Best App for Real Estate Coaches: 10 Picks, Ranked for 2026

Best App for Real Estate Coaches: 10 Picks, Ranked for 2026

The best app for real estate coaches is the one your agents actually open on a Tuesday morning before their first prospecting block: it shows today's calls-and-contacts habit, takes a two-minute check-in, holds the script lesson they need before a listing appointment, and lets them message you or the group without hunting through email. Your back office matters, but your clients never see it. What they see is the app on their phone, and that is what this ranking is about.

Our pick is Coachful's client app. Agents get daily habits, morning and evening check-ins, program lessons, sessions, community and messages in one place, on iPhone and Android, with your branding inside the Coachful app. Because the same account runs your booking, payments, agreements and email, nothing your client does in the app is disconnected from how you run the business. We make Coachful, so read the ranking criteria below and judge the reasoning for yourself; the other nine tools each get a fair "pick it over Coachful if" line.

If you are still choosing the coach-side system, start with our guide to the best software for real estate coaches. This article stays on the client's side of the screen.

What do real estate coaching clients actually do in an app each week?

They log activity, prepare for conversations and stay accountable between calls. Real estate agents are mostly self-employed and paid on commission (see the overview on Wikipedia's real estate agent page), so nobody else is checking whether they made their calls today. Your coaching fills that gap, and the app is where it happens between sessions.

A typical client week looks something like this:

  • Daily lead generation habits. Prospecting calls, follow-up texts to past clients, a set number of new contacts added to their CRM, a short video for social media. These are small, countable actions, which makes them ideal habits with streaks.
  • Morning and evening check-ins. A morning question ("What are your three money-making activities today?") and an evening one ("How many conversations did you have? What got in the way?"). This is the accountability loop most agents are paying you for.
  • Lessons before real moments. The listing presentation module the night before an appointment, the objection-handling scripts before a round of expired-listing calls, the open-house follow-up sequence on Sunday evening.
  • Weekly goals and progress. Appointments set, listings taken, contracts written. Agents want to see the line move, and so do you.
  • Community. Many real estate coaches run masterminds or cohorts where agents share wins, role-play scripts and trade referrals. A feed and group chat keep that energy going between calls.
  • Booking and paying. Rescheduling a call from the car between showings, paying a monthly coaching subscription, signing the coaching agreement before day one.

Agents live on their phones in the car, at showings and at open houses. An app that only works well on a laptop will be ignored, however strong its features are. That is the lens for everything below.

Which apps for real estate coaches are best at a glance?

Ranking criteria in one line: how much of the client's week the app covers in one login (habits, check-ins, lessons, sessions, community, messages), how well it delivers between sessions, the total cost of the stack you need around it, and how much setup it takes (Coachful's free white-glove build counts here).

Answer a few questions and Coachful builds it around you: your website, programs, booking and payments. Ready in minutes.

Build your platform

How did we choose and rank these apps?

We started from the client's week described above and asked one question of every tool: can an agent run their whole coaching relationship from their phone? We did not test these apps hands-on. We relied on what each vendor documents on its own site, pricing pages as listed in October 2026, and what public reviewers report.

We scored eight things:

  1. Daily habits and check-ins for prospecting activity, with streaks or progress.
  2. Program and lesson access on the phone, including drip and completion tracking.
  3. Messaging with the coach, one to one.
  4. Community for cohorts and masterminds.
  5. Reminders for sessions and tasks.
  6. Progress tracking against goals.
  7. Branding: does it feel like your coaching, or like someone else's platform?
  8. Back office connection: does what the client does in the app flow into booking, payments, agreements and client records, or do you stitch tools together?

Tools built for fitness (Everfit and ABC Trainerize) score well on habits but poorly on fit, which is why they sit at the bottom. Tools with no native app at all are flagged plainly in their sections.

1. Coachful: the most complete client app for agent accountability

Coachful is the best app for real estate coaches who sell results that depend on daily activity. It covers the whole client week in one app: habits, morning and evening check-ins, weekly goals with progress bars and streaks, program lessons, sessions, documents, community and direct messages. Your clients install the Coachful app on iPhone or Android and see your branding inside it. It is not a separate listing under your own App Store account, which also means you never deal with app store reviews or developer accounts.

What Coachful is, in one paragraph. Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, coaching agreements, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant called Michelle. Coaches get one login; clients get one branded app. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than only sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six separate tools. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia, and holds a Trustpilot rating of 4.5 from 21 reviews.

What your agents do in it every day. You build a multi-week program, for example a 12-week "consistent pipeline" program, with weekly goals and daily tasks. Prospecting actions become habits: "20 calls", "5 past-client touches", "1 piece of video content". Agents tick them off on the phone and build streaks. A morning check-in asks for their top three income activities; an evening check-in asks what happened. Goals such as "8 listing appointments this quarter" carry a progress bar so the agent sees momentum, not just tasks.

Lessons where they are needed. Courses in Coachful have modules, lessons, drip scheduling and completion tracking, and they appear in the client's branded home and app. Put your listing presentation walkthrough, your buyer consultation framework and your objection scripts there, and the agent can open them in the parking lot before the appointment. You can also deliver downloads (a pricing conversation worksheet, a farming plan), videos, books, AI tools and live events.

Community for masterminds and cohorts. When an agent enrolls in a program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically. There is a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events for group calls and webinars. A weekly "wins and listings" thread and a live role-play call can run inside the same app where the agent logs habits.

Coachful client community feed with a live Q&A, member avatars and coach posts
The client community feed in Coachful's demo account: a live Q&A at the top and coach posts with reactions below.

Sessions from the car. Booking pages detect time zones and respect your availability rules, buffers and minimum notice. Sessions sync both ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars, and run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Clients get email reminders, plus SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp one hour before once messaging is enabled. For an agent who lives in their calendar, those reminders keep calls from colliding with showings.

The back office it connects to. Everything the agent does in the app lands on their client record: goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. If an agent's check-ins go quiet in a slow month, you see it before the next call. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account (one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay), with a 0% Coachful platform fee since August 2026, so only processing fees apply. Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record.

Extra help between sessions. You can configure an AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, for example to rehearse an objection response at 9 pm. On your side, Michelle works from live practice data, briefs you before each session and drafts follow-up emails. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits.

Here is a short walkthrough of how check-ins work, which is the heart of agent accountability:

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you · FREE" and describe what you need: a program, a course outline, a website, a funnel, an email sequence, a check-in flow. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files (logos, brand guides, your existing scripts). The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent anonymized example: a real-estate and money coach received a year-long cohort program with an application form, an eight-page site and a free nine-day bootcamp funnel. The service does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Coachful Create page with the We'll build it for you card
The Create page in Coachful with the card for requesting a free white-glove build.

What Coachful does not do. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not as your own App Store app. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. It has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage sales deal board, so it will not replace a brokerage's transaction CRM; it is where coaching happens, not where your agents manage escrow. It is not HIPAA-certified, which rarely matters for real estate coaching. Zapier is available for connecting other tools.

Price. Plans are flat and monthly; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and team plans add coach seats with per-coach availability (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Monthly plans cancel in one click, and there is a free trial.

How to start. Start a free trial, request a white-glove build of your first program, and invite three agents to test the app for a week before you roll it out to the whole roster. If you also coach the business side of an agent's career, our sales coaches page and business coaches page show the relevant templates.

2. Mighty Networks: strongest for large agent communities

Mighty Networks is the best fit when your coaching is a community first: hundreds of agents in a network with courses, livestreams and events. Members use Mighty-branded apps; a fully branded app of your own is only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan.

Mighty Networks homepage presenting its community, courses and events platform
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

For a real estate coach running a large membership (say, a national agent mastermind with regional groups), Mighty's structure of hosts and moderators helps. Launch includes 3 hosts and 10 moderators with 20 hours a month of livestreaming for up to 100 attendees; Scale raises that to 5 hosts, 15 moderators and 200 attendees. Courses and events live alongside the feed.

What it lacks is the one-to-one coaching layer. Mighty Networks has no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. If an agent pays you for personal accountability on their weekly prospecting numbers, you would need a second tool for that, and your client would need a second app.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Launch $95/mo ($79/mo annual), Scale $215/mo ($179/mo annual), Growth $354/mo billed annually. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. There is a 14-day trial with no card required. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 219 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your offer is a large community with courses and livestreams, and private one-to-one accountability is not part of what you sell.

3. Circle: polished community for paid masterminds

Circle is a community platform with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships. Branded mobile apps are reserved for the custom-priced Circle Plus plan.

Circle homepage presenting its community and membership platform
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Real estate coaches who run a premium mastermind can use Circle's spaces to separate, for example, new-agent and team-leader groups, run weekly live calls and sell access through paid memberships. Professional includes 3 admins and 10 moderators.

The gap is the same as Mighty's: no 1:1 scheduling or client management back office, and no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. Your agents can talk to each other easily, but the app will not ask them each morning how many calls they plan to make.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Professional $89/mo billed annually, Business $199/mo billed annually, Scale $419/mo billed annually. Circle charges a fee on payments of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, plus Stripe processing. A 14-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot: 4.1 from 129 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you mainly sell a community membership and already use separate tools for 1:1 booking and accountability.

4. Kajabi: course-first, with a branded app offering

Kajabi suits real estate coaches whose income is mostly courses and digital products, such as a self-paced "first 90 days as an agent" course. Its site lists a Branded Mobile App offering for members; check what it includes on your plan before you commit.

Kajabi homepage presenting its course, website and email platform
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi bundles courses, a community, a website, funnels and email. For selling a recorded listing-presentation course at scale, it is a well-known option. For daily coaching, it is thin: there is no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organised as products and communities rather than per-client plans.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic $179/mo ($143/mo annual) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts and 0 AI credits; Growth $249/mo ($199/mo annual); Pro $499/mo ($399/mo annual). Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, and using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 0.5% to 2%. The standard trial is 14 days. Trustpilot: 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is selling recorded courses to many agents and you do little ongoing one-to-one accountability.

5. Practice Better: a client portal with programs, if you can live with wellness framing

Practice Better is practice management software built for wellness and nutrition practitioners, with scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. Clients can use its app and portal; our Practice Better app breakdown covers what they see.

Practice Better homepage presenting its practice management software
Practice Better's homepage in October 2026.

The structure transfers to real estate coaching better than you might expect: programs, sessions and billing all sit together. The catch is in the plan details. Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus at $99/mo ($89/mo annual), and accounts below Team allow one practitioner. Many of the features (charting, telehealth language) are built for clinicians, so agents may find the experience a little clinical. There is no website builder or funnel pages, according to an older profile.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Sprout $0/mo for 3 clients, Starter $35/mo for 10 clients, Professional $69/mo for 300 clients, Plus $99/mo unlimited clients, Team $155/mo. Trials run 14 days (30 on Team). Trustpilot: 3.8 from 87 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you also run a wellness practice and want one tool for clinical-style records and coaching clients.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

6. CoachAccountable: metrics and action plans, but no native app

CoachAccountable is a coaching back office with sessions, action plans, metrics, worksheets, courses, invoicing and agreements. Its metrics tracking is a natural fit for agents logging calls and appointments. However, it has no native mobile app according to an older profile, so clients use it in a browser.

CoachAccountable homepage presenting its coaching back office software
CoachAccountable's homepage in October 2026.

For a real estate coach with a handful of high-ticket 1:1 clients, CoachAccountable's action plans and metrics can be set up to track exactly the numbers you care about. It also has a strong Trustpilot score: 4.8 from 47 reviews. The browser-only experience is the trade-off: an agent between showings has to open a bookmark and log in, which tends to be the moment habits slip.

Pricing scales per active client, as listed in October 2026: Starter $20/mo for 2 clients, Level 1 $40/mo for 5, Level 2 $70/mo for 10, Level 3 $120/mo for 20, Level 4 $250/mo for 50 and Level 5 $400/mo for 100. That gets expensive for group programs. There are no landing pages, website or marketing automation (older profile). A 30-day trial needs no card. See our CoachAccountable alternatives for more.

Pick it over Coachful if you coach a small number of 1:1 clients, care most about custom metrics, and your clients are happy to work in a mobile browser.

7. Paperbell: simple admin, no app for clients

Paperbell handles booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website for solo coaches. It has no native mobile app; clients use a mobile browser, according to an older profile.

Paperbell homepage presenting its all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches
Paperbell's homepage in October 2026.

A real estate coach who sells session packages and wants the admin handled with no setup fuss will find Paperbell straightforward. It does not cover what happens between sessions, though: there is no course builder, community, goal or habit tracking, per the older profile. For accountability coaching, that is most of the job.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: one plan at $97/mo ($80.83/mo annual) with unlimited clients, and "no additional transaction fees" beyond Stripe or PayPal processing. There is a trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot: 3.5 from 14 reviews. Our Paperbell alternatives list covers similar tools.

Pick it over Coachful if you only sell sessions, do no between-session delivery and want a single flat price for admin.

8. Skool: cheap community with gamification

Skool combines a community, classroom and calendar in one group, with leaderboards that reward engagement. We could not confirm its current mobile app details from the vendor's pages today, so check its app store listing before deciding.

Skool homepage presenting its community and classroom groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

The leaderboard can turn prospecting into friendly competition between agents. It is cheap to start and easy for members to join. The limits are significant for coaching, though: no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins, and no custom domain website, funnels or email automation. Payments run only through Skool Payments.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Hobby $9/mo with 10% + 30¢ on all transactions; Pro $99/mo with 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. The fees are non-refundable. Trustpilot: 1.6 from 54 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you want a low-cost, gamified group with courses and are not offering personal accountability.

9. Everfit: habit tracking built for fitness, not deals

Everfit is a fitness coaching app with workouts, habits, nutrition and messaging, priced by client count. Its habit tracking is solid, but everything around it assumes you are a personal trainer.

Everfit homepage presenting its fitness coaching app
Everfit's homepage in October 2026.

Some real estate coaches include health routines (morning workouts, sleep) in an agent's productivity plan, and Everfit handles those well. For prospecting habits, lessons on listing presentations or a mastermind community, it is a poor match: there is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing, and automation, payments and meal plans are paid add-ons.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Starter free for up to 5 clients; Pro from $19/mo for 5 clients, $49/mo for 20 and $95/mo for 50; Studio from $105/mo. A 30-day trial needs no card. Trustpilot: 2.7 from 16 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if your real estate coaching is mainly about agents' physical health and training.

10. ABC Trainerize: personal training app with add-ons

ABC Trainerize is a personal-training app with workouts, habits, nutrition tracking and messaging, priced by client seats. It ranks last here because almost every capability a real estate coach needs sits outside its core.

ABC Trainerize homepage presenting its personal training app
ABC Trainerize's homepage in October 2026.

Scheduling, selling products, payments, video and advanced nutrition are separate paid add-ons below Studio. There is no course builder, website, funnels or email marketing. Client data export is incomplete (no messages, photos or attachments), according to an older profile, which matters if you ever switch.

Pricing as listed in October 2026: Basic free for 1 client, Grow $10/mo for 2 clients, Pro $25/mo for 5 clients with tiers up to 200, and Studio Plus $275/mo. A 30-day trial with unlimited clients needs no card. Trustpilot: 3.1 from 100 reviews.

Pick it over Coachful if you are primarily a personal trainer who coaches a few agents on the side.

How do the client experiences compare feature by feature?

Coachful is the only app here that covers habits, check-ins, lessons, sessions, community and messaging in one client login while connecting to booking, payments and agreements. The matrix below summarises what each vendor documents.

What will each app cost for a typical real estate coaching roster?

For a coach with around 15 agents, the honest comparison is the total stack, not the headline price. A community tool still needs a separate booking, payment and accountability tool; a browser-only back office still leaves clients without an app.

How would you set up Coachful for a real estate coaching program?

You can have agents using a working app within a day or two. Here is a worked example, with an illustrative program and an illustrative client.

A goal page and a program page on a laptop and tablet on a staged kitchen island
Coachful's demo goal with its Daily momentum section on the laptop, and the client Programs view on the tablet, on a staged kitchen island.
  1. Request the build. From Create, choose the free white-glove build and describe a 12-week "Consistent Pipeline" program: weekly themes (database cleanup, sphere outreach, expired listings, open houses, listing presentations), daily habits and check-in questions. Attach your existing scripts and slides.
  2. Set the daily habits. Example habits: "Make 20 prospecting calls", "Send 5 past-client check-ins", "Add 10 contacts to your CRM", "Post one short video". Each one tracks streaks.
  3. Write the check-ins. Morning: "Which three income activities will you finish before noon?" Evening: "How many real conversations did you have? What will you change tomorrow?"
  4. Add the lessons. Upload your listing presentation walkthrough, objection-handling scripts and open-house follow-up plan as course lessons, dripped by week.
  5. Open booking and payments. Create a weekly 1:1 session type and a monthly group call, connect your Stripe account, and set up a monthly subscription for the program.
  6. Send the agreement. Your coaching agreement goes out for e-signature before the first call.
  7. Invite the cohort. When agents enroll, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically, and they install the app on iPhone or Android.

An illustrative Tuesday for one agent. At 7:30 am the agent opens the app and answers the morning check-in: expired-listing calls, two buyer follow-ups, one video. Between 9 and 11 they call, then tick off "20 prospecting calls" and see their streak go up. At lunch, before a listing appointment, they open the week's lesson on pricing conversations. In the afternoon they post a win in the cohort feed and get replies from two other agents. At 6 pm the evening check-in asks how many conversations happened. The next morning you see their check-ins and habit completion on the client record before your call, and Michelle's briefing summarises the week, so the session starts with the real numbers.

For more on building the client side, see how to create a coaching app, and if you are just starting out, how to start a real estate coaching business.

What mistakes do real estate coaches make when choosing a client app?

The most common mistake is choosing on the coach's dashboard rather than the client's phone. Others follow from it:

  • Buying a community tool for accountability coaching. Community platforms are excellent for groups but rarely ask an individual agent how their day went. If you sell accountability, you need habits and check-ins per client.
  • Accepting browser-only access. Agents are in cars and at showings. A bookmark they have to log into is a habit they will skip.
  • Splitting the client across apps. One app for the community, another for lessons and email links for booking means three logins. Every extra step costs engagement.
  • Ignoring transaction fees. A 2% or 10% fee on a monthly coaching subscription adds up over a year. Check fees alongside the plan price.
  • Paying for a custom-branded app before you need it. Your own App Store listing usually sits on enterprise plans. Your branding inside an established app gives agents a branded experience without the overhead.
  • Over-building the program. Five daily habits that agents complete beat fifteen they ignore. Start small and add.

What is our verdict?

For most real estate coaches, Coachful is the best client app: it is the only option here that puts daily prospecting habits, check-ins, lessons, sessions, community and messages in one app on iPhone and Android, connected to booking, payments and agreements, with a free white-glove build to get you started. Mighty Networks and Circle are strong if your business is a large community without 1:1 accountability. Kajabi suits course-led businesses. CoachAccountable and Paperbell handle admin but give clients no native app. Skool is a low-cost group option, and Everfit and ABC Trainerize only make sense if fitness is part of your coaching.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best app for real estate coaches?

For coaches who sell accountability, Coachful's client app is our pick because it combines habits, check-ins, lessons, community and sessions in one app on iPhone and Android. Community-led coaches may prefer Mighty Networks or Circle. Course-led coaches may prefer Kajabi.

Do my clients get my own app in the App Store with Coachful?

No. Clients install the Coachful app and see your branding inside it. You do not need your own developer account or App Store listing.

Which of these tools have no native mobile app?

CoachAccountable and Paperbell have no native client app, according to older vendor profiles, so clients use a mobile browser. For Skool, check the current app store listing before deciding.

Can agents track prospecting numbers in Coachful?

Yes. You can set prospecting actions as daily habits with streaks, ask for numbers in morning and evening check-ins, and set goals with progress bars. Everything lands on the client record so you see it before each session.

What is Coachful's free white-glove service?

From Create, you describe what you want built, such as a program, website, funnel or email sequence, and attach references. The Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours, on every plan. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management.

Does Coachful integrate with my real estate CRM?

Coachful has no Salesforce or HubSpot integration, but it connects to Zapier, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Meet, Teams and Stripe. Your agents keep their transaction CRM; Coachful is where the coaching happens.

Can I run group masterminds and 1:1 coaching in one app?

Yes, in Coachful. Cohort groups are created automatically when agents enroll in a program, and the same app holds their 1:1 sessions, habits and messages. Community-only platforms such as Circle or Skool would need a second tool for 1:1 work.

Does Coachful take a cut of my coaching payments?

Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026. You pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. PayPal is not supported.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, Coachful has a free trial, and monthly plans cancel in one click. There is no permanent free plan.
