Best Landing Page Builders for Coaches in 2026: 9 Compared for Booking Pages, Lead Magnets and Launches

Best Landing Page Builders for Coaches in 2026: 9 Compared for Booking Pages, Lead Magnets and Launches

This page is for the coach who has one thing to sell and nowhere to send people. A free discovery call, a lead magnet, a group program opening in three weeks: the offer exists, the page does not, and the search for the best landing page builders for coaches has turned into a week of hoarding browser tabs.

"Best" means something narrow here, on purpose. A coaching landing page has a job that a software landing page does not: it has to hand the visitor to a calendar or a checkout without dropping them, and then tell you who that person was. So the nine tools below were judged on what it costs to get one live page on your own domain, how much of the next step the same tool handles, and what customers say about support when something breaks on launch morning.

Every price on this page was checked on 15 September 2026 against the vendor's own pricing page, and ratings come from G2, Capterra and Trustpilot where a credible sample exists. Prices move. Three of these vendors restructured their plans in the last eighteen months, and one of them removed a tier from public view. Confirm the number on the vendor's page before you enter a card.

What makes a landing page builder good for a coach?

The page itself is the easy part. Every tool below gives you a headline, a photo, some bullets and a button, and an afternoon of fiddling gets you something that looks fine on a phone.

What separates them is the four seconds after the click. A coaching page ends in one of three actions: book a call, download a thing, or buy a package. If the builder cannot do that action natively, you are stitching a second tool into the page, a third tool to email the lead, and a spreadsheet to remember any of it happened.

The criteria, in the order they cost you money:

  • Cost to first live page on your own domain. Not the entry price. The price of the tier where a custom domain and a working form both appear, because on several tools those sit two tiers apart.
  • What the button does. Booking with real availability rules, a checkout that takes a payment plan, or a file delivered by email. Native beats embedded, because embedded breaks quietly.
  • Where the lead lands. A name and an email in a list is the floor. A name, an email, a source, and a next step on a record you will open again is what you actually want.
  • Traffic and contact caps. Some tools price by monthly visitors, some by contacts stored, some by pages published. A launch that goes well can triple your bill on two of them.
  • Testing. If you are spending money on ads, A/B testing is the difference between guessing and knowing. If you are not, it is a feature you will never open.
  • What happens on a bad day. Support quality shows up in reviews long before it shows up in your launch, and two tools on this page have a visible support problem in their public ratings.

One more thing that is easy to skip. Count your pages. Most coaches need three or four in the first year, not fifty, which makes the per-page pricing on some tools a much better deal than it first looks and the unlimited-pages pitch on others close to irrelevant.

The cheapest live page here. Carrd's Pro Standard tier is $19 a year for ten sites with custom domains and forms, which is less than one month of every other paid tool on this page.

How do the nine landing page builders compare?

Ranking basis: what it costs to get one live coaching page on your own domain, how much of the next step (booking, payment, follow-up, the client record) the same subscription handles, and the strength of the tool's public support reputation. Tools that only build the page rank below tools that also catch the lead, because the page is the part you finish in an afternoon and the rest is the part you live with.

Nine landing page builders for coaches compared on entry price, custom domain, A/B testing and what happens after the click. All figures checked 15 September 2026 and subject to vendor change.

Read that table twice before you read the entries. Four of the nine build a page and nothing else, which is a perfectly good purchase if you already have booking and payments sorted somewhere. The other five want to be the place your whole business lives, and they charge accordingly.

1. Coachful: the page, the booking and the payment on one client record

Coachful builds landing pages because a coaching business needs them, not the other way round. You get a section-based website builder with a blog, a custom domain and SEO settings, plus funnels for the four things coaches actually publish: booking, application, lead magnet and checkout, each with pixel and UTM tracking. The difference from the page-only tools here is what sits behind the button. Booking is a real scheduler with availability rules, buffers and time-zone detection, checkout is Stripe Connect or Razorpay with payment plans and order bumps, and the person who filled in the form becomes a record you open next week rather than a row in an export.

Here is the plain description, because a roundup should say it once. Coachful is an all-in-one coaching platform: website and funnels, link-in-bio, booking, payments, agreements with e-signature, multi-week programs, habits, check-ins, community, email sequences and an AI assistant, on one login. It is built for online coaches running roughly 3 to 50 clients who are tired of paying for five tools that do not talk to each other. It costs $29 a month on Lite for up to 5 clients, $49 on Solo for up to 20, and $99 on Pro for unlimited clients, with a 0% platform fee on everything you sell. It is not a free tool, it is not HIPAA-certified, it is not a workout builder or a nutrition database, and there is no self-serve CSV importer, because the team imports your clients, programs and content for you during onboarding instead.

Price, checked 15 September 2026: Lite $29/mo for up to 5 clients ($19/mo billed annually); Solo $49/mo for up to 20 clients ($39 annual); Pro $99/mo for unlimited clients ($79 annual); Studio $199/mo for 3 coach seats; Agency $299/mo for 6 seats. Every plan includes every feature except the Pro-tier intelligence tools. The trial is 7 days, card required, no charge during the trial, cancel in one click. There is no free plan and no platform fee, so after Stripe or Razorpay processing you keep the rest.

Ratings: Trustpilot 4.5 from 21 reviews. That is a small sample next to Systeme.io's 8,424, and worth saying out loud rather than dressing up.

The website builder lists your home landing page and its subpages, each showing how many sections it contains and whether it is live. Pages publish to your own custom domain, and there is an import option for an existing site.

What stands out

  • The button goes somewhere useful. A booking funnel ends in a real calendar with buffers and time-zone detection, and a checkout funnel ends in Stripe Connect or Razorpay with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • The lead becomes a record. Every form submission lands with its source attached (funnel, quiz, link in bio, newsletter, referral, intake form) and a pipeline stage, so you can see which page produced the client rather than which page produced the click.
  • Follow-up is in the same subscription. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, so the lead magnet gets delivered and the reminder gets sent without a second bill.
  • A link-in-bio hub that takes money. Booking and checkout live inside the hub itself, which is the page most coaches actually need before they need a website.
  • 0% platform fee on every plan. Nothing on the page you publish is taxed by the platform, which matters more than $20 of monthly price once you are selling.
Coachful funnels page listing a Free Webinar Funnel, a Lead Magnet Funnel and a Program Launch Funnel, each with edit and view actions
Funnels are listed as whole flows rather than loose pages: a free webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel. Each one carries its own pixel and UTM tracking.

The honest catch

  • It is a platform, not a page tool. If you only want one beautiful standalone page and you will never run coaching on the platform, a $19-a-year Carrd site does that job for a fraction of the money.
  • Page-level split testing is not the focus. A/B splits live in the email sequences rather than in page variants, so if your week revolves around testing two headlines against paid traffic, Unbounce or Swipe Pages is the better fit for that one task.

Best for: coaches who want the page, the booking, the payment and the follow-up on one bill, and who would rather open a client record than a spreadsheet.

2. Systeme.io: the best free page a coach can publish

Systeme.io gives away more than most tools sell. The free plan carries 2,000 contacts, three funnels, one course, one blog, one custom domain, unlimited emails and a 0% platform fee, with no credit card to start, which makes it the cheapest legitimate route to a live coaching page with an email list behind it. The paid ladder stays cheap: $17 a month on Startup, $47 on Webinar, $97 on Unlimited.

It also has something most page builders do not: a native booking calendar with paid appointments. For a coach that closes the biggest gap on this list, because the page and the discovery call can live in the same tool without an embed. The trade is polish. The editor is the part reviewers complain about, the community and course features are basic, and there is no live video, so your actual sessions still happen on Zoom.

Price, checked 15 September 2026: Free forever (2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course, 1 blog, 1 custom domain, unlimited emails, 0% fees, no card required); Startup $17/mo or $170/yr; Webinar $47/mo or $470/yr; Unlimited $97/mo or $970/yr, which adds sub-accounts, a free migration service and priority support. 0% platform fee on every plan including Free.

Ratings: Trustpilot 4.9 from 8,424 reviews, G2 4.8 from 744, Capterra 4.8 from 2,126. That is the strongest review profile on this page by a distance, and support and migration help are what reviewers keep naming.

What stands out

  • A custom domain on the free plan. Almost nobody does this. You can have a real page at your own address for $0.
  • Native booking with paid appointments, which removes the most common embed a coach needs.
  • Unlimited emails on every tier, including free, with sequences, tags and automation rules.
  • Funnels with A/B tests, order bumps, upsells and deadline funnels, which is premium-tool scope at a $17 price.
  • Affiliate management on all plans, including the free one, if you want other people selling your program.

The honest catch

  • The page editor is the weak point. Capterra reviewers call it clunky and name the limited undo specifically.
  • No coaching delivery model at all: no client goals, no habits, no check-ins, no session notes. It sells and emails, then hands off.
  • No live video and no mobile app, so webinars are evergreen and recorded rather than live.
  • Contact exports expire three days after you request them, so download the file the day it arrives.

Best for: the coach who needs a live page, an opt-in and an email list this weekend for zero to seventeen dollars.

3. Carrd: a real page on your own domain for $19 a year

Carrd is the one tool here that will make you laugh at your other software bills. Nineteen dollars a year on Pro Standard buys ten sites with custom domain URLs, forms, widgets, embeds, analytics and meta tags, and the cheapest tier, Pro Lite, is $9 a year for three sites without the custom domain. That is not a monthly price with a discount. That is the whole year.

What you are buying is a single-page site builder, done extremely well. It is fast, it looks good on a phone without work, and it will take you an hour to learn. What you are not buying is a business system. Carrd's own Pro page lists forms, widgets and embeds rather than checkout, scheduling or email sequences, so the booking link and the payment button arrive on your page as embeds from other tools, and the lead goes wherever your form sends it.

Price, checked 15 September 2026 at carrd.com/pro: Pro Lite $9/year for 3 sites, $14/year for 10, $29/year for 25; Pro Standard $19/year for 10 sites (this is the tier with custom domains, forms, widgets, embeds, analytics and meta tags), rising through $39, $69, $119, $249, $399 and $599 a year for 25 up to 1,000 sites; Pro Plus $49/year for 25 sites, adding advanced forms, redirects, password protection, variables and site downloads, up to $999/year at 1,000 sites. Carrd offers a 7-day trial of the top Pro features with no payment required. The free tier's limits were not itemized on that page, so treat the free option as unverified on 15 September 2026.

What stands out

  • $19 a year with a custom domain and working forms. Every other paid tool here costs more in a single month.
  • Pages load fast, which is the one technical thing that reliably changes conversion on mobile.
  • Password protection and redirects on Pro Plus, useful for a private client page or a paid workshop replay.
  • Seven days of Pro features with no payment means you can build the whole page before you decide.

The honest catch

  • No native checkout, no scheduler, no email automation. Everything after the click is somebody else's tool.
  • The single-page format suits a waitlist, a lead magnet or a link hub. A multi-step application funnel is the wrong shape for it.
  • No A/B testing, so paid traffic testing happens by hand or not at all.
  • No client record, so you will still need somewhere for the lead to live.

Best for: one beautiful page for a waitlist, a lead magnet or a launch, at the lowest price it is possible to pay.

4. Swipe Pages: fast pages for coaches buying traffic

Swipe Pages is built around load speed, which sounds like a detail until you remember that every second of delay on a mobile ad click costs you people who were interested. It publishes AMP pages on every plan, gives you unlimited landing pages from $29 a month, and prices by monthly visitors rather than by contacts stored, which suits a coach running a short ad campaign to a webinar signup.

The catch is the shape of the plans. A/B testing, the reason most people buy a dedicated page tool, only arrives on the $149 Agency plan, and traffic overages cost $5 for every extra 5,000 visits. If a launch goes unexpectedly well on the $29 plan, you find out through your invoice.

Price, checked 15 September 2026 at swipepages.com/pricing: Startup $29/mo (unlimited landing pages, 1 custom domain, 20,000 monthly visitors, AMP, no A/B testing, no team members, saves $120 on annual billing); Marketer $69/mo (5 custom domains, 50,000 visitors, 5 team members, no A/B testing, saves $240 annually); Agency $149/mo (unlimited domains, 500,000 visitors, unlimited team members, saves $600 annually). Overages run $5 per additional 5,000 visits. The trial is 14 days, full-featured, no credit card required.

What stands out

  • AMP pages on every tier, the most direct fix for slow mobile landing pages.
  • Unlimited pages at $29, so a coach with one page per offer never hits a page cap.
  • Fourteen days, full features, no card. You can build and test the real page before paying anything.
  • Traffic-based pricing, which is cheaper than contact-based pricing if you keep your list somewhere else.

The honest catch

  • No A/B testing until the $149 Agency plan, which is most of the reason to buy a specialist page tool.
  • Traffic overage billing punishes exactly the launch you were hoping for.
  • No booking, no checkout, no client record. Calendly and Stripe are separate bills and separate logins.
  • 20,000 monthly visitors on the entry plan is generous for organic traffic and tight for sustained paid traffic.

Best for: coaches spending real money on ads to a webinar or application page, where load speed is worth paying for.

5. Unbounce: the testing tool, if testing is your actual job

Unbounce is the page builder people mean when they say "landing page software," and it earns that on testing rather than on building. Unlimited A/B testing with unlimited variants, manual traffic allocation and confidence intervals arrive on the $149 Experiment plan, and AI traffic optimization on $249 Optimize routes visitors to the variant most likely to convert them. Every plan advertises unlimited conversions, which means a good month does not generate a bill.

For a coach, the question is whether you have enough traffic for any of that to mean something. Split testing needs volume before the result is real, and a page getting 300 visits a month will not produce a trustworthy answer in a quarter. The $29 Starter plan, at 5 pages and 500 monthly traffic volume, is a trial-sized tier rather than a working one.

Price, checked 15 September 2026 at unbounce.com/pricing: Starter $29/mo or $22/mo annual (5 pages, 500 traffic volume, 1 user, 1 root domain); Build $99/mo or $74 annual (unlimited pages, 20,000 traffic volume, popups, sticky bars, multi-step forms, AI copywriting); Experiment $149/mo or $112 annual (30,000 traffic volume, 3 users, 2 root domains, unlimited A/B testing and variants, dynamic text replacement); Optimize $249/mo or $187 annual (50,000 traffic volume, 5 users, 3 root domains, AI traffic optimization, scheduling, audience insights). Concierge and Agency plans are quoted by sales. The trial is 14 days with no credit card required.

What stands out

  • Unlimited A/B tests and variants on Experiment, with confidence intervals rather than a vibe.
  • AI traffic routing on Optimize, which sends each visitor to the variant that suits them.
  • Popups, sticky bars and multi-step forms from Build, and multi-step forms are the right shape for a coaching application.
  • Unlimited conversions on every plan, so success does not trigger an upgrade email.
  • Fourteen days without a card, the same as Swipe Pages.

The honest catch

  • The entry plan's 500 monthly traffic volume is small enough that most coaches will outgrow it in the first campaign.
  • Testing, the main reason to be here, costs $149 a month.
  • No booking, no payments, no client record, no email sequences. This is a page tool and says so.
  • At $149 you are paying more for page variants than a whole coaching platform costs.

Best for: coaches with a working ad budget and enough monthly traffic that a split test can actually resolve.

Testing costs more than building. Unbounce starts at $29 a month, but unlimited A/B testing arrives on the $149 Experiment plan, which is $1,788 a year for page variants alone.

6. Leadpages: unlimited traffic, and no visitor cap to watch

Leadpages has split into two products, and the cheaper half is the interesting one for coaches. The HTML Pub tier starts at €10 a month for 5 pages, one custom domain and AI page creation, rising to €29 for 25 pages with a blog and €49 for 50 pages with two blogs and two domains. The full Leadpages product starts at €115 a month on Grow and adds A/B testing, dynamic text replacement and lead enrichment, going up to €229 for Smart Traffic and heatmaps and €399 for full auto-optimization with team seats.

The headline feature, and it is a real one, is unlimited traffic on every plan. Where Unbounce and Swipe Pages meter visitors, Leadpages does not, which removes the anxiety of a page that suddenly works. One caveat on the prices: the pricing page displayed euros when we loaded it on 15 September 2026, so check what currency and amount you see from your own location before you commit.

Price, checked 15 September 2026 at leadpages.com/pricing: HTML Pub Starter €10/mo (5 pages, 1 custom domain, 4,000 AI credits a month); HTML Pub Pro €29/mo (25 pages, 1 custom domain with SSL, 1 blog, 5GB storage, 90-day analytics, 12,000 AI credits); HTML Pub Business €49/mo (50 pages, 2 custom domains, 2 blogs, 12-month analytics, 20,000 AI credits); Leadpages Grow €115/mo (unlimited pages, 4 custom domains, A/B testing, dynamic text replacement, lead enrichment, 40,000 AI credits); Leadpages Optimize €229/mo (Smart Traffic, heatmaps, auto-personalization, 24-month analytics, 80,000 AI credits); Leadpages Scale €399/mo (full auto-optimization, 3 to 10 team seats, workspaces, a dedicated customer success manager). Annual billing saves 20%, the trial is 7 days with full access, and every plan advertises unlimited traffic.

What stands out

  • Unlimited traffic on every plan, including the €10 tier, which no other specialist page tool here offers.
  • A €10 entry that includes a custom domain, five pages and AI page generation.
  • A blog on the €29 tier, so your content and your landing pages can share one domain.
  • Heatmaps and Smart Traffic higher up, if you eventually need them.

The honest catch

  • The pricing page showed euros from our location, so confirm your own currency and amount before buying.
  • A/B testing sits on the €115 Grow plan, an eleven-fold jump from the entry tier.
  • No booking, no checkout, no client record. The page ends and another tool begins.
  • The two-product split makes the lineup confusing, and it is easy to buy the wrong half.

Best for: coaches who want a few pages and a blog on one domain and never want to think about a visitor cap again.

Leads arrive with the source attached: funnel, quiz, link in bio, newsletter, referral or intake form, each with a pipeline stage. This is the part a page-only builder leaves for you to assemble yourself.

7. ClickFunnels: the funnel, if you are selling a high-ticket program

ClickFunnels is the strongest funnel builder in this set and priced like it. The $97 Launch plan gives you unlimited funnels, 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month, five domains, two team members and three courses, plus the thing the cheaper page tools cannot do: a checkout with order bumps and one-click upsells that reliably raises the value of every sale. There is also an appointments app on all plans, email marketing, a community feature, affiliate management and a store, all under one login and with 0% commission on what you sell.

The reputation is genuinely split. Trustpilot sits at 4.6 from 2,448 reviews, with the personalized video support sessions repeatedly praised, while Capterra's 4.5 from 666 reviews carries a steady thread of bugs, slow page loads and slow tickets. The cancellation experience is the most consistent complaint, including a $17-a-month pause plan and retention pages people describe in strong terms, and the help center states that the card on file is charged after the 14-day trial if you do not cancel.

Price, checked 15 September 2026: Launch $97/mo or $81/mo annual (10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month, unlimited funnels, 1 workspace, 2 team members, 5 domains, 3 courses); Scale $197/mo or $164 annual (75,000 contacts, 300,000 emails, 5 workspaces, 5 team members, unlimited domains, 6 courses, live chat support); Optimize $297/mo or $248 annual (150,000 contacts, 750,000 emails, 10 workspaces, 10 courses); Dominate is annual only at $5,997 a year. The trial is 14 days. There is no ClickFunnels commission on sales; processor fees apply separately.

Ratings: Trustpilot 4.6 from 2,448 reviews, G2 4.6 from 417, Capterra 4.5 from 666.

What stands out

  • The best checkout on this page, with order bumps and one-click upsells that measurably raise average order value.
  • Unlimited funnels on the entry plan, with A/B testing and countdown funnels included.
  • An appointments app on all plans, so the discovery call does not need a separate booking tool.
  • 0% platform commission, the same position Coachful and Systeme.io take.
  • A very large template and training ecosystem, which shortens the blank-page problem.

The honest catch

  • $97 a month is the entry price, and the course cap is three.
  • Bugs, slow load times and slow support responses show up repeatedly in Capterra reviews.
  • Cancellation is the most-cited grievance, with retention flows and a paid $17/mo pause plan.
  • Breadth means depth suffers. The community, appointments and CRM pieces are thinner than dedicated tools.

Best for: coaches selling a high-ticket program through a webinar or video sales letter, where upsells and order bumps pay the subscription back.

8. Kartra: deep automation, once you get through the learning curve

Kartra puts pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, video hosting, calendars, a helpdesk and affiliates in one account, and its behavior-based automations and lead scoring go further than anything else on this list. Native calendars mean no Calendly, and the helpdesk means no separate support inbox, which is a real reduction in tool count for a coach with a few hundred clients.

The entry plan is where to be careful. Essentials is $59 a month but caps you at 5 pages, 500 contacts, one product and one membership, and charges a 5% transaction fee on sales. On $30,000 of coaching revenue that fee is $1,500 a year, which makes the $119 Starter plan, at 0%, the cheaper place to actually start. Reviews also warn about the climb: Trustpilot sits at 3.4 from 128 reviews with "buggy" and slow support recurring, and the learning curve is named on G2, Capterra and Trustpilot alike.

Price, checked 15 September 2026: Essentials $59/mo or $52 annual (500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership, 10,000 emails a month, 30 AI uses, 5% transaction fee); Starter $119/mo or $99 annual (2,500 contacts, unlimited pages, products and memberships, unlimited email and SMS, video hosting, 5 team members, 0% fee); Growth $229/mo or $189 annual (12,500 contacts, 3 custom domains, funnel simulation, affiliates, surveys and quizzes, helpdesk, 10 team members); Professional $549/mo or $429 annual (25,000 contacts, 5 custom domains, real-time funnel analytics). The trial is 14 days.

Ratings: Capterra 4.5 from 168 reviews, G2 3.9 from 57, Trustpilot 3.4 from 128.

What stands out

  • Native calendars and a helpdesk, removing two separate subscriptions for coaches who need both.
  • Behavior-based automation and lead scoring, the most advanced marketing logic in this comparison.
  • Unlimited email and SMS from the Starter tier, which is rare at $119.
  • 0% transaction fee from Starter up, and funnel simulation on Growth for planning a launch.

The honest catch

  • Essentials at $59 is a 5-page plan with a 5% cut of sales, so the honest entry price is $119.
  • Trustpilot 3.4, with support waits measured in days and one reviewer reporting four months.
  • A steep learning curve, cited consistently across all three review sites.
  • No mobile app for you or your clients, and community features only on the $229 tier.

Best for: coaches who want automation depth and have a week to spend learning the system properly.

The 5 percent line. Kartra's $59 Essentials plan takes 5% of sales, so $30,000 of coaching revenue adds $1,500 a year and makes the $119 Starter plan the cheaper true entry point.

9. Kajabi: unlimited landing pages, at the highest price here

Kajabi gives you unlimited landing pages on every plan, plus a website, a blog, email marketing, funnels, checkout, courses, communities and a coaching product with its own scheduler and built-in live video. If you are already running courses on it, publishing another landing page costs nothing extra and this decision is already made.

As a landing page purchase on its own, it is the most expensive option on this page by a wide margin. Basic is $179 a month, and the January 2026 restructure raised prices by 25 to 61 percent, cut Basic contacts from 10,000 to 2,500, removed the $89 Kickstarter tier from public pricing and added a surcharge for using your own Stripe or PayPal instead of Kajabi Payments. Trustpilot sits at 3.5 from 2,337 reviews, with complaints about AI-first support that cannot escalate, unexpected charges and difficulty cancelling.

Price, checked 15 September 2026: Basic $179/mo or $143 annual (5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users, 0 AI credits, unlimited landing pages); Growth $249/mo or $199 annual (50 products, 25,000 contacts, 11 admin users, 500 AI credits, affiliate program, branded mobile app); Pro $499/mo or $399 annual (unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, 3 communities, 3 websites, 26 admin users). The Kickstarter tier at $89 was removed from public pricing in January 2026 and is reported to still surface in-trial or through support. Ratings: Capterra 4.4 from 226 reviews, G2 4.1 from 93, Trustpilot 3.5 from 2,337.

What stands out

  • Unlimited landing pages on every plan, with a full website and blog on the same domain.
  • A coaching product with a native scheduler, built-in live video and session notes, unusual for a course platform.
  • A branded mobile app included on Growth and Pro, not sold as a separate add-on.
  • A very large template, expert and agency ecosystem, so help is easy to buy.

The honest catch

  • $179 a month is six times Swipe Pages and nine times Systeme.io Startup for the page-building job.
  • The January 2026 restructure raised prices and cut Basic contacts to 2,500, and existing customers were not left alone.
  • Trustpilot 3.5, with support escalation, unexpected charges and cancellation the recurring themes.
  • Value for money is the weakest Capterra sub-score at 3.7 out of 5.

Best for: coaches already selling courses on Kajabi who want their landing pages in the same account.

Coachful offers page showing three live offer cards with cover photos and prices: a $399 per month membership, a $1,497 one-time program and a $199 one-time strategy hour, plus one draft offer
Offers carry their own price, type and cover image, with live and draft states. Each one can be the destination of a landing page or link-in-bio tile, and checkout runs through Stripe Connect or Razorpay with a 0% platform fee.

What does a coach's landing page really cost in the first year?

Between $19 and $2,148, for a page that does roughly the same thing to a visitor. The spread is almost entirely about what the tool does after the click, and about which caps you hit.

Here are four honest stacks, priced at their annual totals on 15 September 2026, for a coach who wants a discovery-call page, a lead magnet page and a sales page for one program.

  • The frugal stack, about $19 a year. Carrd Pro Standard at $19 a year gives you the three pages on your own domain with forms. Booking, payments and email live in free tiers of other tools, and you connect them by hand. It works. You will spend evenings maintaining the joins and you will not know which page produced which client.
  • The free-to-cheap stack, $0 to $204 a year. Systeme.io free, moving to $17 a month ($204 a year) when you pass 2,000 contacts or three funnels. Pages, funnels, booking calendar, checkout and unlimited email in one account. The editor will annoy you and the coaching side of your business still lives somewhere else.
  • The one-platform stack, $468 to $588 a year. Coachful Solo at $49 a month, or $39 a month on annual billing, which is $588 or $468 for the year, for up to 20 clients. The pages, the link-in-bio hub, the booking with buffers and time zones, the Stripe or Razorpay checkout, the email sequences, the agreements, the programs and the client record are all in it, at a 0% platform fee.
  • The specialist stack, $1,788 and up. Unbounce Experiment at $149 a month is $1,788 a year for pages and testing only, before you add a booking tool, a payment tool and an email tool. Kajabi Basic is $2,148 a year. Kartra Essentials looks like $708 until the 5% fee on $30,000 of revenue adds $1,500 and takes it to $2,208.

Two numbers worth sitting with. A specialist page tool with testing costs about three times what a whole coaching platform costs, and one entry plan's 5% sales fee costs more per year than most of the subscriptions here. Sale fees are the line coaches forget, because they never arrive as a bill.

One bill instead of four. Coachful Solo is $49 a month for up to 20 clients, $39 on annual billing, and the page, the booking, the checkout and the follow-up sequence are all inside it.

How do you build a coaching booking page in one afternoon?

In about four hours, if you write the copy before you open the builder. The order below is the one that avoids the two afternoons most coaches lose: choosing a template first, and writing the page before deciding what the button does.

First 30 minutes: decide the one action. Book a call, download a thing, or buy the program. One page, one action, no secondary menu. If you cannot choose, the page is not ready and neither is the offer.

Next 45 minutes: write it in a plain document. A headline naming the person and the result, three sentences on who this is for, four bullets on what happens in the engagement, the price or the reason there is not one on the page, two or three proof points that are real, and the button text. That is the whole page. Do not open the builder yet.

Next 30 minutes: set up the destination. The calendar with your real availability, buffers between sessions and a time-zone setting you have tested from another country's clock, or the checkout with the actual price and payment plan. Build the destination before the page, because the destination is what breaks.

Next 60 minutes: build the page. Paste your copy into a template, replace stock images with two real photos of you, and delete every section you did not write copy for. The section you leave in "because it looks empty otherwise" is the section that costs you the booking.

Next 30 minutes: connect the follow-up. An automatic confirmation email, a reminder before the call, and a short sequence for anyone who downloads the lead magnet but does not book. If your tool cannot do this, decide now which tool will, because a lead magnet with no follow-up is a file you gave away.

Last 45 minutes: test it as a stranger. Open the page on your phone on mobile data, not wifi. Fill in the form with a personal email address, book the slot, and check that the confirmation arrives in the right time zone, that the event appeared on your calendar, and that you can find that person's record afterwards. This is the step people skip, and it is the only one that finds real problems. Broken pages are almost never broken on the page. They are broken in the handoff.

What do coaches get wrong on landing pages?

Five mistakes, and four of them are about the offer rather than the design. The design one is real too, but it is the cheapest to fix.

1. Writing the page about the method instead of the person. A page that opens with your certification, your framework name and your years of experience is asking a stranger to care about you before you have shown you understand them. Open with the thing they are living with. The credentials belong halfway down, where they turn interest into trust.

2. Two buttons doing different things. "Book a call" at the top and "Join the newsletter" in the middle halves the conversion of both. Pick one action per page and publish a second page for the other one. Pages are cheap now. Attention is not.

3. Hiding the price on a page where the price is the question. If you sell a fixed-price package, put the number on the page. Withholding it to "get them on a call" filters out the people who could afford it and were ready, and fills your calendar with people who cannot. If your price genuinely varies by scope, say that plainly and give a range.

4. No follow-up behind the form. Someone downloads your guide and hears nothing for five weeks. The lead magnet was not the point; the sequence after it was. Build the three-email follow-up before you publish the page, even if it is short and plain.

5. Never opening the page on a phone. Most coaching traffic is mobile, arriving from Instagram in a queue somewhere. A hero image that pushes your headline below the fold, a form that needs a zoom to fill in, or a page that takes four seconds to paint will cost you more bookings than any headline test wins back.

There is a sixth that is not quite a mistake: publishing one page and never touching it again. Update it after every five discovery calls, using the words those people actually used.

How does a landing page connect to the rest of a coaching practice?

Badly, if the page tool and the practice tool are different products. This is the part that decides whether you are still happy in month nine, and it is invisible while you are comparing templates.

Trace one real person. She sees a reel, taps the link in your bio, lands on a page, books a discovery call, shows up, says yes, signs an agreement, pays the first installment and starts checking in on Mondays. On a page-only tool that journey crosses five products, joined by webhooks, Zapier tasks or you at a keyboard, and each join works until one of them quietly does not, usually on a weekend. On a platform that runs the chain, the lead carries its source, the booking lands with a buffer, the agreement goes out for e-signature, the payment runs through Stripe Connect or Razorpay, and every event attaches to one client record you can open six months later.

The link-in-bio hub carries the profile, social links and a bookable offer tile in one mobile page. Booking and checkout happen inside the hub rather than on a redirect to another tool.

None of that argues against buying Carrd for $19 or Unbounce for testing. It argues for knowing which problem you are solving. If your problem is "I need a page by Friday," buy the cheapest thing that publishes one. If your problem is "I keep losing people between the page and the first session," no template fixes it.

So which landing page builder should coaches actually buy?

For most working coaches, Coachful, because the page is the smallest part of the problem and everything the page hands off to is in the same subscription from $29 a month. If you only need a page and nothing behind it, Carrd at $19 a year is the honest answer and nothing else here is close on price.

The exceptions, stated plainly:

  • You have no budget at all. Systeme.io's free plan gives you a custom domain, three funnels, 2,000 contacts and unlimited emails for nothing. Start there, and the $17 Startup plan is still the cheapest paid page-and-email combination on this page.
  • You are spending real money on ads. Unbounce Experiment at $149 for unlimited testing, or Swipe Pages Agency at $149 for A/B testing on fast AMP pages, will earn their price if your monthly traffic is high enough for a test to resolve. Below a few thousand visits a month, they will not.
  • You want a page and a blog on one domain with no visitor cap. Leadpages HTML Pub Pro at €29 a month, checked in euros on 15 September 2026, with unlimited traffic on every tier.
  • You sell a high-ticket program through a webinar with upsells. ClickFunnels Launch at $97, where the order bumps and one-click upsells can cover the subscription in one launch. Read the cancellation reviews first and set a calendar reminder before the 14-day trial ends.
  • You already run your business on Kajabi or Kartra. Use their page builders. Adding a tenth tool to save $30 a month is not a saving.

Where Coachful earns the pick is narrow and specific: you sell coaching rather than only content, the page ends in a booking or a package, you want to know which page produced which client, and you would rather pay one flat price with a 0% platform fee than assemble four subscriptions that mostly work. If that is not you, one of the eight above is a better buy and this page has tried to say which.

Frequently asked questions about landing page builders for coaches

What is the best free landing page builder for coaches?

Systeme.io, by a distance. The free plan includes 2,000 contacts, three funnels, one course, one blog, one custom domain, unlimited emails and a 0% platform fee, with no credit card required, and a custom domain on a free tier is unusual. Carrd offers a 7-day trial of Pro features without payment but its free tier limits were not itemized on its Pro page on 15 September 2026. Coachful has no free plan; it runs a 7-day trial with a card, no charge during the trial and one-click cancellation.

How much should a coach pay for a landing page builder?

Between $0 and $50 a month for almost everyone. Systeme.io free or $17, Carrd at $19 a year, Swipe Pages or Unbounce Starter at $29, or Coachful Lite at $29 and Solo at $49 all sit in that band. Above $100 a month you are buying either split testing at volume (Unbounce Experiment at $149) or a full business platform (ClickFunnels at $97, Kartra Starter at $119, Kajabi Basic at $179). Check where the custom domain and the forms appear, because on some tools those are two different tiers.

Do coaches need a landing page or a full website?

A landing page first, a website when you have something to say regularly. A single page that books a discovery call will outperform a five-page website with a menu, because a menu is an invitation to leave. Build the booking page, run traffic to it, and add the about page, the blog and the services pages once you know which words make people book. Several tools here give you both on one domain, including Coachful, Kajabi, Systeme.io and Leadpages on the €29 tier.

Can a landing page take bookings and payments directly?

On some of these, yes, and it is the sharpest dividing line in the comparison. Coachful, ClickFunnels, Kartra, Kajabi and Systeme.io all have native booking and native checkout, so the visitor never leaves. Carrd, Swipe Pages, Unbounce and Leadpages need an embed or a redirect to Calendly, Stripe or similar, which works but adds a load step, a second login and a place for things to break quietly.

Which landing page builder is best for coaching lead magnets?

Any of them will host the page. The difference is delivery and follow-up: the file has to arrive, then something has to happen three days later. Systeme.io includes unlimited emails and sequences even on its free plan, and Coachful includes lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits on every plan. With Carrd, Swipe Pages, Unbounce or Leadpages, add an email tool to your price comparison.

Do I need A/B testing on my coaching landing page?

Only if you have the traffic to resolve a test, which most coaches do not in their first year. A split test needs hundreds of conversions per variant before the winner means anything, and a page seeing 300 visits a month will not get there in a quarter. Spend the first six months rewriting the page after every five discovery calls using the words those people actually used. If you are running sustained paid traffic, Unbounce at $149 or Swipe Pages Agency at $149 are where testing lives.

What is the fastest landing page builder for mobile visitors?

Swipe Pages builds around AMP on every plan from $29, which is the most direct fix for a slow mobile page, and Carrd's single-page sites are light by design. Speed matters more for coaches than for most businesses because so much coaching traffic arrives from Instagram on mobile data. Whatever you pick, open the published page on your phone off wifi before you run any traffic to it.

Is Kajabi worth it just for landing pages?

No, unless you are already on it. Kajabi Basic is $179 a month, which is $2,148 a year, and the landing pages are unlimited but not better than a $29 tool's. It earns its price when you also sell courses, run a community and use its coaching product with the built-in scheduler and live video. Note also that the January 2026 restructure raised prices 25 to 61 percent and cut Basic contacts from 10,000 to 2,500, so confirm the current terms before signing up.

What is Coachful and who is it for?

Coachful is an all-in-one coaching platform: website and funnels, link-in-bio with booking and checkout, scheduling with two-way Google, Apple and Outlook calendar sync, Stripe Connect or Razorpay payments, e-signature agreements, multi-week programs with goals, tasks, habits and check-ins, community, courses, email sequences and the Michelle AI assistant. It is for online coaches with roughly 3 to 50 clients, priced at $29 a month for up to 5 clients, $49 for up to 20 and $99 for unlimited, with a 0% platform fee. It is GDPR-ready but not HIPAA-certified, there is no free plan, and it is not a course-only platform, a workout builder or a nutrition database.

Can I move my landing pages to another tool later?

Not the pages themselves, in almost every case. Pages and funnels built in ClickFunnels, Kartra, Kajabi and Systeme.io are proprietary and get rebuilt rather than exported, which is the real switching cost people underestimate. What you can and should move is the data: contacts, clients and history. Check the export before you commit, not after. Coachful gives you a full data export ZIP covering the client roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions and form responses, and Systeme.io's contact export expires three days after you request it.
