Best Coaching Software New Zealand in 2026 (12 Compared)

The best coaching software New Zealand coaches can choose depends on one question: will your clients get most of their value in the session, or between sessions? If it is in the session, a booking tool and an invoice template will carry you a long way. If it is between sessions (daily habits, weekly check-ins, a group program, a course), you need software that holds the whole client journey in one place, works across time zones from Auckland to London, and lets you meet your obligations under the Privacy Act 2020 without juggling five logins.
Our pick is Coachful, for coaches who deliver programs rather than just sessions. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but we have tried to be specific about where each of the other 11 tools fits better. This guide starts with five questions about your practice, maps your answers to a pick, then covers each platform with prices as listed in October 2026 and a cost comparison at 5, 15 and 40 clients.
All vendor prices below are in US dollars because that is how the vendors list them. Your card provider may add a foreign currency fee on each monthly charge, so check that before you compare totals in NZD.
Which five questions decide the right coaching software for you?
Answer these honestly before you open a single pricing page. Most bad software choices come from buying for the business you imagine in three years instead of the one you run this month.
- Where does the client's progress happen? If change happens in a 60-minute call and the client goes away to think, you need booking, payment and notes. If change happens through daily actions, habits and check-ins, you need a client app and program delivery.
- Are your clients mostly in New Zealand, or spread across Australia, the UK and North America? New Zealand sits ahead of almost everyone. A booking page that detects the client's time zone stops a Sydney client turning up at the wrong hour and a London client missing a 7am NZ slot.
- Do you run groups, cohorts or courses, or only 1:1? Group work needs a community or cohort space, group calls and shared content. Per-client pricing gets expensive fast once a cohort of 25 enrols.
- How will you get paid, and do you need to think about GST? Inland Revenue says you must register for GST if your taxable activity turnover was at least $60,000 in the last 12 months or you expect it to be in the next 12 months, and you can register voluntarily below that (Inland Revenue: Registering for GST). Your software needs to produce clear invoices either way. How GST applies to clients overseas varies, so check with an accountant.
- How many tools are you willing to keep running? Every extra login is a place where client information sits, which matters under the privacy principles, and another monthly bill.
On privacy: the Office of the Privacy Commissioner sets out 13 information privacy principles plus a new principle 3A, which came into effect in May 2026 and covers what to tell people when you collect their information from another source. Principle 5 covers storage and security, and principle 12 covers disclosure outside New Zealand (Office of the Privacy Commissioner, privacy principles page, read in October 2026). Almost every platform in this list stores data offshore, so your privacy notice should say so in plain words.
A note for health, nutrition and wellbeing coaches: coaching is not treatment. If a client describes symptoms, a mental health crisis, disordered eating or medication questions, refer them to their GP or a registered health professional. None of the coaching tools below is built for clinical records, and Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and not designed for clinical record-keeping.
Which tool fits your answers?
Use this table as a shortcut. Find the row that matches most of your answers, then read that tool's section.
| Pick | If your answers look like this | Why it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Progress happens between sessions; clients in several time zones; 1:1 plus a group or course; you want one login | Booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, community, website and email in one branded client app |
| Kajabi | Mainly selling courses and a membership to a large audience | Course, community, website and email platform built for knowledge products |
| Systeme.io | Building a list and funnels on a tight budget, little 1:1 work yet | Funnels, email and simple courses with a no-cost tier |
| Quenza | Worksheets and structured activities matter most; payments handled elsewhere | Client activities, programs and chat in a client app |
| HoneyBook | Proposal-heavy consulting work with project-style clients | Proposals, contracts, invoices and a client portal |
| Practice Better | Nutrition or wellness practice that needs charting-style notes | Practice management for wellness practitioners |
| CoachAccountable | Small 1:1 roster with action plans and metrics | Detailed accountability back office |
| Paperbell | Solo 1:1 coach who wants admin only, nothing more | Packages, booking, payments and contracts at one price |
| Simply.Coach | Small roster, structured contracts and programs, low budget | Tiered coaching practice platform |
| Calendly | Only need a booking link right now | Scheduling, nothing else |
| Acuity Scheduling | Booking with intake forms and packages | Scheduling with forms, packages and memberships |
| Skool | A paid community is the product | Community, classroom and calendar in one group |
How did we rank the 12 platforms?
We pictured a typical New Zealand practice: a coach in Tauranga with 15 active 1:1 clients (some in Australia and the UK) and one eight-week group program twice a year. We then asked what each tool would cost and how many other tools it would need around it to run that practice well.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost at 15 clients, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).
| Platform | Best for | Entry price as listed | Main gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Program and hybrid coaches replacing several tools | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | No PayPal; not for clinical records |
| Kajabi | Course and membership businesses | $179/mo Basic | No per-client habits or check-ins |
| Systeme.io | Funnels and email on a budget | $0 Free plan | No 1:1 client records or scheduling |
| Quenza | Worksheets and activities | $25/mo Spark | No payments yet |
| HoneyBook | Proposal-led client work | $29/mo Starter (annual) | No coaching delivery |
| Practice Better | Wellness practitioners | $0 Sprout (3 clients) | No website or funnels |
| CoachAccountable | Small 1:1 rosters | $20/mo Starter (2 clients) | Price climbs per active client |
| Paperbell | Admin-only solo coaches | $97/mo | No courses, community or habits |
| Simply.Coach | Low-budget structured practices | $9/mo Starter (3 coachees) | Caps on most tiers |
| Calendly | Booking only | $0 Free (1 event type) | No client records |
| Acuity Scheduling | Booking with intake forms | $20/mo Starter | No client portal for programs |
| Skool | Paid communities | $9/mo Hobby plus 10% + 30¢ per sale | No 1:1 client records |
1. Coachful: why is it the best fit for most New Zealand coaches?

Coachful puts the whole client journey behind one login for you and one branded app for your client: booking, payment, contract, program, check-ins, courses, community and follow-up email. For a New Zealand coach whose clients are scattered across time zones and whose real work happens between calls, that removes most of the stitching you would otherwise do between a scheduler, a payment link, a document signer, a course host and a group chat.
Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions: solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, it is GDPR-ready, and it holds a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews as seen in October 2026.
Booking that copes with being first to the day
Booking pages carry availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, so a client in Perth or Manchester sees your slots in their own time. Calendars sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook. Sessions can use built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links. Email reminders go out by default, and once messaging is enabled you can add SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before, which helps when the session is early morning for one side. You can ask intake questions on booking, sell paid sessions, and issue session credits for packages.

This short walkthrough shows how scheduling is set up:
Programs, habits and check-ins between sessions
Multi-week programs hold weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars, and streaks. Each client record collects goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and labels each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, so you can see who has gone silent before a session rather than in it. Courses with drip and completion tracking, downloads, videos and events are delivered into the same client home. When someone enrols in a program, a cohort group is created automatically, with a community feed, group chat and video events.

Getting paid, signing agreements and staying tidy for GST
Payments run through your own Stripe Connect account (or Razorpay): one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Stripe Tax available. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on client payments since August 2026, so you pay only Stripe's processing. Each transaction produces an invoice and you can raise manual invoices too, which helps whether or not you have crossed the GST threshold. Coaching agreements are signed electronically before the first call and stored on the client record. See coaching contracts and coaching payment software for the detail.
Website, email and the AI assistant
A section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates sits alongside booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, email broadcasts and multi-step sequences. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: she briefs you before sessions, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts emails and builds programs. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you are working toward an ICF credential, ICF hour tracking counts hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports a client coaching log.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence, a form or something else. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. Another: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream, with every button leading to a 20-minute consultation. It does not cover filming videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the white-glove build service.

What Coachful does not do
- No PayPal, and no permanent no-cost plan (there is a free trial).
- Not HIPAA-certified and not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing.
- The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.
- No Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and no stock exercise videos.
- No Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams.
Plans are flat and monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click.
How to start: open a free trial, import or add your clients (during onboarding, clients, programs and content are imported for you), then send a white-glove request for your website or first program.
2. Kajabi: is it worth it if courses are your main product?

Kajabi suits coaches whose income comes mostly from courses, memberships and a community sold to a wide audience. It combines courses, a community, a website, funnels and email marketing.
As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179/mo ($143/mo billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community, two admin users and no AI credits. Growth is $249/mo with 50 products and 25,000 contacts, and Pro is $499/mo. The standard trial is 14 days according to its help centre. If you use Kajabi Payments in the US, card fees run from 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic down to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro. Using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the provider's fees, so a New Zealand coach paid through Stripe should model that fee before signing up.
The limit for 1:1 coaches is that coaching in Kajabi is shaped around products and communities, not per-client plans. There is no habit tracking or daily client check-in, so the between-session layer needs another tool. Public reviews are mixed: Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews as seen in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large course catalogue sold to thousands of contacts and 1:1 coaching is a small side offer.
3. Systeme.io: can a budget funnel tool run a coaching practice?

Partly. Systeme.io is a low-cost marketing suite with funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program, and it is a sensible way to build an audience before you have many paying clients.
Its Free plan never expires and needs no card: 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students and one custom domain, as listed in October 2026. Startup is $17/mo, Webinar $47/mo and Unlimited $97/mo. It charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, so you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews as seen in October 2026.
What it lacks is the coaching side. An older profile notes no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, no habits and no check-ins, and community and course features are basic with no branded mobile app. Once you have 10 or 15 clients, you would add a scheduler, a contract signer and somewhere to track progress, and the low headline price starts to look different.
Pick it over Coachful if you have no clients yet, your only job this quarter is building an email list, and your budget for software is zero.
4. Quenza: what does it do well for structured client work?

Quenza is strongest at activities: worksheets, exercises, programs and chat delivered to clients through an app. Coaches and therapists who build a lot of structured reflection exercises tend to like it.
Spark is $25/mo for one professional and 10 clients, Growth $50/mo for 250 clients, Impact $125/mo for 400 clients and Collective $160/mo for up to three professionals and 500 clients, as listed in October 2026. Annual billing lowers each tier. There is a 30-day trial with no card.
The gap is commercial. Client payments and invoicing are marked as planned rather than live, and an older profile notes no scheduling or video calls. So a Quenza practice usually runs alongside a booking tool, a payment link and a separate contract process. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews as seen in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you already have booking and billing you are happy with and only want a library of interactive worksheets.
5. HoneyBook: does a service-business CRM suit coaches?

It suits coaches who work more like consultants: proposals, contracts, invoices and a client portal for project-style engagements. It is less suited to anyone delivering a program week by week.
As listed in October 2026, Starter is $29/mo billed annually (the monthly figure is not shown) with unlimited clients and two lead forms. Essentials is $59/mo ($49 annually) for up to two team members, and Premium is $129/mo. The scheduler and automations start on Essentials. There is a 30-day trial with no card. HoneyBook processes payments itself; its page quotes two different card rates (2.7% + 10¢ in the FAQ and 2.9% + 25¢ in the plan comparison), and ACH is 1.5%.
There are no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community. Payments must run through HoneyBook's own processing, and the vendor documents US-focused payment methods such as ACH, so New Zealand coaches should confirm account eligibility before committing. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 748 reviews as seen in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if most of your work is proposal-led consulting and you never run multi-week programs or groups.
6. Practice Better: when does a practitioner platform make sense?

Practice Better makes sense for nutrition and wellness practitioners who need charting-style notes, telehealth and billing in one place. It is built for practitioners first, coaches second.
Sprout costs nothing for 3 clients. Starter is $35/mo (10 clients), Professional $69/mo (300 clients), Plus $99/mo (unlimited clients) and Team $155/mo for two practitioners, as listed in October 2026. Trials run 14 days on most paid plans and 30 days on Team. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus, which matters if you want the branded experience.
An older profile notes no website builder or funnel pages, so you would still pay for a site and a funnel tool. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews as seen in October 2026. If you are a registered health professional as well as a coach, also check what your own professional body expects for record-keeping.
Pick it over Coachful if your practice is clinical-adjacent nutrition work where charting is the centre of every appointment.
7. CoachAccountable: how far does per-client pricing stretch?

Not very far once you grow. CoachAccountable is a detailed back office for sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements, and it prices by active client.
As listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo for 2 active clients, Level 1 $40/mo for 5, Level 2 $70/mo for 10, Level 3 $120/mo for 20, Level 4 $250/mo for 50 and Level 5 $400/mo for 100. The trial is 30 days with no card and no limits. That ladder is gentle for a small 1:1 roster and steep for a group program, because every cohort member counts as an active client.
An older profile notes no native mobile app and no website or marketing automation, and the vendor states it is not HIPAA compliant. Reviewers rate it well: Trustpilot shows 4.8 from 47 reviews as seen in October 2026. If you are weighing it up, our CoachAccountable alternatives page goes further.
Pick it over Coachful if you coach fewer than ten 1:1 clients, never run groups, and want granular metrics tracking more than a branded client app.
8. Paperbell: who is the single-price admin tool really for?

Paperbell is for the solo coach who wants admin handled and nothing else: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, all at one price.
It is $97/mo, or $80.83/mo billed annually, with unlimited clients, as listed in October 2026. There is a trial (its help centre described seven days in July 2026, with the public site offline and client messages off during it) and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Paperbell adds no transaction fees; Stripe or PayPal processing applies.
An older profile notes no courses, community, goal tracking or habit tracking, and no native mobile app. For a New Zealand coach that means clients use a mobile browser and anything between sessions happens in email or a separate tool. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews as seen in October 2026. Our Paperbell alternatives roundup covers the trade-offs.
Pick it over Coachful if you only ever sell 1:1 session packages and want the simplest possible admin, with PayPal as a payment option.
9. Simply.Coach: what do the tier caps mean in practice?

They mean you will likely move up a tier sooner than you expect. Simply.Coach is a coaching practice platform with contracts, programs, sessions, booking pages and a client portal, and every solo tier below Leap caps clients, contracts and programs.
As listed in October 2026: Starter $9/mo (3 coachees, 1 contract, 1 program), Essentials $29/mo (7 coachees), Growth $49/mo (30 coachees, 10 contracts and programs) and Leap $69/mo (unlimited). Business tiers are priced per active coach. The trial is 14 days with no card, and there are no refunds for mid-period cancellations.
Automated invoices were marked "Coming Soon" on the solo pricing page, which matters if you need tidy records for GST. Transaction fees are not stated on its pricing pages.
Pick it over Coachful if you coach a handful of clients, mostly through structured contracts, and want the lowest entry price in this list for a coaching-specific tool.
10. Calendly: is a booking link enough on its own?

For some new coaches, yes, for a while. Calendly is a scheduling tool only: booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal account.
The Free plan gives one event type and one calendar connection. Standard is $10 per seat per month billed annually (the monthly figure is not shown), and Teams is $16 per seat billed annually, as listed in October 2026. Calendly documents no fee of its own on payments. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 714 reviews as seen in October 2026.
The limit is everything after the booking: no client records, notes, programs, habits, check-ins, contracts or invoicing. Our guide to scheduling software for coaches compares it with other booking tools.
Pick it over Coachful if you take a few discovery calls a month and keep everything else in a notebook for now.
11. Acuity Scheduling: what do you get beyond the calendar?

Intake forms, packages and memberships. Acuity, owned by Squarespace, adds those to appointment scheduling, which makes it a step up from a bare booking link.
Starter is $20/mo for one calendar, Standard $34/mo for up to six, and Premium $69/mo for up to 36, as listed in October 2026. The trial is seven days with no card. Acuity adds no fee of its own; your Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo rates apply. Text reminders start on Standard. Trustpilot shows 3.6 from 687 reviews as seen in October 2026.
There is no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. Coaches who already run a Squarespace site often pair the two.
Pick it over Coachful if you already have a website you love and want intake forms on your bookings without changing anything else.
12. Skool: does a community-first platform work for coaching?

It works when the community itself is what clients pay for. Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards.
Hobby is $9/mo with 10% + 30¢ taken on every transaction. Pro is $99/mo with 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900, as listed in October 2026. Payments run only through Skool Payments, with weekly payouts in local currency. Trial length is not stated on the pricing page.
There is no custom domain website, no funnels, no email automation, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews as seen in October 2026. For a wider look at group tools, see group coaching software.
Pick it over Coachful if you run a large paid community with little or no 1:1 coaching and want leaderboards to drive engagement.
What does each platform cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
Monthly prices as listed in October 2026, in US dollars, for the cheapest plan that covers each roster. Card processing is extra on every row. The figures do not include the other tools you would need to fill each platform's gaps.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients |
|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) |
| Systeme.io | $0 (Free) | $0 (Free) | $0 (Free) |
| Quenza | $25 (Spark) | $50 (Growth) | $50 (Growth) |
| HoneyBook | $59 (Essentials, for the scheduler) | $59 | $59 |
| Practice Better | $35 (Starter) | $69 (Professional) | $69 (Professional) |
| CoachAccountable | $40 (Level 1) | $120 (Level 3) | $250 (Level 4) |
| Paperbell | $97 | $97 | $97 |
| Simply.Coach | $29 (Essentials) | $49 (Growth) | $69 (Leap) |
| Calendly | $0 (Free, one event type) | $10 per seat (annual) | $10 per seat (annual) |
| Acuity Scheduling | $20 (Starter) | $20 | $20 |
| Skool | $9 + 10% + 30¢ per sale | $9 + 10% + 30¢ per sale | $99 + 2.9% + 30¢ per sale |
The cheap rows are cheap because they do one job. Take the Tauranga example from earlier: a coach running Systeme.io for funnels, Calendly for booking, a separate e-signature tool and a group chat for the cohort is paying four bills and keeping client information in four places, each of which belongs in their privacy notice. Add those bills up before you compare against an all-in-one plan.

What are the red flags and switching costs to check first?
Most switching pain comes from things nobody checks on the pricing page. Look for these before you commit.
- Per-client pricing with groups in your plans. A 25-person cohort can move you up several tiers overnight on per-active-client tools.
- Platform fees on top of processing. Kajabi's extra fee with outside processors, Skool's 10% on Hobby and HoneyBook's own card rates all change your real margin.
- No data export. Ask how you get your roster, notes and session history out. Coachful exports full client data as a ZIP, including notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses.
- Time zones handled by hand. If the booking page does not detect the client's time zone, someone will miss a session after daylight saving changes on either side of the Tasman.
- Payment options your clients expect. If a lot of your clients insist on PayPal, check that first, because several tools here, Coachful included, do not support it.
- Offshore data with no plain-language notice. Under principle 12 you need to think about disclosure outside New Zealand. Write a short notice naming the tools you use.
- Locked branding. Some tools keep branded portals or apps for higher tiers only. Check which tier your logo and colours actually appear on.
Switching is easier when someone moves your data for you. During Coachful onboarding your clients, programs and content are imported for you, and the white-glove team can rebuild your site or a key funnel in your account so you are not paying two subscriptions for long.
Which is the best coaching software in New Zealand overall?
For most New Zealand coaches who deliver programs, run a group alongside 1:1 work, or have clients across time zones, Coachful is the strongest choice: one login, a branded client app for the work between sessions, payments through your own Stripe account, and a team that will build your site or first program for you at no charge. If courses to a big audience are the whole business, look at Kajabi. If you only need booking, Calendly or Acuity will do for now. If you run a small, pure 1:1 practice and want admin only, Paperbell or CoachAccountable are reasonable.

Frequently asked questions
Is there coaching software built specifically in New Zealand?
None of the 12 platforms here is New Zealand-built; most are from the US, and Coachful is based in Estonia. What matters more is whether the tool handles time zones, lets you invoice clearly and gives you a data export. Mention in your privacy notice that client information is stored offshore.
Do I need to charge GST on coaching?
Inland Revenue says you must register for GST once your taxable activity turnover reaches at least $60,000 over 12 months, or if you expect it to, and you can register voluntarily below that. How GST applies to overseas clients depends on your situation, so check with an accountant.
Which tool is best for a New Zealand health or wellness coach?
Coachful suits health coaches who deliver programs with habits and check-ins; Practice Better suits practitioners who need charting. Either way, coaching is not treatment, so refer clients with medical or mental health concerns to a GP or registered health professional.
Can New Zealand clients pay in their usual way?
Coachful takes card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay through your own Stripe account, with one-time payments, subscriptions and payment plans. It does not support PayPal. Check your Stripe settings for currency and payout details.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service on every plan: you describe a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar, attach up to 8 links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include filming videos, logo design or ads.
How do I handle clients in Australia, the UK and the US?
Use a booking page that detects each client's time zone and syncs with your calendar, and send reminders the day before and an hour before. Coachful does both, with SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled.
Which option costs least for a brand-new coach?
Systeme.io's Free plan and Calendly's Free plan cost nothing, but neither manages clients. Count the other tools you would need alongside them before deciding a no-cost tier is the cheapest route.
Is Coachful suitable for ICF credential hours?
Yes. It counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours.
Can I move my clients across from another platform?
Yes. During onboarding Coachful imports your clients, programs and content for you. Export everything from your old tool first, and keep it until you have checked the import.
