Top 5 Community Platforms for Business Coaches in 2026

Top 5 Community Platforms for Business Coaches in 2026

The best community platforms for business coaches do more than host a feed. A business coach sells a mastermind, a cohort program or a retainer to owners who are busy, guarded about their numbers and quick to leave if a group goes quiet. So the community has to sit inside the whole sale: the application, the strategy call, the agreement, the payment plan, the weekly hot seat and the renewal conversation. The deciding question is which tool carries a client from the first click to the second year with the fewest logins and the lowest total bill.

Our pick is Coachful. Its community feed, cohort groups, group calls, booking, contracts, payments, programs, website and email all live in one subscription, so a mastermind and its 1:1 retainer tier run from the same place. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and we have tried to be plain about where the other four win: Circle is the most polished dedicated community, Mighty Networks has strong events and member apps, Kajabi suits coaches who sell a catalog of courses, and Skool is the cheapest way to open a group if you accept its fees and gaps.

This guide is built around a business coach's client journey rather than a feature checklist. If you want the broader category view first, read our group coaching community platform buying guide; if you need the whole software stack rather than just the community, start with coaching software for business coaches.

What does a business coach's client journey ask of a community platform?

It asks for four different jobs: attracting owners, enrolling them in a high-trust offer, delivering a group plus 1:1 experience, and keeping them past the first term. Most community tools were designed for the third job only, which is why business coaches end up with five subscriptions.

Attract: content, webinars and an application

Business coaches rarely sell from a feed. They sell from a LinkedIn post, a referral, a podcast guest spot or a webinar on pricing, hiring or cash flow, and the next step is a page that explains the offer and asks the owner to apply. That means the platform needs a public website on your own domain, a lead-magnet funnel (a profit checklist, a hiring scorecard), webinar registration, email sequences that follow up, and an application form that filters out owners who are not ready for a mastermind. A community that only exists behind a login cannot do this part.

Enroll: the strategy call, the agreement and the payment plan

High-ticket business coaching usually closes on a call. The owner books a slot, answers a few questions about revenue and team size, talks with you, then receives an agreement and a checkout. Payment plans matter here because a six-month mastermind is often paid monthly. The agreement matters because business coaching sits close to territory you should not cover: you are not the client's accountant, attorney or financial adviser, and a clear scope clause that says so (and tells clients to check tax, legal and financing decisions with a qualified professional) protects both sides. Our guide to coaching contracts covers what to put in that clause, and how much business coaches charge covers setting the price itself.

Deliver: peer groups, hot seats and private accountability

Delivery for a business coach is usually a blend: a cohort or mastermind group that meets on a weekly or fortnightly call, a feed where members post wins and questions, a library of frameworks (offer design, pipeline reviews, hiring plans), and for the top tier, 1:1 sessions. Between calls, the work that moves revenue is unglamorous: send the proposals, run the pipeline review, fix the pricing page. A good platform lets you set those weekly commitments per client and see who is doing them. Confidentiality also matters more than in most niches, because owners share margins and payroll problems; private cohort spaces and direct messages are a requirement, not a nice extra.

Retain: spotting quiet members and selling the next term

Masterminds lose members quietly. Someone skips two calls, stops posting and does not renew. Retention needs signals per client (attendance, check-ins, activity), a reason to stay (a next program, a retainer, an ongoing group) and an easy way to make that offer by email before the term ends. If you hold or are working toward an ICF credential, logging hours here saves a scramble later; see ICF hour tracking.

Build your platform

Which platform covers each stage of the journey?

Only one tool on this list covers all four stages without add-ons; the others are strong in delivery and leave attract, enroll or retain to other software.

Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery for each client, total stack cost including platform fees, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).

Vendor prices are as listed in October 2026. Circle's pricing page showed annual-billing figures and we did not see a monthly price listed.

How did we choose and rank these five?

We started from what a business coach actually runs: a group offer with a premium 1:1 tier, sold on a call, renewed by email. Tools made the list if they host a real community and are used by coaches selling to owners. We then ranked them on the four criteria above, using what each vendor documents on its pricing and help pages in October 2026 and what public reviewers report on Trustpilot. We did not run hands-on tests for this article, and we left out tools that have no community at all, however good they are at booking or billing.

Two things moved tools down. First, platform fees on revenue: a 2% cut feels small until it is applied to a mastermind with installments of several hundred dollars. Second, missing enrollment pieces: if you still need a scheduler, an e-signature tool and a website builder, the true price is the sum of all of them, plus the time to connect them. If you also want a list of peer groups to join yourself rather than software to run your own, see coaching communities for business coaches.

1. Coachful: the whole client journey with the community built in

A laptop showing Coachful's Squads view next to a tablet showing an enrolled group program
Coachful's Squads view on a laptop and a client's group program view on a tablet, set on a mastermind meeting table.

Coachful is the only tool here where the community is one part of a coaching back office rather than the whole product. A business coach gets a community feed, group chat, direct messages and video events, and when a client enrolls in a program, Coachful creates the cohort group automatically. The same login holds the application funnel, booking page, agreement, payment plan, program weeks and client record, which is the point for a coach selling a mastermind: nothing about the sale or delivery happens in another tab.

Coachful in short

Coachful is a coaching platform where one subscription covers booking, payments, contracts, programs with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant, with one login for the coach and one branded app for the client. It is built for coaches who deliver programs rather than single sessions, solo coaches growing into a small team, and coaches replacing four to six tools. It does not offer HIPAA certification, PayPal, a permanent free plan, Salesforce or HubSpot integration, or a multi-stage deal board for large sales teams, and the client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding rather than under your own App Store account. To start, open a free trial and request the free white-glove build described below.

How the community side works for masterminds

The feed is where members post wins, questions and resources, and where you announce the next hot seat. Group chat suits a fast-moving cohort, direct messages handle the private conversations owners will not have in front of peers, and video events plus group calls and webinars cover the weekly session itself. Because cohort groups are created on enrollment, a new intake of agency owners lands in its own group without you building a space by hand.

What sets it apart for this niche is what happens between calls. Each program can run for multiple weeks with weekly goals, daily tasks, habits, morning and evening check-ins, goals with progress bars and streaks. For a business owner, a weekly goal might be "send three proposals" or "finish the pricing page" (examples, not templates we ship). Members see their program inside your branded home and app, next to the community, so the group and the accountability are the same place. Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking hold your frameworks, and the Discover area can sell downloads, books and bundles.

The selling side a business coach needs

Attraction and enrollment are built in. The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, and the funnel builder covers booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels with pixels and UTM tracking. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits handle the webinar follow-up and the renewal offer. Booking pages carry availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and intake questions, sync two ways with Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendars, and create Zoom, Meet or Teams links automatically. If you add associate coaches, multi-coach session types can assign calls round-robin or to the least-busy coach.

Coachful Intakes page with intake totals, upcoming calls, conversions and a table of intake calls
Coachful's Intakes page with demo data: 10 total intakes, 3 upcoming, 2 converted and a 40% conversion rate above the list of intake calls.

After the call, the coaching agreement goes out for e-signature before the first session and is stored on the client record. Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax, with an invoice per transaction. Since August 2026 Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies.

For retention, each client record shows goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, payments and sessions, plus a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from that live data: it briefs you before a session, summarizes recorded sessions, drafts emails and can build programs, and it can give private feedback on your own coaching against ICF Core Competencies 3 to 8. Questions and planning are included in your Coachful membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. The AI Coach, an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, is configured by the coach. Coaching hours and distinct clients are counted against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds, with an exportable ICF client log.

The short walkthrough below shows Coachful's community channels.

Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, the "We'll build it for you" option lets you describe what you want and attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as logos, brand guides and existing copy. The Coachful team then builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours: a website, an application funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline, an email sequence or a webinar setup. Nothing is invented, so no fake testimonials, credentials or prices; gaps are left for you to fill. Recent builds include a 12-week mentorship sales page, a start-up-guide funnel and rewritten follow-up emails for a business mentor serving beauty professionals, and one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button for a leadership coach whose Squarespace renewal was days away. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. Details are in our white-glove service guide.

Where it falls short

Coachful is not a course marketplace, has no third-party plugins and no PayPal. Coaches selling into large companies who need HubSpot or Salesforce sync will have to work around it. The affiliate program tracks links, clicks, conversions and revenue, but payouts are recorded manually rather than sent by Coachful. Its Trustpilot score is 4.5 from 21 reviews (seen October 2026), a smaller sample than the bigger community platforms. Current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients. More on the niche setup is on our page for business coaches.

2. Circle: the most polished pure community

Circle's homepage introducing its community platform for courses, events and memberships
Circle's homepage in October 2026.

Circle is a community platform first, with courses, events, live streams and paid memberships around it. For a business coach running a large paid membership, a professional association or an alumni network of several hundred owners, its spaces and moderation roles are well suited: the Professional plan includes 3 admins and 10 moderators, which matters once you have associate coaches or member volunteers helping run the group.

Why business coaches shortlist it

The appeal is structure. You can split a mastermind into spaces for each cohort, a resource library, event replays and an open "wins" channel, then run live streams and events inside the same community. Courses sit in the same community as the discussion, so the curriculum and the conversation share one home. Public reviewers on Trustpilot rate Circle 4.1 from 129 reviews (seen October 2026), the strongest score among the dedicated community tools here.

What it costs as listed

As listed in October 2026, Professional is $89/month billed annually, Business is $199/month billed annually (5 admins, 15 moderators), Scale is $419/month billed annually (10 admins, 100 moderators) and Circle Plus is custom-priced. Professional and Business include 2,500 AI credits a month; Scale includes 5,000. Every self-serve plan has a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. On payments, Circle takes a platform fee of 2% on Professional, 1% on Business and Scale, and 0.5% on Circle Plus, on top of Stripe processing.

Where the gaps show

Circle does not include 1:1 scheduling or a client management back office, and it has no per-client habits, check-ins or coaching plans. For a business coach, that means the strategy call, the agreement, the private weekly commitments and the retainer sessions all live elsewhere. Branded mobile apps are only on the custom-priced Circle Plus plan. The usual result is Circle plus a scheduler, an e-signature tool and often a separate website and email platform, each with its own login for you and sometimes for your clients.

Pick it over Coachful if your business is mainly a large paid membership where peer discussion is the product, you need many moderators and separate spaces, and you already have booking, contracts and email handled in tools you like.

3. Mighty Networks: events and member apps for a growing network

Mighty Networks homepage introducing its community, courses and events platform
Mighty Networks's homepage in October 2026.

Mighty Networks combines community, courses and events, and members use Mighty-branded apps on their phones. For business coaches who run frequent live sessions, such as weekly pipeline clinics or monthly guest-expert workshops, the included livestream hours are a practical draw.

The mastermind case

A coach can run a network that combines community discussion, events with livestreams and courses for the curriculum. Livestream allowances are set per plan: 20 hours a month for up to 100 attendees on Launch, 30 hours for up to 200 on Scale, and 40 hours for up to 1,000 on Growth. That is enough for most business coaching groups, and the larger tiers suit a coach running an open community as a top-of-funnel feeder into a paid mastermind.

Plans and fees in October 2026

Launch is $95/month or $79/month billed annually, with 3 hosts, 10 moderators and 200 GB of storage. Scale is $215/month or $179/month billed annually, with 5 hosts, 15 moderators and 500 GB. Growth is $354/month billed annually (10 hosts, 100 moderators, 1 TB), and Mighty Pro is custom. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card and includes Growth plan features. Mighty charges a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. On Trustpilot it holds 3.3 from 219 reviews (seen October 2026).

What you will add

There is no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. The member app carries Mighty's branding unless you pay for Mighty Pro. A business coach with a retainer tier will add a booking tool and an e-signature tool at minimum, and will track each owner's weekly commitments somewhere outside the network.

Pick it over Coachful if live events are the core of your offer, you want a large open network feeding a smaller paid group, and your 1:1 work is light enough to run from a separate scheduler.

Which one looks like you?

Coachful builds your coaching website from a few answers, in a design chosen for your niche, with programs, booking and payments ready behind it.

4. Kajabi: for business coaches who sell a catalog of courses

Kajabi homepage introducing its platform for courses, communities, websites and email
Kajabi's homepage in October 2026.

Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. It suits a business coach whose model is productized: a self-paced pricing course, a template library, a paid community, and a premium mastermind sold through the same funnels.

Strengths for a productized business coach

Unlike the pure community tools, Kajabi covers the attract stage: a website, funnels and email marketing come in every plan. You can run a webinar funnel into a course, then upsell the community. For coaches who already have an audience and want one place for content products and the list that buys them, that is a real step up from a community-only tool. If email is your main lever, compare it with our list of email marketing platforms for business coaches.

Pricing on the page

As listed in October 2026, Basic is $179/month or $143/month billed annually, with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website, 2 admin users and 0 AI credits. Growth is $249/month or $199/month billed annually, with 50 products, 25,000 contacts, 1 community, 11 admin users and 500 AI credits. Pro is $499/month or $399/month billed annually, with unlimited products, 100,000 contacts, 3 communities, 3 websites and 26 admin users. Kajabi Payments in the US costs 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, 2.8% + $0.30 on Growth and 2.7% + $0.30 on Pro; using another processor (other than PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2%, 1% or 0.5% depending on plan. The standard trial is 14 days, and a card is optional; if you enter one, Kajabi places an authorization hold and charges when the trial ends.

Trade-offs

Coaching in Kajabi is organized as products and communities, not per-client plans, and there is no habit tracking or daily client check-in. The entry plan caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts, which a business coach with a lead magnet and a webinar can reach quickly. It is also the most expensive starting point on this list. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if most of your revenue comes from self-paced courses and digital products sold to a large list, the community is a side product, and you rarely run private weekly accountability for individual owners.

5. Skool: the cheapest way to open a group

Skool homepage introducing its community, classroom and calendar groups
Skool's homepage in October 2026.

Skool puts a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with gamified leaderboards that reward posting and course progress. For a new business coach testing a low-priced group before building a mastermind, it is fast to set up and inexpensive.

Who it suits

Skool works for coaches whose first offer is a simple paid group: one feed, one set of lessons, a weekly call on the calendar. The leaderboard can keep a cohort of early-stage founders posting. Both plans include unlimited members, courses, videos and live calls.

Skool pricing page showing the Hobby and Pro plans
Skool's pricing page in October 2026.

The fee math

As listed in October 2026, Hobby is $9/month ($7.5/month billed annually) and Pro is $99/month ($82.5/month billed annually). Payments only run through Skool Payments, and both plans carry fees. On Hobby, Skool takes 10% + 30¢ on every transaction. On Pro, it is 2.9% + 30¢ on charges up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ on charges above $900. That last tier matters for business coaches: a mastermind installment above $900 pays the higher rate on every charge. Fees are non-refundable, and payouts arrive weekly on Wednesdays in local currency. The pricing page offers "Try for free" buttons but did not state the trial length or card requirement when we checked.

Missing pieces

There is no custom-domain website, no funnels, no email automation and no public API. There are no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. A business coach selling a premium tier will need separate tools for the sales page, the application, the strategy-call booking, the agreement and email follow-up. Trustpilot shows 1.6 from 54 reviews (seen October 2026).

Pick it over Coachful if you are testing a low-priced group offer, members will pay small monthly amounts, and you are content to drive all traffic and follow-up from social media and a separate email tool.

What does each stack cost: all-in-one or assembled?

The all-in-one stack costs one subscription plus card processing; every assembled stack costs its community plan plus a platform fee plus the tools it leaves out. Below are four realistic recipes for a business coach running a mastermind with a 1:1 tier.

  • All-in-one: Coachful for the website, funnels, email, booking, agreements, payments, programs and community.
  • Community-first: Circle or Mighty Networks for the community, plus a scheduler, an e-signature tool, a website builder and an email platform.
  • Content-first: Kajabi for website, email, courses and community, plus a scheduler and e-signature tool for the 1:1 tier, and somewhere to track weekly commitments.
  • Budget: Skool for the group, plus a website builder, an email tool, a scheduler and an e-signature tool.

To compare fees fairly, the table uses an example of $10,000 collected in a month. It is an illustration, not a revenue figure from any coach.

The add-on tools are left without figures because they are not in our verified pricing data; check each one's own pricing page before you total your stack.

How does cost change at 5, 15 and 40 clients?

Community platforms charge a flat plan whatever your member count, while Coachful's lower plans cap the number of clients and Pro is unlimited. The rows below use each vendor's entry plan billed annually where both prices are shown.

Platform5 clients15 clients40 clients
CoachfulLite: $29/month for up to 5 clientsSolo: $49/month for up to 20 clientsPro: $99/month with unlimited clients
Circle Professional$89/month + add-ons$89/month + add-ons$89/month + add-ons

Skool Pro$82.5/month + add-ons$82.5/month + add-ons$82.5/month + add-ons

The platform fees in the previous table come on top and grow with revenue, which is why a flat software price can still be the more expensive option once a mastermind fills.

How would a business coach set this up in Coachful?

A monitor showing Coachful's funnels list beside a laptop showing a monthly sessions calendar
Coachful's funnels list on a monitor and its sessions calendar on a laptop in a home office.

Take an example: a coach running a six-month mastermind for agency owners, with a smaller 1:1 retainer tier on top. Here is the order we would build it in.

  1. Get the website and application funnel built. Request the white-glove build with your current site link, logo and offer notes, or pick a business-style template such as Editorial and edit it yourself. Every button should lead to the application.
  2. Write the application questions. Ask for revenue range, team size and the one problem they want solved in six months. Intake answers are kept on the client record.
  3. Set up the strategy call. Create a booking page with buffers, minimum notice and intake questions, connect your calendar and choose Zoom, Meet, Teams or built-in video. Clients get email reminders, plus SMS and WhatsApp reminders once messaging is enabled.
  4. Create the agreement. Include scope (strategy and accountability, not tax, legal or financial advice), confidentiality between members, attendance expectations and cancellation terms. It goes out for e-signature before the first call.
  5. Build the two offers. The mastermind as a program with a payment plan; the retainer as a subscription with session credits. Add a coupon for alumni if you use one.
  6. Design the program weeks. One weekly goal per member, a weekly check-in on progress, and daily tasks only where they help. Start from one of the program templates or ask Michelle to draft the outline from your notes.
  7. Open the community. The cohort group is created when members enroll. Post a welcome thread, pin the call schedule and schedule the weekly hot seat as a group call.
  8. Load the frameworks as a course. Modules for offer design, pipeline review and hiring, dripped to match the call schedule.
  9. Plan the renewal. Build an email sequence that starts a few weeks before the term ends, and review members marked quiet or at risk each week so you can reach out before they drift.

How do you move an existing community without losing members?

Move in one announced step, at a natural break between cohorts, with payments set up first. Members tolerate a new login; they do not tolerate missing a call link or being charged twice.

  • Pick the date between terms. Moving mid-cohort splits the conversation. Launch the next intake on the new platform and let the current one finish where it is, or move everyone at a cohort boundary.
  • Sort out billing before content. If your current platform processes payments itself, as Skool does through Skool Payments, recurring charges will not follow you, so plan for members to check out again on the new platform and cancel the old subscriptions on the same day. If you already use your own Stripe account, ask your current vendor what can be carried over.
  • Export what you can. Take the member list, course files and any replays you own. With Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, so send what you have rather than rebuilding it.
  • Recreate the rhythm, not every post. Old threads rarely matter. The call schedule, the resource library and the pinned welcome post do.
  • Tell members three times. Once two weeks before, once the day of, once after the first call on the new platform, with the login link each time.

Our full checklist is in how to switch coaching platforms without disrupting clients.

Which mistakes cost business coaches the most when choosing?

The expensive mistakes are about the parts of the journey a community tool leaves out, not about the feed.

  • Pricing the community plan alone. Add the scheduler, e-signature, website and email tools, then the platform fee on your revenue. Compare that total, not the headline plan.
  • Ignoring fee tiers on high-ticket installments. A rate that changes above a price threshold, as Skool Pro's does above $900, changes the math for a premium mastermind.
  • Running the 1:1 tier in a different tool. When your best clients' notes, sessions and commitments live outside the community, you lose the full picture of who is at risk.
  • Putting confidential numbers in a public feed. Owners share margins and payroll problems. Use private cohort groups and direct messages for that, and say so in your agreement.
  • Treating engagement as the goal. Leaderboards and badges can raise posting without moving revenue. Track the weekly commitment, not the number of comments. Our community engagement ideas focus on participation that serves the work.

Verdict: which community platform should a business coach choose?

Choose Coachful if you sell a mastermind, cohort or retainer and want the application, call, agreement, payment plan, community, weekly accountability and renewal in one login with a 0% platform fee. It is the only option here that covers every stage of a business coach's client journey, and the free white-glove build means you do not have to assemble it yourself.

Choose Circle if a large paid membership is the product and you already run booking and email elsewhere. Choose Mighty Networks if live events and an app-based network are central. Choose Kajabi if self-paced courses for a big list drive most of your revenue. Choose Skool only to test a low-priced group quickly, knowing the fees and the missing sales tools. For more options on the group side, see the best group coaching platforms and membership platforms for coaches.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best community platform for business coaches?

For most business coaches selling masterminds or cohort programs with a 1:1 tier, Coachful is the strongest fit because the community, booking, agreements, payments, programs and email share one login. Circle is the best pure community if you only need discussion spaces and already have the rest. The right choice depends on how much of your revenue comes from private accountability rather than open discussion.

Can I run a paid mastermind on a community platform?

Yes, but check three things: payment plans for installments, a private space per cohort, and a way to book and hold the strategy call before enrollment. Circle, Mighty Networks and Skool handle the paid group but not the call or agreement. Coachful handles all three, with cohort groups created automatically when members enroll.

Which platform charges the lowest fees on mastermind payments?

Coachful has charged a 0% platform fee since August 2026, so only Stripe or Razorpay processing applies. Circle and Mighty Networks charge 0.5% to 2% on top of Stripe depending on plan, as listed in October 2026. Skool charges 10% + 30¢ on Hobby, and on Pro 2.9% + 30¢ up to $899 or 3.9% + 30¢ above $900.

Do I need a separate scheduler with Circle, Mighty Networks or Skool?

Yes. None of the three documents 1:1 scheduling, so strategy calls and retainer sessions need a separate booking tool. You will usually also need an e-signature tool for the coaching agreement. That is the main reason assembled stacks cost more than the community plan suggests.

Is Coachful's free white-glove build really included on every plan?

Yes. From Create, you describe what you want, such as a website, application funnel, program or email sequence, and attach up to 8 links and 10 files. The Coachful team builds it in your account, usually within about 24 hours, without inventing testimonials, credentials or prices. It does not include video recording, logo design, ads or ongoing marketing.

How should a business coach handle scope in a community?

Make clear in your agreement and welcome post that you coach strategy and accountability, not tax, legal or financial decisions. When a member raises payroll tax, contracts or financing, tell them to check with an accountant or attorney. Keep that line consistent in hot seats too, because peers in a mastermind will often offer advice that sounds authoritative.

Can clients use a mobile app?

Coachful clients use your branding inside the Coachful app, which ships under the Coachful listing. Mighty Networks members use Mighty-branded apps, with your own branded app only on Mighty Pro. Circle offers branded mobile apps only on its custom-priced Circle Plus plan.

Is Skool good enough for a business coaching group?

It is good enough to test a simple, low-priced group with lessons and a weekly call. It has no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation, intake forms or 1:1 client records, so a premium offer needs several more tools. The 3.9% + 30¢ rate on charges above $900 on Pro also affects high-ticket installments.

Does Coachful track ICF coaching hours from group sessions?

Coachful counts coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and exports an ICF client coaching log with paid and pro bono hours. Check the ICF's own rules for how group hours count toward your credential. Our guide to coaching platforms for ICF coaches covers this in more detail.

How long does it take to set up a business coaching community in Coachful?

If you request the white-glove build, the website and funnel are usually built within about 24 hours of your request, and your existing clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. Writing the agreement, setting availability and recording any videos is still your work. Most of the rest can start from templates.
