Best Platform for Productivity Coaches in 2026 (10 Compared)

The best platform for productivity coaches is the one that runs your whole client journey, from the first free planning template to the tenth week of a focus program, without sending clients through five logins. Productivity coaching lives or dies between sessions: a client either blocks the deep-work hour on Tuesday or does not. So the deciding question is simple. Can one platform sell your offer, then deliver the daily habits, check-ins and weekly reviews that make it work?
Our pick is Coachful, because it puts checkout, contracts, booking, multi-week programs with habits and morning and evening check-ins, courses, community and your website behind one login, with one branded app for your clients. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the nine alternatives below with the same care. Kajabi and Kartra are strong if you sell mostly courses and funnels at volume; Podia and Systeme.io are cheap storefronts; Mighty Networks and Skool are community-first; Practice Better, Thinkific and Teachable each fit a narrower slice.

What does a productivity coach's client journey need from a platform?
It needs four stages covered: attract, enroll, deliver and retain. Most platforms are strong in one or two and leave you to bolt on the rest, and the bolts are where clients drop off.
Productivity coaches typically sell some mix of these offers online:
- A 1:1 focus intensive: four to twelve weeks of calls plus daily accountability on priorities, time blocks and shutdown routines.
- A group sprint or cohort: six weeks, one weekly group call, a shared feed, and everyone tracking the same core habits.
- A self-paced course: time blocking, weekly reviews, inbox and task system setup, delivered as drip lessons.
- A membership: a monthly planning session, co-working sessions and a community for people who finished a program.
- Digital products and a lead magnet: a weekly planner template, a focus audit or a quiz that feeds the email list.
- Team or manager workshops: often sold as a package with follow-up group coaching.
Here is what each stage asks of the software.
Attract
A website with a blog, a lead magnet funnel (the free weekly planner), a link-in-bio page for social traffic, and email sequences that turn a download into a booked call. Tracking pixels and UTM tags matter once you run any ads.
Enroll
A checkout that handles one-time payments, subscriptions and payment plans, plus coupons and order bumps (a course added to a 1:1 package, for example). A booking page for discovery calls with intake questions. A coaching agreement signed before the first call.
Deliver
This is where productivity coaching differs from most niches. Clients need a daily surface: today's three priorities, the habits they are building (a 90-minute deep work block, a phone-free first hour, a Friday weekly review), a morning check-in to plan and an evening check-in to close the day. Courses and live calls sit on top of that daily layer, not instead of it.
Retain
A community or cohort space that outlives the program, a subscription or membership to roll graduates into, and a way to spot clients going quiet before they cancel. Visible streaks and progress give graduates a reason to stay, so the platform should show both.
A scope note: productivity coaching is not therapy and not ADHD diagnosis or treatment. Many productivity clients mention focus or attention struggles; if a client describes symptoms that suggest an attention disorder, depression or burnout affecting their health, refer them to a licensed clinician and keep coaching to goals, systems and accountability. Coaches who specialise here may find our page for ADHD coaches useful.
Which platforms cover which stage of the journey?
We ranked on four criteria: one login for the whole client journey (attract to retain), daily between-session delivery, total stack cost, and setup effort, including whether someone will build it for you.
| Rank and platform | Attract | Enroll | Deliver | Retain | Entry price |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Website, blog, funnels, email sequences, link in bio | Checkout, payment plans, booking, e-signed agreements | Programs with habits, morning and evening check-ins, courses | Community, cohorts, subscriptions, client status | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients |
| 2. Kajabi | Website, funnels, email | Checkout | Courses, coaching products | Community, memberships | $179/mo |
| 3. Kartra | Pages, funnels, email and SMS | Checkout, calendars | Memberships and courses | Memberships, helpdesk | $59/mo |
| 4. Podia | Storefront, small email list | Checkout, coaching sessions | Courses, downloads, webinars | Community spaces | $49/mo |
| 5. Mighty Networks | Limited | Checkout | Courses, events, livestreams | Community, member apps | $95/mo |
| 6. Practice Better | No website builder | Booking, billing | Programs, client portal, telehealth | Client portal | $0 (3 clients) |
| 7. Thinkific | Course site | Checkout | Courses, live events | Communities | $109/mo |
| 8. Teachable | Course storefront | Checkout | Courses, digital products | Student apps | $39/mo |
| 9. Systeme.io | Funnels, email, blog | Checkout | Courses (basic) | Community (basic) | $0 |

Vendor prices are monthly list prices as listed in October 2026, before payment processing.
1. Coachful: the whole journey in one place

Coachful is a coaching platform built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions. One membership covers booking, payments, contracts, program delivery with habits and check-ins, courses, a community, a website with funnels and email, and an AI assistant. You get one login; your clients get one app with your branding. For a productivity coach, that means the planner download, the checkout, the kickoff call, the daily habit tracking and the alumni community all live in the same place, and each client's record shows all of it.
How the daily accountability layer works
Programs run for as many weeks as you set, each with weekly goals and daily tasks. You attach habits (for example "two-hour deep work block before noon" or "inbox to zero by 5 pm") and clients log them, building streaks. Morning and evening check-ins give the day a frame: the morning flow can ask for the top three priorities and the first time block, the evening flow asks what got done and what moves to tomorrow. Goals carry progress bars, so a client sees "launch the newsletter" moving week by week.

On the coach side, each client record pulls goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions together, and labels the client thriving, active, quiet or at risk. A productivity client who stops checking in for four days shows up as quiet before they ghost the next call. That gives you a chance to reach out while the client is still reachable.
Here is a short walkthrough of how programs are built and delivered:
Selling: checkout, booking and agreements
Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, with one-time payments, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons, refunds, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and Stripe Tax. Coachful takes a 0% platform fee (since August 2026), so you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Booking pages handle availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync and built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Intake questions on the booking page collect "what does a good week look like for you?" before the discovery call. Coaching agreements go out for e-signature before the first session and are stored on the client record.

Courses, cohorts and community
Courses support modules, lessons, drip release and completion tracking, so a "Weekly Review System" course can unlock one lesson a week alongside the program. When someone enrolls in a group program, a cohort group is created automatically, with a feed, group chat and direct messages, plus video events for group calls, co-working sessions and webinars. Bundles let you package a course with a group sprint.
Marketing that is already wired in
The section-based website builder includes a blog, custom domain, SEO settings and 30 designed homepage templates, or you can import an existing site. Booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels carry pixels and UTM tracking, and the link-in-bio page can sell directly. Email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences support triggers, delays, branching and A/B splits, which is how a "free focus audit" download turns into a booked call.
Michelle and the AI Coach
Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, works from your live practice data: she can draft a six-week program outline, write the welcome sequence, summarize recorded sessions and brief you before each call. Questions and planning are included in your membership; confirmed builds and changes use AI credits. Separately, the AI Coach is an AI version of you that selected clients can chat with between sessions, configured by you. For a client stuck at 9 pm on Sunday planning their week, that can be useful; you decide who gets it.
There are also more than 40 ready-to-film program templates, 48 course templates with quizzes and about 25 funnel templates to start from. Coaches pursuing an ICF credential can track coaching hours and distinct clients against ACC, PCC and MCC thresholds and export a client coaching log (see ICF hour tracking).
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. From Create, choose "We'll build it for you" and describe what you want: a website, a funnel, a sales page, a program, a course outline and written material, an email sequence, a lead quiz, an event or an automation. Attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files, such as your logo, brand guide or existing copy. The Coachful team builds it inside your own account, usually within about 24 hours. Nothing gets invented: no fake testimonials, credentials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. It does not cover recording videos, logo design, ad management or ongoing marketing. One recent example: a leadership coach with a Squarespace renewal days away got one clean homepage with a repeated "talk with me" button. More in how the white-glove service works.

What Coachful does not do
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and offers no BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. Your client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not under your own App Store account. It is not a course marketplace, not a general website builder for non-coaching sites, and has no third-party plugins. There is no Salesforce or HubSpot integration and no multi-stage deal board for large sales teams. Integrations include Zapier, Meta Pixel and GA4.
Who it is for: solo productivity coaches selling programs and cohorts, coaches growing into a small team (Studio and Agency plans add coach seats with permissions), and anyone replacing four to six tools. How to start: take a free trial, then request a white-glove build of your site or first program. Current plans: (Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). Plans are flat monthly, lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited and monthly plans cancel in one click. More on the coaching platform overview.
2. Kajabi: the polished course-and-funnel machine

Kajabi suits a productivity coach whose business is mostly courses, a community and email marketing at scale. It bundles a website, funnels, email, courses, coaching products and a community in one product, and it is one of the most established names in the category.
As listed in October 2026, Basic costs $179/month ($143/month billed annually) with 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 1 community, 1 website and no AI credits. Growth is $249/month with 50 products, 25,000 contacts and 500 AI credits; Pro is $499/month. Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic, falling slightly on higher plans. If you use another processor (excluding PayPal), Kajabi adds its own fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth and 0.5% on Pro. The trial is 14 days; a card is optional, and if entered Kajabi places an authorization hold.
The gap for productivity work is the daily layer. Kajabi documents no habit tracking or daily client check-ins, and coaching is organised as products and communities rather than per-client plans. You can sell a "Focus Sprint" beautifully, but tracking whether each client blocked their deep work hour means a separate app or a spreadsheet. The 5-product cap on Basic also bites quickly once you sell a course, a cohort, a membership and two templates. On Trustpilot, Kajabi showed 3.4 from 2,347 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if your revenue is mainly evergreen courses sold to thousands of contacts, you want Kajabi's marketing depth, and per-client daily accountability is not part of your offer.
3. Kartra: marketing automation with memberships attached

Kartra is a marketing suite first: pages, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, calendars and a helpdesk. For a productivity coach who runs webinars and launches, its automation can carry a lead from opt-in to checkout without another tool.
Pricing as listed in October 2026: Essentials is $59/month with 500 contacts, 5 pages, 1 product, 1 membership and a 5% transaction fee. Starter at $119/month removes the fee and opens unlimited pages, products and memberships with 2,500 contacts and unlimited email and SMS. Growth is $229/month with 12,500 contacts; Professional is $549/month. There is a 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
The Essentials plan is too tight for most coaches: one product and 500 contacts disappear fast once a free planner starts working. Delivery is the weaker half. Kartra documents no client habits, check-ins or per-client coaching plans, and an older profile noted no mobile app for students. Funnels and memberships built in Kartra are not portable to other platforms, per that same older profile, which matters if you ever move. Kartra rated 3.2 on Trustpilot from 129 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if SMS marketing, a helpdesk and complex launch automation are the core of your business and you will deliver coaching through calls and a membership area alone.
4. Podia: the friendliest storefront on a budget

Few platforms are simpler to set up than Podia. It sells courses, downloads, webinars, coaching sessions and community access from one clean storefront, which suits a productivity coach starting with a planner template, a short course and a few paid calls.
As listed in October 2026, Mover costs $49/month with a 5% Podia fee on sales; Shaker at $99/month and Earthquaker at $179/month charge 0%. Stripe or PayPal processing applies on top. The trial is 14 days with full access and no card required. Email allowances are small: 100 subscribers on Mover, 500 on Shaker and 1,000 on Earthquaker are included, so a growing lead magnet will push you up or out.
Podia documents no client habits, check-ins or per-client plans, and an older profile reported no mobile app and no native video calls. That puts it firmly in the sell-and-stream category: good for a course, thin for a 1:1 accountability program. Trustpilot showed 4.1 from 153 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you sell mainly downloads and a self-paced course to a small list, want the simplest possible store, and do not need daily client tracking.
5. Mighty Networks: community-led cohorts

Mighty Networks is built around community, courses and events, with member apps. It fits a productivity coach whose main offer is a membership or co-working community, where the group itself does much of the accountability work.
The October 2026 listing shows Launch at $95/month ($79/month annually) with 3 hosts and 20 livestream hours a month for up to 100 attendees, and Scale at $215/month with 30 livestream hours and 200 attendees. Growth is $354/month billed annually. Mighty takes a platform fee of 2% on Launch, 1% on Scale and 0.5% on Growth and Mighty Pro, plus Stripe processing. The trial is 14 days with no card.
Built-in livestreaming is handy for weekly planning sessions. The limits are on the 1:1 side: no 1:1 scheduling, invoicing or contracts, and no per-client habits, check-ins or private coaching plans. Your own branded apps are only on the custom-priced Mighty Pro plan. If you sell 1:1 intensives alongside the community, expect a scheduler, an e-signature tool and a separate check-in method. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 219 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if your business is a large paid community with livestreamed co-working, and individual client plans are a small or nonexistent part of it.
6. Practice Better: practice management with programs

Practice Better comes from the wellness and nutrition world: scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. It is a direct coaching-practice substitute, and a productivity coach who works mostly 1:1 will find the session and billing side familiar.
As listed in October 2026, Sprout is free for 3 clients, Starter is $35/month for 10 clients, Professional is $69/month for 300 clients, Plus is $99/month for unlimited clients, and Team starts at $155/month for 2 practitioners. Trials run 14 days (30 on Team). Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe; no platform fee is stated.
Two limits matter for selling online. First, there is no website builder or funnel pages (per an older profile), so attract and enroll happen elsewhere. Second, evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus at $99/month, so a coach who wants a branded self-serve program pays for the higher tier anyway. Its charting orientation is built for health practitioners more than productivity coaches. Trustpilot showed 3.8 from 87 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you also work as a wellness practitioner who needs charting and telehealth, and you already have a website and email tool you are happy with.
7. Thinkific: a course platform that grew communities

Thinkific is a course platform at heart, with communities, memberships and live events added. For a productivity coach building a library of courses (time blocking, weekly reviews, email triage) with a community attached, it is a capable home.
Prices rose about 10% on August 13, 2026. As listed in October 2026, Start costs $109/month ($82/month annually) with 2 admins, 1 community and up to 10,000 current students; Grow is $219/month and Expand is $499/month. Using Thinkific Payments carries no Thinkific transaction fee; third-party Stripe or PayPal gateways carry an extra gateway fee that the pricing page does not quantify. A branded mobile app is a $199/month add-on. The trial is 30 days.
For coaching, the gap is 1:1 delivery. Thinkific has no built-in 1:1 scheduling (an older profile says coaching relies on external booking links), and no client habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Public reviewers are unhappy too: Trustpilot showed 1.8 from 868 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you are building a large course catalogue for thousands of students and coaching is an occasional add-on rather than the product.
8. Teachable: low entry price for a first course

Teachable sells courses and digital products, with student mobile apps. A productivity coach testing a first course can start cheaply, as long as the fee structure is understood.
As listed in October 2026: Starter costs $39/month ($29/month annually) with 5 products and a 7.5% platform fee on sales. Builder at $89/month and Growth at $189/month drop the platform fee to 0%. Teachable Payments processing is 2.9% + 30¢ for US cards and 3.9% + 30¢ internationally, with a $15 chargeback fee. Plan cards show a 7-day trial plus a 30-day guarantee.
The 7.5% Starter fee is steep once sales arrive, so most coaches will want Builder. Teachable has no native scheduling or calendar sync (an older profile notes calls rely on Calendly or Zoom), and no habits, daily check-ins or per-client plans. Trustpilot showed 3.3 from 1,110 reviews in October 2026. For a deeper look at course tools, see our online course platform comparison.
Pick it over Coachful if you want to sell one or two self-paced productivity courses with student apps and keep coaching calls on separate tools.
9. Systeme.io: the free-plan marketer

Systeme.io is the budget pick for funnels, email, courses, a basic community, a blog and an affiliate program. Its free plan never expires and needs no card, which makes it a sensible lab for a productivity coach's first lead magnet.
The October 2026 listing shows Free at $0 with 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course and 1 custom domain; Startup at $17/month with 5,000 contacts and 5 courses; Webinar at $47/month; and Unlimited at $97/month. Every plan charges 0% transaction fees, leaving only Stripe or PayPal processing. Trustpilot showed 4.9 from 8,696 reviews in October 2026, the highest rating in this list.
Delivery is basic. An older profile reports no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, habits or check-ins, and no branded mobile app; the community and course features are simple. For a 1:1 or cohort productivity program you will still need a scheduler, a contract tool and somewhere for daily accountability.
Pick it over Coachful if your budget is close to zero, you mainly need funnels and email for a digital product, and delivery happens elsewhere.
10. Skool: a gamified group in one tab

Skool combines a community, a classroom and a calendar in one group, with leaderboards that reward participation. For a co-working group, points can add a light form of group accountability.
As listed in October 2026, Hobby costs $9/month with a 10% + 30¢ fee on every transaction; Pro costs $99/month with 2.9% + 30¢ on transactions up to $899 and 3.9% + 30¢ above $900. Payments go only through Skool Payments, with weekly payouts. Trial length is not stated on the pricing page.
The limits are real for a coaching business: no custom-domain website, funnels, email automation or public API, and no 1:1 client records, intake forms, habits or check-ins. Trustpilot showed 1.6 from 54 reviews in October 2026.
Pick it over Coachful if you only run a paid community with a classroom, your audience already lives on social media, and you do not sell 1:1 coaching.
How do the selling and delivery features compare?
The matrix shows where each platform stands on the features a productivity offer actually uses. "Not listed" means the vendor facts we hold do not document the feature, not that it is impossible.
| Platform | Daily habits and check-ins | 1:1 booking | Courses | Community | Website and funnels | Contracts | Platform fee on sales |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes, with streaks and goals | Yes, two-way calendar sync | Yes, with drip | Yes, auto cohorts | Yes | Yes, e-signature | 0% |
| Kajabi | No | Coaching products | Yes | Yes (1 on Basic) | Yes | Not listed | 0.5% to 2% with other processors |
| Kartra | No | Calendars | Memberships | Not listed | Yes | Not listed | 5% on Essentials, 0% above |
| Podia | No | Sessions, no native video | Yes | Yes | Storefront | Not listed | 5% on Mover, 0% above |
| Mighty Networks | No | No | Yes | Yes | Not listed | No | 0.5% to 2% |
| Practice Better | Programs, portal | Yes | Programs | Not listed | No | Not listed | None stated |
| Thinkific | No | No | Yes | Yes | Course site | Not listed | 0% with Thinkific Payments |
| Teachable | No | No | Yes | Not listed | Storefront | Not listed | 7.5% on Starter, 0% above |
| Systeme.io | No | No | Yes, basic | Yes, basic | Yes | Not listed | 0% |
| Skool | No | No | Classroom | Yes | No | No | 10% on Hobby; card rates on Pro |
Fees matter more than they look. Take an example month with $3,000 in sales: a 10% fee costs $300, 7.5% costs $225, 5% costs $150 and 2% costs $60, before card processing. Over a year, the fee on an entry plan can exceed the price of the next plan up.
What does a productivity offer look like built end to end in Coachful?
Here is an example offer, a six-week group "Focus Sprint" with an optional 1:1 upgrade, built entirely inside one account. Everything below uses documented features; the offer itself is illustrative.

- Lead magnet funnel. A "Weekly Focus Planner" download on a lead-magnet funnel, with Meta Pixel and UTM tracking. A five-email sequence teaches one planning habit per email and branches: openers of the time-blocking email get an invitation to the sprint.
- Checkout. A checkout funnel for the sprint with a payment plan option, a coupon for alumni, and an order bump that adds the "Weekly Review System" course. Apple Pay and Google Pay are on; Stripe Tax handles tax.
- Onboarding. Buyers sign a coaching agreement by e-signature and book a 20-minute kickoff on a booking page that asks two intake questions: "What is your most important project this quarter?" and "Where does your week usually leak time?"
- Program. Six weeks, each with a weekly goal (week one: audit your calendar; week three: protect two deep-work blocks a day). Daily tasks are short. Three habits run all six weeks: a morning plan, a deep-work block and an evening shutdown. Morning and evening check-in flows frame each day.
- Cohort and community. Enrollment creates the cohort group automatically. A weekly group call runs as a video event; a Friday thread asks for each person's weekly review.
- Retention. Clients marked quiet get a direct message. In week five, an email sequence offers a monthly membership on subscription, so graduates keep their check-ins going.

If you would rather not build it yourself, describe the sprint in a white-glove request and the team builds the funnel, sales page and program skeleton in your account. For more on cohort mechanics, see our guide to the best platform for cohort coaching programs and group coaching software.
How to price it: we do not quote market rates here. Start from your target monthly income, divide by the number of clients you can serve well, and test the number on five discovery calls. Price the group sprint so the cohort covers your time on calls plus the check-in review time.
What do stack recipes cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
An all-in-one platform costs one subscription. An assembled stack costs several, plus the time to keep them in sync. The table shows the cheapest plan that reasonably fits each client count at monthly list prices as listed in October 2026, before processing.
| Platform | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | Still needed for 1:1 productivity coaching |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing for the core journey; video files you record |
| Kajabi (Basic) | $179 | $179 | $179 | Daily check-in or habit tool; 5-product cap |
| Kartra (Starter) | $119 | $119 | $119 | Habit and check-in tool, contracts |
| Podia (Shaker) | $99 | $99 | $99 | Video calls, check-ins, contracts, more email |
| Mighty Networks (Launch) | $95 + 2% | $95 + 2% | $95 + 2% | Scheduler, contracts, invoicing, website |
| Practice Better | $35 (Starter) | $69 (Professional) | $69 (Professional) | Website and funnels; Plus at $99 for branding |
| Thinkific (Start) | $109 | $109 | $109 | Scheduler, check-ins, contracts |
| Teachable (Builder) | $89 | $89 | $89 | Scheduler, check-ins, contracts |
| Systeme.io | $0 to $17 | $17 | $17 | Scheduler, check-ins, contracts, app |
| Skool (Pro) | $99 | $99 | $99 | Website, email, scheduler, client records |
Three recipes cover most productivity businesses:
- All-in-one: one platform for site, checkout, booking, agreements, programs, check-ins, courses and community. One bill, one login, one client record.
- Course-led assembled stack: a course platform such as Teachable Builder ($89) or Kajabi Basic ($179), plus a scheduler, an e-signature tool and a habit or check-in app. We have not priced those add-ons here because they vary by vendor and plan; add them before comparing.
- Budget assembled stack: Systeme.io Startup ($17) for funnels and email plus Skool Pro ($99) for community, which comes to $116/month before a scheduler, contracts and any daily accountability tool, and before Skool's transaction rates.
The hidden cost of assembled stacks is the client experience: a planner download in one tool, a checkout in another, a booking link in a third and a habit app in a fourth. Every extra handoff is a place a client can stall. Our all-in-one coaching platform guide goes deeper on the trade-off.
How do you migrate without losing clients mid-program?
Move at a natural boundary, run the old and new systems side by side for one cycle, and keep exports of everything. The steps below keep active clients on track.
- Export first. Download contacts, course files, invoices and any client notes from your current tools before you cancel anything. Our guide on protecting coaching data from platform shutdowns lists what to keep.
- Start new clients on the new platform. Let current cohorts finish where they are; open the next sprint on the new system.
- Move 1:1 clients at a week boundary. A Monday switch with a short "here is your new app" message works better than a mid-week move.
- Rebuild the daily layer first. Habits and check-ins are what clients touch most; get them right before the course pages.
- Redirect links. Update your link in bio, email footers and booking links on the same day.
- Use the onboarding help. In Coachful, clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding, and the white-glove team can rebuild your site or funnel. A full client data export as a ZIP is available if you ever leave.
Which platform should a productivity coach choose?
Choose Coachful if your offer includes any daily or weekly accountability, which for productivity coaching is almost always. It is the only platform in this list that combines checkout, booking, agreements, multi-week programs with habits and morning and evening check-ins, courses, community and a website behind one login, with a 0% platform fee and a free white-glove build to get started.
Choose Kajabi or Kartra if your business is mainly marketing-heavy course sales. Pick Podia, Teachable or Systeme.io for a low-cost first course or digital product. Mighty Networks or Skool fit a community-only business. Practice Better suits a practitioner who also needs charting. Compare more options on our comparison hub or the 12-point checklist for choosing a coaching platform.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best platform for productivity coaches?
For coaches who sell programs and deliver daily accountability, Coachful is our pick because it covers selling, booking, contracts, habits, check-ins, courses and community in one place. If you only sell self-paced courses, a course platform such as Kajabi or Teachable can be enough. Decide by whether your clients need a daily surface between sessions.
Do productivity coaches need habit tracking built into their platform?
Usually yes, because the result clients pay for is a changed week, not a watched video. Built-in habits and check-ins let you see who is protecting their deep-work time and who is slipping. A separate habit app works, but you lose the link to the client record and the program.
Can I sell a course and 1:1 coaching from the same platform?
Yes, on all-in-one coaching platforms. Coachful sells courses, programs, sessions and bundles from one checkout. Course platforms like Thinkific and Teachable sell courses well but rely on outside tools for 1:1 booking.
Which platform is cheapest for a new productivity coach?
Systeme.io has a free plan that never expires and Practice Better is free for 3 clients, as listed in October 2026. Both leave gaps: Systeme.io has no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, and Practice Better has no website builder. Count the add-ons you will need before deciding.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
It is a build service included on every plan: you describe a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar, attach references, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. It does not invent testimonials or credentials, and it does not include video recording, logo design or ad management.
Is Coachful suitable for ADHD-focused productivity coaching?
For coaching, yes: habits, check-ins and reminders suit clients who benefit from structure. It is not HIPAA-certified and is not for clinical records, so coaches should keep to goals and systems and refer clients to a licensed clinician for diagnosis or treatment.
Do any of these platforms take a cut of my sales?
Some do on some plans, as listed in October 2026: Skool Hobby takes 10% + 30¢, Teachable Starter 7.5%, Podia Mover and Kartra Essentials 5%, Mighty Networks 0.5% to 2%, and Kajabi adds 0.5% to 2% with outside processors. Coachful charges a 0% platform fee, leaving only Stripe or Razorpay processing.
Can I run group co-working sessions on these platforms?
Coachful runs group calls, webinars and video events alongside cohort groups. Mighty Networks includes livestream hours on each plan, and Skool has a group calendar for live calls. Thinkific includes a set number of live community events per plan, while Teachable relies on outside tools such as Zoom for calls, according to an older profile.
Can I use my own branded app?
Coachful gives clients your branding inside the Coachful app, which ships under the Coachful listing rather than your own App Store account. Mighty Networks offers fully branded apps only on custom-priced Mighty Pro, and Thinkific sells a branded app as a $199/month add-on.
How long does it take to set up a productivity program online?
It depends on how much content you already have. Starting from one of Coachful's 40+ program templates, or asking the white-glove team to build the skeleton, removes most of the blank-page work; the recording and personal touches remain yours.
