong on every coaching website. First, coaching is not therapy or medical care: if you work in health, mindset or relationships, say on your site what you do and do not do, and refer clients to a licensed professional when they need treatment. The ICF Code of Ethics is a useful reference for how to describe the coaching relationship honestly. Second, testimonials and results claims are regulated advertising in many countries; the US Federal Trade Commission explains the rules in its Endorsement Guides FAQ. If you collect leads from the EU, GDPR also applies to your forms and email lists. For specifics in your country, check with an attorney.
If you are still deciding what pages a coaching site needs, our guide to coaching websites covers the six core pages, and 11 coaching website features that help visitors decide goes section by section.

How did we choose and rank these tools?
We pictured one realistic practice and asked what each platform would need around it. The example: a coach with 15 active one-to-one clients and one group program of 12 weeks, who wants a five-page website on their own domain, a free guide that builds an email list, an application form for the group program, and a booking page for consultations. This is an illustrative scenario, not a customer.
For each tool we checked, from vendor pricing pages and documentation, whether it could run that whole practice on its own, what it would cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and which extra tools you would still need. We did not run hands-on tests; where we mention reviewer complaints, they come from public reviews and the vendor profiles we keep, and we say so.
Platforms that cover the site and the delivery ranked higher. Platforms with a strong site but no client delivery (course and storefront tools) ranked lower for coaches whose income comes from programs and sessions. Direct coaching-management tools with a lighter website, like Paperbell, Delenta and CoachVantage, sit in the middle: they handle delivery well but expect you to keep, or skip, a full marketing site.
1. Coachful: the whole client journey behind one website
Coachful is a coaching platform where the website is one part of a single system rather than a separate product. One subscription covers the site and funnels, booking, payments, coaching agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, email and an AI assistant. You log in once; your clients use one branded app.

The website builder. Sites are built from sections, so you add a hero, a testimonial block, a pricing block or an FAQ and edit the words in place. There are 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, SEO settings, a custom domain, and an Import website option if you are leaving another platform. Because the site sits inside the same account as your offers and calendar, a "Book a call" button points at a real booking page and a "Join the program" button points at a real checkout, without embed codes. A link-in-bio page that sells is included too, for coaches who get most traffic from social profiles.

Funnels and email. Coachful has booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, with about 25 funnel templates, pixels and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits are built in, so the person who downloads your guide can get a five-email follow-up that ends in a consultation invite. Meta Pixel and GA4 are supported integrations. Read more on the funnel software page.

Booking and payments. Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook sync. Sessions can use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links, with email reminders plus SMS and WhatsApp once messaging is enabled. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on client payments (since August 2026); only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record.
What happens after the sale. This is where Coachful differs from site-first tools. A buyer becomes a client with a record holding goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions. Programs run for as many weeks as you set, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, progress bars and streaks. Joining a group program creates a cohort group in the community automatically. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking are delivered into the same client home. Your website's promise of support between sessions is something the software actually does.
Michelle, the AI assistant. Michelle works from your live practice data: it can draft website copy, emails and programs, brief you before sessions and summarize recorded sessions. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.
Here is a short walkthrough of the website builder:
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you", and describe the website, funnel, sales page, program, email sequence or link-in-bio you want. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos, brand guide and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recent builds include a five-page site in sage and cream for a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, with every button leading to a 20-minute consultation; a homepage and About page rebuilt for a somatic coach leaving Kajabi, with the contact form connected; and one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button for a leadership coach whose Squarespace renewal was days away. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Details are in our guide to the white-glove build.

Who it is for. Coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions; solo coaches growing into a small team (Studio and Agency plans add coach seats); and coaches replacing four to six tools. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates give you a starting point beyond the website. Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.
What it does not do. Coachful is not a general website builder for non-coaching sites and has no third-party plugins. It is not HIPAA-certified, so clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app is your branding inside the Coachful app, not a listing under your own App Store account. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.
Price. Plans are flat monthly prices; lower plans cap clients and Pro is unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and you can start with a free trial. See the coach website builder page for the full feature list.
2. Kajabi: the strongest site for course and membership sellers

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. Its website side is mature: a full website with a blog, unlimited landing pages and a custom domain (September 2026 profile data), plus funnels it calls Pipelines with checkout, upsells and email sequences. If your business is mostly courses, memberships and a community, Kajabi gives you a polished storefront for all of it.
Coaching is handled as a product type. Kajabi's profile notes a built-in scheduler, group coaching sessions with live video, and structured coaching programs with milestones. What it lacks for one-to-one work is the daily layer: there is no habit tracking, no daily client check-ins and no e-signature contracts, so most coaches add a contract tool.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products and 2,500 contacts, Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual) and Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, slightly less on higher plans; using another processor (excluding PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. Basic includes 0 AI credits. The standard trial is 14 days. Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we checked on October 25, 2026.
The main limits are price and caps: 2,500 contacts and 5 products on Basic fill up quickly for a coach with a growing email list. If you are thinking of moving off it, our guide to moving a coaching website off Kajabi, Wix or Squarespace covers the steps.
Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from self-paced courses and memberships with large audiences, and one-to-one coaching is a small side offer.
3. AttractWell: a marketing suite with texting and a site

AttractWell is an all-in-one platform aimed at coaches, course creators, consultants, authors and speakers. It covers a website, funnels, blog, CRM, email and texting, booking, contracts, invoicing and a store, plus a Facebook-style community and memberships with recurring payments. Courses are called "vaults".
The plans are where you need care, because almost everything is metered. As listed in October 2026: Starter $69/mo (500 contacts, 100 texts a month, 2 domains, 10 pages, 1 vault and 1 class, 2 booking links, no call packages); Basic $99/mo (1,000 contacts, 250 pages, 5 call packages); Premium $129/mo (4,000 contacts, unlimited pages and booking links); Pro $179/mo; Diamond $239/mo; Team $600/mo. There is no free trial as such: the first month is $1 on every plan. AttractWell advertises a 0% transaction fee, with your payment processor's standard fees on top. Trustpilot showed 4.6 from 21 reviews on October 27, 2026.
The practical effect for our example coach: selling session packages requires Basic at minimum, and a growing list pushes you up the ladder by contact count rather than by client count. Unlimited vaults and classes cost an extra $17/mo. We could not confirm from the packet whether AttractWell offers per-client habit tracking or daily check-ins, so treat that as unverified and ask the vendor before you buy.
Pick it over Coachful if text-message marketing to a large list is central to how you sell, and you want many separate domains for different brands.
4. Systeme.io: the cheapest way to get a site and funnels

Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite built around funnels. Its profile lists a website builder, blog and custom domain, drag-and-drop funnels with A/B tests, upsells and order bumps, email automation, courses, a basic community and an affiliate program. It also lists a native booking calendar with paid bookings.
Its pricing is the reason many new coaches start here. As listed in October 2026: Free $0 (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 custom domain), Startup $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar $47/mo and Unlimited $97/mo. The free plan never expires and needs no credit card, and Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees even on the free plan. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews on October 25, 2026.
What you give up is the coaching layer. There are no client records with session notes, no habits or check-ins, no contracts, no live video rooms and no member or admin app (September 2026 profile data). You would pair it with a separate scheduler, a contract tool and something to deliver programs, and that is where the low price starts to climb. Our cheapest website builder for coaches guide adds those costs up.
Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, mainly building an email list with funnels, and happy to run sessions from a separate calendar tool for now.
5. Paperbell: simple site plus 1:1 package admin

Paperbell is admin software for solo coaches that bundles a simple website with booking, packages, payments, contracts and a client portal. Its profile describes a branded coaching website with a custom URL and landing pages, built around the packages you sell. For a coach who needs "a page, a checkout and a calendar", it is quick to set up.
One price covers everything: $97/mo, or $80.83/mo billed annually, with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages (as listed in October 2026). There is a "Try For Free" button; an older help-center note from July 2026 describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS off. Paperbell offers a 30-day money-back guarantee and no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal. Trustpilot showed 3.5 from 14 reviews on October 25, 2026.
The site is simple by design. Paperbell has no funnel builder, no courses platform, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and there is no native mobile app (mobile browser only). Teams are not supported: one service provider per account. We cover the website side in detail in our Paperbell website review and list options in Paperbell alternatives with a website.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell only one-to-one packages, want PayPal at checkout, and prefer one fixed price with nothing else to configure.
6. Delenta: a coaching portal with a branded landing page

Delenta is a coaching practice platform with a CRM, scheduling, contracts, invoicing, client portals, group coaching and, on Premium, courses and a white-label mobile app. On the website side, its profile describes a branded coach landing page with a booking calendar and a landing page to discovery call to purchase flow. It is not a full site builder, so coaches who want a blog and several pages usually keep a separate site.
Delenta prices by client portals, as listed in October 2026: Starter $29/mo ($19.08/mo annual) with 10 client portals, Pro $49/mo ($39.08/mo annual) with 40, and Premium $79/mo ($58.25/mo annual) with unlimited portals. Teams and Enterprise are custom-priced. The pricing page conflicts on trial length (the headline says 14 days, the FAQ says 7), with no credit card required. There are no additional transaction fees beyond Stripe or PayPal. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from just 5 reviews on October 25, 2026.
Its profile notes a HIPAA compliance announcement in March 2026, which matters if you work near clinical settings. Reviewers quoted in the profile call the calendar "somewhat limited" and phone scheduling "clunky".
Pick it over Coachful if you need your own white-label app listing or a HIPAA-oriented setup, and you already have a website you plan to keep.
7. CoachVantage: CRM and sales pages, no full website

CoachVantage is practice management for coaches: a CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses. For the web side it offers program sales pages and booking pages, not a full website, so its own profile lists WordPress or Squarespace as the usual companion.
Two plans, as listed in October 2026: Clarity at $39/mo ($35/mo annual), which caps you at 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month and 2 courses; and Aha! at $59/mo ($53/mo annual), which removes the caps on programs, sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures. Both include unlimited contacts. The trial is 14 days with no card, and CoachVantage takes no commission on your revenue beyond Stripe or PayPal fees.
Its profile says there are no multi-coach team features yet and no iOS or Android app, and reviewers describe the built-in CVMeet video as weak, so many still use Zoom. It does export coaching logs in an ICF format, which credential-seeking coaches will value.
Pick it over Coachful if you already run a WordPress site you love and want a focused back office with ICF-style logs alongside it.
8. Coaches Console: the long-standing suite with a public site

Coaches Console is one of the older coach business systems. It bundles a CRM, calendar, a public website module, a private client website, email autoresponders, invoicing, online agreements in the enrollment flow, and courses on its higher plan. Capterra reviewers quoted in its profile say it replaced "at least 5 separate tools".
It also has the highest entry price in this group. As listed in October 2026: Core Console System $197/mo ($166.42/mo annual) and Total Console System $297/mo ($249.75/mo annual), which adds unlimited products and courses. There is no free trial; billing details are required at signup, with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Reviewers describe the interface as dated. The profile lists no built-in video, no SMS, no community, no habit tracking, no installment plans or coupons per reviewers, and no team features. Funnels are a shopping cart plus autoresponders rather than a visual builder.
Pick it over Coachful if you value a long track record over a modern interface and want PayPal or Authorize.net alongside Stripe.
9. Thinkific: a course site that can sell coaching

Thinkific is a course platform first. Its profile lists a site builder with themes, a custom domain and landing pages, plus communities, memberships and a "Coaching & Webinars" product type delivered over Zoom. For a coach whose main product is a course, the website side is capable.
As listed in October 2026: Start $109/mo ($82/mo annual), Grow $219/mo ($164/mo annual) and Expand $499/mo ($374/mo annual), each with a 30-day free trial. Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. Thinkific charges 0% on sales through Thinkific Payments; third-party gateways carry an extra per-plan fee. A branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on. Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 868 reviews on October 25, 2026.
The gap for coaches is one-to-one work. Thinkific has no built-in booking calendar or calendar sync (you paste a link to a separate scheduler), no contracts, and no habits or check-ins. That makes it a second tool to manage for anyone whose income comes from sessions.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is a course catalogue with thousands of students and live coaching is an occasional group call.
10. Stan Store: a storefront in your bio, not a full site

Stan Store is a link-in-bio storefront for selling digital products, courses, memberships and paid calls. Its profile describes custom-domain support but says plainly that it is not a full website builder. For coaches who get clients from Instagram or TikTok, it turns a bio link into a shop with calendar bookings and Google Calendar sync.
As listed in October 2026: Creator $29/mo ($25/mo annual) and Creator Pro $99/mo ($79/mo annual), both with unlimited products and customers and a 14-day trial. Stan takes 0% of sales beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. Email marketing, upsells, discount codes and affiliates are only on Creator Pro. Trustpilot showed 4.7 from 2,205 reviews on October 25, 2026.
There are no contracts, invoices or client records, and no programs with tasks, habits or check-ins. It works as a front door, not a practice.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell mainly low-priced digital products to a social audience and do not need a multi-page website or client delivery yet.
Which features does each platform include?
Only Coachful covers every column below in one product. "Partial" means the feature exists in a limited form, described in the tool sections above; "not verified" means we could not confirm it from vendor information.
| Tool | Full site builder | Funnels | Email sequences | 1:1 booking | Contracts | Habits and check-ins | Courses | Community |

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
The monthly software price is only part of the bill. A tool that lacks booking, contracts or program delivery means paying for those separately, and a platform that adds its own fee on top of card processing costs more as you sell more. The table uses each vendor's monthly price as listed in October 2026 for the lowest plan that fits our example practice; it excludes card processing and add-on tools.
| Tool | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What you still add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for site, booking, contracts or delivery |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | Contract tool; extra fee if not on Kajabi Payments |
| AttractWell | $99 (Basic, for call packages) | $99 (Basic) | $99 (Basic; contact cap 1,000) | Higher plan as your list grows |
| Systeme.io | $17 (Startup) | $17 (Startup) | $17 (Startup) | Contracts, client records, program delivery |
| Paperbell | $97 | $97 | $97 | Funnel or marketing site, email marketing |
| Delenta | $29 (Starter) | $49 (Pro) | $49 (Pro, 40 portals) | A full website and email marketing |
| CoachVantage | $59 (Aha!, for unlimited pages) | $59 (Aha!) | $59 (Aha!) | A website and email marketing |
| Coaches Console | $197 (Core) | $197 (Core) | $197 (Core) | Video calls, community |
| Thinkific | $109 (Start) | $109 (Start) | $109 (Start) | Scheduler, contracts, invoicing |
| Stan Store | $99 (Creator Pro, for email) | $99 (Creator Pro) | $99 (Creator Pro) | Contracts, invoices, client records, a full site |

How do you set up a coaching website in Coachful, step by step?
Here is how the example practice from earlier (15 one-to-one clients and a 12-week group program) would go live in Coachful. Each step notes what the client sees.

- Pick a template or import your old site. Choose one of the 30 homepage templates, or use Import website to bring over your current pages. If you would rather not do it yourself, request the white-glove build with your logo, photos and existing copy attached. Client view: nothing yet; the site stays on your current domain until you switch.
- Write five pages. Home, About, Work With Me, Results and Contact, plus a Privacy Policy. Keep one primary button on every page. Our coaching website copy guide has complete examples. Client view: a site where every button leads to one next step.
- Connect your domain and SEO settings. Point your custom domain, then set page titles, descriptions and social images. Check that text contrast and headings meet the basics in the W3C's WCAG overview. Client view: your own address in search results and link previews.
- Create the booking page. Set availability, buffers and minimum notice, connect Google, Apple or Outlook, and add intake questions. Client view: times shown in their own time zone, a calendar invite with a video link, and reminders.
- Build the offers. Connect Stripe Connect or Razorpay, then create the one-to-one package and the group program, with a payment plan if you want one. Attach your coaching agreement for e-signature. Client view: a checkout with Apple Pay or Google Pay, then an agreement to sign before the first call. Have an attorney review the agreement for your country.
- Set up two funnels. An application funnel for the group program and a lead-magnet funnel for your free guide, each with pixels and UTM tracking. Client view: a short application or a download page, followed by the email sequence.
- Write the follow-up sequence. Five emails over two weeks that teach one idea each and end with a consultation invite. Michelle can draft them for you to edit. Client view: useful emails, not a hard sell.
- Build the program. Start from one of the program templates and set weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins. A cohort group is created when people enroll. Client view: a branded app with today's tasks, their streaks and a group to talk to.
- Add the link-in-bio page. Put your consultation, guide and program on one mobile page for social profiles. Client view: the same offers whether they come from Instagram or Google.
- Review weekly. Use the client list statuses (thriving, active, quiet or at risk) to see who needs a nudge, and the funnel numbers to see which pages bring applications.

For a longer version of this process, read how to build a coaching website in 10 steps, and if you work with life coaching clients, see the page for life coaches.
What mistakes should you avoid when choosing?
Most regrets come from choosing the website first and the coaching workflow second. Watch for these:
- Judging on templates alone. Every tool here has an attractive demo. Ask what happens after someone clicks "Book": does the buyer become a client record with an agreement and a program, or an email in a spreadsheet?
- Counting only the subscription. Add the scheduler, contract tool, email tool and program app you would still need, plus any platform fee on top of card processing. Kajabi's extra fee on non-Kajabi processors and Thinkific's gateway fee change the math as revenue grows.
- Ignoring caps that do not look like client limits. Contact caps (Kajabi, AttractWell), page caps (AttractWell Starter), and sales-page or e-signature caps (CoachVantage Clarity) can force an upgrade even when your client count is flat.
- Losing your domain in a migration. Keep the domain registered in your own name, not inside a site builder's account, so you can move it later.
- Publishing results you cannot support. Testimonials and outcome claims need to reflect real, typical experiences, per the FTC guidance linked above.
- Not checking data export. Before you commit, find out how to export clients, notes and payments. Coachful exports a full ZIP of roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses.
- Over-building before you have an offer. One clear page with one button beats a ten-page site with no booking path. Our website audit checklist helps you trim.
Which coaching software with a website builder should you choose?
Choose Coachful if you sell programs or packages and want your website, funnels, booking, payments, agreements and between-session delivery in one login, with the option of having the site built for you. It is the only tool in this list that covers every column of the feature matrix.
Choose Kajabi or Thinkific if courses are the business and coaching is a small extra. Choose Systeme.io if you are building a list on almost no budget. Choose Paperbell for a simple one-to-one package business with PayPal. Choose Delenta or CoachVantage if you already have a website you want to keep. Choose AttractWell for heavy text-message marketing, Coaches Console for a long-established suite, and Stan Store if your clients come from a bio link and you sell low-priced products. For a broader list of site options, see 12 platforms to build a coaching website.
Frequently asked questions
What is coaching software with a website builder?
It is a coaching platform that includes tools to build and host your public website, usually with templates, a custom domain and landing pages. The better ones also connect that site to booking, checkout, contracts and client delivery, so visitors become clients without moving between tools.
Is it better to use a separate website builder and a coaching tool?
A separate builder gives you more design freedom, but every button becomes an embed or a link to another system, and you keep client data in two places. If your site mostly exists to book calls and sell programs, one platform is usually simpler and cheaper overall.
Can I keep my own domain name?
Yes. Coachful, Kajabi, Systeme.io, Thinkific and Stan Store all document custom domains, and Paperbell offers a custom URL. Register the domain in your own name so you can point it elsewhere later.
Is the Coachful white-glove build really free?
Yes, it is free on every plan. You describe what you want built, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.
Which platform has the lowest cost to start?
Systeme.io has a free plan that never expires and a $17/mo Startup plan, as listed in October 2026. It does not include contracts, client records or program delivery, so most coaches add other tools as they get clients.
Do I need a blog on my coaching website?
Not at the start. A blog helps people find you through search over time, but a clear homepage, About page and booking path matter more in your first months. Coachful, Kajabi and Systeme.io include blogs if you want one later.
Can I move my existing site into Coachful?
Yes. Coachful has an Import website option, and clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. You can also request a white-glove rebuild of your homepage and key pages.
Is Coachful HIPAA-compliant for health coaches?
No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system. Health coaches can still run coaching programs, habits and check-ins in Coachful, with a clear scope statement on their website.
Which tools take a cut of my sales?
Per their October 2026 listings, Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% when you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal, and Thinkific adds a per-plan fee on third-party gateways. Coachful, Systeme.io, AttractWell, Stan Store and Paperbell list no platform fee beyond card processing.
