Best Platform for Longevity Coaches in 2026 (5 Compared)

Best Platform for Longevity Coaches in 2026 (5 Compared)

The best platform for longevity coaches is the one that carries a client from first click to month twelve without making them juggle five logins. Longevity work is slow by nature: sleep, strength, nutrition, stress and social connection change over months, so the platform has to sell the offer, deliver a long program, collect daily check-ins and keep a group engaged long after the first enthusiasm fades. The deciding question is simple: how much of that journey runs in one place, and what does it cost once you add up every tool?

Our pick is Coachful. It puts checkout, coaching agreements, multi-week programs with habits and morning and evening check-ins, courses, a community and your website under one login for you and one branded app for your client. We make Coachful, so weigh that, but we have tried to be specific about where the other four tools fit better. Kajabi, Mighty Networks, Practice Better and Podia complete the list, each with a clear case for when to pick it instead.

One scope line before the tools. Longevity coaching is behavior change support, not medical care. A coach can help someone build a walking habit, protect their sleep window or plan protein at breakfast. A coach should not diagnose, interpret lab results as a clinician would, adjust medication or recommend treatment. When a client mentions new symptoms, abnormal test results, a diagnosis or medication questions, refer them to their physician or another licensed professional, and write that boundary into your coaching agreement.

What does a longevity coach actually sell online?

Most longevity coaches sell a structured program with ongoing accountability, not a stack of one-off calls. The offer usually mixes education (why sleep and muscle matter as we age), daily practice (habits and check-ins) and a few live touchpoints. Here are offer shapes that suit the niche, with the price left for you to set:

  • A 12-week healthy aging reset. Weekly lessons on sleep, movement, protein and stress, a daily habit set, a weekly check-in form and three or four 1:1 calls. Sold as a one-time payment or a payment plan.
  • A strength-after-50 cohort. Eight to twelve people start together, follow the same weekly plan and meet on a group call. Community discussion between calls does a lot of the retention work.
  • An ongoing longevity membership. A monthly subscription after the program ends: a monthly group call, fresh content, a habit challenge each quarter and a light weekly check-in.
  • A self-paced course. A lower-priced entry product, for example "Sleep foundations in 21 days", that feeds the coaching program.
  • A free lead magnet. A seven-day sleep and movement audit or a weekly habit scorecard that collects an email and invites a consultation.

To price the program, start from the outcome and the time it takes you: count live call hours, the minutes per week you spend reviewing check-ins, and the content you will build once and reuse. Then compare that against what clients in your market already pay for related services such as personal training or nutrition programs, and test a price with your first few clients before you publish it widely.

A note on marketing claims: longevity marketing drifts easily toward promises about "adding years" or reversing aging. In the US, the FTC says endorsements "must be honest and not misleading", and testimonials showing exceptional results need to reflect what people generally achieve, or the ad must state the expected results (FTC Endorsement Guides: What People Are Asking). The FTC's Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule has also banned fake or false testimonials since October 21, 2024. Sell the process and the habits, not a lifespan.

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

What does each stage of the longevity client journey need?

Each of the four stages (attract, enroll, deliver, retain) asks something different of your software. Mapping them first stops you from buying a course tool when your real bottleneck is daily accountability.

Attract

You need a website that explains your approach, a blog or articles for search, a lead magnet with an opt-in page and an email sequence that turns readers into consultation calls. If you send marketing email, the US CAN-SPAM Act requires a working opt-out honored within 10 business days and a valid physical postal address in every message (FTC CAN-SPAM compliance guide).

Enroll

Here the platform needs a booking page for consultations, intake questions (activity level, sleep pattern, goals, and a prompt to confirm they have clearance from their doctor where relevant), checkout with payment plans, and a coaching agreement signed before the first session. Your agreement is where the "coaching is not medical care" boundary lives.

Deliver

This is where longevity coaching differs from most course businesses. Clients need a weekly program, daily habits they can tick off, short morning and evening check-ins, progress they can see, and a place to ask questions. You need a client list that tells you who is slipping before they quietly drop out.

Retain

Longevity is a multi-year project, so the real business is the continuation offer: a membership, a second program, a quarterly challenge. Retention needs a community, recurring billing and a way to keep habits running after the first program ends.

Which platform covers which stage? (at a glance)

We ranked on one line of criteria: how much of the client journey runs under one login, how well it delivers between sessions (habits and check-ins), the total monthly cost of the stack, and setup effort, including the free white-glove build Coachful offers.

1. Is Coachful the best platform for longevity coaches?

For a coach who sells programs with daily accountability, yes. Coachful is built around the delivery stage that other tools skip: weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, streaks, and morning and evening check-ins, all inside the same account that runs your website, checkout, community and email.

What a longevity client sees each day

A client enrolled in your 12-week reset opens your branded app and sees today's tasks, the habits you assigned (say, a 20-minute walk, protein at breakfast, screens off by 10 pm) and a short morning check-in. Goals carry progress bars, and habits build streaks, which suits a niche where consistency over months is the whole point. Courses with modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking sit in the same home, so the "why" lessons and the daily "do" live together.

You build the check-ins as coaching flows. Morning and evening check-ins are separate flows you can customize, and a welcome flow runs when someone joins. The walkthrough below shows how check-ins are set up:

How you spot a client who is slipping

Every client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and Coachful labels each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. For a long program, that status is often the difference between a renewal and a silent cancellation: you see "quiet" in week five and send a message before the client drifts. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live practice data to brief you before sessions and summarize recorded calls. Questions and planning with Michelle are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Selling and enrolling without extra tools

Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers and time zones, sync two ways with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars, and can ask intake questions at booking. Coaching agreements go out for e-signature before the first call and are stored on the client record, which is where your scope and referral language belongs.

On the marketing side you get a section-based website builder with a blog and custom domain, 30 designed homepage templates, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking, and email broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching. More on that in the coach website builder overview.

Group delivery and the membership that follows

When a client enrolls in a group program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically. The community includes a feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, plus group calls and webinars. That makes the continuation membership easy to run: the same community, a subscription product, and a new habit challenge. Our guide to the best platform for cohort coaching programs covers the cohort side in more depth.

Where Coachful is not the right fit

Longevity coaches often work with wearables, so be clear on this: Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not available publicly. Clients log habits and check-in answers themselves, or you add a check-in question asking for the week's average sleep or step count. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not the place for clinical records, lab reports or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than your own App Store account. If you coach movement, the Fitness & Nutrition pack adds a workout builder with illustrated exercises, nutrition targets and private progress photos, but it does not include stock exercise videos; you attach your own demos (see Fitness & Nutrition).

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create > We'll build it for you, describe what you want (a website, a funnel, a program, a course outline, an email sequence), attach up to 8 reference links and 10 files, and the Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build: a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing got a five-page site in sage and cream where every button led to a free 20-minute consultation. That is close to what a new longevity coach needs on day one. Details are in our white-glove service write-up.

Coachful Create page with the We will build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful, where the We'll build it for you card starts a white-glove build request.

What it costs: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping the number of clients and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click. For health-focused coaches, the Coachful for health coaches page shows the setup in more detail.

Who it is for: longevity coaches who sell programs and memberships with daily accountability and want one login for website, sales, delivery and community. Who should look elsewhere: coaches who need wearable data syncing, clinical charting under HIPAA, or a large creator business built mainly on self-paced courses.

2. Is Kajabi a good platform for longevity coaches?

Kajabi is a strong choice if your longevity business is mostly content: courses, a paid community and email marketing to a growing audience. It is weaker at the daily, per-client accountability that long programs depend on.

Kajabi homepage in October 2026 with courses, community and website product messaging
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

What Kajabi handles. Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. A longevity coach can build a sleep course, a strength membership and a launch funnel in one place, and the email tools are mature enough for a list in the thousands.

The gap for longevity programs. Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organized as products and communities rather than per-client plans. If you want to see that a client has missed four walks in a row, you would add another tool or rely on manual messages.

Pricing, as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/month ($143/month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/month ($199 annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/month ($399 annual). Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling to 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro, and using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2% depending on plan. The trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and if you enter one Kajabi charges when the trial ends. Kajabi's Trustpilot rating was 3.4 from 2,347 reviews when we checked in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your revenue comes mostly from courses and a large email list, and you are comfortable running 1:1 accountability and habit tracking in a separate tool or not at all.

3. Mighty Networks: when does a community-first platform win?

Mighty Networks wins when the community itself is the product, for example a paid healthy-aging circle with regular livestreams and member discussion. It does not handle 1:1 coaching logistics.

Mighty Networks homepage in October 2026 with community, courses and events product messaging
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Think of it as a home for members rather than clients. Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, with livestreaming built into each plan (20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch). Members use Mighty-branded apps; your own branded apps are only available on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan.

The limits for a coaching practice are clear in its documentation: no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. A longevity coach who sells a 12-week 1:1 program would need separate booking, agreement and check-in tools.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Launch $95/month ($79 annual), Scale $215/month ($179 annual), Growth $354/month billed annually (the monthly price was not listed), and Mighty Pro on request. Mighty takes a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Pro, plus Stripe processing. The trial is 14 days with no card required and includes Growth features. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 219 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a large membership where the main value is peer discussion and live events, and 1:1 coaching is rare or handled elsewhere.

4. Should a longevity coach use Practice Better?

Practice Better suits longevity coaches who work closely with clinicians or who come from a nutrition or wellness practitioner background and want charting and telehealth. It is practice management first, and selling online is not its focus.

Practice Better homepage in October 2026 with practice management product messaging for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Strengths on the delivery side

Practice Better covers scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal, built for wellness and nutrition practitioners. If your longevity work sits next to a dietitian practice or you want structured session notes, it feels familiar.

What it leaves to other tools

There is no website builder or funnel pages (per its September 2026 profile), so attract and most of enroll happen elsewhere. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on the Plus plan, and accounts below Team allow one practitioner.

Price tiers by client count

As listed in October 2026: Sprout $0 for 3 clients; Starter $35/month ($25 annual) for 10 clients; Professional $69/month ($59 annual) for 300 clients; Plus $99/month ($89 annual) for unlimited clients; Team $155/month ($145 annual) for 2 practitioners. Trials run 14 days on paid plans and 30 days on Team. Payments run through Practice Better Payments powered by Stripe (rates not listed). Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you need clinical-style charting and a practitioner workflow more than a website, funnels and community, and you are happy to market and sell through separate tools.

5. Is Podia enough for a small longevity offer?

Podia is enough if you sell a few digital products and the occasional paid session, and you want the simplest storefront possible. It runs out of room once your program depends on daily check-ins.

Podia homepage in October 2026 with storefront product messaging for courses and downloads
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia sells courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community from a single storefront. A longevity coach could launch a "21-day sleep reset" course and a small community in an afternoon. The catches: email subscriber allowances are small (100, 500 or 1,000 included depending on plan), and Podia has no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans. Its September 2026 profile also lists no mobile app and no native video calls.

As listed in October 2026: Mover $49/month ($42 annual) with a 5% Podia transaction fee; Shaker $99/month ($84 annual) and Earthquaker $179/month ($150 annual) with 0% Podia fees. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. The trial is 14 days, with no credit card or plan selection required. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you are testing a single course or download before committing to a coaching program, and you do not need habits, check-ins or a client list yet.

How do the five compare on selling and delivery features?

Coachful is the only tool here that covers habits, daily check-ins, e-signed agreements, a website with funnels and a community in one account. The matrix below shows the gaps for each of the others, based on what each vendor documents.

PlatformWebsite and funnels1:1 bookingE-signed agreementsHabits and daily check-insCoursesCommunityPlatform fee on salesWearable sync

Wearable sync is the honest gap across the whole list. If step counts and sleep data matter to your method, collect them as check-in answers for now.

What does a full longevity program look like when built in Coachful?

Here is one example offer, a 12-week healthy aging reset with a group community, walked through from first click to week twelve. The structure is an example; your content and price are your own.

Tidewater wellness website template homepage in Coachful
Tidewater, one of Coachful's wellness homepage templates, shown on desktop.
  1. Website and lead magnet. Start from a wellness homepage template such as Tidewater, add an About page with your scope statement, and build a lead-magnet funnel offering a seven-day sleep and movement audit. The opt-in triggers a five-email sequence that ends with an invitation to a consultation.
  2. Consultation booking. A booking page with intake questions about current activity, sleep, goals, and whether the person is under a doctor's care for any condition that affects exercise.
  3. Checkout and agreement. A checkout funnel with a one-time price and a three-payment plan, an optional order bump (for example, a recorded strength basics course), and the coaching agreement sent for e-signature before session one.
  4. Onboarding. The welcome flow runs on enrollment, and the cohort group is created automatically.
  5. Program delivery. Twelve weekly goals (sleep window, walking volume, two strength sessions, protein, stress practice, social connection), daily tasks and habits, a morning check-in on energy and sleep, and an evening check-in on what got done.
  6. Live touchpoints. Biweekly 1:1 calls and a weekly group call scheduled from the same calendar, with reminders by email (and SMS or WhatsApp once messaging is enabled).
  7. Retention. In week ten, an email sequence offers the ongoing membership as a subscription, with the same community and a quarterly habit challenge.

The walkthrough on programs shows the delivery side end to end:

If you would rather not build the site and funnel yourself, describe this exact offer in a white-glove build request and attach your notes and photos. For more on running delivery between sessions, see our guide to asynchronous coaching platforms.

All-in-one or assembled: what does each stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

An all-in-one subscription usually costs less than an assembled stack once you need habits, a website and a community together. The figures below are examples built from vendor prices as listed in October 2026 on monthly billing, before payment processing.

A monitor showing a month of coaching sessions on a calendar and a tablet showing coaching offer cards, on a desk beside a kettlebell and rosemary plant

Kajabi Basic alone$179/mo$179/mo$179/mo1:1 booking records, habits, check-ins

Two caveats on the assembled stacks. Practice Better's evergreen programs and portal branding start on Plus ($99/month), which raises each Practice Better line by $30 to $64 if you need them. And none of these stacks includes an e-signature tool for agreements; if you add one, its price comes on top (we did not verify one for this article). Our all-in-one coaching platform guide walks through the same math for other niches.

How do you move a longevity practice onto a new platform?

Migrate in the quiet weeks between cohorts, move data before content, and keep the old tool read-only for a month. A longevity program carries months of habit and check-in history, so the order matters.

  • Export everything first. Pull client lists, notes, intake answers and payment history from the old tool before you cancel. Our guide on protecting coaching data from platform shutdowns lists what to grab.
  • Keep subscriptions where they are until renewal. Moving recurring billing mid-cycle confuses clients. Let current members finish their period, then enroll them in the new checkout.
  • Launch the next cohort on the new platform. New clients start clean, and existing clients move over at a natural break.
  • Tell clients what changes for them. One email with the new login, where their habits now live, and who to contact if something looks wrong.
  • Use the import help. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your site. Coachful exports a full client ZIP (roster, notes, check-ins, goals, habits, sessions, form responses) if you ever leave.

Which mistakes do longevity coaches make when choosing a platform?

The most common mistake is buying for the launch instead of month six. A course platform looks great on launch day and then gives you no way to see who stopped doing their habits.

  • Choosing on course features alone. Longevity outcomes come from repeated behavior, so habits and check-ins matter more than lesson layouts.
  • Storing medical information in a coaching tool. Keep lab reports and diagnoses out of tools that are not built for clinical records. Ask clients to share only what you need for coaching.
  • Ignoring per-sale fees. A 2% to 5% platform fee on a high-ticket program adds up; compare it against the plan price.
  • Making clients use three apps. Each extra login is a place where an older client may give up.
  • Overpromising in marketing. Keep claims to what coaching does: habits, structure and accountability.

So which is the best platform for longevity coaches?

Coachful is our pick for most longevity coaches, because it handles every stage of the journey (website, funnels, checkout, agreements, programs with habits and morning and evening check-ins, community and email) under one login, with a 0% platform fee and a free white-glove build to get set up. Choose Kajabi for a content-led business, Mighty Networks for a community-first membership, Practice Better for a practitioner workflow with charting, and Podia for a first small digital product. If you also work with chronic conditions or employers, see our guides for chronic illness coaches and corporate wellness coaches, and the overview of group coaching software.

In short: Coachful is a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. It does not sync wearables, is not HIPAA-certified and has no PayPal. To start, take the free trial and request a free white-glove build of your site or first program.

Longevity coaching platform FAQ

What is the best platform for longevity coaches in 2026?

For coaches who sell multi-week programs with daily accountability, Coachful covers the most of the client journey in one account. Kajabi is better for content-led businesses and Mighty Networks for community-first memberships. Practice Better suits practitioner workflows, and Podia suits a first small product.

Can a longevity coaching platform sync with Oura, Whoop or Garmin?

None of the five platforms in this list documents wearable sync for coaches. Coachful has no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not available publicly. A practical workaround is a weekly check-in question where clients report their average sleep or steps.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant for longevity coaching?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it should not hold clinical records, lab results or insurance billing. It is GDPR-ready and suits coaching records such as goals, habits and check-ins.

What is the Coachful white-glove service?

It is a free build service on every plan. You describe what you want (a website, funnel, program, course outline or email sequence), attach references and files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.

Where is the line between longevity coaching and medical advice?

Coaching supports behavior change: habits, routines, accountability and education. Diagnosing, interpreting lab results clinically, changing medication or recommending treatment belongs to licensed professionals. Put referral language in your coaching agreement and refer clients to their physician when health questions come up.

Do I need a separate website if I use Coachful?

No. Coachful includes a section-based website builder with a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 homepage templates, plus funnels and email. You can also use the Import website option to bring an existing site across.

Which platform charges the lowest fees on sales?

Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. Podia charges 5% on its Mover plan and 0% above it. Mighty Networks charges 0.5% to 2% by plan, and Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% if you use a processor other than Kajabi Payments or PayPal.

Can I run a longevity group cohort and 1:1 clients in the same place?

In Coachful, yes: cohort groups are created automatically on program enrollment, and 1:1 sessions, check-ins and habits sit on each client record. With Mighty Networks or Podia you would add a separate tool for 1:1 booking and accountability.

How should I price a longevity coaching program?

Add up your live hours, weekly check-in review time and the content you will reuse, then compare with what clients in your market pay for related services. Test the price with your first few clients before publishing it widely. Payment plans make longer programs easier to buy.
