Top 7 Best Platform for Corporate Wellness Coaches in 2026

Top 7 Best Platform for Corporate Wellness Coaches in 2026

The best platform for corporate wellness coaches is the one that carries an employer contract from the first pitch to the final participation report without forcing you, the HR contact or the employees to juggle five logins. Corporate wellness work is a different shape from private coaching: one buyer (the employer) pays, many people (the staff) participate, and the results depend on what happens between the live sessions. So the deciding question is simple. Can one platform sell the program, enroll a cohort of employees, deliver weekly content with habits and check-ins, host the group conversation and bill the client company?

Our pick is Coachful. It puts checkout, invoicing, coaching agreements, multi-week programs with daily habits and morning and evening check-ins, cohort groups, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email inside one subscription, with one login for you and one branded app for each participant. We make Coachful, so we have tried to be fair about where the other six tools are stronger, and every entry below ends with the case for choosing it instead.

This guide is about selling and delivering corporate wellness online. If you are comparing back-office tools for a wider wellness practice, read our best software for wellness coaches roundup, and for the participant side see the best habit tracking apps for wellness coaches.

What does a corporate wellness coach sell online?

Most corporate wellness coaches sell programs, not hours. The buyer is an HR lead, a people-and-culture manager or a founder, and they want something they can announce to staff, measure and renew. Typical offers look like this (the names and formats are examples, not recommendations for your pricing):

  • A six- or eight-week cohort program on stress, sleep, movement or burnout prevention, with a weekly live group call, short lessons and daily habits for each employee.
  • A lunch-and-learn series of live webinars with replays and a downloadable worksheet after each session.
  • A 30-day team challenge where staff log a daily habit, see their streaks and post in a shared feed.
  • Leadership wellbeing 1:1s for managers or executives, booked through a private booking page and billed to the company.
  • An evergreen self-paced course the employer licenses for new hires, with a quarterly live Q&A.
  • An annual retainer that bundles all of the above, invoiced monthly or quarterly.

A note on scope before we go further. Wellness coaching supports behavior change; it is not medical or mental health treatment. Employees who disclose symptoms of a medical condition, disordered eating, depression, anxiety or substance use should be referred to their doctor, a licensed professional or the employer's employee assistance program (EAP). Write that line into your agreement with the employer and into your participant onboarding. If you want a refresher on how the field defines itself, our guide to what health and wellness coaching is covers it, and the general background on workplace wellness programs is a useful primer for HR conversations.

On pricing your offers: we do not publish rate benchmarks for corporate work because contracts vary so widely. A practical way to set a price is to work out your delivery hours per cohort (live calls, preparation, check-in review, reporting), multiply by the hourly figure you need to earn, add your software and processing costs per participant, and then quote per cohort or per employee with a minimum. Revisit it after your first two contracts.

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

What does each stage of the corporate client journey need?

Every corporate wellness engagement moves through four stages: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. Each one needs different software, and that is where most coaches end up paying for a stack.

Attract: a credible website and a reason to talk

HR buyers check your website before they reply to an email. You need clear program pages, a booking or application funnel for discovery calls, and a lead magnet such as a "team burnout checklist" that captures the email of the person who will champion you internally. Email sequences then nurture that contact through a buying cycle that can take weeks.

Enroll: one contract, many participants

Here the money and the paperwork split. The company signs an agreement and pays by invoice, often in installments. Then dozens of employees need accounts, intake questions and a welcome message, ideally without you creating each one by hand. Coupons or a dedicated checkout link help when the employer sponsors places.

Deliver: the work between sessions

A weekly call is the easy part. What makes a wellness program stick is what employees do on the other six days: a short lesson, a daily habit, a morning intention and an evening reflection, and a group where people can see that colleagues are doing it too. Your platform needs program structure with weekly goals and daily tasks, habit tracking, check-ins, cohort groups and live group calls.

Retain: proof and renewal

Employers renew what they can see. You need participation data (who is engaged, who has gone quiet), a record of sessions delivered and an easy path to the next cohort or a retainer. Ongoing community and email keep alumni warm between contracts.

Which platform covers which stage? (at a glance)

We ranked tools on one line: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions (habits, check-ins, cohorts), total cost of the stack, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.

Vendor prices are monthly billing as listed in October 2026. Annual billing is cheaper for most of them.

How did we choose and rank these platforms?

We started from the job a corporate wellness coach actually does: win an employer, onboard a group, run a structured program and renew. Then we read each vendor's own pricing and feature pages and the public reviews on Trustpilot. We did not run hands-on trials for this roundup, so where we describe a feature, it is what the vendor documents or what public reviewers report.

Four questions decided the order:

  1. How much of attract, enroll, deliver and retain runs in one place? Every extra tool is another login for HR and for employees.
  2. What does a participant experience between sessions? Habits, check-ins and a visible cohort matter more in workplace programs than a lesson library.
  3. What does the full stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients? Including transaction fees and the tools you still need to add.
  4. How long does setup take? A platform you can launch before the employer's next all-hands beats a better one you finish next quarter.

1. Coachful: the best platform for corporate wellness coaches

A laptop showing program-linked cohort groups and a tablet showing a client habit tracker on a meeting room table
Coachful's Squads view with program-linked groups on a laptop, and a client's habit tracker on a tablet, both with demo data.

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. For a corporate wellness coach, that means the employer pitch, the contract, the cohort and the daily practice all live in one account, and every employee sees one branded app instead of a course site, a booking link, a chat tool and a spreadsheet.

How it handles an employer program

Start with delivery, because that is where corporate programs succeed or fail. A Coachful program runs for as many weeks as you design, with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. When employees enroll in a program, Coachful creates a cohort group for them automatically, so a 40-person "Sleep Reset" cohort gets its own space for discussion without any setup. You can run group calls and webinars inside the platform, or auto-create Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links if the employer insists on its own video tool.

Courses sit alongside programs: modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, plus downloads, videos, books and events. That covers the lunch-and-learn replay library and the evergreen onboarding course. More than 40 ready-to-film program templates and 48 course templates with quizzes give you a starting structure. Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built:

The enroll stage is unusually complete. Payments go through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, order bumps, refunds, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Stripe Tax. Every transaction produces an invoice, and you can raise manual invoices too, which is how most employers want to pay. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and stay on the client record; see coaching contracts for how that works.

What participants and HR see

Each employee's client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, and Coachful labels every client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status is the early warning you need in a cohort of 40: you can spot the people drifting in week three and reach out before they drop. The Analytics area includes Client Activity and Retention tabs, a sensible base for the participation summary you send the employer at the end of a cohort (keep it aggregated and agree what you will share before the program starts).

For leadership 1:1s, booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. Reminders go out by email, and by SMS (24 hours before) and WhatsApp (1 hour before) once messaging is enabled. If you grow into a small team, Studio and Agency plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign bookings round-robin or to the least-busy coach.

On the attract side, the section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, plus booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixel and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits handle the long HR buying cycle. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: it can draft program outlines and emails, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a call. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can open Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you need: a website, a funnel for HR discovery calls, a program, a course outline, an email sequence or a lead quiz. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, brand guide and existing workshop copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, and leaves gaps for you rather than inventing credentials, testimonials or prices. One recent example: a leadership coach with a website renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

Limits to know before you pitch employers

  • Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA. It is not for clinical records or insurance billing, which matters if an employer's program sits inside its health plan.
  • No Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available, so step challenges rely on employees logging their own numbers.
  • No Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for a large sales team. Zapier is available for simple connections.
  • No PayPal, and no permanent free plan (there is a free trial).
  • The participant app runs under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.

Who it suits: solo corporate wellness coaches and small teams replacing four to six tools, who sell cohort programs to employers and want participants to do the work between sessions. GDPR-ready, with a full client data export as a ZIP. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Coachful holds a Trustpilot score of 4.5 from 21 reviews. For more on the niche, see the health coaches page and our guide to group coaching software.

2. Kajabi: strongest for coaches who sell content at scale

Kajabi public homepage with its main headline and sign-up button, captured in October 2026
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. If your corporate offer is mostly content (a polished video course an employer licenses, plus a member community), Kajabi gives you a mature storefront and marketing engine in one place.

Where Kajabi earns its place

Funnels, email broadcasts and a hosted website are all native, so the attract stage is well covered. The Growth plan raises limits to 50 products and 25,000 contacts with 11 admin users, which suits a coach whose employer contracts mean thousands of employee email addresses. Public reviewers on Trustpilot give it 3.4 from 2,347 reviews, as seen in October 2026.

What it costs and where it stops

As listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143 annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199 annual); Pro $499/mo ($399 annual). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using another processor adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2% depending on plan. There is a 14-day trial. The gap for wellness programs is delivery between sessions: Kajabi has no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organized as products and communities rather than per-client plans. You will also need a separate e-signature tool for employer agreements, since none is listed.

Pick it over Coachful if your corporate revenue comes mostly from licensing a large content library and you need a contact list in the tens of thousands more than daily habits and check-ins.

3. Thinkific: a course engine with corporate training roots

Thinkific public homepage with its main headline and sign-up button, captured in October 2026
Thinkific's homepage in October 2026.

Thinkific is a course platform with communities, memberships and webinar products. Its Plus tier is sold on custom pricing for larger organizations, which makes it a familiar name when an employer's learning team gets involved.

Strengths for workplace programs

The Start plan supports 10,000 current students, two admins, one community with 10 spaces and five live community events, with a maximum group size of 50. That is plenty for a lunch-and-learn library across several client companies. Thinkific charges a 0% transaction fee when you use Thinkific Payments, at a rate it describes as in line with other processors at 2.9%. Every self-serve plan has a 30-day free trial.

Gaps a wellness coach will feel

Prices as listed in October 2026: Start $109/mo ($82 annual), Grow $219/mo ($164 annual), Expand $499/mo ($374 annual); prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. There are no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans, and 1:1 scheduling relies on external booking links (September 2026 profile). A branded mobile app is a $199/mo add-on. Using Stripe or PayPal as a third-party gateway carries an extra per-plan fee that Thinkific does not list on the page. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 868 reviews (October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if an employer's L&D team wants a course-first learning portal for thousands of staff and the habit and check-in layer is not part of your offer.

4. Practice Better: practice management for clinical-leaning wellness work

Practice Better public homepage with its main headline and sign-up button, captured in October 2026
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Practice Better is practice management for wellness and nutrition practitioners: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It is a direct substitute for coaching software, and it fits corporate wellness coaches whose work leans toward nutrition or health-practitioner services.

The appeal. Charting and a client portal suit coaches who keep detailed session notes. There is a free Sprout plan for 3 clients, and paid plans as listed in October 2026 run Starter $35/mo ($25 annual, 10 clients), Professional $69/mo ($59 annual, 300 clients), Plus $99/mo ($89 annual, unlimited clients) and Team $155/mo ($145 annual) for two practitioners, adding more at $50 each. Trials are 14 days on most plans and 30 days on Team. Public reviewers give it 3.8 from 87 reviews on Trustpilot (October 2026).

The catch for corporate sales. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus at $99/mo, so a branded employer program effectively costs $99 or more. There is no website builder or funnel pages (September 2026 profile), which means the attract stage needs another tool. Below the Team plan, each account has one practitioner. Community features for a 40-person cohort are lighter than a dedicated group space.

Pick it over Coachful if your corporate work is closer to clinical nutrition, you need charting as a core workflow, and you already have a website and email tool you are happy with.

5. Mighty Networks: community first, coaching second

Mighty Networks public homepage with its main headline and sign-up button, captured in October 2026
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, with Mighty-branded member apps. For employers who want a buzzing internal wellbeing community, it is the most social option here.

Livestreaming is built in: Launch includes 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees, Scale 30 hours for 200, and Growth 40 hours for 1,000. That covers company-wide wellbeing talks. A 14-day trial with no card required includes Growth features. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews (October 2026).

As listed in October 2026, Launch is $95/mo ($79 annual), Scale $215/mo ($179 annual) and Growth $354/mo on annual billing, with Mighty Pro on custom pricing. Mighty takes a platform fee on sales of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Pro, plus Stripe processing. The missing pieces for a corporate coach are significant: no 1:1 scheduling, no invoicing and no contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded app requires custom-priced Mighty Pro. Our community platforms for wellness coaches guide goes deeper on this category.

Pick it over Coachful if the employer is buying a long-running community above all else, with livestreams to hundreds of staff, and you will handle contracts, invoices and 1:1 work elsewhere.

6. Kartra: the marketing suite for aggressive lead generation

Kartra public homepage with its main headline and sign-up button, captured in October 2026
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

Kartra is an all-in-one marketing suite: pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. It fits a corporate wellness coach who spends most of their effort on outbound marketing and wants detailed funnel control.

  • Marketing depth: Starter includes unlimited pages, products, memberships and email or SMS, with 2,500 contacts and 5 team members.
  • Prices as listed in October 2026: Essentials $59/mo ($52 annual) with 500 contacts, 1 product and a 5% transaction fee; Starter $119/mo ($99 annual, 0% fee); Growth $229/mo ($189 annual); Professional $549/mo ($429 annual). A 14-day trial and 30-day money-back guarantee are offered.
  • Delivery gaps: no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and no mobile app for students or admins (September 2026 profile).
  • Lock-in: funnels and memberships are not portable to other platforms (September 2026 profile).
  • Reviews: Trustpilot 3.2 from 129 reviews (October 2026).

The entry plan's 500-contact cap is tight for corporate work, where a single employer can bring hundreds of employees, so most coaches would start on Starter.

Pick it over Coachful if your growth plan is built on high-volume funnels, SMS campaigns and a support helpdesk, and program delivery is light or handled elsewhere.

7. Podia: the simplest storefront

Podia public homepage with its main headline and sign-up button, captured in October 2026
Podia's homepage in October 2026.

Podia is a simple storefront for courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community. It is the easiest tool here to understand in an afternoon, which counts for a coach testing their first corporate workshop.

What you get, as listed in October 2026: Mover at $49/mo ($42 annual) with a 5% Podia fee, Shaker at $99/mo ($84 annual) and Earthquaker at $179/mo ($150 annual), both with 0% Podia fees, plus Stripe or PayPal processing. The 14-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot shows 4.1 from 153 reviews (October 2026).

Where it runs short: email subscriber allowances are small (100, 500 and 1,000 included by plan), which is restrictive when employee lists grow. There is no mobile app and no native video calls (September 2026 profile), and no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, so the daily part of a wellness program has to live somewhere else.

Pick it over Coachful if you are selling a single recorded workshop or a downloadable toolkit to a few employers and want the lowest-effort storefront possible.

What does a full stack cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Corporate contracts count participants, so we priced each platform at 5, 15 and 40 active clients on monthly billing, using the cheapest plan that fits as listed in October 2026. Payment processing (roughly 2.9% + $0.30 per card payment on most processors) comes on top for every option, and the figures exclude any tools you still need to add.

All-in-one or assembled: which stack recipe fits you?

There are two ways to build a corporate wellness business online. You can run everything in one platform, or you can assemble a stack from specialist tools. Here are four realistic recipes, with the platform portion priced as listed in October 2026.

RecipeToolsMonthly platform costLogins for each employeeBest for

The assembled stacks look flexible on paper, but each extra tool adds a login for the HR contact and every participant, a place for data to fall out of sync, and an extra bill. In corporate programs, friction at login is where participation drops first.

What does a corporate program look like built end to end in Coachful?

Here is an example offer, built step by step. The company, numbers and program are illustrative, not a customer story: an eight-week "Resilient Teams" program for 40 employees of a mid-sized firm, with a weekly live group call and a 1:1 option for managers.

  1. Attract. Publish a program page on your Coachful website using a wellness template, and add an application funnel so HR leads can request a discovery call. A lead-magnet funnel offers a free team burnout checklist, and a five-email sequence follows up with the HR contact over two weeks. (Keep marketing email consistent with rules such as the FTC's CAN-SPAM guide in the US.)
  2. Contract. After the call, send the coaching agreement for e-signature, including the scope line about referrals to the EAP and what aggregated data you will report.
  3. Checkout. Issue a manual invoice to the employer, or set up a payment plan over the eight weeks. If the employer sponsors places for employees who sign up individually, create a checkout funnel and a coupon for that company.
  4. Onboarding. Employees enroll in the program, answer intake questions and receive a welcome flow. Coachful creates the "Resilient Teams, Spring cohort" group automatically.
  5. Program. Each week has a goal (for example, "protect a wind-down hour"), daily tasks, two or three habits to track, and morning and evening check-ins. A short drip course delivers one lesson a week, and a weekly group call runs inside the platform.
  6. Community. The cohort group carries discussion and wins between calls; you post a prompt each Monday.
  7. Retain. Watch client status for anyone moving to quiet or at risk, and send a personal nudge. In week eight, share an aggregated participation summary with HR and offer the next cohort or a quarterly retainer.

If the build list looks long, this is exactly what the free white-glove service is for: describe the program and the funnel, attach your workshop slides and brand guide, and the Coachful team builds it in your account. For more on structuring cohorts, see our cohort coaching programs guide, and for the website side, how to build a wellness coach website that books.

How do you migrate to a new platform without losing clients?

Switching mid-contract is the riskiest moment in a corporate engagement, so plan it around the employer's calendar.

  • Switch between cohorts, not during one. Finish the current program on the old tools and launch the next cohort on the new platform.
  • Export first. Download participant lists, notes, course files and email lists from your current tools before you cancel anything.
  • Use the import help. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove service can rebuild your website and funnels.
  • Move payments last. Keep existing subscriptions running on the old processor until they renew, then move new invoices to your Stripe or Razorpay account.
  • Tell HR what changes. Send the employer contact one short email with the new login steps, so they can forward it to staff.
  • Check your data obligations. If you coach employees in the EU, review how participant data moves under GDPR, and check with an attorney where your contracts require it.

What mistakes do corporate wellness coaches make when choosing a platform?

  • Buying a course platform for a behavior-change program. Lessons alone rarely change sleep or stress habits. If your offer depends on daily practice, you need habits and check-ins, not just videos.
  • Ignoring contact caps. Corporate contracts bring large email lists fast. Plans capped at 500 contacts or 100 email subscribers fill up after one employer.
  • Underestimating transaction fees. A 5% platform fee on a large employer invoice is real money; compare fees on your expected contract size.
  • Collecting health data you do not need. Keep intake questions focused on goals and habits. If an employer wants clinical data, that is a job for a HIPAA-covered provider, not a coaching platform.
  • Promising outcomes in marketing. If you use testimonials from employees or HR, follow the FTC's endorsement guidance and avoid health claims you cannot support.
  • Building alone for weeks. A platform that builds your first program and funnel for you gets you in front of HR sooner.

Which platform should a corporate wellness coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you sell structured programs to employers and want the whole journey, from HR discovery call to cohort delivery to renewal, in one place with one branded app for participants. It is the only tool here that combines invoicing, e-signed agreements, habits, morning and evening check-ins, automatic cohort groups and a website with funnels, with a 0% platform fee and a free white-glove build to get you started. Start with a free trial and request your first build from the Create page.

Choose Kajabi or Thinkific if your corporate work is mainly licensing content at scale. Pick Practice Better if your services lean clinical and you need charting. Go with Mighty Networks when the employer is buying a community, Kartra when funnels and SMS are your growth engine, and Podia when you need the simplest storefront for a single workshop. If you also coach executives individually, our executive wellness coaching software guide and the wider workplace coaching platform roundup are worth a read.

For most coaches selling cohort programs to employers, Coachful is the strongest fit because it covers the website, checkout, invoices, agreements, programs with habits and check-ins, cohort groups and community in one platform. Kajabi and Thinkific are better if you mainly license content, and Mighty Networks if the employer is buying a community.

Can I invoice the employer instead of charging each employee?

Yes. Coachful produces an invoice for every transaction and lets you raise manual invoices, and payment plans let you split a contract into installments. Payments go to your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account.

Is Coachful HIPAA compliant for workplace health programs?

No. Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not suitable for clinical records or insurance billing. Keep intake questions focused on coaching goals and habits, and refer clinical needs to the employee's doctor or EAP.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

From the Create page, you describe what you want built, such as a website, a funnel, a program or an email sequence, and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing testimonials or prices. It is free on every plan but does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Can employees track wellness habits between sessions?

In Coachful, yes: programs include daily tasks, habits, streaks, goals with progress bars and morning and evening check-ins. Kajabi, Thinkific, Mighty Networks, Kartra and Podia do not list habit tracking or daily check-ins.

Does Coachful sync with Fitbit, Garmin or Apple Health for step challenges?

No. There is no Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura sync, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. For step or movement challenges, employees log their own numbers as habits.

How do I keep each company's employees separate?

Run each employer's cohort as its own program enrollment. Coachful creates a cohort group automatically on enrollment, so each company gets its own discussion space, and you can tag clients by employer on their client record.

Which platform is cheapest for a corporate wellness coach just starting out?

On sticker price, Practice Better's free Sprout plan (3 clients) and Podia's Mover plan ($49/mo with a 5% fee) are the lowest as listed in October 2026. Count the tools you still need to add, such as a website or habit tracking, and any transaction fees, before deciding.

Can I add another coach as my corporate business grows?

Yes. Coachful's Studio and Agency plans add coach seats with per-coach availability and staff permissions, and multi-coach session types can assign bookings round-robin or to the least-busy coach.

How long does it take to launch a corporate program?

It depends on how much content you already have. Coachful's program and funnel templates give you a starting structure, and white-glove builds usually arrive in your account within about 24 hours, which leaves your time for recording lessons and preparing the first live call.
