The 12 Best Webinar Platforms for Business Coaches, Compared

The 12 Best Webinar Platforms for Business Coaches, Compared

The best webinar platforms for business coaches do more than stream a slide deck to a room of owners. A business coach runs a webinar to fill a calendar with discovery calls, enroll a few of those owners into a retainer or group program, and then keep teaching them live every month. So the deciding question is not "which tool has the nicest webinar room?" but "which tool carries an attendee from registration to signed client to renewal without six logins in between?"

Our pick is Coachful, because it puts the webinar funnel, the booking page, checkout, the coaching agreement, group calls, the client app and the follow-up emails under one login. We make Coachful, so we have stated the ranking criteria openly below and been plain about where a dedicated webinar engine such as WebinarJam or Demio does a job Coachful does not. Eleven other tools follow, with prices as their vendors listed them in October 2026, and an honest "pick it over Coachful if" for each.

What does a business coach's client journey need from a webinar platform?

It needs four things in sequence: a way to attract owners to register, a way to turn attendees into booked calls and paid clients, a place to deliver group sessions and masterclasses, and a way to keep retainer clients engaged between those live calls. Most webinar tools only handle the second half of stage one.

Attract: registration that captures the right owners

Business coaches usually sell to founders, agency owners, consultants or service businesses doing a specific revenue band. The registration page needs a short form (name, email, business type, maybe revenue range), a confirmation email, and reminders that actually get busy owners to show up. If you have not built one before, our webinar funnel guide for coaches lays out the pages and emails, and the confirmation email templates cover the first message attendees see.

Enroll: from "great session" to a booked strategy call

A business coaching webinar rarely sells a high-ticket retainer on the spot. It books calls. That means the call to action at the end should point to a booking page with intake questions, followed by a proposal, a coaching agreement and a payment link. A webinar platform that cannot hand attendees to your calendar and your checkout leaves the most valuable step to copy-paste. We wrote a whole piece on whether one webinar can book discovery calls for a small practice; the short answer is yes, if the booking step is one click away.

Deliver: group calls, masterclasses and cohort sessions

Once owners sign, the "webinar" turns into delivery: a monthly masterclass for a group program, a quarterly planning workshop, or an office-hours call for a mastermind. Here the room matters less than who can get in (only paying clients), where the replay lives, and whether worksheets and tasks follow the call.

Retain: accountability between live sessions

Retainer churn in business coaching usually comes from quiet months, not bad calls. Clients who set a pricing goal on a workshop and never hear about it again do not renew. Weekly check-ins, goals with progress, a community feed and a coach who can see who has gone quiet are what keep the retainer running. No pure webinar tool covers this stage.

Which platform covers which stage of the journey?

Only an all-in-one coaching platform covers all four stages; dedicated webinar engines cover attract and deliver, and marketing suites cover attract and enroll. The table below maps each of the twelve tools to the stages, in our ranking order.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, delivery between sessions, total stack cost, and setup effort (including whether someone will build it for you).

Thinking of launching your coaching business?

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these 12?

We picked tools business coaches actually shortlist when they plan a webinar: dedicated webinar engines, coaching platforms and the marketing suites coaches use for launches. We ranked them on the four criteria above, using what each vendor documents on its own site and pricing page plus what public reviewers report. We did not run paid trials of every tool. Prices come from the vendors' pricing pages as listed in October 2026; where we could not verify a current price, we say so rather than guess. Direct coaching-platform substitutes sit in the middle of the list because they handle enrollment well but rely on other tools for the webinar itself.

If you want the wider software decision first, read our buying guide to coaching software for business coaches or the broader business coaching software comparison.

1. Coachful: why is it the best webinar platform for business coaches?

Coachful wins because the webinar is only one step in a journey it runs end to end: the registration funnel, the email sequence, the discovery-call booking page, the checkout, the coaching agreement and the group program all live in one account, and the client sees one branded app.

A monitor showing a client community feed with a live Q&A beside a tablet showing a monthly session calendar
Coachful's client community feed with a live Q&A, next to the coach's session calendar, both with demo data.

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for solo coaches growing into a small team. Instead of pairing a webinar tool with a scheduler, a payment link, an e-signature app, a course host and an email service, a business coach sets up one account. Group calls and webinars sit next to video events in the community, and sessions can run on Coachful's built-in video or on auto-created Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links.

The funnel side: getting owners into the room

The website and funnel builder handles the attract stage. You can build booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking, on your own custom domain, and about 25 funnel templates give you a starting point. The demo below shows a webinar funnel sitting beside a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel, which is roughly what a business coach's marketing looks like by the second year.

Coachful funnels page listing a webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel
Coachful's Funnels page with a demo webinar funnel, a lead magnet funnel and a program launch funnel.

Registrants land in your email lists, where multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits send the confirmation, the reminders and the replay follow-up. Every lead shows up in Prospects tagged with the form or resource it came from, so you can see which webinar produced which strategy calls.

The enrollment side: from attendee to signed client

The end-of-webinar call to action can point straight at a Coachful booking page with intake questions, availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, synced both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud or Outlook calendars. Reminders go by email, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled, which matters when your attendees are owners with packed days.

When an owner says yes, payment runs through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions for monthly retainers, payment plans, order bumps and coupons. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee, so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. A coaching agreement with e-signature goes out before the first call and is stored on the client record. For the payments side in more depth, see our comparison of platforms to sell coaching packages.

The delivery and retention side: where business clients stay

Enrolling into a program automatically creates a cohort group, so a 12-week growth program gets its own space for group calls, chat and replays. Squads keep program-linked groups organized as you add cohorts.

Coachful Squads view showing program-linked groups and member counts
Coachful's Squads view, showing demo program-linked groups and example member counts.

Between the monthly masterclass and the next call, clients work through weekly goals, daily tasks, habits and morning and evening check-ins in their branded app. The client record shows goals, check-ins, notes, payments and sessions, and flags each client as thriving, active, quiet or at risk, which is the early warning a retainer business needs. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live practice data: it can draft the webinar email sequence, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before a client call. Questions and planning are included in the membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Here is a short walkthrough of how webinars work inside Coachful:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, a coach can pick "We'll build it for you" and describe what they need: a webinar or event, a funnel, a sales page, an email sequence, a program, a website. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, slide notes or brand guide. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours, and nothing is invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build was for a business mentor for beauty professionals, who got a 12-week mentorship sales page, a free start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the white-glove build service.

What Coachful does not do

Coachful is not a high-volume broadcast webinar engine. It does not document automated evergreen webinar replays, timed on-screen offers or live polls of the kind WebinarJam and Demio sell, so a coach who runs 1,000-person automated webinars every day should pair it with one of those. It has no PayPal, no permanent free plan, no HubSpot or Salesforce integration and no multi-stage sales deal board for large teams. It is not HIPAA-certified, which rarely matters for business coaching. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account.

Price: flat monthly plans, with lower plans capping client numbers and Pro unlimited (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click. See also the Coachful page for business coaches.

2. Zoom Webinars: is the familiar option still right?

Zoom Webinars is the safe choice when your audience is corporate. Owners and executives already have Zoom installed, know how to join, and trust the link, which removes a real source of no-shows for B2B webinars.

Zoom sells webinars as a separate product from its meeting plans. The distinction matters: in a webinar, attendees watch and interact through Q&A, chat and polls while panelists present, whereas a meeting puts everyone on camera. For a lead-generation masterclass aimed at 200 founders, the webinar format keeps the room tidy. For a 12-person mastermind call, an ordinary meeting is better. Zoom documents registration with custom questions, automatic reminder emails, a practice session for panelists before going live, and cloud recording on eligible plans.

Where it falls short for coaches

Zoom stops at the end of the webinar. There is no booking page for strategy calls, no checkout for your retainer, no agreement, no program delivery and no client record. Registrant data exports or flows through integrations into whatever you use next. Many coaches also find they only need Zoom Webinars a few times a year, while paying for it monthly. Our guide on hosting coaching webinars without Zoom Webinars walks through the alternatives.

Price: we could not verify Zoom Webinars' current price on its pricing page today, so check Zoom's site for the attendee tier you need before you budget.

Pick it over Coachful if your webinars target corporate buyers whose IT teams already approve Zoom, and you already run booking, payments and delivery in another system you are happy with.

3. WebinarJam: the conversion-focused webinar engine

WebinarJam is built for selling from a webinar, which makes it the strongest dedicated option for business coaches whose webinar is the main lead source. Its feature list is aimed at conversion rather than meetings: live offers that pop up during the presentation, polls and surveys, video injections, an always-on live room, A/B split testing on registration, and email and SMS reminders.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Starter $49/month ($39/month annual) for 100 attendees, 1 host and 1-hour sessions; Basic $99/month ($79/month annual) for 500 attendees, 2 hosts and 2-hour sessions; Professional $299/month ($229/month annual) for 2,000 attendees and 3-hour sessions; Enterprise $499/month ($379/month annual) for 5,000 attendees and 4-hour sessions. Basic and above include automated webinars through its companion product EverWebinar. The trial runs 14 days for $1, and purchases carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Limits worth checking before you commit

The Starter plan's 1-hour cap is tight for a teaching webinar plus Q&A plus pitch; most business coaching webinars run 60 to 90 minutes, which pushes you to Basic. WebinarJam also has no coaching back office. After the live offer, buyers go to your checkout and your scheduling tool, and nothing in WebinarJam tracks whether they hit their goals in month two. You will also need somewhere to host replays for paying clients.

Pick it over Coachful if you run automated evergreen webinars as your primary acquisition channel at volume and want timed offers, split testing and replay automation, with delivery handled elsewhere. Our evergreen webinar funnel guide explains when that model makes sense.

4. Kajabi: a knowledge-business suite with webinar-adjacent tools

Kajabi suits a business coach whose webinar sells a course or membership rather than one-to-one work. It combines courses, community, a website, funnels and email marketing, so a registration page, the follow-up sequence and the product you sell at the end can all live in one place.

Kajabi homepage promoting its course, community and website platform for knowledge businesses
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

The catch for webinars is that the live room usually sits in another tool, with Kajabi holding the landing pages, emails and replays. Coaching in Kajabi is organized around products and communities rather than per-client plans, and there is no habit tracking or daily client check-in.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/month ($143/month annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, one community and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/month ($199/month annual) with 50 products and 25,000 contacts; Pro $499/month ($399/month annual) with unlimited products and 100,000 contacts. The standard trial is 14 days. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro on top of the processor's fees.

Business coaches running a monthly webinar can hit the 2,500-contact cap on Basic sooner than expected, because every registrant becomes a contact. Public reviews are mixed: Trustpilot showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mostly selling courses and memberships to a large list, and one-to-one retainer clients are a small side of the revenue.

5. Demio: browser-based webinars with evergreen options

Demio is a cleaner, lighter alternative to WebinarJam that runs in the browser, which helps when attendees are owners joining from a laptop between meetings. It covers live, automated and hybrid events on its Growth and Premium plans.

As listed in October 2026, the Starter plan costs $63/month paid monthly or $45/month paid yearly, limited to one host, 50 attendees and 3-hour sessions, without evergreen webinars. Growth is $117/month per host paid yearly, with room sizes of 150, 500, 1,000 or 3,000 and 8-hour sessions; Premium is $196/month per host paid yearly with 10-hour sessions. The pricing page did not show a monthly-billed price for Growth or map room sizes to prices, so confirm the figure for your audience size. The 14-day trial includes Growth features but caps attendance at 20 and sessions at 1 hour, enough for a dry run, not a real launch.

The fit for a business coaching practice

A 50-seat Starter room covers an early-stage coach's first webinars, but the moment you want an evergreen version running while you coach, you move to Growth. Like every dedicated webinar tool on this list, Demio has no booking, contracts or client delivery. Its pricing page highlights a HubSpot integration, so it fits best when a CRM already holds your pipeline.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a polished browser-based room with evergreen replays, and you already run a CRM such as HubSpot for your pipeline.

Which one looks like you?

Build your platform

6. Paperbell: is a coaching back office enough?

Paperbell is a coaching business platform that handles the enrollment stage well: packages, scheduling, payments, contracts and a client portal. It is a direct substitute for part of what Coachful does, which is why it sits in the middle of this list.

Paperbell homepage presenting its all-in-one coaching business software
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

For webinars, Paperbell is the step after the room. A coach runs the session in Zoom or another video tool and points attendees to a Paperbell package or booking link. That keeps enrollment tidy, but registration pages, email sequences, a community and between-session habits or check-ins sit outside it, so you still need a webinar tool and an email service.

Price: we could not verify Paperbell's current pricing today; check its pricing page before you compare.

Pick it over Coachful if you only want a simple booking-and-payment back office for one-to-one packages and are content to run webinars, email and group delivery in separate tools.

7. Livestorm: webinars for teams that live in the browser

Livestorm is a browser-based video engagement platform used for webinars, product demos and virtual events. Attendees join without installing anything, which suits a cold audience of owners who will not download software for a free session.

It sits closer to Demio and Zoom than to a coaching platform. Registration pages, reminders and on-demand replays are its home turf; booking, contracts, payments for retainers and client programs are not. For a business coach, that means Livestorm is one layer of an assembled stack rather than the stack itself.

Questions to ask before buying

  • How many live attendees does your typical business webinar draw, and which tier covers that?
  • Do you need on-demand replays for lead generation, or only live events?
  • Where will registrants go next, and does Livestorm connect to that tool directly or through Zapier?

Price: we could not verify Livestorm's current pricing today, so treat its pricing page as the source of truth.

Pick it over Coachful if you present to larger B2B audiences, want a no-download room with replays, and keep your coaching back office in a separate system.

8. Practice Better: practitioner software stretched to coaching

Practice Better is practice management software built mainly for nutrition and wellness practitioners: booking, payments, client records, programs and a client portal with built-in video. It is a direct substitute for a coaching platform, but its design language is clinical.

Practice Better homepage presenting its practice management software for wellness practitioners
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

Business coaches sometimes inherit it from a wellness background. It handles one-to-one sessions and group programs, but its forms, notes and terminology assume a health practice, and it does not center on webinar funnels, sales pages or launch email sequences. A business coach would still run the registration side elsewhere.

Price: we could not verify Practice Better's current pricing today; see its pricing page for current tiers.

Pick it over Coachful if you combine business coaching with a health or nutrition practice and need its practitioner-style records for that side of the work.

9. GoHighLevel: the agency marketing CRM

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is an agency-first marketing CRM with funnels, websites, calendars, SMS and email, invoicing, contracts, courses and communities, organized around sub-accounts. For a business coach who also runs an agency, or who sells done-for-you marketing to clients, it can be the engine behind every client's webinar funnel.

GoHighLevel homepage promoting its marketing CRM for agencies and businesses
GoHighLevel's homepage in October 2026.

For webinars themselves, GoHighLevel has no built-in video rooms; you attach Zoom or Google Meet links. Habit tracking, client check-ins and a structured coaching-program engine are absent and would have to be simulated with workflows and forms.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Starter $97/month ($80.83/month annual) with 3 sub-accounts; Unlimited $297/month ($247.50/month annual); Agency Pro $497/month ($414.17/month annual). SMS, email, phone and AI usage are metered on top, so a webinar with SMS reminders to 500 registrants adds usage charges. There is a 14-day trial, and Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 15,250 reviews in October 2026.

Pick it over Coachful if you run a marketing agency alongside your coaching and need sub-accounts for client businesses more than you need a coaching delivery app.

10. Kartra: a marketing suite with a contact ceiling

Kartra bundles pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. A business coach can build a webinar registration funnel, send the reminders and sell a membership at the end without leaving it.

Kartra homepage promoting its all-in-one marketing suite with pages, funnels and email
Kartra's homepage in October 2026.

As listed in October 2026: Essentials $59/month ($52/month annual) with 500 contacts, 5 pages and a 5% transaction fee; Starter $119/month ($99/month annual) with 2,500 contacts and 0% transaction fee; Growth $229/month ($189/month annual) with 12,500 contacts; Professional $549/month ($429/month annual) with 25,000 contacts. A 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee are offered.

Five hundred contacts disappears after two or three webinar promotions, so most webinar-led coaches would start on Starter. There are no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and an older profile notes no mobile app for students and funnels that are not portable to other platforms.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a single marketing suite with SMS and a helpdesk, and your coaching is delivered as memberships rather than tracked one-to-one programs.

11. Systeme.io: the budget funnel builder

Systeme.io is the cheapest way on this list to run a webinar funnel, with a free plan that never expires and 0% transaction fees on every plan. It covers funnels, email, courses, a community, a blog and an affiliate program.

Systeme.io homepage promoting its low-cost funnel, email and course builder
Systeme.io's homepage in October 2026.

Prices as listed in October 2026: Free $0 with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels and 1 course; Startup $17/month with 5,000 contacts and 10 funnels; a tier named Webinar at $47/month with 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels and 20 courses; Unlimited $97/month. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews in October 2026.

The trade-off for a business coach is the back half of the journey. Systeme.io has no native one-to-one scheduling tied to client records, no habits or check-ins, and an older profile notes basic community features and no branded mobile app. It handles the webinar funnel well; it does not handle a retainer client.

Pick it over Coachful if you are pre-revenue, testing your first webinar offer on the smallest possible budget, and happy to add a coaching tool once clients sign.

12. Circle: a community that hosts live events

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. Business coaches use it for masterminds and group programs where the live monthly session is one part of an ongoing peer community.

Circle homepage promoting its community platform with courses, events and memberships
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Annual prices as listed in October 2026: Professional $89/month, Business $199/month and Scale $419/month, with a 14-day trial and no credit card required. Circle takes a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. Branded mobile apps are only on the custom-priced Circle Plus.

For the attract and enroll stages Circle does little: there is no one-to-one scheduling, no client management back office, and no per-client habits or check-ins. It shines at the deliver stage for groups. Our community platforms for business coaches roundup covers it in more depth.

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is a large paid community or mastermind where peer discussion matters more than individual client tracking.

How do the features compare side by side?

Coachful is the only tool here that covers booking, checkout, agreements and between-session tracking alongside group calls; the webinar engines lead on broadcast features like automated replays.

Should you buy an all-in-one or assemble a webinar stack?

Buy an all-in-one if most of your revenue comes from retainer and program clients; assemble a stack only if high-volume automated webinars are your main acquisition channel. The recipes below show what each approach costs per month at three practice sizes, using prices as listed in October 2026 (monthly billing where shown). They are examples, not quotes, and exclude payment processing.

Stack recipe5 clients15 clients40 clients

Community assembled: Circle Business (annual) + WebinarJam Starter$248/month + 1% payment fee$248/month + 1% payment fee$248/month + 1% payment fee

The assembled stacks look flat because client count does not drive their price; contacts and attendees do. What they hide is the work: in every assembled recipe, nobody tracks whether a retainer client is doing the work between calls, and you still need a scheduler, an e-signature tool and somewhere to send weekly check-ins. Adding a scheduling tool and a contract tool to the budget recipe narrows the gap quickly. For context on what you can charge to cover these costs, see how much business coaches charge.

The all-in-one route also removes the integration risk at the worst moment: the minute after the webinar, when a hot lead clicks "book a call" and the link points at a calendar in a different system with different branding.

How does a business coach set up a webinar in Coachful, step by step?

In practice it takes an afternoon, or a request to the white-glove team. Here is an example for a business coach selling a 12-week growth program to service-business owners.

A laptop showing an intake call tracker next to a screen showing coaching offer cards
Coachful's Intakes tracker and Offers page, shown with demo prospects and demo offers.
  1. Create the offer first. Set up the 12-week program in Offers, with a monthly payment plan and the coaching agreement attached, so there is something to sell before you promote anything.
  2. Build the registration funnel. Start from a funnel template, add a short form (name, email, business type) and connect your Meta Pixel and UTM tracking.
  3. Write the email sequence. Confirmation, a reminder the day before, a reminder an hour before, then a replay and a "book a call" follow-up. Michelle can draft these from your offer for you to edit.
  4. Schedule the webinar. Run it as a group session on built-in video or an auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams link.
  5. Point the close at your booking page. Create a strategy-call session type with intake questions (current revenue, biggest bottleneck) and minimum notice.
  6. Work the intakes. Booked calls appear in Intakes with conversion tracking, so you can see how many attendees became calls and how many calls became clients.
  7. Enroll and deliver. When an owner signs, enrollment creates the cohort group automatically, and their weekly goals, tasks and check-ins start in the app.

Follow-up email after the session matters as much as the session itself. You can manage replies in the same inbox you use for clients.

For the agenda and pitch, our coaching webinar funnel framework has a full running order, and if you bring in a guest expert, use the webinar speaker agreement template.

How do you migrate your webinar setup without losing leads?

Move the list and the evergreen funnel last, after the new booking and checkout are tested, so leads never hit a dead link.

  • Export registrants and tags from your current webinar tool and email service before you cancel, including who attended versus who only registered.
  • Rebuild the funnel before redirecting traffic. Keep the old registration page live until the new one has passed a full test registration, confirmation and reminder cycle.
  • Update every link in your sequences. Old replay emails and automations often point at the previous scheduler or checkout.
  • Move active clients separately. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, which keeps retainer clients from noticing the switch.
  • Time the switch between cohorts. Do not change platforms in the week of a launch webinar.

Our guide on switching coaching platforms without disrupting clients covers the full checklist.

What mistakes do business coaches make when choosing webinar software?

  • Buying for attendee capacity you do not have. Most coaching webinars draw dozens, not thousands. Pay for the room you fill.
  • Ignoring session length caps. A 1-hour limit cuts off the Q&A where business owners ask the questions that lead to calls.
  • Treating the webinar as the product. The webinar books calls; the retainer pays the bills. Judge tools on what happens after the room closes.
  • Underestimating contact caps. Every registrant counts as a contact on Kajabi and Kartra, so frequent webinars push you up a plan.
  • Forgetting metered extras. SMS reminders on GoHighLevel and payment fees on Circle or Kajabi with an outside processor add to the monthly bill.

Which webinar platform should a business coach choose?

Choose Coachful if your webinar exists to book strategy calls and sell retainers or group programs, because it carries the attendee from registration to signed client to renewal in one account, and the white-glove team will build the funnel for you. Choose WebinarJam or Demio if automated evergreen webinars at volume are your main acquisition channel, and pair them with a coaching platform for delivery. Choose Systeme.io if you are testing a first offer on almost no budget, Circle if your product is a community, and GoHighLevel if you also run an agency.

Frequently asked questions

Do business coaches need a dedicated webinar platform?

Usually not at first. If your webinars draw under a hundred people and exist to book calls, group sessions in a coaching platform plus a registration funnel do the job. A dedicated engine earns its cost when you run automated evergreen webinars at volume.

Can I run webinars inside Coachful?

Yes. Coachful includes group calls and webinars, with built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Google Meet or Teams links. Registration funnels, reminder emails and the follow-up booking page are part of the same account.

Does Coachful support automated evergreen webinars?

Coachful does not document automated evergreen webinar replays with timed offers. If that model is central to your marketing, pair it with WebinarJam (Basic and up includes EverWebinar) or Demio's Growth plan, and keep enrollment and delivery in Coachful.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

It is a build service included on every plan: you describe what you want, such as a webinar funnel, an email sequence or a sales page, attach links and files, and the Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Which webinar platform is cheapest for a new business coach?

Systeme.io has a free plan with 2,000 contacts and 3 funnels as listed in October 2026, and WebinarJam's Starter plan was $49/month. Neither handles booking, contracts or client delivery, so add those costs when you compare.

Is Zoom enough for a coaching webinar?

A standard Zoom meeting works well for small group calls and masterminds. For larger lead-generation webinars, the separate Zoom Webinars product adds registration and an attendee-only view, but it still leaves booking, payment and delivery to other tools.

How long should a business coaching webinar run?

Most run 60 to 90 minutes including Q&A, which is why a 1-hour session cap can be a problem. Check the cap on your plan before you schedule.

Can I take payments during a webinar?

WebinarJam shows live offers during the presentation. In Coachful, you link attendees to a checkout funnel or offer that takes one-time payments, subscriptions or payment plans through your own Stripe or Razorpay account, with a 0% platform fee.

How do I get webinar attendees to book a discovery call?

Make the booking page the single call to action, ask two or three intake questions, and send a follow-up email with the link within an hour of the session. Our article on webinars that book discovery calls walks through the sequence.
