Best Software for Gut Health Coaches: 7 Options Ranked

The best software for gut health coaches is the one that holds the whole protocol in one place: the intake that captures digestive history, the daily food and symptom check-ins between calls, the weekly adjustments, the payment plan and the group reset you run twice a year. Gut work is slow, detail-heavy and lives between sessions, so the deciding question is simple. Where will your client log what they ate, how they felt and whether they took their supplements on day 11, and will you actually see it before your next call?
Our pick is Coachful, because it puts booking, payments, agreements, multi-week programs with daily check-ins and habits, courses, a community and your website under one login, with one branded app for the client. We make Coachful, so weigh that, and read the six alternatives below with their real prices and limits as listed in October 2026. Some of them are better fits for specific setups, and each section says when.
This guide covers what gut health coaches need from software, a ranked list of seven tools, a feature matrix, a cost table at 5, 15 and 40 clients, and a step-by-step setup for a 6-week gut reset program.
What does a gut health coach actually need from software?
A gut health coach needs a way to collect detailed intake, track daily food, symptom and habit data between sessions, deliver a phased protocol over several weeks, and get paid, all without asking clients to juggle four apps. Most of the work happens on the days you are not talking to the client.
Look at a typical client journey. Someone finds you through a free guide on bloating or a short gut reset challenge. They book a discovery call and answer intake questions about digestion, stress, sleep, current diet and anything their doctor has already told them. If they sign up, they receive an agreement that spells out what coaching is and what it is not. Then the real work starts: a removal or simplification phase, a reintroduction phase, and a maintenance phase. Every day they report a few things: meals, energy, stool pattern on a simple scale, bloating, water, fibre servings, sleep. Every week you review the pattern and adjust.
That journey translates into a short list of software jobs:
- Intake on booking. Questions that arrive with the booking, so you walk into the discovery call informed.
- Daily check-ins and habits. A morning and evening check-in that takes the client under a minute, plus habits like "two fermented foods today" with a streak.
- Phased programs. Weekly goals and daily tasks that change as the client moves from one phase to the next.
- Content. Shopping lists, meal ideas, short lessons on fibre or stress and the gut, delivered on schedule rather than dumped in a shared folder.
- Group delivery. Many gut coaches run a cohort reset alongside 1:1 clients, which needs a community space and group calls.
- Payments and agreements. Payment plans for 3-month packages, and a signed agreement before the first call.
- A website and funnel. A lead magnet, a booking page and a sales page that do not require a separate site builder.
Scope, referral and privacy
Coaching is not treatment. A gut health coach supports habits, food routines and behaviour change; they do not diagnose conditions, prescribe diets to treat disease or replace a doctor or registered dietitian. Conditions like irritable bowel syndrome are diagnosed by a health care professional, and the NIDDK's IBS overview is a good plain-language reference on how that diagnosis and treatment works. If a client reports blood in their stool, unexplained weight loss, severe or worsening pain, persistent vomiting or symptoms that wake them at night, stop and refer them to their doctor before continuing. Put that referral rule in your agreement and your intake so it is never improvised.
Privacy is the other scope question. The US HIPAA rules apply to covered entities such as health plans and health care providers who bill electronically, and to their business associates; the HHS covered entities page explains who that includes. Many independent gut health coaches are not covered entities, but if you work inside a clinic, take referrals under a provider's care plan or hold a clinical licence, check with an attorney about whether you need a platform that signs a business associate agreement (BAA). Coachful does not sign a BAA, and we say so plainly in its section. Professional bodies like the NBHWC and the ICF Code of Ethics are useful references for confidentiality and scope in your agreement.

Which software is best for gut health coaches at a glance?
Coachful ranks first for most gut health coaches, followed by Quenza for worksheet-heavy work and Acuity Scheduling for booking with intake forms.
Ranking criteria: one login for the whole client journey, between-session delivery of check-ins and habits, total monthly stack cost, and setup effort (including Coachful's free white-glove build).
| Tool | Rank | Best for | Starting price (as listed October 2026) | Main gap for gut coaches |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | 1 | Programs with daily check-ins, habits, booking, payments, community and website in one place | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | No BAA; no wearable sync |
| Quenza | 2 | Worksheets, activities and programs in a client app | $25/mo (Spark, 10 clients) | No payments or scheduling |
| Acuity Scheduling | 3 | Booking with detailed intake forms and packages | $20/mo (Starter, 1 calendar) | No programs, check-ins or portal |
| Practice Better | 4 | Practitioners who want charting and practice management | $0 (Sprout, 3 clients); paid from $35/mo | No website or funnels; key features on Plus |
| Paperbell | 5 | Simple admin: packages, booking, contracts | $97/mo (single plan) | No habits, check-ins, courses or community |
| Kajabi | 6 | Selling a gut reset course and community at scale | $179/mo (Basic) | No per-client check-ins or habits |
| Systeme.io | 7 | Low-cost funnels, email and a basic course | $0 (Free plan); paid from $17/mo | No 1:1 scheduling or client records |
How did we choose and rank these tools?
We ranked each tool against one concrete scenario: a gut health coach with 15 active 1:1 clients and one 6-week group reset of around 20 people, who wants clients logging food, symptoms and habits daily and wants to spend as little as possible on admin.
For that coach we asked four questions. Can the client do everything in one place, from booking to daily check-in to group call? Does the coach see between-session data without exporting spreadsheets? What does the full stack cost each month once you add the tools a platform lacks? And how long does it take to go live?
Every fact comes from the vendor's own documentation and pricing page as listed in October 2026, plus profile data gathered in September 2026 where noted as an older profile. This is a documentation-based comparison; where a feature is described as weak or missing, that comes from vendor documentation or what public reviewers report. Trustpilot scores are as seen on 25 October 2026. Direct coaching-admin substitutes appear lower than tools that fill a specific gap well, because a gut coach usually needs between-session delivery more than another booking-and-invoice tool.
1. Coachful: the best all-in-one software for gut health coaches

Coachful is a coaching platform that runs the full gut health client journey under one login: intake on booking, agreements, payments, phased programs with daily check-ins and habits, courses, a community for group resets, and your website and funnels. Clients get one branded app instead of a booking link, a PDF, a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet.
It is built for coaches who deliver programs, not just sessions, and for solo coaches who may grow into a small team. If you currently pay for a scheduler, a course platform, a community app and an email tool, Coachful is designed to replace four to six of them.
Between-session delivery for gut protocols
This is where Coachful earns its rank for this niche. You build multi-week programs with weekly goals, daily tasks and habits, and attach morning and evening check-ins. For a gut reset, the morning check-in can ask about sleep and energy; the evening check-in can ask about bloating on a 1 to 5 scale, meals, water and fibre servings. Habits such as "one fermented food", "10-minute walk after dinner" or "eat without screens" build streaks the client can see. Goals carry progress bars, so a client working toward "five days a week of regular digestion" sees movement.

On your side, each client record holds goals, check-ins, habits, notes, intake answers, tags, payments and sessions, with a status of thriving, active, quiet or at risk. That status matters in gut work: the client who stops checking in during reintroduction is often the one who is struggling, and you can reach out before the next call instead of finding out at it. Michelle, the built-in AI assistant, briefs you before each session from the client's live data, so you start the call knowing what happened that week.

Intake, booking and agreements
Booking pages support availability rules, buffers, minimum notice and time-zone detection, with two-way Google, Apple/iCloud and Outlook calendar sync. You can add intake questions to the booking itself, which is where you capture digestive history, current medications the client chooses to share, and what their doctor has already ruled out. Sessions run on built-in video or auto-created Zoom, Meet or Teams links. Reminders go by email, and once messaging is enabled, by SMS 24 hours before and WhatsApp 1 hour before.
Coaching agreements with e-signature go out before the first call and are stored on the client record. That is the right place to put your scope line and referral rule.

Payments, content and group resets
Payments run through your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account: one-time, subscriptions, payment plans, order bumps, coupons and refunds, with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Coachful takes no platform fee on payments (since August 2026); you pay only Stripe or Razorpay processing. Each transaction gets an invoice, and you can create manual invoices.
Courses with modules, drip and completion tracking suit a "gut basics" lesson series. Downloads, videos and books sit in the client's branded home. For group resets, a cohort group is created automatically when someone enrols in the program, with a community feed, group chat and video events. The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds nutrition targets up to calories and macros, meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning, private progress photos and weekly check-ins, which many gut coaches use for meal plans and recipe libraries. You can see the program side in this short walkthrough:
The marketing side is included in your Coachful membership too: a section-based website builder with blog, custom domain and 30 designed homepage templates, booking, application, lead-magnet and checkout funnels, and email lists, broadcasts and multi-step sequences with branching. More detail on the health coach page and the Fitness & Nutrition pack.
What Coachful does not do
Coachful is not HIPAA-certified and does not sign a BAA, so it is not for clinical record-keeping or insurance billing. It does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available, so sleep and step data has to come through check-ins. There is no PayPal and no permanent free plan. The client app ships under the Coachful listing with your branding, not your own App Store account. There are no stock exercise videos; you attach your own.
Why Coachful stands out: a free white-glove service. On every plan, you can go to Create and choose "We'll build it for you · FREE", describe what you need, and the Coachful team builds it inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. For a gut health coach that might be a five-page website, a free "7-day bloating reset" lead-magnet funnel, a 6-week program outline with check-ins, or an email sequence for new subscribers. You can attach up to 8 reference links and up to 10 files such as your logo, photos and existing copy. Nothing is invented: no fake credentials, testimonials or prices, and gaps are left for you to fill. One recent build for a menopause and midlife health coach starting from nothing was a five-page site in sage and cream where every button led to a free 20-minute consultation. It does not include recording videos, logo design or ad management. Read more about the free white-glove service.

Price: flat monthly plans; lower plans cap the number of clients, Pro is unlimited, and monthly plans cancel in one click (current plans: Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients; Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients; Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients; Studio: $199/month with unlimited clients). There is a free trial, and Trustpilot shows 4.5 from 21 reviews.
Choose Coachful if you run phased protocols and want clients checking in daily inside the same app where they book, pay and join your group reset.
2. Quenza: strong for worksheets and symptom-style activities
Quenza is a client-engagement tool for coaches and therapists built around activities, worksheets, programs and chat in a client app. For a gut coach who leans on reflective journaling, food-mood diaries and structured worksheets, it is one of the cleaner ways to deliver them.

Where Quenza helps a gut practice
You build activities (for example, a three-day food and symptom diary or a stress inventory) and chain them into programs the client works through in the app. Chat keeps the conversation in the same place. Growth covers 250 clients, so caps stop mattering once you leave the entry tier.
Quenza pricing as listed in October 2026
- Spark: $25/mo ($20/mo annual), 1 professional, 10 clients
- Growth: $50/mo ($40/mo annual), 250 clients
- Impact: $125/mo ($100/mo annual), 400 clients
- Collective: $160/mo ($128/mo annual), up to 3 professionals, 500 clients
There is a 30-day free trial with no credit card. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 8 reviews.
Gaps to plan around
Quenza has no client payment processing today; invoicing and digital products are marked planned. Older profile data also lists no scheduling or video calls, so you would add a scheduler, a payment tool and a website. That stack is where the cost climbs. Spark caps you at 10 clients.
Pick it over Coachful if your method is built on therapy-style worksheets and structured activities, and you already have booking, payments and a website you are happy with.
3. Acuity Scheduling: booking plus detailed intake forms
Acuity Scheduling, owned by Squarespace, is appointment scheduling with intake forms, packages and memberships. Gut coaches who mostly sell 1:1 sessions and want a thorough digestive intake form attached to every booking get a lot from it for a small monthly fee.

What it covers well
Intake forms run on booking, packages let you sell a block of sessions, and memberships cover recurring clients. You connect your own Stripe, Square, PayPal or Venmo, and Acuity mentions no extra fee of its own. Its Premium plan is where a HIPAA BAA becomes available, which matters if you work alongside a clinic.
Plans and limits
- Starter: $20/mo ($16/mo annual), 1 calendar
- Standard: $34/mo ($27/mo annual), up to 6 calendars; text reminders start here
- Premium: $69/mo ($55/mo annual), up to 36 calendars; HIPAA BAA on this plan
Every plan has a 7-day free trial with no card. Trustpilot shows 3.6 from 687 reviews.
What you would still need
There is no client portal for programs, habits, check-ins or messaging, and no courses, community, website builder or email marketing. A gut coach running daily check-ins would pair it with a program tool and a site builder.
Pick it over Coachful if you need a BAA for clinic-adjacent work and mostly run 1:1 sessions without between-session tracking.
4. Practice Better: practice management for nutrition practitioners
Practice Better is practice management software built for wellness and nutrition practitioners, with scheduling, telehealth, charting, billing, programs and a client portal. If your gut work sits closer to clinical nutrition practice, with charting and practitioner notes, it fits that shape.

Key features for gut coaches
Charting and telehealth sit alongside scheduling and billing, and programs give clients a structured path through the portal. Payments run through Practice Better Payments, powered by Stripe; rates are not listed on the pricing page.
The plan ladder
- Sprout: $0/mo, 3 clients, 1 practitioner, 100 MB
- Starter: $35/mo ($25/mo annual), 10 clients
- Professional: $69/mo ($59/mo annual), 300 clients
- Plus: $99/mo ($89/mo annual), unlimited clients, 3 admins
- Team: $155/mo ($145/mo annual), 2 practitioners, more at $50 each
Trials run 30 days on Team and 14 days on other paid plans. Trustpilot shows 3.8 from 87 reviews.
Trade-offs
Evergreen programs, portal branding, a custom URL and SMS start on Plus at $99/mo, so the plan a growing gut coach really wants is the higher one. There is no website builder or funnel pages (older profile), so you will pay separately for a site and lead-magnet funnel. One practitioner per account below Team. We do not have current data on whether it signs a BAA; ask them directly if you need one.
Pick it over Coachful if you are a credentialed nutrition professional who needs charting as the centre of your workflow and already has a website and email tool.
5. Paperbell: simple admin for packages and contracts
Paperbell is an all-in-one admin tool for solo coaches: booking, packages, payments, contracts, a client portal and a simple website, for one price per coach. It is easy to set up for a coach selling "3 months of gut health coaching" as a package.

What you get
Unlimited clients, sessions, files, packages and traffic on a single plan, with contracts signed at checkout and no additional transaction fees from Paperbell (Stripe or PayPal processing applies).
Cost
$97/mo, or $80.83/mo billed annually, as listed in October 2026. A help center article from July 2026 describes a 7-day trial with the public site offline and client messages off, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Trustpilot shows 3.5 from 14 reviews.
Why it ranks fifth here
Older profile data lists no courses, no community and no goal or habit tracking, and no native mobile app. For gut work that depends on daily logging, that means a second tool for check-ins and another for your group reset. At $97/mo before those additions, the stack gets expensive. See our Paperbell alternatives roundup for more.
Pick it over Coachful if you only sell 1:1 session packages, do not need daily check-ins or a community, and want one flat price with PayPal at checkout.
6. Kajabi: for selling a gut reset course at scale
Kajabi is a course, community, website, funnel and email platform for selling knowledge products. If your business is moving toward a self-paced gut reset course with hundreds of buyers, it is a mature option.

Strengths
Courses, a community, a website, funnels and email marketing in one product, with a large ecosystem and long track record.
Pricing and payment fees
- Basic: $179/mo ($143/mo annual), 5 products, 2,500 contacts, 0 AI credits
- Growth: $249/mo ($199/mo annual), 50 products, 25,000 contacts
- Pro: $499/mo ($399/mo annual), unlimited products, 100,000 contacts
Kajabi Payments in the US charges 2.9% + $0.30 on Basic. Using another processor (excluding PayPal) adds a Kajabi fee of 2% on Basic, 1% on Growth or 0.5% on Pro. The standard trial is 14 days. Trustpilot shows 3.4 from 2,347 reviews.
Where it falls short for 1:1 gut work
There is no habit tracking and no daily client check-ins; coaching is delivered as products and communities, not per-client plans. You would not see one client's bloating trend across a week without building a workaround. Basic caps you at 5 products and 2,500 contacts.
Pick it over Coachful if your main revenue is a self-paced course sold to a large audience, and 1:1 protocol coaching is a small part of the business.
7. Systeme.io: the low-cost marketing stack
Systeme.io is a budget all-in-one marketing suite: funnels, email, courses, community, a blog and an affiliate program, with a free plan that does not expire. For a new gut coach building a list with a free guide, it costs very little to start.

Good to know
Systeme.io charges 0% transaction fees on every plan, even the free one; you pay only Stripe or PayPal processing. Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 8,696 reviews.
Price tiers
- Free: $0/mo, 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 1 course
- Startup: $17/mo, 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses
- Webinar: $47/mo, 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 20 courses
- Unlimited: $97/mo, unlimited contacts, funnels and courses
Limits for coaching delivery
Older profile data lists no native 1:1 scheduling with client records, and no habits or check-ins. Community and course features are described as basic, and there is no branded mobile app. It is a marketing tool, not a coaching delivery tool.
Pick it over Coachful if you are only building an email list and selling a low-cost guide for now, and you will add coaching software once clients arrive.
How do the features compare?
Only Coachful covers every row except a BAA; the others each cover a slice, which is why most gut coaches using them end up stacking two or three tools.
| Tool | Booking + intake | Payments | E-sign agreements | Daily check-ins + habits | Courses | Community | Website + funnels | Email sequences | Client app | BAA |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes | Yes (your branding) | No |
| Quenza | No | No (planned) | Not stated | Partial (activities) | No | No | No | No | Yes | Not stated |
| Acuity Scheduling | Yes | Yes | No | No | No | No | No | No | No | Yes (Premium) |

| Systeme.io | No | Yes | No | No | Partial (basic) | Partial (basic) | Yes | Yes | No | Not stated |
"Not stated" means the vendor data we hold does not document it either way; check with the vendor before relying on it.

What will it cost at 5, 15 and 40 clients?
For a single platform price, Acuity and Systeme.io are cheapest, but neither delivers check-ins, so the honest comparison is total stack cost. Prices below are monthly list prices as of October 2026.
| Tool | 5 clients | 15 clients | 40 clients | What you would add for gut work |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Coachful | Lite: $29/month for up to 5 clients | Solo: $49/month for up to 20 clients | Pro: $99/month with unlimited clients | Nothing required; processing fees only |
| Quenza | $25 (Spark) | $50 (Growth) | $50 (Growth) | Scheduler, payments, website |
| Acuity Scheduling | $20 (Starter) | $20 (Starter) | $20 (Starter) | Program and check-in tool, website, email |
| Practice Better | $35 (Starter) | $69 (Professional) | $69 (Professional); $99 (Plus) for evergreen programs and SMS | Website, funnels, email |
| Paperbell | $97 | $97 | $97 | Check-in tool, community, email |
| Kajabi | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | $179 (Basic) | Scheduler, check-in tool, contracts |
| Systeme.io | $0 to $17 | $0 to $17 | $17 | Scheduler, check-in tool, contracts |
As an example, a gut coach on Acuity Starter ($20) plus Quenza Growth ($50) plus Systeme.io Startup ($17) for the website and email pays $87/mo across three logins, before payment processing, and the client still moves between three places. Add a community tool for group resets and the total climbs further.
How would you set up a 6-week gut reset in Coachful?
You can set up a full 6-week gut reset in Coachful in an afternoon, or ask the white-glove team to build the draft for you. Here is one way to do it, with what the client sees at each step.
- Create the offer and payment plan. Make an offer for "6-Week Gut Reset" with a one-time price and a three-payment plan through your Stripe account. Add an order bump for a 1:1 review call. Client experience: a clean checkout with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Attach the agreement. Write a coaching agreement with your scope line ("coaching does not diagnose or treat any condition") and your referral rule, and require e-signature before the first session. Client experience: they sign on their phone before onboarding.
- Add intake questions to the kickoff booking. Ask about current symptoms, foods that seem to trigger them, sleep, stress, medications they want you to know about, and whether a doctor has evaluated their symptoms. Client experience: one short form while booking, not a separate email.
- Build the program in three phases. Weeks 1 to 2: simplify (daily tasks like "plan tomorrow's lunch", habits like "eat slowly, no screens"). Weeks 3 to 4: rebuild (fibre and fermented-food habits). Weeks 5 to 6: maintain (a personal food list and routines). Use one of the 40-plus program templates as a starting point or ask Michelle to draft the outline.
- Attach morning and evening check-ins. Morning: sleep quality, energy, stress. Evening: bloating on a 1 to 5 scale, meals, water, a free-text note. Client experience: two short prompts a day in the app, with streaks and progress bars.
- Drip the lessons. Add a short course: "How digestion works", "Fibre without the bloat", "Stress and your gut", released one per week. Add a downloadable shopping list.
- Turn on the cohort. Enrolment creates the cohort group automatically; schedule a weekly group call as a video event. Client experience: a community feed with the other participants and one place to join the call.
- Review weekly. Before each call, read Michelle's briefing and the client's check-in trends; watch for anyone moving to quiet or at risk. If check-ins show a red-flag symptom, pause and refer.
- Market it. Build a lead-magnet funnel for a free "3-day digestion reset" guide, connect a short email sequence that invites people to the next cohort, and link it from your website.
For more on the between-session side, see our guides to habit tracking apps for health coaches and client accountability portals.
What mistakes should gut health coaches avoid when choosing software?
The biggest mistake is choosing on booking features alone when the work that changes outcomes happens between calls.
- Running check-ins in a messaging app. Daily messages in WhatsApp feel personal but leave you with no trend data and no way to spot who is going quiet.
- Using a spreadsheet as a food and symptom diary. Clients stop filling it in after a week. A one-minute check-in in an app gets far more consistent answers.
- Collecting health details you do not need. Ask only what helps you coach. Keep diagnosis and treatment decisions with the client's doctor.
- Ignoring the stack total. A $20 scheduler looks cheap until you add a program tool, a site builder, an email tool and a community.
- Skipping the agreement. Scope and referral language belongs in a signed document, not a sentence on your sales page. See our guide to e-signature software for coaches.
- Assuming HIPAA does or does not apply. It depends on how you work. Read the HHS guidance and check with an attorney if you are clinic-adjacent.
Which software should a gut health coach choose?
For most gut health coaches, Coachful is the right choice because it puts daily check-ins, habits, phased programs, booking, payments, agreements, group resets and your website in one place, with a free white-glove build to get you live. Choose Quenza if worksheets are your method and the rest of your stack is settled, Acuity if you need a BAA for clinic-adjacent 1:1 work, and Practice Better if charting is the centre of your practice.
To recap what Coachful is: a coaching platform for coaches who deliver programs, from solo coaches to small teams. It is not a medical records system, does not sign a BAA and does not sync wearables. To start, open a free trial and request a free white-glove build of your website, funnel or first program.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best software for gut health coaches?
Coachful is our pick because it combines daily food and symptom check-ins, habits, phased programs, booking, payments, agreements and a community in one app. Quenza and Practice Better are worth a look if you rely on worksheets or charting.
Can gut health coaches track food and symptoms in Coachful?
Yes, through morning and evening check-ins and habits you configure. You decide the questions, such as bloating on a 1 to 5 scale, meals and water. The Fitness & Nutrition pack adds meal plans, recipes, food lookup and barcode scanning.
Do gut health coaches need HIPAA-compliant software?
It depends on whether you are a covered entity or a business associate under HIPAA. Many independent coaches are not, but clinic-adjacent work may be. Check the HHS guidance and with an attorney; Coachful does not sign a BAA.
When should a gut health coach refer a client to a doctor?
Refer whenever symptoms suggest something beyond coaching scope, such as blood in the stool, unexplained weight loss, severe or worsening pain, persistent vomiting or symptoms that wake the client at night. Coaching supports habits; diagnosis and treatment belong with a health care professional.
What is Coachful's free white-glove service?
On every plan, the Coachful team will build a website, funnel, program, course outline, email sequence or similar inside your account, usually within about 24 hours. You describe what you want and attach references; nothing is invented, and gaps are left for you.
Can I run a group gut reset and 1:1 clients in the same tool?
In Coachful, yes. Enrolling in a program creates a cohort group with a feed, chat and video events, while 1:1 clients keep their own sessions and check-ins. Most other tools here cover one side and need a second tool for the other.
Is Practice Better better than Coachful for gut health?
Practice Better suits practitioners who need charting and clinical-style practice management. It has no website or funnel builder, and evergreen programs and SMS start on its Plus plan. Coachful is stronger for program delivery, community and marketing in one place.
Does Coachful sync with Oura, Fitbit or Apple Health?
No. Coachful does not sync with Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop or Oura, and Apple Health sync is not publicly available. Clients report sleep and energy through check-ins instead.
Which payment processors does Coachful support?
Coachful works with your own Stripe Connect or Razorpay account, including payment plans, subscriptions, coupons, Apple Pay and Google Pay. There is no PayPal, and Coachful takes no platform fee on payments.
How do I move my existing clients into Coachful?
Clients, programs and content are imported for you during onboarding. You can also export all client data as a ZIP at any time.
