10 Best Paperbell Alternatives With a Website (2026 Guide)

10 Best Paperbell Alternatives With a Website (2026 Guide)

The best Paperbell alternatives with a website are the ones where the site is not a brochure bolted onto the side, but the front door of the whole client journey: a visitor reads a blog post, joins your list through a funnel, books a call, signs, pays and starts the program without you copying anyone between tools. Paperbell already includes a simple coaching website on its single plan, so the real question is whether you have outgrown it. If you want a multi-page site with a blog, lead funnels, email sequences and program delivery on one login, keep reading.

Our pick is Coachful. It puts a section-based website builder with a blog, booking and checkout funnels, email sequences, programs, courses and a community into one membership, and its team will build your site for you at no extra cost. We make Coachful, so we have tried to be specific about where the other nine tools fit better, and every vendor price below is as listed in October 2026.

If you are still deciding whether to leave at all, our look at what the Paperbell website gives you covers the built-in site in detail, and the broader ranking of Paperbell alternatives compares tools on admin rather than on the website.

What does a coach's client journey need from a website?

A coaching website has to do four jobs in order: attract strangers, turn some of them into paying clients, deliver the work, and keep clients coming back. Paperbell is strongest in the middle two; most coaches who search for an alternative "with a website" are short on the first and last.

Attract: pages people find and remember

Attraction is where most coaching sites fail quietly. You need a homepage that names who you help, a Work With Me page with real offers, and a blog so search engines and referrals have something to land on. You also need a reason for a visitor to leave an email address before they are ready to book: a guide, a quiz, a short challenge or a free workshop. That means a funnel page with a form, a thank-you page and a pixel so you can see which posts and ads produce leads. Our guide to the pages and copy a coaching website needs goes through each page in turn.

Enroll: from interested to signed and paid

Enrollment is the step Paperbell was built for. A prospect books a discovery call, you send a proposal, they sign an agreement, they pay in full or in installments. The website version of this stage needs a booking page with intake questions, an application form for higher-priced offers, a checkout with payment plans and coupons, and a contract signed before the first session. If those live in different tools, the hand-offs are where leads go cold.

Deliver: the work between sessions

Delivery is where a website platform either keeps the client in your world or sends them elsewhere. Coaches who sell programs rather than single sessions need weekly goals, habits, check-ins, course lessons and files in one client home. Group programs add a cohort space and group calls. Paperbell's portal handles packages, files and sessions well, and you can read what clients see in our Paperbell client portal breakdown, but its older profile lists no courses, community, or goal and habit tracking.

Retain: renewals, referrals and the next offer

Retention is mostly email and visibility. You want a newsletter that goes to past clients, a sequence that offers the next program when the current one ends, and a way to see which clients have gone quiet before they cancel. A website platform that also holds your client list can send those messages without exporting a CSV every month.

Which tools cover each stage?

Only a few tools on this list cover all four stages on one login; most cover two or three and expect you to add a site builder or an email tool. The table below summarizes what each vendor documents.

How did we rank these Paperbell alternatives?

We ranked tools by how much of the journey above they run on one login, because every extra tool is another subscription and another place a lead can slip.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, website and funnel depth, between-session delivery, total stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and setup effort including any done-for-you build.

We have not run hands-on tests of each vendor for this article. The descriptions come from what each vendor documents on its own pages, our earlier vendor profiles (marked "older profile") and what public reviewers report. Paperbell, for reference, lists one plan at $97 a month or $970 a year, with unlimited clients and a coaching website included, as listed in October 2026.

1. Coachful: the whole journey on one login

Coachful's website template gallery on a monitor next to a tablet showing the funnels list
Coachful's website template gallery on a monitor, with the funnels list on a tablet beside brand swatches.

Coachful is a coaching platform where the website, the funnels, the email and the client program all share one database, so a visitor who downloads your guide becomes a lead, then a client, then a program member without you moving them by hand. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than one-off sessions, solo coaches who expect to add a coach or two, and anyone paying for four to six tools today.

The website itself. The builder is section-based: you stack sections such as hero, offers, testimonials you supply, FAQ and booking, and the page stays on brand without pixel-pushing. There are 30 designed homepage templates, a blog, SEO settings for each page and a custom domain. If you already have a site elsewhere, the Import website option brings the content across so you are not retyping your About page. A link-in-bio page can sell offers directly, which matters if most of your traffic comes from Instagram or TikTok.

Funnels and email. Coachful has booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, about 25 funnel templates, Meta Pixel and GA4, and UTM tracking so you can see which blog post or ad produced each lead. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences run inside the same account, with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits. A practical example: a lead-magnet funnel tags new subscribers, a five-email sequence follows, and anyone who books a discovery call drops out of the sequence automatically. In Paperbell you would usually need a separate email tool for that.

Coachful's Funnels page with three demo funnels: a free webinar, a lead magnet and a program launch.

Enrollment. Booking pages have availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Sessions can use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions sit on the booking form. Coaching agreements go out for e-signature before the first call and stay on the client record. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Stripe Tax. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee; only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies.

Delivery, which is where the site pays off. Clients land in a branded home inside the Coachful app with their programs, sessions, progress and documents. Programs run for as many weeks as you design, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goal progress bars and streaks. Courses support modules, drip and completion tracking. Enrolling in a group program creates a cohort group automatically, and the community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events sit alongside. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates give you a starting structure.

Retention and the coach's view. Each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and labels each client thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live data: it briefs you before sessions, drafts emails and content, summarizes recorded sessions and can build a program draft. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Here is a short walkthrough of the website builder:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, then "We'll build it for you · FREE" (or the "Want us to build it for you?" card on the Website and Funnels pages), you describe the site, funnel, offer page, program or email sequence you want, attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recent anonymized builds include a five-page site in sage and cream for a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation, and a single clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button for a leadership coach whose Squarespace renewal was days away. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more in how the white-glove build works.

What Coachful does not do. It is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so clinical records and insurance billing belong elsewhere. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. It is not a general website builder for non-coaching sites, and there are no third-party plugins. The client app is your branding inside the Coachful app, not an app under your own App Store account. There is no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams and no Salesforce or HubSpot integration.

Price. Plans are flat monthly, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial. Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews. See the coach website builder page for the website feature list.

2. Kajabi: a strong site for course-led coaches

Kajabi suits coaches whose business is mostly courses, memberships and a large email list, with coaching as a premium tier on top. Its product menu lists courses, communities, newsletters, coaching, digital downloads, memberships and podcasts, plus a website builder, funnels and automations, email marketing and a branded mobile app.

For a coach leaving Paperbell for a better website, Kajabi's appeal is that the site, the checkout and the email list are one system with no revenue share. The Basic plan lists 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 website, 1 community and 2 admin users. Growth lists 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 11 admin users; Pro lists unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, 3 websites and 3 communities. Extra contacts come in blocks of 25,000 for $125 a month.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Basic $179 a month ($143 billed annually), Growth $249 ($199 annually), Pro $499 ($399 annually). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 per card charge on Basic, falling slightly on higher plans. The page mentions a trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee on every plan.

The limits for coaches are around one-to-one delivery. Kajabi does not document weekly habits, morning and evening check-ins or per-client status in the way a coaching platform does, and 5 products on Basic fills up quickly once you have a free guide, a course, a group program and two coaching packages. It is also the most expensive entry plan here apart from Coaches Console.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue comes mostly from courses sold to thousands of contacts and coaching is a small add-on.

3. Coaches Console: an older all-in-one with a site included

Coaches Console homepage with its coach business system headline and navigation
Coaches Console's homepage in October 2026.

Coaches Console is one of the longest-running coach business systems. Its documented scope covers a CRM, calendar, website, client portal, email and invoicing, with courses on the higher plan. For a Paperbell user, that is the closest like-for-like swap that also includes a website and email marketing.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Core Console System $197 a month ($166.42 billed annually) for a single coach account, and Total Console System $297 a month ($249.75 annually), which adds unlimited products and courses. Client limits are not specified. There is no free trial; billing details are needed at signup, with a 30-day money-back guarantee instead. No setup fees are listed.

The trade-offs: it has the highest entry price in the coaching-admin group, and reviewers in our older profile describe the interface as dated. That matters more for a website than for back-office screens, because visitors judge your design in seconds. Check the current templates before committing, and compare with our notes on layout, type and colour for coaching sites.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a long-established vendor and are comfortable with a higher monthly price for that track record.

4. Systeme.io: funnels and email for the lowest outlay

Systeme.io is a funnel builder first and a coaching tool second. If your main reason for leaving Paperbell is that you need landing pages, a blog and email automation on a tight budget, it covers that ground well and has a plan that never expires.

As listed in October 2026, the free plan covers 2,000 contacts, 3 sales funnels, 1 blog, 1 course, 1 affiliate program and 1 custom domain, with unlimited email sends and no credit card. Startup is $17 a month (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar is $47 (10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses, evergreen webinars) and Unlimited is $97. Systeme.io states no transaction fees on Stripe or PayPal payments beyond the processor's own. The feature table also lists a booking calendar.

Where it stops for coaches: plans are priced on contacts, not clients, and there is no documented program delivery with habits, check-ins or a client status view, nor coaching agreements with e-signature. You would still need somewhere to run the actual coaching. Pairing it with Paperbell or a client-delivery tool brings the stack back to two logins.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly need zero-cost or very cheap funnels and email while you build an audience, and your coaching delivery already lives somewhere else.

5. CoachVantage: sales pages alongside practice admin

CoachVantage homepage presenting its coaching practice management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

CoachVantage is the most direct Paperbell substitute here that also gives you some public pages. It covers CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses, priced per coach with unlimited clients and engagements.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Clarity $39 a month ($35 billed annually) and Aha! $59 ($53 annually). Clarity caps you at 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 contract templates, 2 courses and 500 MB. Aha! removes the caps on group programs, sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures, with 5 contract templates and 5 courses. The trial is 14 days without a card. CoachVantage states no commission on revenue; Stripe or PayPal fees apply.

Sales pages and booking pages are not the same as a full site with a blog and lead funnels, so most coaches would still keep a separate website. Our older profile also notes no team or multi-coach features, and reviewers describe the built-in video as weak, with many users still on Zoom.

Pick it over Coachful if you want practice admin with unlimited clients at a low per-coach price and already have a website you are happy with.

6. Delenta: portals and courses for a growing roster

Delenta homepage presenting its coaching platform for client portals and scheduling
Delenta's homepage in October 2026.

Delenta is a coaching practice platform with a CRM, scheduling, contracts, client portals and group coaching, plus a course creator on its top plan. The pricing is structured around client portals, which is a useful way to think about Paperbell's per-client value.

As listed in October 2026: Starter $29 a month ($19.08 billed annually) with 1 seat, 10 client portals and 1 GB; Pro $49 ($39.08 annually) with 40 portals, 5 GB and up to 6 calendars; Premium $79 ($58.25 annually) with unlimited portals and 100 GB. Teams uses a per-seat fee that is not shown, and Enterprise is custom. Delenta states no additional transaction fees. The trial length is unclear: the headline says 14 days and the FAQ says 7, both without a card. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 5 reviews.

For this article's purpose the gap is the public website. Our data does not document a website builder or funnel pages, the course creator and mobile app are Premium only, and multi-coach use requires custom-priced Teams. Confirm on a call or trial what Delenta offers for public pages before you plan to retire your current site.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly need portals for up to 40 one-to-one clients at a low price and your website stays where it is.

7. Practice Better: charting for wellness practitioners

Practice Better homepage presenting practice management for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management for nutrition and wellness practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It is a strong choice when your work sits closer to a clinic than a coaching business, and it has a permanent free tier.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Sprout free for 3 clients and 100 MB; Starter $35 a month ($25 billed annually) for 10 clients; Professional $69 ($59 annually) for 300 clients; Plus $99 ($89 annually) for unlimited clients and 3 admins; Team $155 ($145 annually) for 2 practitioners. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus. Trials run 14 days, or 30 on Team. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.

For a coach who wants a website, Practice Better does not help: our older profile lists no website builder or funnel pages, and its scope does not include coaching contracts. You would keep a separate site and email tool. Our Paperbell vs Practice Better comparison covers the admin side in more depth.

Pick it over Coachful if you need charting and telehealth for a wellness practice more than you need a marketing site.

8. Podia: a storefront site with light coaching

Podia started as a digital-product store and now lists courses, downloads, coaching, community, events, a website builder with pages, a blog, your own domain, fonts and colours, and email marketing with newsletters, welcome sequences and automations. Its coaching feature lets clients book and pay without back-and-forth.

Plans as listed in October 2026, billed annually: Mover $42 a month ($504 a year) with up to 100 email subscribers, 50 products and a 5% transaction fee; Shaker $84 a month ($1,008 a year) with 500 subscribers, 150 products, no Podia fees, plus affiliates, upsells, PayPal and Zapier; Earthquaker $150 a month ($1,800 a year) with 1,000 subscribers and unlimited products. We could not confirm the month-to-month prices from the pricing page we fetched. The trial is 14 days without a card.

The constraint for coaches is the email subscriber cap: 100 on Mover is small if your website exists to grow a list. Podia also does not document coaching agreements, habits, check-ins or a per-client status view, so between-session work is thin.

Pick it over Coachful if you mostly sell courses and downloads from a simple storefront and coaching calls are occasional.

9. CoachAccountable: deep accountability, no public site

CoachAccountable homepage presenting its coaching back-office software
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Public reviewers rate it well: Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 47 reviews.

Pricing is per active client, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20 a month for 2 clients, Level 1 $40 for 5, Level 2 $70 for 10, Level 3 $120 for 20, Level 4 $250 for 50, Level 5 $400 for 100. The trial is 30 days with no card and no limits. It does not state its own transaction fee on the pricing page.

Our older profile lists no landing pages, website or marketing automation, so the "with a website" part has to come from another tool. Per-client pricing also climbs quickly for group programs. It is not HIPAA compliant by its own statement.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of high-touch clients, care most about action plans and metrics, and are happy to keep your site elsewhere.

10. Quenza: activities between sessions, nothing public-facing

Quenza homepage presenting its client activities and worksheets app for coaches
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza is a client-engagement tool for coaches and therapists: activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app. It is here because some coaches leaving Paperbell want better between-session content more than they want a website, and Quenza is good at that one job.

As listed in October 2026: Spark $25 a month ($20 billed annually) for 10 clients, Growth $50 ($40) for 250, Impact $125 ($100) for 400, Collective $160 ($128) for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients, and Beyond on request. The trial is 30 days with no card. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews.

It has no website, no payments or invoicing yet (marked planned), and our older profile lists no scheduling or video calls. You would need a site, a booking tool and a payment tool on top.

Pick it over Coachful if you only want a worksheet and activity library to add to an admin tool you are keeping.

How do the features compare side by side?

What does each option cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

For most of these tools, the monthly bill depends on your client count or your email list, not on the website itself. The figures below are monthly list prices as listed in October 2026, before card processing fees, choosing the cheapest plan that covers the client count.

Tool5 clients15 clients40 clientsNote

The cheap rows are cheap because they leave out the website, the email tool or both. The next section adds those back in. For a broader look at what sites cost on their own, see what a coaching website really costs in 2026.

Should you go all-in-one or assemble a stack?

An all-in-one platform costs one subscription and one setup; an assembled stack can look cheaper per tool but adds logins, integrations and the risk that a lead falls between two systems. Here are four realistic recipes for a coach with about 15 clients and a growing email list. The tool prices are list prices as listed in October 2026; each recipe is an example, not a quote.

RecipeToolsMonthly list priceLoginsWhat is still missing
Coachful all-in-oneCoachfulSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clients1Nothing for this journey; card fees only
Paperbell plus funnelsPaperbell + Systeme.io Startup$97 + $17 = $1142Courses, community, habits and check-ins

Engagement stackQuenza Growth + Systeme.io Startup + a booking and payment tool$50 + $17 + booking tool3 or moreContracts; booking tool price varies

The hidden cost of an assembled stack is the glue. When a client pays in one tool, someone has to add them to the program in another, tag them in the email tool and remove them from the sales sequence. Zapier can do some of it, at its own price, and every automation is one more thing to check when something breaks.

How would a coach set this up in Coachful, step by step?

A typical move from Paperbell to Coachful with a proper website takes a few focused sessions, and the team can do much of the building for you. This example follows a coach who sells a 12-week program and wants a free guide to grow a list.

Coachful's session calendar on a laptop beside a phone showing the client's coaching hub
Coachful's session calendar on a laptop, with the client's coaching hub and next session on a phone.
  1. Start the trial and connect payments. Create the account, connect your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account and your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
  2. Request the build. Open Create, choose the white-glove option and ask for a five-page site (Home, About, Work With Me, Results, Contact) plus a lead-magnet funnel for your guide. Attach your logo, photos, existing Paperbell site copy and up to 8 reference sites you like.
  3. Bring clients and programs across. Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so your current roster appears without retyping.
  4. Set up the offer. Create the 12-week program from one of the 40-plus templates, attach a coaching agreement for e-signature and add a payment plan and a coupon for past clients.
  5. Wire the booking page. Add a discovery-call session type with intake questions, buffers and minimum notice, and place the booking button on every page of the new site.
  6. Write the follow-up. Ask Michelle to draft a five-email sequence for guide downloaders, with a branch that stops the sequence once someone books.
  7. Point the domain. Connect your custom domain, fill in SEO titles for each page, and add Meta Pixel and GA4.
  8. Move your blog. Republish your best three posts on the new blog with a link to the guide in each.
  9. Tell current clients. Send a broadcast explaining the new client home and app, and keep Paperbell open until the last active package ends.

Choosing a design first helps the build go faster. The coaching website design guide explains how to pick colours and photos that suit your audience.

How do you migrate from Paperbell without losing clients?

Run both tools in parallel until every active Paperbell package has finished, and move the website and lead capture first because they carry the least client risk.

  • Export what you can before you cancel. Our older profile could not verify a documented CSV export in Paperbell, so download client lists, files and notes from the Clients area manually and keep a copy.
  • Do not move active subscriptions mid-cycle. Let current packages run out in Paperbell and start new clients on the new platform. Our guide on migrating data, payments and timeline covers this in detail.
  • Keep your URLs. If you had a blog or service pages on another host, keep the same page addresses where possible or set redirects, so search traffic and old links still work.
  • Check your contracts. Re-create your agreement template before you sell the first new package, so nobody starts without a signed agreement.
  • Brief clients once, clearly. Send one message that tells clients what changes, when, and what they need to do. See switching from Paperbell without losing a client for a script.
  • Watch the annual renewal date. Paperbell's annual plan is $970 as listed in October 2026; time the switch before renewal if you can, and check its 30-day money-back terms if you have just paid.

Which Paperbell alternative with a website should you choose?

Choose Coachful if you want the website, funnels, email, booking, contracts, payments and program delivery on one login, with the team building your first site and funnel for you. It replaces Paperbell and the separate site and email tools most Paperbell users add later.

Kajabi is the better fit for course-first businesses with a large list. Coaches Console suits coaches who want an established vendor and accept a higher price. Systeme.io is the low-cost way to add funnels and email to a coaching tool you are keeping. CoachVantage, Delenta and Practice Better are good admin tools but leave the website to someone else, as do CoachAccountable and Quenza. If your search began with life coaching specifically, our list of Paperbell alternatives for life coaches narrows the field further, and the Coachful vs Paperbell comparison goes feature by feature.

Frequently asked questions

Does Paperbell include a website?

Yes. Paperbell's single plan lists a coaching website among its included features, alongside scheduling, payments, a client portal and contracts. It works as a simple landing site for your packages. Coaches usually look elsewhere when they want a blog-led site, lead funnels and email sequences in the same place.

What is the best Paperbell alternative with a website?

We rank Coachful first because it combines a website builder with a blog, funnels and email with booking, contracts, payments and program delivery on one login. Kajabi is a strong second for course-led businesses. The right pick depends on whether your clients buy programs, courses or single sessions.

Is Coachful's white-glove build really free?

Yes, the white-glove build service is free on every plan. You describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, offer page or email sequence, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing.

Can I keep my existing domain when I switch?

Coachful supports a custom domain, and its Import website option brings existing site content across. Kajabi, Podia and Systeme.io also list custom domains. Plan redirects for any page addresses that change so old links keep working.

Which alternative is cheapest if I only need a website and funnels?

Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, a blog and a custom domain, and Startup is $17 a month, as listed in October 2026. It does not handle coaching delivery or agreements, so you would still need a coaching tool next to it.

Does Coachful work with PayPal?

No. Coachful takes payments through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. If PayPal is essential to your clients, Systeme.io, Podia (on Shaker and above) and CoachVantage list PayPal support.

Can I run group programs and a community from my website platform?

In Coachful, enrolling in a group program creates a cohort group automatically, with a community feed, group chat and video events. Kajabi and Podia also include communities. Paperbell's older profile lists no community, which our Paperbell group coaching article covers.

Is any of these tools suitable for clinical health records?

Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so clinical records and insurance billing belong in a clinical system. Practice Better is built for wellness practitioners with charting and telehealth. CoachAccountable states it is not HIPAA compliant.

How long does it take to move from Paperbell?

Setting up a new site and funnel can take days rather than weeks, especially with a done-for-you build. Moving clients takes as long as your longest active package, because it is safest to let current packages finish in Paperbell. Most of the time goes into rewriting offers and copy, not into the software.

Do I need a separate email marketing tool with these alternatives?

Not with Coachful, Kajabi, Systeme.io or Podia, which all include email. CoachVantage, Delenta, Practice Better, CoachAccountable and Quenza do not document full email marketing, so you would add a tool. That is one of the costs to include when comparing stacks.
