7 Best Coaching Software in Singapore (2026 Guide)

7 Best Coaching Software in Singapore (2026 Guide)

The best coaching software in Singapore is the one that lets a client book, sign, pay in Singapore dollars and do the work between sessions without you stitching four apps together. Many coaches here run a mix of 1:1 clients and at least one group or corporate engagement, often with clients spread across Asia Pacific time zones. So the deciding question is simple: do you want one login that covers the whole client journey, or are you happy to manage a booking tool, a payment link, an e-sign app and a course platform side by side?

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, Stripe payments, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, a website and email into one membership, with one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so we have tried to be specific about where each of the other six tools on this list is the better choice. Prices for other vendors are shown in US dollars as listed in October 2026; Singapore visitors may see local pricing on some vendor sites.

Below you will find quick picks by scenario, the criteria behind the ranking, a section on each tool, a feature matrix, a cost table at 5, 15 and 40 clients, three example stacks with monthly totals, and a step-by-step setup for a Singapore practice.

Which coaching software should you pick in Singapore? Quick picks

If you only read one table, read this one. Each row names the situation where that tool wins.

What do coaches in Singapore actually need from software?

They need tools that match how local practices really run: a blend of private clients, corporate sponsors and group programs, paid in SGD, with personal data handled carefully. Here is what that looks like day to day.

Mixed client types. A typical Singapore practice might combine individual career or life coaching with leadership work billed to an employer, plus a group cohort or workshop series. That means you need packages and session credits for private clients, invoices for companies, and a place for a group to meet and work through material. If you coach leaders, our guide to software for executive coaches covers sponsor reporting in more depth.

Regional time zones. Clients often sit in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Sydney, Mumbai or London. Booking pages need time-zone detection so nobody shows up an hour early, plus reminders that actually get read. For many clients here, that means WhatsApp as well as email.

SGD payments. Stripe operates in Singapore and lets you charge clients in SGD, so a platform that uses your own Stripe account keeps the money flow simple. Tools that force their own processor or add a platform fee change the maths, which we show in the cost section.

PDPA obligations. The Personal Data Protection Act governs how organisations in Singapore collect, use and disclose personal data, including consent, purpose limitation, protection and data breach notification. The PDPC's PDPA overview is the place to start. In practice, coaching intake forms should collect only what you need, say why you collect it, and live in a system with access controls rather than in a shared spreadsheet. PDPC has published separate guidance on NRIC numbers, so leave that field off your intake form unless you have a legal reason to collect it.

GST, once you cross the threshold. Most solo coaches start below the GST registration threshold of S$1 million in annual taxable turnover. If you do register, IRAS expects GST-inclusive price display and proper tax invoices; see current GST rates and IRAS rules on invoicing, price display and record keeping. Tax rules change and depend on your structure, so check with an accountant before you set prices.

Scope. Coaching is not therapy or medical care. If a wellness or health coaching client describes symptoms, medication questions or a mental health crisis, refer them to a doctor or registered mental health professional and keep clinical records out of your coaching tools.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we rank these tools?

We ranked on four things that decide how much time and money a Singapore coach spends on admin. Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

To keep the comparison concrete, we used one scenario throughout: a coach in Singapore with 15 private clients on a three-month package, paid in SGD, plus one eight-week group program for 10 people. The coach wants a simple website, a booking page in Singapore time, a signed coaching agreement before the first call, weekly check-ins, and a group space. For each tool we asked what the coach would need to add to cover that scenario, and what the combined bill would be.

Vendor facts come from each vendor's public pages and documentation as listed in October 2026, plus what public reviewers report. We did not run hands-on tests of the other tools, and we note where a vendor's page is unclear.

1. Coachful: best overall for coaches in Singapore

A laptop showing a monthly coaching session calendar on a coworking table beside an orchid and a notebook
Coachful's demo session calendar on a laptop, with 1:1 sessions and group calls spread across the month.

Coachful wins the scenario where a coach wants the whole client journey, from first booking to week eight of a program, inside one login. It is a coaching platform where one membership covers booking, payments, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. Your clients get one branded app instead of a booking link, a payment link and a course login.

What Coachful is, in one paragraph. Coachful is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than isolated sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. It does not do clinical record-keeping or insurance billing (it is not HIPAA-certified), it does not support PayPal, it has no permanent free plan, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. To start, take a free trial and ask the team to build your site, funnel or program for you through the white-glove service described below.

How the 15-client scenario runs in Coachful

Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, so a client in Jakarta sees slots in their own time. Calendars sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook, and sessions get built-in video or an automatically created Zoom, Meet or Teams link. Email reminders go out by default, and once messaging is enabled you can add SMS reminders 24 hours before and WhatsApp reminders one hour before. You can ask intake questions at booking, sell paid sessions and session credits, and assign multi-coach session types by round robin or least busy. More detail is on the scheduling page.

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account. You can sell one-time packages, subscriptions and payment plans, add order bumps and coupons, take Apple Pay and Google Pay, issue refunds and use Stripe Tax. Every transaction produces an invoice, and you can raise manual invoices for corporate sponsors. Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so you only pay Stripe or Razorpay processing. See coaching payment software for the full flow.

Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record, alongside goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions. Each client carries a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk, and Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, can brief you before a session from the live record. The coaching contracts page shows how agreements fit in.

What happens between sessions

This is where Coachful separates from scheduling-first tools. You can build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. When someone enrols in your group program, a cohort group is created automatically, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking sit in the same branded home. If you would rather not start from scratch, there are more than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes.

Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered:

For marketing, the section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits replace a separate email tool.

Two extras matter for coaches working toward a credential: ICF hour tracking counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log (see ICF hour tracking), and the AI Coach lets selected clients chat with an AI version of you between sessions, configured by you.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create > We'll build it for you and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a lead quiz or an automation. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos or existing copy, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. Recent builds include a five-page site in sage and cream for a midlife health coach, with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation, and a year-long cohort program with an application form and a nine-day bootcamp funnel for a real-estate and money coach. Recording videos, logo design and ad management are not included. Read more in our white-glove service guide.

Limits to know. There is no PayPal, so clients who insist on it need another route. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and no routing form that picks a coach from form answers. Lower plans cap the number of clients; Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients).

2. Systeme.io: best for testing an offer on almost no budget

Systeme.io homepage promoting its all-in-one funnels, email and courses suite
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

If you are still working out who you coach and what they will pay for, Systeme.io is the cheapest way to put up a landing page, collect emails and sell a small course. Its free plan never expires and needs no credit card.

Systeme.io is a marketing suite: funnels, email campaigns, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program. The Free plan, as listed in October 2026, covers 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, 1 automation rule and 1 email campaign. Startup is $17/mo (5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses), Webinar is $47/mo and Unlimited is $97/mo. It charges 0% transaction fees on every plan; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Public reviewers rate it highly: 4.9 on Trustpilot from 8,696 reviews, as seen in October 2026.

Where it falls short for coaching is the client side. Its documentation does not describe native 1:1 scheduling linked to client records, and there are no habits or check-ins. Community and course features are basic, and there is no branded mobile app. So in our 15-client scenario, you would add a booking tool, an e-sign tool and somewhere to track client progress.

Pick it over Coachful if you have no paying clients yet, you mainly need a lead magnet and an email list, and you are comfortable adding booking and client tracking later.

3. Quenza: the worksheet-heavy choice

Quenza homepage presenting its client activities and worksheets tool for coaches
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Coaches whose method relies on structured exercises (reflection worksheets, values sorts, assessments) between sessions will like Quenza. It is a client-engagement tool used by coaches and therapists to send activities, worksheets and programs, with chat and a client app.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Spark $25/mo for 10 clients, Growth $50/mo for 250 clients, Impact $125/mo for 400 clients, and Collective $160/mo for up to 3 professionals and 500 clients. Annual billing lowers each tier. There is a 30-day free trial with no credit card. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews.

The gap is everything around delivery. Quenza marks invoicing and digital products as planned, so today it does not process client payments. Its older profile notes no scheduling or video calls. For a Singapore coach, that means a separate booking tool, a separate Stripe payment link for SGD packages, and a separate website. The Spark plan also stops at 10 clients, so our 15-client scenario lands on Growth.

Quenza fits a practice where the exercises are the product and admin is handled elsewhere, perhaps by a clinic or an employer.

Pick it over Coachful if your coaching is built around a large library of structured worksheets, someone else already handles your booking and billing, and you do not need a website or community.

4. Simply.Coach: built for engagements with sponsors

Simply.Coach homepage presenting its coaching practice management platform
Simply.Coach's homepage in October 2026.

Corporate coaching, where an HR team or a manager sponsors the work, is the situation where Simply.Coach makes most sense. It is a coaching practice platform with contracts, programs, sessions, booking pages and a client portal, plus business tiers that add program managers and sponsors.

Solo tiers as listed in October 2026: Starter $9/mo (3 active coachees, 1 contract, 1 program), Essentials $29/mo (7 coachees, 3 contracts, 3 programs), Growth $49/mo (30 coachees, 10 contracts and programs) and Leap $69/mo (unlimited). Business tiers are priced per active coach: CoCreate $79/mo with 10 clients per coach, and Surge $159/mo with 25 clients per coach, 2 program managers and 5 sponsors. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card.

The catches are caps and billing. Every solo tier below Leap limits clients, contracts and programs, so a busy quarter can push you up a tier. Automated invoices were marked "Coming Soon" on the solo pricing page, and there are no refunds for mid-period cancellations. Transaction fees are not stated on the pricing pages. The platform does not describe a website builder, funnels, email sequences or a community, so marketing lives somewhere else.

For our scenario, 15 private clients plus a 10-person group would need Growth at minimum, and the group would need a separate place to meet and talk.

Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from corporate engagements where sponsors and program managers need their own roles in the system, and you already have a website and email tool you like.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

5. CoachVantage: unlimited contacts at a flat per-coach price

CoachVantage homepage presenting its coaching business management software
CoachVantage's homepage in October 2026.

Executive coaches who see many short engagements a year, and dislike per-client billing, are CoachVantage's sweet spot. It prices per coach with unlimited contacts and engagements, and covers CRM, scheduling, contracts with e-signature, invoices, a client portal, group programs and small courses.

As listed in October 2026, Clarity costs $39/mo ($35/mo billed annually) and includes 2 group programs, 2 sales pages, 2 booking pages, 4 e-signatures a month, 2 contract templates, 2 courses and 500 MB. Aha! costs $59/mo ($53/mo annually) and lifts group programs, sales pages, booking pages and e-signatures to unlimited, with 5 contract templates and 5 courses. CoachVantage says there are no commissions on your revenue; Stripe or PayPal fees apply. There is a 14-day free trial with no card needed.

The limits show up on Clarity: four e-signatures a month is tight if you onboard five new clients in a busy month. Older profiles also note no team or multi-coach features, and reviewers report that the built-in video tool is weaker than Zoom, which many users keep using. Habit tracking and daily check-ins are not part of the documented feature set, and email sequences and funnels are not listed.

See also our wider roundup for executive coaches if sponsor work dominates your calendar.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a solo executive coach who mainly needs a tidy CRM, contracts and invoices, you never plan to hire another coach, and you are happy to run marketing from a separate site.

6. Kajabi: for course-first businesses

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform for creators
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Some Singapore coaches earn most of their income from recorded courses and memberships rather than sessions. In that case, Kajabi is the established choice: a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products.

Pricing as listed in October 2026 is Basic $179/mo (5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 0 AI credits), Growth $249/mo (50 products, 25,000 contacts) and Pro $499/mo (unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, 3 communities). Annual billing brings Basic to $143/mo. The standard trial is 14 days. Kajabi Payments is documented for the US; if you use another processor apart from PayPal, Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's fees. For a coach charging in SGD through Stripe, check which payment option applies to your account before you price.

Kajabi is not built around individual client work. It has no habit tracking or daily check-ins, and coaching is delivered as products and communities rather than per-client plans. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews as of October 2026.

For the scenario with 15 private clients, you would add a booking tool, an e-sign tool and something to track each client's progress, on top of a starting price that already exceeds most all-in-one coaching platforms.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell recorded courses to hundreds of students, 1:1 coaching is a small side offer, and you care more about course sales and contact volume than per-client tracking.

7. Calendly: when a booking link is all that is missing

Calendly homepage promoting its online scheduling and booking pages
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

Calendly only wins one scenario, but it wins it cleanly: you already have a website, a payment method and a client tracker, and you just need people to book a time. It is a scheduling tool with booking pages, reminder workflows and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal account.

As listed in October 2026, the Free plan covers 1 event type and 1 calendar connection. Standard is $10/mo per seat billed annually (the monthly price was not shown on the pricing page when we checked), Teams is $16/mo per seat annually, and Teams Plus is $24/mo per seat annually. Trial terms were not stated on the pricing page in October 2026. Calendly does not document a fee on payments.

Everything else sits outside it: no client records, notes, programs, habits or check-ins, no contracts or invoicing, and no intake questionnaire beyond booking questions. Per-seat pricing also means each coach on a team pays separately.

Pick it over Coachful if you are happy with your current client system and only need a booking page, ideally on the free plan with a single session type.

How do the features compare side by side?

Here is the scenario checklist in one grid. "Not listed" means the vendor's public pages did not document the feature in October 2026, which is not the same as confirming it is missing.

What does each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Client caps change the real price more than the headline number does. This table uses monthly billing in US dollars as listed in October 2026, choosing the cheapest tier that covers each client count. It shows the software only; payment processing is extra everywhere.

Tool5 clients15 clients40 clientsNote

We moved CoachVantage to Aha! at 40 clients because four e-signatures a month on Clarity is unlikely to keep up with that intake. That is our judgement, not a vendor rule.

What do three realistic stacks cost per month?

Few coaches use one tool alone, so here are three example stacks for the 15-client, one-group scenario. The numbers are illustrative, use vendor prices as listed in October 2026, and leave out payment processing.

StackToolsMonthly software costLogins your client juggles
Coachful (one-login stack)Coachful onlySolo: $49/month for up to 20 clients1
Budget patchworkSysteme.io Startup + Calendly Standard + Quenza Growth + an e-sign tool$77 plus the e-sign tool3 or 4
Course-first stackKajabi Basic + Calendly Standard + CoachVantage Clarity$2283

The budget patchwork looks cheap until you count what it costs in time. Every new client needs a booking link, a separate payment link, an e-sign envelope and a worksheet invite, and you reconcile them by hand. The course-first stack covers more ground but still splits progress tracking from payments. Our post on subscription costs worth reviewing walks through how these overlaps add up.

How would you set up a Singapore practice in Coachful, step by step?

A tablet showing a client coaching hub and a phone showing habit tracker cards on a balcony stool
The client side in Coachful's demo: the coaching hub with the next session on the tablet and habit tracker cards on the phone.

Here is a worked example for the scenario above: a Singapore-based career and leadership coach with 15 private clients and an eight-week group program called "Next Role Ready".

  1. Connect Stripe in SGD. Link your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect and set your packages in Singapore dollars: a three-month 1:1 package as a payment plan, and the group program as a one-time price with an early-bird coupon. If you are GST-registered, set your prices according to IRAS display rules and turn on Stripe Tax if it fits your setup; ask your accountant.
  2. Build the booking page. Set availability in Singapore time with a 15-minute buffer and 24 hours' minimum notice. Time-zone detection shows overseas clients their own local slots. Sync Google or Outlook both ways so personal plans block coaching time.
  3. Write a PDPA-minded intake. Add intake questions at booking: name, role, what they want from coaching, and how they prefer to be contacted. State why you collect each item and leave out anything you do not need, such as NRIC numbers.
  4. Send the agreement. Create a coaching agreement with your scope, cancellation policy and confidentiality terms. It goes out for e-signature before the first call and is stored on the client record.
  5. Turn on reminders. Email reminders run by default. Enable messaging to add an SMS reminder 24 hours ahead and a WhatsApp reminder one hour ahead, which suits clients who live in WhatsApp.
  6. Build the program. Start from a program template or ask the team to build it. Give each week a goal, daily tasks such as "update one section of your CV", a habit like 20 minutes of networking outreach, and a Friday evening check-in.
  7. Launch the group. When participants enrol, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically. Schedule the weekly group calls and post the first prompt in the community feed.
  8. Set up the follow-up email sequence. Create a short sequence for people who download your lead magnet but do not book, with a delay and a branch for anyone who opens but does not click.

What the client experiences. A prospect in Kuala Lumpur finds your site, books a discovery call in their own time zone, and answers three intake questions. After the call they receive one link to pay for the package in SGD with Apple Pay, then sign the agreement. They open your branded app, see their first week's goal and two daily tasks, tick off a habit, and get a WhatsApp reminder an hour before the next session. Before that session, you read a short AI briefing on their check-ins. Nothing about this requires them to remember a second password.

Which mistakes do Singapore coaches make when choosing software?

The common ones come from choosing on headline price and forgetting the local details.

  • Ignoring client caps. A cheap tier that stops at 7 or 10 clients turns into a mid-tier plan the month you sign your eleventh client. Price your software at the client count you expect in a year.
  • Forgetting platform fees on top of Stripe. Some platforms add their own percentage when you use your own processor. On a few thousand dollars a month in SGD packages, that adds up.
  • Collecting more personal data than you need. Intake forms that ask for NRIC numbers, full addresses or health histories create PDPA obligations you probably do not need. Ask only what helps you coach.
  • Keeping client notes in shared drives. A folder of session notes shared with an assistant is hard to secure and hard to export cleanly when a client asks for their data.
  • Pricing without thinking about GST. If you expect to cross the registration threshold, decide early whether your published prices include GST and plan your invoices accordingly.
  • Treating health questions as coaching. If a client raises symptoms, medication or a crisis, refer them on. Coaching software is not a medical record system.
  • Running the group in a chat app. Group programs run in a personal messaging group blur boundaries and lose the content when someone leaves. A dedicated community space keeps material together.

What is our verdict on coaching software in Singapore?

For most coaches in Singapore, Coachful is the strongest choice because it covers the full scenario (booking in local time, SGD payments through your own Stripe, signed agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, a group space, a website and email) with one login for you and one branded app for your clients. The free white-glove build removes most of the setup effort.

The others each win a narrower case. Systeme.io is the low-cost way to test an offer. Quenza suits worksheet-driven coaching where someone else handles admin. Simply.Coach fits sponsor-led corporate engagements. CoachVantage gives solo executive coaches a tidy CRM with unlimited contacts. Kajabi is for course-first businesses. Calendly is a booking add-on and nothing more.

If you coach outside Singapore too, our Australia, India and New Zealand guides cover local payment and tax details. For a wider view of the category, start at coaching software or compare platforms.

Frequently asked questions

Can I charge clients in Singapore dollars with Coachful?

Yes. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect account, and Stripe supports Singapore businesses charging in SGD. You can sell one-time packages, subscriptions and payment plans, and clients can pay with cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Coachful does not support PayPal.

Is Coachful compliant with Singapore's PDPA?

PDPA compliance depends on how you, as the organisation, collect and use data, not only on the software. Coachful is GDPR-ready, keeps client data behind your login, and lets you export a full client data ZIP when someone asks for their records. You remain responsible for consent, purpose notices and what you choose to collect; the PDPC overview sets out the obligations.

Do I need to charge GST as a coach in Singapore?

Only once you are GST-registered, which is compulsory when annual taxable turnover exceeds S$1 million and voluntary below that. If you register, you must charge GST at the current rate and follow IRAS rules on price display and tax invoices. Check with an accountant, because your business structure and client mix affect the answer.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan. From Create, you describe what you want, such as a website, funnel, program, course outline or email sequence, attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent credentials, testimonials or prices, and it does not cover video recording, logo design or ads.

Can my clients use an app?

Yes. Clients use the Coachful app with your branding, where they see sessions, programs, habits, check-ins, courses and the community. The app ships under the Coachful listing rather than your own App Store account.

Which tool is best for corporate coaching in Singapore?

It depends on who manages the engagement. If you coach leaders directly and invoice the company, Coachful's manual invoices and client records cover it. If sponsors and program managers need their own roles inside the platform, Simply.Coach's business tiers are designed for that.

Is there a free coaching platform I can start with?

Systeme.io has a free plan for funnels, email and a single course, and Calendly has a free plan for one booking type. Neither handles client progress, agreements or programs. Coachful has a free trial but no permanent free plan.

Does Coachful work for health or wellness coaches in Singapore?

Yes for coaching: programs, habits, check-ins and the optional Fitness & Nutrition pack cover typical wellness work. It is not HIPAA-certified and not built for clinical records, so anything diagnostic belongs in a clinical system, and clients with medical concerns should see a doctor. See Coachful for health coaches.

Can I track ICF coaching hours?

Yes. Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. That saves rebuilding a spreadsheet when you apply.

How hard is it to move from another tool?

During onboarding, clients, programs and content are imported for you, and the white-glove team can rebuild your website or funnels. If you later leave, you can export your client data as a ZIP. Our guide for small coaching teams covers moves with more than one coach.
