Best Coaching Software Canada in 2026 (10 Compared)

Best Coaching Software Canada in 2026 (10 Compared)

The best coaching software Canada coaches can choose in 2026 is the one that runs the whole client relationship from a single login: booking, payment, agreement, the program itself and the work clients do between calls. If you are searching for the best coaching software Canada has access to, the deciding question is not "which tool has the most features" but "how many separate tools will my clients have to touch, and what does that stack cost me each month once I pay for all of it?"

Our pick is Coachful, because it covers that full journey in one place with one branded app for clients and no platform fee on payments. We make Coachful, so weigh that disclosure as you read. The other nine tools below each win a specific situation, and we say plainly when you should pick one of them instead.

Every vendor price in this article is the price as listed in October 2026. Most of these vendors publish prices in US dollars, so check the currency at checkout, because the Canadian dollar amount on your card statement will move with the exchange rate.

What do coaches in Canada actually need from software?

Coaches in Canada need the same core workflow as coaches anywhere (booking, payments, delivery, follow-up), plus three local concerns: clients spread across six time zones, privacy rules for the personal information you collect, and sales tax handling that depends on your province and revenue.

Start with the time zones. A coach in Halifax with clients in Vancouver is working across four hours, and clients in Newfoundland sit on a half-hour offset. You want a booking page that detects the client's time zone automatically and sends reminders in their local time, not yours.

Privacy is the second concern. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada explains that the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) sets the ground rules for how private-sector organizations collect, use and disclose personal information in the course of commercial activities, and that businesses subject to it must follow 10 fair information principles, including consent and identifying purposes. The same page notes that Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec have their own private-sector privacy laws deemed substantially similar, and that Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador have adopted substantially similar legislation for personal health information. For a coach, the practical upshot is simple: collect only what you need in intake forms, tell clients why you collect it, keep it in one place you control, and be able to export or delete it on request. Which provincial law applies to you depends on where you and your clients are, so check with a lawyer if you coach health-adjacent topics or serve Quebec clients.

Sales tax is the third. Whether you must register for and charge GST/HST (and, in some provinces, PST or QST) depends on your revenue and where your clients live. That is a question for an accountant, not a software vendor, but your software should at least let you add tax to an invoice and produce a clean record of every transaction. Our guide on how to start a coaching business in Canada walks through registration and setup in more detail.

Beyond those, the client journey is the same as anywhere: a prospect finds you, books a discovery call, signs an agreement, pays, joins a program, and then either does the work between sessions or quietly drifts away. The software that keeps clients engaged between calls is the software that keeps them renewing.

How did we choose and rank these 10 tools?

We ranked each tool against one concrete scenario: a coach based in Ontario with 15 one-to-one clients across Canada and one six-week group program of around 20 people, who wants to stop paying for five separate subscriptions. That coach needs a booking page, card payments, a signed agreement before the first call, a place to deliver the program, a way to see who is slipping, and a simple website.

We scored each platform on four things. First, how much of that journey fits in one login for the coach and one place for the client. Second, whether clients get structured work between sessions (habits, check-ins, tasks) rather than just a calendar invite. Third, the total monthly cost of a stack that covers the whole scenario, not just the headline plan. Fourth, how long it takes to set up, and whether the vendor will help build it.

We did not test these products hands-on for this article. Vendor features and prices come from each vendor's own pages as listed in October 2026, and ratings are Trustpilot figures seen on 25 October 2026. Where a vendor's page conflicts with itself, we say so.

1. Coachful: why is it the best overall coaching software in Canada?

Coachful wins the scenario where you want one subscription to handle booking, payment, agreements, multi-week programs, courses, community and your website, with clients using one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for solo coaches replacing four to six tools.

Coachful's client coaching hub on a tablet and the session calendar on a laptop in a cabin setting
Coachful's client coaching hub with the next session on a tablet, and the coach's session calendar on a laptop, both showing demo data.

Here is what that looks like across the client journey. A prospect lands on your site (built in Coachful's section-based website builder with a custom domain, blog and SEO settings) or on a funnel page with your Meta Pixel and GA4 tracking. They book a discovery call on a booking page that detects their time zone, respects your buffers and minimum notice, and syncs two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook calendars. The call link is created automatically for built-in video, Zoom, Meet or Teams. Intake questions are asked at booking, so the answers land on the client record before you meet.

When they say yes, they sign a coaching agreement by e-signature before the first call, and the signed copy is stored on their record. You can read more about this in our page on coaching contracts. Payment runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, order bumps, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with Stripe Tax available and an invoice per transaction. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee on those payments (since August 2026), so you only pay the processor.

The part most Canadian coaches are missing today is what happens between sessions. Coachful programs run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. Clients see all of this in their branded home and app. On your side, each client record gathers goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and labels each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is what lets you message the client in Calgary who stopped checking in on Tuesday, before they quietly fail to renew.

Coachful's client dashboard with demo clients, status tags, task completion and check-in rate.

For the group side of our scenario, enrolling people in a program creates a cohort group automatically, with a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events for group calls and webinars. Courses with modules, lessons, drip and completion tracking sit alongside, as do downloads, videos, books and bundles. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences (with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits) replace a separate email tool. See our group coaching software page for how cohorts work.

Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data. She can build a program, draft emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before each call, and she can give optional private feedback on your coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. If you are working toward an ICF credential (common among coaches finishing a Canadian training program, see our guide to life coach certification in Canada), Coachful counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log. More on that at ICF hour tracking.

This short walkthrough shows the client journey builder that ties these steps together:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you · FREE" card lets you describe what you want built: a website, funnel, sales page, program, course outline, email sequence, form, link-in-bio page or something else. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, and never invents credentials, testimonials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. In one recent build, a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. In another, a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream with every button leading to a free 20-minute consultation. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read the details in Coachful's free white-glove service.

Pricing is flat monthly: lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, team plans add coach seats, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial, and your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding.

What Coachful does not do matters too. It is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing, so registered health professionals who chart should look at Practice Better below. There is no PayPal, no permanent free plan, and no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. There is no multi-stage sales deal board or Salesforce/HubSpot integration, and affiliate payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful. Full client data export as a ZIP is available, which helps when a client asks for their information under Canadian privacy rules.

2. Kajabi: is it the right pick if courses are your main product?

Kajabi wins when your business is mainly selling courses, memberships and a community to a large email list, and one-to-one coaching is a small add-on rather than the core.

Kajabi public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

It combines courses, community, a website, funnels and email marketing for selling knowledge products. Kajabi lists three plans as of October 2026: Basic at $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community, one website and 0 AI credits; Growth at $249/mo ($199/mo annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; and Pro at $499/mo ($399/mo annual). The standard trial is 14 days according to its help centre, and some features stay locked until you activate a paid plan.

Watch the payment fees. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic down to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro, and using another processor other than PayPal adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of that provider's fees. Canadian coaches should confirm which processor options are available to them before signing up. Kajabi shows a Trustpilot rating of 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.

The limit for coaching is structural: there is no habit tracking or daily client check-in, and coaching runs as products and communities rather than per-client plans. You would still need somewhere to track each client's progress and agreements.

Pick it over Coachful if you sell courses to thousands of contacts, need many admin users, and rarely run individual programs.

3. Systeme.io: can a free plan cover a new Canadian coach?

For a coach still testing an offer who wants funnels, email and a basic course before spending anything, Systeme.io is the cheapest starting point on this list.

Systeme.io public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

The free plan, as listed in October 2026, includes 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 500 students, a blog, an affiliate program, a custom domain, one automation rule and one email campaign, with no credit card required and no expiry. Paid plans are Startup at $17/mo, Webinar at $47/mo and Unlimited at $97/mo. Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, so you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Its Trustpilot rating is 4.9 from 8,696 reviews, the strongest score in this group.

The trade-off is coaching delivery. Older profiles of the product report no native one-to-one scheduling tied to client records, no habits or check-ins, and no branded mobile app, and the community and course features are basic. So a Systeme.io coach usually adds a booking tool, an e-signature tool and some way to track clients, which brings back the patchwork problem once you have more than a handful of clients.

It also does not handle coaching agreements or session credits, so you will run your discovery-call-to-signed-client process somewhere else.

Pick it over Coachful if you have no paying clients yet, want to validate a lead magnet and email list for free, and are happy to add other tools later.

4. HoneyBook: what if most of your clients are corporate?

Executive and leadership coaches who sell engagements to companies, with proposals, contracts and invoices sent to an HR contact, will find HoneyBook's client-management workflow familiar.

HoneyBook public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
HoneyBook's homepage in October 2026.

HoneyBook is a CRM for service businesses: proposals, contracts, invoices, a scheduler and a client portal. As listed in October 2026, Starter is $29/mo billed annually (the monthly price is not shown), Essentials is $59/mo ($49/mo annual) for up to two team members, and Premium is $129/mo ($109/mo annual) with unlimited team members. There is a 30-day free trial with no card required. Note that the scheduler and automations are not on Starter, so most coaches need Essentials.

HoneyBook is the payment processor, and its own page conflicts on the card rate: the FAQ says 2.7% + 10¢, while the plan comparison shows 2.9% + 25¢. ACH is listed at 1.5%. Check what applies to a Canadian account before you commit. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 748 reviews.

The real limit is that HoneyBook stops at the signed invoice. It has no programs, courses, habits, check-ins or community, so the coaching itself happens elsewhere. Our guide for executive coaches covers what else that kind of practice needs.

Pick it over Coachful if your work is mostly proposals and invoices to organizations and you deliver the coaching itself entirely in live calls.

5. Practice Better: is it better for wellness and nutrition practitioners?

Practice Better suits nutrition and wellness practitioners who need charting and telehealth-style practice management, the scenario where Coachful's "not for clinical record-keeping" limit genuinely matters.

Practice Better public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

It offers scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Plans as listed in October 2026: Sprout is free for 3 clients; Starter is $35/mo ($25/mo annual) for 10 clients; Professional is $69/mo ($59/mo annual) for 300 clients; Plus is $99/mo ($89/mo annual) with unlimited clients; and Team is $155/mo ($145/mo annual) for two practitioners. Trials run 14 days on most paid plans and 30 days on Team. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.

The limits show up as you grow a coaching (rather than clinical) business. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus, so the realistic price for a branded program practice is $99/mo. There is no website builder or funnel pages according to older profiles, and accounts below Team have one practitioner.

A scope note for health coaches in Canada: coaching is not treatment. If a client describes symptoms, an eating disorder, or a condition needing diagnosis, refer them to a physician, registered dietitian or other regulated professional, and keep your notes to coaching goals. Our health and wellness software guide and Coachful for health coaches page go deeper.

Pick it over Coachful if you are a regulated practitioner who needs charting, or you must keep clinical notes in a practice-management system.

6. Paperbell: does a single flat price beat everything else?

A solo coach who wants booking, packages, payments and contracts at one price, and does not run programs or groups, is Paperbell's ideal buyer.

Paperbell public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

Paperbell has one plan at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, sessions, files and packages, as listed in October 2026. It states no additional transaction fees, so only Stripe or PayPal processing applies. Its help centre (July 2026) describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages and SMS turned off, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews.

Where it falls short is delivery. Older profiles report no courses, community, or goal and habit tracking, and no native mobile app (clients use the mobile browser). It covers the admin around sessions well, but clients get nothing structured to do between them. Compare it in detail at Paperbell alternatives.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell one-to-one session packages, want a single price with unlimited clients, and need nothing for groups or between-session work.

7. CoachAccountable: who should pay per active client?

Coaches with a small, high-touch roster who track action plans, metrics and worksheets in detail get the most from CoachAccountable.

CoachAccountable public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

It is a coaching back office covering sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Pricing scales by active clients, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo for 2, Level 1 $40/mo for 5, Level 2 $70/mo for 10, Level 3 $120/mo for 20, Level 4 $250/mo for 50, and Level 5 $400/mo for 100. The 30-day trial needs no credit card. Its Trustpilot rating is 4.8 from 47 reviews.

That per-client model is the catch for our scenario. Fifteen one-to-one clients plus a 20-person group program puts you at 35 active clients and the $250/mo Level 4. Older profiles also report no native mobile app, no website or marketing automation, and the vendor states it is not HIPAA compliant. You can see how it stacks up at CoachAccountable alternatives.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach fewer than ten clients, care most about detailed metrics tracking, and already have a website and email tool you like.

8. Quenza: is it enough for between-session worksheets?

When the gap you want to fill is structured activities and worksheets between sessions, and you already handle booking and billing elsewhere, Quenza is the focused option.

Quenza public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Quenza's homepage in October 2026.

Quenza is a client-engagement tool for coaches and therapists: activities, worksheets, programs, chat and a client app. Plans as listed in October 2026: Spark $25/mo ($20/mo annual) for 10 clients, Growth $50/mo ($40/mo annual) for 250 clients, Impact $125/mo ($100/mo annual) for 400 clients, and Collective $160/mo ($128/mo annual) for up to three professionals. There is a 30-day free trial with no card. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews.

The gaps are significant for a business owner: no client payment processing today (invoicing and digital products are marked planned), and older profiles report no scheduling or video calls. So Quenza sits alongside a booking tool, a payment tool and probably a website builder.

Pick it over Coachful if you only need worksheets and activities and your booking, billing and website are already settled.

9. Calendly: when is booking alone enough?

If all you need is a link clients use to book a time with you, Calendly is the familiar choice, and its free plan covers one event type.

Calendly public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Calendly's homepage in October 2026.

Calendly offers booking pages, reminders and workflows, and paid bookings through your own Stripe or PayPal account. As listed in October 2026, the Free plan includes one event type and one calendar connection. Standard is $10/mo per seat billed annually with up to six calendar connections, and Teams is $16/mo per seat billed annually; monthly prices are not shown on the page. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 714 reviews.

It is a scheduling tool only: no client records, notes, programs, habits, check-ins, contracts or invoicing, and intake is limited to booking questions. Each coach on a team pays per seat. Our scheduling software for coaches roundup compares it with other booking tools.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach occasionally as a side activity and only need people to find a time on your calendar.

10. Skool: does a community-first coach need anything else?

Skool fits a coach whose offer is a paid community with a classroom and live calls, and who does very little individual coaching.

Skool public homepage as it appeared in October 2026
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Each Skool group combines a community, a classroom and a calendar, with gamified leaderboards. As listed in October 2026, Hobby is $9/mo ($7.50/mo annual) and Pro is $99/mo ($82.50/mo annual), both with unlimited members, courses and live calls. The transaction fees are what to watch: Hobby charges 10% + 30¢ on all transactions, while Pro charges 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Payments run only through Skool Payments, with weekly payouts in local currency. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews.

There is no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no one-to-one client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins.

Pick it over Coachful if your whole business is one paid community and you are comfortable with Skool handling all payments.

What does each tool cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Client caps change the real price more than headline plans do. This table shows the cheapest listed monthly plan that covers each roster size, before payment processing.

Kajabi's Basic plan caps contacts at 2,500 and products at 5, so the flat figure holds only while your list stays small. The Skool column at 40 clients assumes you would move to Pro to avoid the 10% Hobby fee; that is our example, not a Skool recommendation.

What do three real-world stacks cost per month?

Single-tool prices hide the cost of the tools you add to fill the gaps. Here are three example Canadian practices, each priced as one Coachful subscription versus a typical patchwork of the tools above (list prices, monthly billing where shown).

OptionSolo life coach, 15 clientsWellness group coach, 40 clientsExecutive coach, 5 clients plus a course
CoachfulSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clientsLite: $29/month for up to 5 clients
Patchwork stack$136 (Paperbell $97 + Kit Creator from $39)$185 (Practice Better Professional $69 + Skool Pro $99 + Systeme.io Startup $17)$248 (HoneyBook Essentials $59 + Calendly Standard $10 annual + Kajabi Basic $179)

Stack 1: the solo life coach in Toronto. Fifteen one-to-one clients on three-month packages. The patchwork version uses Paperbell for booking, payments and contracts, and Kit for a newsletter (Kit's Creator plan starts at $39/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers and rises with list size). Clients still get nothing structured between sessions. In the single-platform version, the same coach runs booking, agreements, a 12-week program with weekly check-ins, and email from one login. Our life coach software guide covers this practice type in more depth.

Stack 2: the wellness coach in Vancouver. Forty clients, most of them in a rolling eight-week group. The patchwork version uses Practice Better for client records, Skool Pro for the community, and Systeme.io for funnels. That is three logins for clients, and Skool Pro charges 2.9% + 30¢ on each community sale. The single-platform version enrolls each client into a program that creates the cohort group automatically.

Stack 3: the executive coach in Montreal. Five corporate clients and a self-paced leadership course. HoneyBook handles proposals, Calendly handles booking, and Kajabi Basic hosts the course. The course platform alone is the largest line item, for a product that sells occasionally.

These stacks are illustrative examples built from list prices, not quotes. Your numbers will change with annual billing, exchange rates and processing fees.

How would you set up a Canadian practice in Coachful, step by step?

You can do this yourself, or request the free white-glove build and review what the team built, usually within about 24 hours. Here is the order we suggest, with what the client sees at each step.

  1. Connect your Stripe account. Payments go to your own Stripe Connect account, so your payouts and tax records sit with you. Turn on Stripe Tax if your accountant advises you to collect GST/HST. The client sees a normal checkout with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
  2. Connect your calendar and build your booking page. Two-way sync with Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook, plus buffers, minimum notice and intake questions. Time-zone detection means a client in St. John's and one in Victoria each see slots in their own local time. See scheduling software for the details.
  3. Write your intake questions with privacy in mind. Ask only what you need for coaching and say why you ask. The answers land on the client record, not in a scattered inbox.
  4. Add your coaching agreement. The client signs by e-signature before the first call, and the copy stays on their record.
  5. Build or pick a program template. Start from one of more than 40 ready-to-film program templates, or ask Michelle to draft one. Add weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning or evening check-ins. The client opens their branded app each morning to a short check-in and today's tasks.
  6. Set up email reminders, and SMS or WhatsApp once messaging is enabled. SMS reminders go out 24 hours before a session and WhatsApp reminders one hour before.
  7. Publish your site and one funnel. Pick one of 30 homepage templates, or use Import website, and add a booking funnel. Our coach website builder page shows the options.
  8. Review client statuses weekly. Sort by "quiet" and "at risk" and reach out before the renewal conversation.

From the client's side, the whole journey is: book, sign, pay, open the app, check in daily, join the group, and see their own progress. That is one login instead of four.

What mistakes do Canadian coaches make when choosing software?

  • Comparing headline prices instead of stack cost. A $9 community plus a $97 admin tool plus a $39 email plan is not a cheap setup.
  • Ignoring currency. Most vendors here list US dollar prices. A plan that looks affordable in USD costs noticeably more in Canadian dollars, and the amount moves every month.
  • Collecting more personal information than you need. Under PIPEDA's principles, you should identify why you collect information and get consent. Long health questionnaires in a non-clinical coaching practice create risk without helping the coaching.
  • Choosing a clinical tool for a coaching business, or the reverse. If you chart as a regulated professional, use a practice-management system. If you coach, you mostly need programs and engagement.
  • Overlooking per-transaction platform fees. Skool's 10% Hobby fee or Kajabi's extra fee on third-party processors adds up faster than a monthly plan difference.
  • Leaving sales tax for later. Ask an accountant early whether and when you need to register for GST/HST, and choose software that records every transaction cleanly.

What is our verdict on the best coaching software in Canada?

For most coaches working in Canada, Coachful is the best choice because it covers the full client journey (booking with time-zone detection, agreements, payments through your own Stripe account, programs with habits and check-ins, cohorts, courses, website and email) in one login and one branded client app, with no platform fee on payments and a free white-glove build to get set up. Pick Kajabi for a course-first business, Systeme.io to test an idea for free, HoneyBook for proposal-heavy corporate work, Practice Better if you need clinical charting, and Paperbell if you only sell session packages. Frequently asked questions

What is the best coaching software in Canada?

Coachful is our pick for most coaches in Canada because it puts booking, payments, agreements, programs, community, courses and a website in one login. Specialised alternatives win in narrow cases: Kajabi for course businesses, Practice Better for practitioners who chart, and Paperbell for session-only admin.

Does Coachful work for coaches based in Canada?

Yes. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect account, booking pages detect each client's time zone, and calendars sync with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook. Coachful is GDPR-ready and offers full client data export, but you remain responsible for meeting Canadian privacy rules in how you collect and use information.

Do coaching platforms need to comply with PIPEDA?

PIPEDA applies to private-sector organizations that collect, use or disclose personal information in commercial activities, which includes most coaching businesses, while Alberta, British Columbia and Quebec have substantially similar provincial laws. Compliance is mainly about how you, the coach, collect and handle information. Choose software that lets you limit intake questions and export or delete client data, and check with a lawyer for your situation.

Is Coachful suitable for health coaches who need HIPAA-style compliance?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and is not built for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. Health coaches who coach rather than treat can use it, but regulated practitioners who chart should use a practice-management system such as Practice Better.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan: you describe what you need (website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence and more) and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing testimonials, credentials or prices. It does not include video recording, logo design or ongoing marketing.

Do I pay in Canadian dollars for coaching software?

Most of the vendors in this comparison list prices in US dollars, so your card is charged after currency conversion. Check each vendor's checkout for the currency it bills in before you commit, and factor the exchange rate into your stack cost.

Do I need to charge GST/HST on coaching sessions?

It depends on your revenue and where your clients are, and the rules differ by province. Ask an accountant whether and when you must register. Your software should let you add tax to invoices and keep a clean record of every transaction, which Coachful does with Stripe Tax and an invoice per transaction.

Which coaching software is cheapest in Canada?

Systeme.io has a free plan with funnels, email and a course, and Calendly's free plan covers one booking type. Neither handles client records, agreements or programs, so a working practice usually needs paid tools on top. Compare total stack cost rather than the lowest single plan.

Can I track ICF coaching hours in coaching software?

Coachful counts your coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. That saves rebuilding a spreadsheet when you apply for a credential.

Can I move my existing clients into a new coaching platform?

With Coachful, your clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and you can request a free white-glove build for your website or funnels. Before leaving any tool, export your client list, notes and signed agreements first.
